In this paper, we present the numerical solution for the optimal control problem of monodomain modelwith Rogers-modified FitzHugh-Nagumo ion kinetic. The monodomain model, which is a well-known mathematical model for simulation of cardiac electrical activity, appears as the constraint in our problem. Our control objective is to dampen the excitation wavefront of the transmembrane potential in the observation domain using optimal applied current. Various conjugate gradient methods have been applied by researchers for solving this type of optimal control problem. For the present paper, we adopt the modified Fletcher-Reeves method and modified Dai-Yuan methodfor computing the optimal applied current. Numerical results show that the excitation wavefront is successfully dampened out by the optimal applied current when the modified Fletcher-Reeves method is used. However, this is not the case when the modified Dai-Yuan method is employed. Numerical results indicate that the modified Dai-Yuan method failed to converge to the optimal solution when the Armijo line search is used. 展开更多

With the new efficient approach presented, the complexity in dealing with a more complicated dynamic coupling system is greatly reduced. The new modeling method is then combined with the theory of power flow to investigate the dynamics of the overall non rigid isolation system from the viewpoint of energy. The interaction between the resilient machine of its main modes and the resonant behavior of the flexible foundation on power flow transmission is studied. Taking a machine tool mounted on a multi story working plant as an example, the dynamic characteristics of the machine foundation coupling system are analyzed, and their effects on power flow transmission are revealed under various service frequency bands. Some advisable control strategies and the design principle for machinery mounted on flexible structure are proposed. 展开更多

The modern control theory is applied for the linear stability condition with feedback control signal. The result shows that the stability of traffic flow is closely related to the information of the historic optimal velocity. Furthermore, numerical simulations conform that the new feedback control did increase the stability of traffic flow efficiently, which is in accord with theoretical analysis. 展开更多

Recently, stratospheric airships prefer to employ a vectored tail rotor or differential main propellers for the yaw control, rather than the control surfaces like common low-altitude airship. The load capacity of vectored mechanism and propellers are always limited by the weight and strength, which bring challenges for the attitude controller. In this paper, the yaw channel of airship dynamics is firstly rewritten as a simplified two-order dynamics equation and the dynamic charac- teristics is analyzed with a phase plane method. Analysis shows that when ignoring damping, the yaw control channel is available to the minimum principle of Pontryagin for optimal control, which can obtain a Bang-Bang controller. But under this controller, the control output could he bouncing around the theoretical switch curve due to the presence of disturbance and damping, which makes adverse effects for the servo structure. Considering the structure requirements of actuators, a phase plane method controller is employed, with a dead zone surrounded by several phase switch curve. Thus, the controller outputs are limited to finite values. Finally, through the numerical simulation and actual flight experiment, the method is proved to be effective. 展开更多

In order to reach a compromise between fast response control and torques matching control in double turboshaft engines,research on nonlinear model predictive control for turboshaft engines based on double engines torques matching is conducted.Meanwhile,a Nonlinear Model Predictive Control(NMPC)method is proposed,which combines the control index of the power turbine speed with torques matching of double engines creatively.In addition to the control index,the difference of output torques between each engine is also incorporated in the objective function as a penalty term to ensure constant speed control and short torques matching time.Simulation results demonstrate that relative to unilateral torques matching,the settling time of the bidirectional matching method can be reduced by nearly 30.8%.Nevertheless,compared with the bidirectional torques matching method under the cascade PID controller,the NMPC method can decrease the overshoot of the power turbine speed by 65%and reduce the matching time by 15.5%synchronously.Besides fast response control of turboshaft engines,fast torques matching control of double engines is accomplished as well. 展开更多

Distribution-based degradation models (or graphical approach in some literature) occur in a wide range of applications. However, few of existing methods have taken the validation of the built model into consideration. A validation methodology for distribution-based models is proposed in this paper. Since the model can be expressed as consisting of assumptions of model structures and embedded model parameters, the proposed methodology carries out the validation from these two aspects. By using appropriate statistical techniques, the rationality of degradation distributions, suitability of fitted models and validity of degradation models are validated respectively. A new statistical technique based on control limits is also proposed, which can be implemented in the validation of degradation models' validity. The case study on degradation modeling of an actual accelerometer shows that the proposed methodology is an effective solution to the validation problem of distribution-based de qradation models. 展开更多

In heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, there exist severe nonlinearity, time-varying nature, disturbances and uncertainties. A new predictive functional control based on Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model was proposed to control HVAC systems. The T-S fuzzy model of stabilized controlled process was obtained using the least squares method, then on the basis of global linear predictive model from T-S fuzzy model, the process was controlled by the predictive functional controller. Especially the feedback regulation part was developed to compensate uncertainties of fuzzy predictive model. Finally simulation test results in HVAC systems control applications showed that the proposed fuzzy model predictive functional control improves tracking effect and robustness. Compared with the conventional PID controller, this control strategy has the advantages of less overshoot and shorter setting time, etc. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the stability analysis of nonlinear networked control system with integral quadratic constraints(IQC) performance, dynamic quantization, variable sampling intervals, and communication delays. By using input-delay and parallel distributed compensation(PDC) techniques, we establish the Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy model for the system, in which the sampling period of the sampler and signal transmission delay are transformed to the refreshing interval of a zero-order holder(ZOH). By the appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii-based methods, a delay-dependent criterion is derived to ensure the asymptotic stability for the system with IQC performance via the H∞ state feedback control. The parametric uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded. The aim of this paper is to design a memoryless non-fragile state feedback control law such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable for all admissible parameter uncertainties and controller gain variations. A new linear matrix inequality (LMI) based sufficient condition for the existence of such controllers is established. In this paper, a real-time online data-driven adaptive method is developed to deal with uncertainties such as high nonlinearity, strong coupling, parameter perturbation and external disturbances in attitude control of fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Firstly, a model-free adaptive control (MFAC) method requiring only input/output (I/O) data and no model information is adopted for control scheme design of angular velocity subsystem which contains all model information and up-mentioned uncertainties. Secondly, the internal model control (IMC) method featured with less tuning parameters and convenient tuning process is adopted for control scheme design of the certain Euler angle subsystem. Simulation results show that, the method developed is obviously superior to the cascade PID (CPID) method and the nonlinear dynamic inversion (NDI) method. 展开更多

并联机器人是一类典型的复杂机电系统,往往包含刚柔耦合、机电耦合、电液耦合等因素。采用动力学分析软件实现其多领域耦合仿真通常需借助额外的程序间接口,且用户难以进行功能和模块的扩展,而Modelica多领域统一建模语言便于统一考虑... 并联机器人是一类典型的复杂机电系统,往往包含刚柔耦合、机电耦合、电液耦合等因素。采用动力学分析软件实现其多领域耦合仿真通常需借助额外的程序间接口,且用户难以进行功能和模块的扩展,而Modelica多领域统一建模语言便于统一考虑上述耦合因素,容易获得并联机器人的整机真实性能。对于包含特殊多闭链机构的并联机器人,在Modelica建模过程中往往需注意若干细节的特殊处理。文中以Delta机器人为例,基于Modelica语言建立机器人多刚体动力学模型、刚柔耦合动力学模型和机械控制耦合模型,并通过与Recurdyn软件仿真结果进行对比,验证了该建模方法的有效性。本方法亦可用于该类并联机器人的性能分析,为并联机器人的进一步设计优化奠定基础。 展开更多

It is quite difficult to obtain the humidity... This paper considers the problem of simulating the humidity distributions of a grain storage system. The distributions are described by partial differential equations(PDE). It is quite difficult to obtain the humidity profiles from the PDE model. Hence, a discretization method is applied to obtain an equivalent ordinary differential equation model. However, after applying the discretization technique, the cost of solving the system increases as the size increases to a few thousands. It may be noted that after discretization,the degree of freedom of the system remain the same while the order increases. The large dynamic model is reduced using a proper orthogonal decomposition based technique and an equivalent model but of much reduced size is obtained. A controller based on optimal control theory is designed to obtain an input such that the output humidity reaches a desired profile and also its stability is analyzed.Numerical results are presented to show the validity of the reduced model and possible further extensions are identified. 展开更多

在挖掘机的工作体系中,先导手柄作为人与挖掘机进行交互的直接部件,其操控精度对人机协同作业效率具有重要影响。为提升挖掘机手柄操控的精准性,文中针对手柄在转动过程中产生的非线性误差问题开展系统性误差补偿机制探索。首先对先导... 在挖掘机的工作体系中,先导手柄作为人与挖掘机进行交互的直接部件,其操控精度对人机协同作业效率具有重要影响。为提升挖掘机手柄操控的精准性,文中针对手柄在转动过程中产生的非线性误差问题开展系统性误差补偿机制探索。首先对先导手柄在转动时产生的误差数据进行科学划分;其次使用Matlab结合最小二乘法与样条插值法求解各误差区间对应的补偿曲线方程,建立非线性误差的补偿模型;在SolidWorks中进行三维建模,并通过ADAMS动力学仿真平台对所提补偿方案进行动态性能验证。仿真结果表明:分段曲线补偿方法能有效提升先导手柄转动时操纵角与触头位移的线性关系,显著降低了非线性误差,从而验证了该补偿方法的可行性,为提升手柄操控精准性提供了技术支持。 展开更多

针对四轮独立转向农业巡检车在复杂农田环境下的运动控制难题,提出了一种融合高精度路径跟踪与姿态调节的协同控制方法。通过构建四轮独立转向驱动系统,采用伺服电机与轮毂电机的协同控制机制,实现了巡检车辆的全向移动功能;基于运动学... 针对四轮独立转向农业巡检车在复杂农田环境下的运动控制难题,提出了一种融合高精度路径跟踪与姿态调节的协同控制方法。通过构建四轮独立转向驱动系统,采用伺服电机与轮毂电机的协同控制机制,实现了巡检车辆的全向移动功能;基于运动学建模,推导了单轮约束方程并建立了多模式运动学模型,系统阐释了直行、斜行、原地转向和四轮转向4种典型运动模式的运动学特性;设计了参数自适应控制策略,通过实时感知横向误差和航向偏差动态调整控制增益,同时结合抗饱和积分PI控制器优化纵向速度跟踪性能,有效解决了农田多源干扰下的运动稳定性问题。仿真与田间试验结果表明:该系统在不同运动模式下横向偏移率不超过1.2%;自适应控制使路径跟踪收敛时间缩短27.59%,横向误差降低75.00%,航向偏差得到显著抑制。研究成果构建了面向农业巡检车的运动控制理论框架与工程实现方案,特别在狭窄田垄通行和多障碍物规避场景中展现出优越的机动性能,横向定位精度提升至厘米级,为智慧农业精准监测提供了可靠的技术装备支撑。 展开更多
