基于分位数回归的杉木树高-胸径模型研究

为构建高精度的杉木人工林树高-胸径预测模型,为森林资源精准管理提供理论依据,本研究以贵州省国有扎佐林场杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)人工林为研究对象,基于49块标准样地3795株杉木数据,采用最小二乘法拟合7种树高-胸径基础模型,... 为构建高精度的杉木人工林树高-胸径预测模型,为森林资源精准管理提供理论依据,本研究以贵州省国有扎佐林场杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)人工林为研究对象,基于49块标准样地3795株杉木数据,采用最小二乘法拟合7种树高-胸径基础模型,并通过引入优势木平均高和胸径构建广义模型,最后建立9个分位点(τ=0.1~0.9)的分位数回归模型,采用决定系数(R^(2))、均方根误差(RMSE)和平均绝对误差(MAE)评价模型的预测效果。结果表明:Logistic基础模型拟合效果最优(R^(2)=0.7296,RMSE=1.8363,MAE=1.4703);引入优势木平均高和优势木平均胸径构建的广义模型可显著提升预测精度(R^(2)=0.7638,RMSE=1.7203,MAE=1.3525);分位数回归模型中τ=0.4时拟合效果最优(R^(2)=0.7754,RMSE=1.7067,MAE=1.3410)。研究表明,与非线性回归模型相比,基于分位数回归构建的杉木树高-胸径模型能更精确描述杉木树高与胸径之间的关系。研究结论为杉木人工林科学经营提供了新的建模方法,但模型普适性需通过扩大研究范围进一步验证。 展开更多

In this paper, we investigate the observational constraints on the scenario of vacuum energy interacting with cold dark matter.We consider eight typical interaction forms in such an interacting vacuum energy scenario. The observational data used in this work to constrain these models include the JLA sample of type Ia supernovae observation, the Planck 2015 distance priors data of cosmic microwave background anisotropies observation, the baryon acoustic oscillations data, and the Hubble constant direct measurement. We find that the current observational data almost equally favor these interacting vacuum energy models. We also find that for all these models of vacuum energy interacting with cold dark matter the case of no interaction is actually well consistent with the current observational data within 1σ range. 展开更多
