In the era of AI,especially large models,the importance of open source has become increasingly prominent.First,open source allows innovation to avoid starting from scratch.Through iterative innovation,it promotes technical exchanges and learning globally.Second,resources required for large model R&D are difficult for a single institution to obtain.The evaluation of general large models also requires the participation of experts from various industries.Third,without open source collaboration,it is difficult to form a unified upper-layer software ecosystem.Therefore,open source has become an important cooperation mechanism to promote the development of AI and large models.There are two cases to illustrate how open source and international standards interact with each other. 展开更多

Experimental demonstration of complete quantum e-commerce based on an efficient quantum digital payment

With the rapid spread of Internet technology,e-commerce is gradually becoming an integral part of the modern business models.The e-commerce transactions should obey integrity,authentication,nonrepudiation,traceability... With the rapid spread of Internet technology,e-commerce is gradually becoming an integral part of the modern business models.The e-commerce transactions should obey integrity,authentication,nonrepudiation,traceability,and impartiality.Here,we propose and demonstrate a complete continuous-variable quantum e-commerce scheme,which involves subscription,payment,transport,and reception protocols among five parties.To this end,a simple,efficient quantum digital payment scheme is proposed.Furthermore,we streamline the entire e-commerce process by eliminating the private amplification step in the pre-distribution of keys.We achieve a contract signing rate of 1.51×10^(3)times per second for a 33 kilobits contract,and a payment rate of 2.70×10^(3)times per second over 80 km of single-mode fiber.Our results can support 411 times complete transactions per second,including three contract signings and two separate monetary payments.The proposed scheme takes into account the compatibility with existing e-commerce platforms to ensure a smooth transition and provides a practical solution for quantum e-commerce at metropolitan distances. 展开更多

Foxp3^(+)regulatory T(T_(reg))cells,as one of the subtypes of CD4^(+)T cells,are the crucial gatekeeper in the pathogenesis of self-antigen reactive diseases.In this context,we demonstrated that the selective ablation of early growth response gene 1(Egr-1)in CD4^(+)T cells exacerbated experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE)in murine models.The absence of Egr-1 in CD4^(+)T cells,obtained from EAE mice and naïve CD4^(+)T cells,impeded the differentiation and influence of T_(reg).Importantly,in CD4^(+)T cells of multiple sclerosis patients,both Egr-1 and Foxp3 were found to decrease.Further studies showed that distinct from the classical Smad3 route,TGF-βcould activate Egr-1 through the Raf-Erk signaling route to promote Foxp3 genetic modulation,thereby promoting T_(reg)cell differentiation and reducing EAE inflammation.A novel natural Egr-1 agonist,calycosin,was found to attenuate EAE progression by regulating the differentiation of T_(reg).Together,the above results indicate the value of Egr-1,as a novel Foxp3 transactivator,for the differentiation of T_(reg)cells in the development of self-antigen reactive diseases. 展开更多
