Quantum chemistry calculations of La , Ca modified and pure PbTiO\-3 nanocrystals were carried out by means of the cluster model in DFT DVM calculating program on which the regularity of the charge distribution was drawn. The analysis of the density of state(DOS) showed that when the cubic phase PbTiO 3 nanocrystal is changed into tetragonal phase, the interaction among Ti 3d , O 2p , and Pb 6p atomic orbitals causes the dipole moment and spontaneous polarization on the axis of the crystal, which resulted in the appearance of ferroelectric phase. At the same time, the dipole moment and the intensity of the spontaneous polarization were calculated as well. 展开更多

Rare earth elements are highly applicable in photocatalysis due to their partially filled 4f orbitals,existing in electronic structures that facilitate the transfer of electrons during the reaction process.Among these materials,CeO_(2)has a distinctive external electronic structure(4f^(1)5d^(1)6s^(2)),abundant oxygen vacancies,and strong conversion ability of Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+),which makes it an attractive candidate in the field of photocatalysis.To broaden its practical applications in the visible region,the drawbacks of a wide band gap and a slow Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)cycle have been addressed through the modification of CeO_(2),thereby accelerating light absorption and self-circulation,and enhancing photocatalytic activity.This paper presents a review of the preparation of modified CeO_(2)catalysts and their application in the conversion of cerium valence state in the photocatalytic degradation of pollutants in water.Furthermore,this paper presents a summary of the most recent development and current challenges,as well as prospect for the application of modified CeO_(2)-based materials. 展开更多

探讨加味香砂六君子汤调控肠道高密度脂蛋白3(high-density lipoprotein 3,HDL3)水平改善高脂血症小鼠肝脏炎症的作用机制。将肠特异性ATP结合盒转运体A1(ATP-binding cassette transporter A1,ABCA1)基因敲除小鼠(Abcal-Villin-cre-Tg... 探讨加味香砂六君子汤调控肠道高密度脂蛋白3(high-density lipoprotein 3,HDL3)水平改善高脂血症小鼠肝脏炎症的作用机制。将肠特异性ATP结合盒转运体A1(ATP-binding cassette transporter A1,ABCA1)基因敲除小鼠(Abcal-Villin-cre-Tg)随机分为3组,每组8只:肠特异性敲除组(Abcal^(△Vill)组),肠特异性敲除高脂组(Abcal^(△Vill)+HFD组),肠特异性敲除中药干预组(Abcal^(△Vill)+HFD+M-XS组);同窝对照小鼠随机分为3组,每组8只:空白组(Abcal^(fl/fl)组),高脂组(Abcal^(fl/fl)+HFD组),中药干预组(Abcal^(fl/fl)+HFD+M-XS组)。除Abcal^(fl/fl)组和Abcal^(△Vill)组外,其余组给予高脂饲料饲养10周。连续给药6周,给药剂量23.66 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)。检测各组小鼠血脂四项;肝脏HE、油红O染色及回肠HE染色观察病理情况;酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测小鼠回肠HDL3水平;GPO-PAP法检测肝脏甘油三酯(triacylglycerol, TG)水平;免疫荧光检测肝脏组织CD86与Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)共定位情况;real-time PCR检测肝脏脂多糖结合蛋白(lipopolysaccharide-binding protein, LBP)、核转录因子-κB p65(nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells p65,NF-κB p65)、核因子-κBα抑制蛋白(inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa-B alpha, IκBα)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor alpha, TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1 beta, IL-1β)mRNA表达;Western blot检测回肠ABCA1、载脂蛋白A-I(apolipoprotein A-I,apoA-I)及肝脏LBP、p-NF-κB、p-IκBα、IL-6、TNF-α和IL-1β蛋白表达。结果显示,与Abcal^(fl/fl)组比,Abcal^(fl/fl)+HFD组血脂水平升高,肝脏出现大量空泡及脂滴,小肠绒毛变短,肝脏TG升高,回肠HDL3、ABCA1和apoA-I水平降低,肝脏CD86与TLR4呈现共定位,肝脏LBP、NF-κB、IκBα、IL-6、TNF-α及IL-1β mRNA表达升高,肝脏LBP、p-NF-κB、p-IκBα、IL-6、TNF-α及IL-1β蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.05);与Abcal^(fl/fl)+HFD组比,Abcal^(fl/fl)+HFD+M-XS组血脂水平降低,肝脏空泡及脂滴减少,小肠绒毛长度增加,肝脏TG降低,回肠HDL3、ABCA1和apoA-I水平升高,肝脏CD86与TLR4共定位程度减弱,LBP、NF-κB、IκBα、IL-6、TNF-α及IL-1β mRNA表达降低,LBP、p-NF-κB、p-IκBα、IL-6、TNF-α及IL-1β蛋白表达显著降低(P<0.05);与Abcal^(fl/fl)+HFD组比,Abcal^(△Vill)+HFD组血脂水平升高,肝脏空泡及脂滴增多,肝脏TG升高,肝脏CD86与TLR4共定位程度增强,LBP、NF-κB、IκBα、IL-6、TNF-α及IL-1β mRNA表达升高,LBP、p-NF-κB、p-IκBα、TNF-α及IL-1β蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.05);与Abcal^(fl/fl)+HFD+M-XS组比,Abcal^(△Vill)+HFD+M-XS组血脂水平升高,肝脏空泡及脂滴增多,肝脏TG升高,肝脏CD86与TLR4共定位增强,LBP、NF-κB、IκBα、IL-6、TNF-α及IL-1β mRNA表达升高,LBP、p-NF-κB、p-IκBα、IL-6、TNF-α及IL-1β蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,加味香砂六君子汤通过调节肠道HDL3水平,改善肝脏炎症反应,纠正血脂异常。 展开更多

加味独活寄生合剂调控PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路对膝骨关节炎兔滑膜细胞焦亡的影响

目的:探讨加味独活寄生合剂(JDJM)治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)滑膜病变的可能机制。方法将43只新西兰雄性大白兔随机分为空白组(Control组,8只)、模型组(35只)。通过在兔右侧后肢固定高分子树脂石膏绷带建立KOA模型,模型构建周期为6周,成功构... 目的:探讨加味独活寄生合剂(JDJM)治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)滑膜病变的可能机制。方法将43只新西兰雄性大白兔随机分为空白组(Control组,8只)、模型组(35只)。通过在兔右侧后肢固定高分子树脂石膏绷带建立KOA模型,模型构建周期为6周,成功构建模型32只。随机分为模型组(Model组)、塞来昔布组(Celecoxib组)、JDJM组与JDJM+740Y-P组,每组8只。Celecoxib组予塞来昔布灌胃,单次剂量为0.0093 g·kg^(-1),JDJM组给予JDJM单次生药量6.8 mL·kg^(-1),即4.5152 g·kg^(-1)灌胃,JDJM+740Y-P组予以4.5152 g·kg^(-1)生药灌胃+耳缘静脉注射0.15μmol·kg^(-1)740Y-P,其余各组予以等剂量生理盐水灌胃,每日1次,持续6周。给药结束后测定各组兔膝关节疼痛阈值、膝关节周径,苏木素-伊红(HE)染色检测滑膜组织病理学变化;酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测关节液中白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-18、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量;实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real-time PCR)检测滑膜组织磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)、蛋白激酶B(Akt)、哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)、NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)、胱天蛋白酶-1(Caspase-1)、消皮素D(GSDMD)mRNA表达;免疫组化(IHC)检测滑膜组织NLRP3、Caspase-1、GSDMD表达;蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测滑膜组织磷酸化(p)-PI3K/PI3K、p-Akt/Akt、p-mTOR/mTOR、NLRP3、Caspase-1、GSDMD蛋白表达。结果与Control组比较,Model组兔膝关节周径明显升高,痛阈明显降低,滑膜组织病理评分明显升高(P<0.05),关节液中IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α含量显著升高(P<0.01),PI3K、Akt、mTOR磷酸化激活且mRNA及蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.01),NLRP3、Caspase-1、GSDMD mRNA及蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.01);与Model组比较,Celecoxib组与JDJM组兔膝关节周径明显减小,痛阈明显升高,滑膜组织病理评分明显降低(P<0.05),关节液中IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α含量显著降低(P<0.01),p-PI3K、p-Akt、p-mTOR、NLRP3、Caspase-1、GSDMD mRNA及蛋白表达显著降低(P<0.01);与JDJM组比较,JDJM+740Y-P组滑膜病变改善程度明显下降,兔膝关节周径明显升高,痛阈明显降低,滑膜组织病理评分明显降低(P<0.05),且关节液中的IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α含量显著升高(P<0.01),p-PI3K/PI3K、p-Akt/Akt、p-mTOR/mTOR、NLRP3、Caspase-1、GSDMD mRNA及蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.01)。结论JDJM对膝骨关节炎疗效明确,可改善KOA膝关节滑膜炎症反应,其作用机制可能涉及对滑膜组织PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路的调节,进而抑制细胞焦亡从而减少炎性因子释放,保护骨性结构有关。 展开更多

Modified constraint-induced movement therapy alters synaptic plasticity of rat contralateral hippocampus following middle cerebral artery occlusion 被引量:23

Modified constraint-induced movement therapy is an effective treatment for neurological and motor impairments in patients with stroke by increasing the use of their affected limb and limiting the contralateral limb.However,the molecular mechanism underlying its efficacy remains unclear.In this study,a middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)rat model was produced by the suture method.Rats received modified constraint-induced movement therapy 1 hour a day for 14 consecutive days,starting from the 7^th day after middle cerebral artery occlusion.Day 1 of treatment lasted for 10 minutes at 2r/min,day 2 for 20 minutes at 2 r/min,and from day 3 onward for 20 minutes at 4 r/min.CatWalk gait analysis,adhesive removal test,and Y-maze test were used to investigate motor function,sensory function as well as cognitive function in rodent animals from the 1st day before MCAO to the 21^st day after MCAO.On the 21^st day after MCAO,the neurotransmitter receptor-related genes from both contralateral and ipsilateral hippocampi were tested by micro-array and then verified by western blot assay.The glutamate related receptor was shown by transmission electron microscopy and the glutamate content was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.The results of behavior tests showed that modified constraint-induced movement therapy promoted motor and sensory functional recovery in the middle cerebral artery-occluded rats,but had no effect on cognitive function.The modified constraint-induced movement therapy upregulated the expression of glutamate ionotropic receptor AMPA type subunit 3(Gria3)in the hippocampus and downregulated the expression of the beta3-adrenergic receptor gene Adrb3 and arginine vasopressin receptor 1 A,Avprla in the middle cerebral artery-occluded rats.In the ipsilateral hippocampus,only Adra2 a was downregulated,and there was no significant change in Gria3.Transmission electron microscopy revealed a denser distribution the more distribution of postsynaptic glutamate receptor 2/3,which is an a-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazole-propionic acid receptor,within 240 nm of the postsynaptic density in the contralateral cornu ammonis 3 region.The size and distribution of the synaptic vesicles within 100 nm of the presynaptic active zone were unchanged.Western blot analysis showed that modified constraint-induced movement therapy also increased the expression of glutamate receptor 2/3 and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the hippocampus of rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion,but had no effect on Synapsin I levels.Besides,we also found modified constraint-induced movement therapy effectively reduced glutamate content in the contralateral hippocampus.This study demonstrated that modified constraint-induced movement therapy is an effective rehabilitation therapy in middle cerebral artery-occluded rats,and suggests that these positive effects occur via the upregulation of the postsynaptic membrane a-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazole-propionic acid receptor expression.This study was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Fudan University,China(approval No.201802173 S)on March 3,2018. 展开更多

Exact solutions to conformable time fractional (3+1)-dimensional equations are derived by using the modified form of the Kudryashov method. The compatible wave transformation reduces the equations to an ODE with integer orders. The predicted solution of the finite series of a rational exponential function is substituted into this ODE.The resultant polynomial equation is solved by using algebraic operations. The method works for the Jimbo–Miwa, the Zakharov–Kuznetsov, and the modified Zakharov–Kuznetsov equations in conformable time fractional forms. To synthesize a series of 3-, 4-, and/or 11-trihydroxy modified bergenin derivatives and evaluated their cytotoxic activity in vitro. The phenolic hydroxyl groups of bergenin were protected by benzyl groups with benzyl bromide. Treatment of dibenzyl bergenin with the corresponding acid in the presence of EDC·HCl and DMAP in CH2Cl2, followed by hydrogenation over Pd/C catalysts, afforded derivatives of bergenin esters. All of the target compounds were identified by IR, MS, and 1H NMR. Twenty-six novel and three known derivatives of bergenin esters were synthesized. Their cytotoxicity values were evaluated by the MTT assay on the inhibition of DU-145 and BGC-823 cells in vitro. Several triply-substituted(3a, 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a) and doublysubstituted(8b, 9b) bergenin derivatives exhibited higher cytotoxic activity than bergenin. The result showed that the size of substituents and the lipophilicity of the bergenin esters displayed an important role on their cytotoxic activity. 展开更多

A new Fe3C-N-doped reduced graphene oxide(Fe3C-N-rGO)prepared by a facile method is used as a separator for high performance lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.The Fe3C-N-rGO is coated on the surface of commercial polypropylene separator(Celgard 2400)close to the sulfur cathode.The special nanotubes are in-situ catalyzed by Fe3C nanoparticles.They could entrap lithium polysulfides(Li PSs)to restrain the shuttle effect and reduce the loss of active material.The battery with the modified separator and sulfur cathode shows an excellent cycle performance.It has a high rate performance,580.5 mAh/g at the high current rate of 4 C relative to 1075 mAh/g at 0.1 C.It also has an initial discharge capacity of 774.8 m Ah/g measured at 0.5 C and remains 721.8 mAh/g after 100 cycles with a high capacity retention of 93.2%.The outstanding performances are notable in recently reports with modified separator. 展开更多

The Cs modification of H3PW12O40(40%)/SiO2 gave the most promising result of 20% dimethyl ether conversion and 34.8% dimethoxymethane selectivity. Dimethoxymethane could be synthe- sized via methoxy groups decomposed from dimethyl ether through the synergistic effect between the acid sites and the redox sites of Cs modified H3PW12O40(40%)/SiO2. 展开更多

Nano-La2O3 was modified with the vinyltrimethoxylsilane by hydrolysis and a novel poly (vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP) based composite polymer electrolyte doped with the modified nano-La2O3 was prepared by phase inversion method. The physicochemical properties were studied by SEM, FT-IR, XRD, TG and electrochemical methods. The results of FT-IR indicated that the nano-La2O3 was successfully modified with vinyltrimethoxylsilane. The XRD analysis showed that the incorporation of modified nano-La2O3 into the polymer electrolyte membranes could effectively reduce the crystallinity of PVDF-HFP, and the characterizations also suggested that thermal stability and electrochemical stability window could reach to 382°C and 5.1V, respectively; the reciprocal temperature dependence of ionic conductivity followed Vogel-Tamman-Fulcher (VTF) relation, ionic conductivity at room temperature was up to 3.5×10-3S/cm and lithium ions transference number was up to 0.42; the interfacial resistance increased at initial value about353Ω/cm2 and reached a steady value about 559Ω/cm2 after 5d storage at 30°C. The fabricated Li/As-prepared electrolytes/LiCoO2 coin cell showed excellent rate and cycle performances. 展开更多

Artificial zeolite was modified by nano-Fe3O4 for development of functional adsorbents.Subsequently,adsorbents such as calcium cross-linked nano-Fe3O4 microspheres (Ca-MS),calcium cross-linked nano-Fe3O4 modified zeolite microspheres (Ca-MZS) and iron cross-linked nano-Fe3O4 modified zeolite microspheres (Fe-MZS) were prepared and compared for their adsorption performance.The effects of adsorbent dosage,solution pH,initial concentration and ion content on the removal of Cu^2+ from wastewater are investigated,and the adsorption kinetics and isotherms for the adsorbent materials were analyzed.The experimental results indicate that for the initial concentration of Cu^2+ of 30 mg/L,the adsorption is noted to be most stable.The optimal initial pH for adsorbing Cu^2+ is observed to be 5.5.At an optimal dosage of Ca-MZS of 900 mg/L,the adsorption capacity is measured to be 28.25 mg/g,along with the removal rate of 72.49%.The addition of Na+ and K+ affects the adsorption of Cu^2+.For the Na^+ and K^+ concentration of 0.2 mmol/L,the Cu^2+ removal rate by Ca-MZS drops to 11.94% and 22.12%,respectively.As compared with the adsorbents such as Natural Zeolite (NZ),Ca-MS and Fe-MZS,Ca-MZS demonstrates the best removal effect in solution,where the removal rate reaches 84.27%,with the maximum adsorption capacity of 28.09 mg/g.The Cu^2+ adsorption kinetics of Ca-MZS is observed to follow the Elovich kinetic model,with the adsorption isotherm data fitting the Freundlich isotherm model by using the non-linear method. 展开更多
