为了提升实木家具生产效率和车间流水线的平衡性,以NG公司茶椅生产线装配关键制约环节优化为例,通过秒表计时法和MODAPTS动作分析法(MODular arrangement of predetermined time standards,MODAPTS),精确分析生产周期内操作员与设备的...为了提升实木家具生产效率和车间流水线的平衡性,以NG公司茶椅生产线装配关键制约环节优化为例,通过秒表计时法和MODAPTS动作分析法(MODular arrangement of predetermined time standards,MODAPTS),精确分析生产周期内操作员与设备的工作模式,识别耗时最多的关键制约环节。基于“消除-合并-重排-简化”四步法(ECRS原则),从生产管理模式、操作区域布局和工序操作流程3个方面提出了优化方案:1)引入电子看板管理,以实时监控和调整生产进度;2)调整物料存放方式和工作台面,以减少工人弯腰和提升作业效率;3)重新规划行走路径,优化工序操作流程。优化策略的应用显著提高了工艺效率,瓶颈操作时间显著减少了37.5%,处理持续时间从初的229.75 s降至144.86 s;生产线平衡率亦从66.51%提升至85.83%。结果表明,所提出的改进措施有效降低了员工工作强度,优化了生产流程,提高了制造效率,对中小型家具制造企业的生产线优化具有一定的借鉴意义。展开更多
This paper presents a mode-switching collaborative defense strategy for spacecraft pursuit-evasiondefense scenarios.In these scenarios,the pursuer tries to avoid the defender while capturing the evader,while the evade...This paper presents a mode-switching collaborative defense strategy for spacecraft pursuit-evasiondefense scenarios.In these scenarios,the pursuer tries to avoid the defender while capturing the evader,while the evader and defender form an alliance to prevent the pursuer from achieving its goal.First,the behavioral modes of the pursuer,including attack and avoidance modes,were established using differential game theory.These modes are then recognized by an interactive multiple model-matching algorithm(IMM),that uses several smooth variable structure filters to match the modes of the pursuer and update their probabilities in real time.Based on the linear-quadratic optimization theory,combined with the results of strategy identification,a two-way cooperative optimal strategy for the defender and evader is proposed,where the evader aids the defender to intercept the pursuer by performing luring maneuvers.Simulation results show that the interactive multi-model algorithm based on several smooth variable structure filters perform well in the strategy identification of the pursuer,and the cooperative defense strategy based on strategy identification has good interception performance when facing pursuers,who are able to flexibly adjust their game objectives.展开更多

A spectral polarization imaging system is developed,...To identify coatings and analyze the anti-detection capabilities of camouflage patterns, material samples can be prepared using the super-pixel segmentation method. A spectral polarization imaging system is developed, based on the principle of bidirectional reflectance distribution function(BRDF), to obtain spectral reflection intensities of coatings at full spatial angles, and use polarization images to calculate the refractive index by the Fresnel equation. The index is then coupled into TorranceSparrow model to simulate the spectral scattering intensity to mutually verify the experimental results. The spectral scattering characteristics of standard camouflage patterns are then revealed and pinpoint the signature band and the angle of reflecting sensitivity.展开更多
大气水汽含量(precipitable water vapor,PWV)对遥感定量化及生态环境方面研究具有重要意义。针对传统水汽探测方法存在的问题,提出一种基于多通道表观反射率的ICIBR(improved continuum interpolated band ratio)水汽遥感反演方法...大气水汽含量(precipitable water vapor,PWV)对遥感定量化及生态环境方面研究具有重要意义。针对传统水汽探测方法存在的问题,提出一种基于多通道表观反射率的ICIBR(improved continuum interpolated band ratio)水汽遥感反演方法。该方法结合MODIS数据第17,18和19三个近红外通道的水汽吸收特点,利用MODTRAN模型模拟大气含水量与三个通道ICIBR之间的关系,构建了适用于MODIS数据的ICIBR大气水汽含量定量反演模型。基于提出的ICIBR水汽反演方法,选择北美洲南部典型干旱、半干旱区德克萨斯州、俄克拉荷马州等地区为研究区,使用不同时间的四期MODIS 1B数据进行水汽反演实验。同时,选择SuomiNet提供的GPS水汽地基观测数据对反演结果进行精度验证以及MODIS大气水汽产品(MOD05)进行对比评价。验证和对比结果表明:该算法水汽反演结果与GPS水汽实测数据具有较高的一致性(r=0.967),均方根误差为0.276 cm,有71.08%的观测点对满足水汽反演误差精度(EE~±0.05+0.15PWV(gps))要求,同时与MOD05大气水汽产品相比,该方法在反演精度和准确估计方面有了较大提高,能够有效降低61%的水汽反演高估现象。该方法较传统算法更为简易、实用,具有较高的整体水汽反演精度。展开更多
