Purpose.This study aimed to examine the levels and correlates of 24-h movement behaviors(i.e.,physical activity,sedentary time,and sleep),and different patterns of these behaviors in a nationally representative sample of South Koreans aged 12 years and older.This study also aimed to examine the sociodemographic correlates of 24?h movement behaviors stratified by age groups.Methods.Self-reported,repeated cross-sectional data from 10,708 participants in the 2014 and 2015 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination surveys were used.Key variables included moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity,muscular strengthening exercises,walking,active transportation,sedentary time,and sleep.Sociodemographic variables included age,sex,household income,area of residence,and education level.Descriptive statistics by sex and age as well as general linear models by age group were performed.Results.The proportions of individuals meeting the moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity,muscular strengthening exercises,and sleep guidelines were,respectively,21.6%,22.1%,and 32.5%in male youth;6.9%,4.5%,and 22.8%in female youth;55.5%,30.8%,and 54.0%in male adults;48.8%,14.4%,and 57.6%in female adults;44.0%,30.6%,and 45.5%in male older adults;and 29.5%,8.9%,and 37.3%in female older adults.The proportions of individuals showing the most ideal combinations of 24-h movement behaviors were only 3.2%in youth,0.4%in adults,and 0 in older adults.Universally,older age,female sex,or living in metro Seoul were associated with unfavorable patterns of 24-h movement behaviors across different age groups.However,the associations of income and education with movement behaviors were mixed across age groups.Conclusion.Overall,the proportion of South Koreans with a healthy 24-h movement behavior pattern is low.The sociodemographic correlates of different types of 24-h movement behaviors should be considered when designing targeted interventions for the promotion of healthy active living for South Koreans. 展开更多

Despite progress in the translational motion of underwater bubbles on asymmetric surface, a fundamental dynamic understanding of asymmetrical bounce behavior of the underwater bubble needs to be further improved.Herein, we investigate asymmetrical bounce of underwater bubbles after impacting the wettability gradient copper mesh surface.Asymmetrical bounce of the underwater bubble on the wettability gradient mesh(WGM) surface is composed by asymmetrical spread in the spread process and asymmetrical recoil in the recoil process, which induce the unidirectional movement behavior.Additionally, effective bubble-size manipulation can be easily implemented due to different volumes of bubbles remaining at different locations of WGM surface. We envision that this work will provide a new understanding of asymmetrical bounce behavior of the underwater bubble on the wettability gradient surface, and propose a novel and feasible strategy for constructing the underwater bubble manipulation system. 展开更多

Chronic non-communicable diseases(NCDs)represent a significant impediment to improve life expectancy and remain a focal point in global public health and disease prevention efforts.24-hour movement behaviors,which include sleep,sedentary behavior(SED),and physical activity,underscore the inherent connections between different daily activities and the comprehensive impact of overall movement patterns on health.Evidence suggested that modifying patterns of 24-hour movement behaviors can aid in preventing and attenuating the progression of NCDs.This study systematically delineated the concept,evolution,analytical methods,and intrinsic associations of 24-hour movement behaviors,emphasizing their pivotal role in the prevention and management of NCDs such as obesity,mental disorders,cardiovascular diseases,diabetes,and renal diseases.Future research endeavors should focus on refining methodologies,broadening study populations,developing research tools,and exploring precise intervention strategies and interdisciplinary approaches to comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of NCDs prevention and management from a temporal perspective.Such efforts are poised to provide substantive guidance and support for public health practices. 展开更多

Background:Emerging adulthood is a pivotal life stage,presenting significant psychological and social changes,such as decreased sociability,depression,and other mental health problems.Previous studies have associated these changes with an unhealthy lifestyle.The 24-h movement guidelines for healthy lifestyles have been developed to promote appropriate health behaviors and improve individual wellness.However,the relationship between adherence to the 24-h movement guidelines and different characteristics of Chinese emerging adults is yet to be explored.This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the association between adherence to the 24-h movement guidelines and four characteristics(self-exploration,instability,possibilities,and responsibility)of Chinese emerging adults.Methods:Overall,1,510 Chinese emerging adults aged 18–29 years were included in this study.Each participant completed a self-administered questionnaire that included questions on adherence to the 24-h movement guidelines(physical activity,sedentary behavior,and sleep)and the inventory of dimensions of emerging adulthood.Multivariable logistic regression analysis was employed to investigate the associations between adherence to the 24-h movement guidelines and each of the four characteristics.Results:The proportion of participants who adhered to the 24-h movement guidelines was 31.72%.Multiple regression analysis revealed a significantly negative relationship between adhering to more guidelines and instability(β=−0.51,p<0.001).A statistically significant association was observed between instability and meeting only sedentary behavior(β=−1.27,95%confidence interval[CI]:[−2.32,−0.24],p=0.02),sedentary behavior+sleep(β=−1.30,95%CI:[−2.24,−0.35],p<0.01),and physical activity+sedentary behavior(β=−1.08,95%CI:[1.94,−0.21],p=0.02)guidelines.Further,positive and significant associations were observed between possibilities and meeting the guidelines for only physical activity(β=0.70,95%CI:[0.14,1.27),p=0.01),only sleep(β=0.61,95%CI:[0.01,1.21],p=0.04),physical activity+sedentary behavior(β=0.56,95%CI:[0.04,1.07),p=0.01),and physical activity+sleep(β=0.76,95%CI:[0.23,1.27],p=0.01).Conclusions:These findings suggest that adherence to the 24-h movement guidelines was associated with instability in Chinese emerging adults.Future studies are warranted to verify our findings to highlight the importance of maintaining a heath lifestyle to promote health in emerging adulthood. 展开更多

Idiopathic rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder(iRBD) is often a precursor to neurodegenerative disease. However, voxel-based morphological studies evaluating structural abnormalities in the brains of iRBD patients are relatively rare. This study aimed to explore cerebral structural alterations using magnetic resonance imaging and to determine their association with clinical parameters in iRBD patients. Brain structural T1-weighted MRI scans were acquired from 19 polysomnogram-confirmed iRBD patients(male:female 16:3; mean age 66.6 ± 7.0 years) and 20 age-matched healthy controls(male:female 5:15; mean age 63.7 ± 5.9 years). Gray matter volume(GMV) data were analyzed based on Statistical Parametric Mapping 8, using a voxel-based morphometry method and two-sample t-test and multiple regression analysis. Compared with controls, iRBD patients had increased GMV in the middle temporal gyrus and cerebellar posterior lobe, but decreased GMV in the Rolandic operculum, postcentral gyrus, insular lobe, cingulate gyrus, precuneus, rectus gyrus, and superior frontal gyrus. iRBD duration was positively correlated with GMV in the precuneus, cuneus, superior parietal gyrus, postcentral gyrus, posterior cingulate gyrus, hippocampus, lingual gyrus, middle occipital gyrus, middle temporal gyrus, and cerebellum posterior lobe. Furthermore, phasic chin electromyographic activity was positively correlated with GMV in the hippocampus, precuneus, fusiform gyrus, precentral gyrus, superior frontal gyrus, cuneus, inferior parietal lobule, angular gyrus, superior parietal gyrus, paracentral lobule, and cerebellar posterior lobe. There were no significant negative correlations of brain GMV with disease duration or electromyographic activity in iRBD patients. These findings expand the spectrum of known gray matter modifications in iRBD patients and provide evidence of a correlation between brain dysfunction and clinical manifestations in such patients. The protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Huashan Hospital(approval No. KY2013-336) on January 6, 2014. This trial was registered in the ISRCTN registry(ISRCTN18238599). 展开更多

Rapid eye movement(REM)sleep behavior disorder(RBD)is a parasomnia that is featured by elevated motor behaviors and dream enactments during REM sleep.Clinical observations show that RBD bears significant relevance with several synucleinopathies such as Lewy body dementia and Parkinson disease(PD),and often develops prior to their diagnosis.Being a potential biomarker of PD,investigating the relationship of RBD symptoms and their emergence in developing PD would provide insight intoits pathogenesis.Here,in a chronic model of PD,rats with daily rotenone treatment exhibited key RBD features,including elevated sleep muscle tone,sleep fragmentation and EEG slowing at different time points.Based on detectedearly alpha synuclein aggregation and neural apoptosis in the sublaterodorsal tegmental nucleus(SLD),an area known to promote REM sleep and maintain sleep muscle atonia,the possible involvement of SLD glutamatergic neurons was interrogated.Via chemogenetic activation of SLD glutamatergic neurons,key RBD symptoms and EEG slowing in REM sleep were alleviated.These results are consistent with a progressive degeneration in REM sleep promoting pathways.Our findings provide a foundation for further studies into RBD and its relationship to neurodegenerative diseases. 展开更多

目的探究大学生体育锻炼行为与手机成瘾及心理健康的关系,为改善大学生手机成瘾及心理健康状况提供依据。方法2024年10月8日—12月20日,采用方便抽样和分层随机整群抽样相结合的方法选取北京4所高校896名大一至大三年级学生为研究对象... 目的探究大学生体育锻炼行为与手机成瘾及心理健康的关系,为改善大学生手机成瘾及心理健康状况提供依据。方法2024年10月8日—12月20日,采用方便抽样和分层随机整群抽样相结合的方法选取北京4所高校896名大一至大三年级学生为研究对象。通过体育锻炼等级量表(PARS-3)、手机成瘾倾向量表(MPATS)、青少年心理健康素质问卷(AMHDQ)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查,采用多元Logistic回归和多元线性回归分析手机成瘾、心理健康与大学生体育锻炼行为的相关性。结果调查的大学生中,小运动量504名(56.25%),中运动量262名(29.24%),大运动量130名(14.51%);运动充足392名(43.75%);PARS-3得分为18.00(15.00,33.00)分。Logistic回归分析结果显示,MPATS总分(OR=1.022,95%CI=1.008~1.036)、SCL-90总分(OR=1.010,95%CI=1.005~1.015)、AMHDQ总分(OR=0.995,95%CI=0.992~0.998)均是大学生运动不足的相关因素(P值均<0.05)。线性回归分析结果显示,MPATS、AMHDQS、SCL-90总分均是大学生体育锻炼行为的相关因素(B值分别为-0.20,0.04,-0.07,P值均<0.05)。结论大学生体育锻炼行为与手机成瘾、心理健康状况相关。 展开更多

手机分心条件下行人运动特性研究

为探究手机分心行为对行人运动轨迹、步态特征和步行速度的影响,本文通过设计可控实验方案,开展了正常与3种分心(阅读、发消息和看视频)状态下的步行运动实验。基于图像处理技术获得高精度行人运动轨迹,量化分析不同的分心行为对运动轨... 为探究手机分心行为对行人运动轨迹、步态特征和步行速度的影响,本文通过设计可控实验方案,开展了正常与3种分心(阅读、发消息和看视频)状态下的步行运动实验。基于图像处理技术获得高精度行人运动轨迹,量化分析不同的分心行为对运动轨迹、步长、步宽、步进时间和步行速度的影响。结果表明:分心行为使运动轨迹更加无序,其中视频组的偏移距离最大,较正常组增加33.98%。分心行为使行人加速能力变差,行人的步行速度降低,视频组的加速度下降26.78%,弛豫时间增加了44.88%,步行速度下降幅度达28.24%。从步态特征来看,整体步长随着分心程度的加重而缩短,步宽和步进时间则呈现相反趋势。其中消息组步长最短,步宽最大,步进时间最长。通过线性拟合步行速度与步态参数之间的关系发现,步长随步行速度的增大而增加,步宽和步进时间与速度成反比。 展开更多

目的探讨振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)联合新生儿行为神经测评(NBNA)量表、全身运动(GMs)质量评估与早产儿脑损伤的关系。方法选取2021年4月至2023年3月郑州市妇幼保健院分娩的104例早产儿作为研究对象,根据专家共识分为脑损伤组(48例)和非脑... 目的探讨振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)联合新生儿行为神经测评(NBNA)量表、全身运动(GMs)质量评估与早产儿脑损伤的关系。方法选取2021年4月至2023年3月郑州市妇幼保健院分娩的104例早产儿作为研究对象,根据专家共识分为脑损伤组(48例)和非脑损伤组(56例)。两组早产儿均于出生后12 h内进行aEEG检测;孕周纠正至40周时,于出生后3 d和出生后14 d进行NBNA检查;于纠正胎龄1个月和3个月时进行扭动运动和不安运动阶段GMs质量评估。结果脑损伤组患儿aEEG评分以及出生后3 d、出生后14 d时的NBNA评分均低于非脑损伤组,扭动运动和不安运动阶段GMs质量评估异常占比均高于非脑损伤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,早产儿脑损伤的发生与aEEG评分(OR=0.324,95%CI:0.109~0.965)、出生14 d时NBNA评分(OR=0.019,95%CI:0.002~0.213)以及扭动运动阶段GMs异常(OR=4.563,95%CI:1.159~17.958)等指标存在密切关系(P<0.05)。结论aEEG监测、NBNA量表和GMs质量在早产儿脑损伤中具有一定意义,其中aEEG评分、出生后14 d时NBNA评分以及扭动运动阶段GMs质量评估3种指标与早产儿脑损伤密切相关。 展开更多

对河南省某高校1406名18~24岁大学生开展横断面调查,通过国际体力活动问卷与匹兹堡睡眠指数量表进行24h活动行为调查,采用自测健康评定量表评估健康水平,运用成分分析和等时替代模型方法分析大学生24 h活动行为与自测健康的关联及替代... 对河南省某高校1406名18~24岁大学生开展横断面调查,通过国际体力活动问卷与匹兹堡睡眠指数量表进行24h活动行为调查,采用自测健康评定量表评估健康水平,运用成分分析和等时替代模型方法分析大学生24 h活动行为与自测健康的关联及替代效应。结果显示:(1)24h活动行为与大学生自测健康各因子、维度及总分均显著相关(P<0.001),MVPA、LPA及睡眠时间占比均与大学生自测健康总分呈显著正相关(MVPA:β=3.68,P<0.05;LPA:β=1.45,P=0.05;睡眠:β=1.95,P<0.05),久坐行为时间占比与大学生自测健康总分呈显著负相关(β=-4.31,P<0.05);(2)15 min等时替代模型预测变化显示,MVPA替换其他活动行为后大学生自测健康得分均显著上升,且MVPA替代久坐行为对提高自测健康得分的效应最佳;(3)在从-40min到40min的剂量-效应关系中,其他行为替代MVPA产生的不利影响大于MVPA替代其他行为产生的益处,同时5min是健康效益变化的最佳转折点。研究认为,大学生24h活动行为的综合效应值需高度重视,尤其应关注MVPA不足和久坐时间过长对大学生整体健康的负面影响。促使久坐行为向MVPA适度转化可以有效改善大学生的健康水平,而睡眠可能是健康干预的另一重要方向。此外,每天45min的MVPA最低推荐量能够让大学生获得最高效的体质健康效益。 展开更多

脑卒中患者出院后24 h活动行为达标情况及影响因素

目的探讨脑卒中患者出院后24 h活动行为现状及相关影响因素,为制订针对性干预措施提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年5-12月选取182例脑卒中出院患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、Barthel指数评定量表、营养风险筛查2002、领悟... 目的探讨脑卒中患者出院后24 h活动行为现状及相关影响因素,为制订针对性干预措施提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年5-12月选取182例脑卒中出院患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、Barthel指数评定量表、营养风险筛查2002、领悟社会支持量表、运动锻炼自我效能感量表进行调查,并要求患者在出院后1周内连续7 d佩戴三轴加速度计,测量其出院后的身体活动、久坐行为和睡眠时间,以判断其是否满足24 h活动行为指南推荐的3项标准。结果脑卒中患者出院后每日睡眠时长为(7.12±1.46)h,久坐时间为(5.79±2.24)h,中高强度身体活动时间为1.04(0.47,1.93)h,其中分别有8、23、100、51例患者满足0、1、2、3项指南推荐标准。有序logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、日常生活活动能力、领悟社会支持和运动锻炼自我效能感是脑卒中患者24 h活动行为达标的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者出院后24 h活动行为达标情况不佳,对年龄较大、日常生活活动能力较低、社会支持程度较弱及运动锻炼自我效能感较低者,护理人员应给予针对性健康教育,以提高此类患者的24 h活动行为水平。 展开更多

Background:New research suggests that the composition(mix)of movement behaviors within a 24-h period may have important implications for health across the lifespan.Consistent with this integrated movement behavior paradigm,a number of countries across the world have developed and released 24-h movement guidelines for specific age groups.The purpose of this systematic review was to examine the associations between the 24-h time-use composition of movement behaviors,or adherence to 24-h movement guidelines,and multiple health indicators across the lifespan.Methods:Five online databases(PsycINFO,PubMed,SPORTDiscus,Web of Science,and Ovid MEDLINE)were searched for relevant peer-reviewed studies published between January 2015 and January 2020 that met the a priori inclusion criteria,with no study design limits.The methodological quality of research evidence for each individual study and for each health indicator was assessed by using a modified version of the Downs and Black checklist.Results:A total of 51 studies from 20 different countries met the inclusion criteria.A total of 31 studies examined adherence(meeting vs.not meeting)to 24-h movement guidelines,and 20 studies used compositional analyses to explore the 24-h time-use composition of movement behaviors.Findings indicated that meeting the 24-h movement guidelines were(1)not associated with adiposity among toddlers,(2)favorably associated with health-related quality of life,social-cognitive development,and behavioral and emotional problems among preschoolers,(3)favorably associated with global cognition,health-related quality of life,and healthy dietary patterns in children,and(4)favorably associated with adiposity,fitness,and cardiometabolic,mental,social,and emotional health among children and youth.Significant associations were also found between the composition of 24-h movement behaviors and indicators of(1)adiposity and bone and skeletal health among preschoolers,(2)health-related quality of life among children,(3)adiposity,fitness,and cardiometabolic,social,and emotional health among children and youth,(4)cardiometabolic health in adults,(5)adiposity and fitness among adults and older adults,and(6)mental health and risk of mortality among older adults.The quality of the available evidence ranged from poor to good.Conclusion:The current evidence indicates that the composition of movement behaviors within a 24-h period may have important implications for health at all ages and that meeting the current 24-h movement guidelines is associated with a number of desirable health indicators in children and youth.Future studies should employ longitudinal and experimental designs,include valid and reliable measures of 24-h movement behaviors,and examine a wide array of health indicators across all age groups.Such studies would confirm the results from the primarily cross-sectional evidence drawn from studies included in our review and further advance our understanding of the relationships between 24-h movement behaviors and health. 展开更多

Background:Meeting the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines(physical activity,screen time,and sleep duration) has been associated with positive health indicators.However,there are no previous meta-analyses that have examined the overall adherence to the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines from pre-school to adolescence across the world.Therefore,the main purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to examine the overall(non)adherence to the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines among preschoolers,children,and adolescents worldwide.Methods:Four electronic databases(MEDLINE,Scopus,Web of Science,and Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews) were searched for quantitative studies published in Spanish and English between January 2016 and May 2021.Studies that were conducted with apparently healthy participants and reported the overall(non)adherence to the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines in preschoolers and/or children and/or adolescents were included.Results:Sixty-three studies comprising 387,437 individuals(51% girls) aged 3-18 years from 23 countries were included.Overall,7.12%(95%confidence interval(95%CI):6.45%-7.78%) of youth met all three 24-Hour Movement Guidelines,and 19.21%(95%CI:16.73%-21.69%)met none of the 3 recommendations.Concerning sex,adherence to all recommendations was significantly lower in girls(3.75%,95%CI:3.23%-4.27%) than in boys(6.89%,95%CI:5.89%-7.89%)(p <0.001).However,there were no sex differences regarding adherence to any of the 3 individual recommendations(girls,15.66%,95%CI:8.40%-22.92%;boys,12.95%,95%CI:6.57%-19.33%).In terms of age group,adherence to the 3 recommendations was 11.26%(95%CI:8.68%-13.84%),10.31%(95%CI:7.49%-13.12%),and 2.68%(95%CI:1.78%-3.58%) in preschoolers,children,and adolescents,respectively.Conversely,8.81%(95%CI:5.97%-11.64%) of preschoolers,15.57%(95%CI:11.60%-19.54%) of children,and 28.59%(95%CI:22.42%-34.75%) of adolescents did not meet any of the recommendations.South America was the region with the lowest adherence(all:2.93%;none:31.72%).Overall adherence to the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines was positively related to country Human Development Index(β=-0.37,95%CI:-0.65 to-0.09;p=0.010).Conclusion:Most young people fail to meet the three 24-Hour Movement Guidelines,particularly adolescents,girls,and those who are from countries with a lower Human Development Index.Moreover,1 in 5 young people did not meet any of these recommendations.Therefore,these results highlight the need to develop age-and sex-specific strategies to promote these movement behaviors from the early stages of life. 展开更多

目的:基于成分数据分析方法,探讨4~6岁学龄前儿童24 h活动与执行功能之间的关系,并进一步构建促进学龄前儿童执行功能的24 h活动最佳时间组合。方法:以159名学龄前儿童(男80名,女79名)为受试者,使用Actigraph GT3X-BT测量其24 h活动,将2... 目的:基于成分数据分析方法,探讨4~6岁学龄前儿童24 h活动与执行功能之间的关系,并进一步构建促进学龄前儿童执行功能的24 h活动最佳时间组合。方法:以159名学龄前儿童(男80名,女79名)为受试者,使用Actigraph GT3X-BT测量其24 h活动,将24 h活动分为4种类型:中高强度身体活动(moderate-to-vigorous physical activity,MVPA)、低强度身体活动(light-intensity physical activity,LPA)、久坐行为(sedentary behavior,SB)和睡眠(sleep,SLP)。采用学龄前儿童执行功能量表评估执行功能。基于成分数据分析方法构建“一对三”等比例替代模型和最佳时间组合模型,探索各行为间替代对执行功能的影响,最终确定24 h活动最佳时间组合。使用Logistic回归分析24 h活动最佳时间组合满足情况与执行功能的关系。结果:24 h活动行为时间与学龄前儿童执行功能各因子、维度及总分均显著相关(P<0.001)。MVPA或LPA等比例替代其他三种活动行为,以及SB或SLP被其他三种活动行为替代后均能促进执行功能发展(P<0.05)。促进学龄前儿童总执行功能的24 h活动最佳时间组合为MVPA 79 min(60~90 min)、LPA 232 min(200~250 min)、SB 469 min(450~510 min)和SLP 660 min(600~720 min)。验证发现,满足24 h活动最佳时间组合的学龄前儿童执行功能异常率显著低于不满足最佳时间组合的学龄前儿童(OR<1,P<0.01)。结论:将SB和SLP部分时间转化为MVPA和LPA有助于学龄前儿童执行功能的发展。研究提出的24 h活动最佳时间组合能够有效降低执行功能异常风险。 展开更多

目的探讨帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)患者在不同亚组中形态学改变模式的性别差异。材料与方法从帕金森病进展标记计划数据库共获取278名参与者的高分辨率T1加权磁共振成像和临床量表数据。以快速眼动睡眠行为障碍(rapid eye m... 目的探讨帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)患者在不同亚组中形态学改变模式的性别差异。材料与方法从帕金森病进展标记计划数据库共获取278名参与者的高分辨率T1加权磁共振成像和临床量表数据。以快速眼动睡眠行为障碍(rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder,RBD)筛查问卷的5分为截止点,分为PD-pRBD(≥5分)和PDnonRBD(<5分),最后被试包括93名PD-pRBD患者和114名PDnonRBD患者以及71名健康对照(healthycontrol,HC)。计算解剖学工具箱12(Computational Anatomy Toolbox 12,CAT12)用于获取灰质体积和皮层形态学指标数据,随后基于皮层形态学指标构建个体水平的形态学相似性网络。最后用图论分析的方法计算网络拓扑属性。结果PD-pRBD组中,男性额叶和颞叶的灰质体积(gray matter volume,GMV)低于女性(P=0.008、0.002),而女性额叶的回旋指数(gyrification index,GI)低于男性(P=0.024)。PDnonRBD组中,男性额叶的GI比女性低(P=0.009)。基于图论的网络分析显示,男性PD-pRBD患者较女性患者表现更低的网络信息整合能力,特别是在分形维度(fractal dimension,FD)网络的全局属性方面。此外,PD-pRBD组男性患者在霍普金斯语言学习测试-修订版(Hopkins Verbal Learning Test-Revised,HVLT-R)的延迟记忆评分和蒙特利尔认知评估(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)与形态学网络指标密切相关(均P<0.05)。结论伴随和不伴随RBD的PD患者在单纯形态学和网络层面都具有显著性别特异性模式,同时PD-pRBD组中男女之间的性别差异较nonRBD组更加广泛,并且进一步与认知相关,这一发现强调了在PD-pRBD患者诊治中考虑性别差异的重要性。 展开更多

目的分析累积生态风险与初中生体育锻炼情况的关系,为推动初中生身心健康发展提供理论支撑。方法2023年3—4月,采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,并使用体育活动等级量表和累积生态风险量表对河南省3502名初中生进行线上调查。运用χ^(2)检... 目的分析累积生态风险与初中生体育锻炼情况的关系,为推动初中生身心健康发展提供理论支撑。方法2023年3—4月,采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,并使用体育活动等级量表和累积生态风险量表对河南省3502名初中生进行线上调查。运用χ^(2)检验和多元Logistic回归分析不同初中生群体体育锻炼情况及相关因素。结果轻微运动在初中生体育锻炼强度的占比最高(48.5%),80.4%的初中生为小运动量;其中16.8%的初中生能每天锻炼≥1次,锻炼频率多为每周1~2次(44.1%)。性别、家庭居住地、父母学历、朋友支持与初中生运动量均相关(χ^(2)值分别为122.53,6.49,7.49,10.17,P值均<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示,随着累积生态风险指数的升高,初中生选择小运动量(相对于大运动量)的可能性增加(OR=1.12,95%CI=1.02~1.23,P<0.05),但与中运动量的相关性无统计学意义(OR=1.08,95%CI=0.97~1.21,P>0.05)。结论河南省初中生普遍存在体育锻炼不足的现象,累积生态风险能负向预测初中生体育锻炼行为。 展开更多
