Background Three-dimensional(3D)shape representation using mesh data is essential in various applications,such as virtual reality and simulation technologies.Current methods for extracting features from mesh edges or faces struggle with complex 3D models because edge-based approaches miss global contexts and face-based methods overlook variations in adjacent areas,which affects the overall precision.To address these issues,we propose the Feature Discrimination and Context Propagation Network(FDCPNet),which is a novel approach that synergistically integrates local and global features in mesh datasets.Methods FDCPNet is composed of two modules:(1)the Feature Discrimination Module,which employs an attention mechanism to enhance the identification of key local features,and(2)the Context Propagation Module,which enriches key local features by integrating global contextual information,thereby facilitating a more detailed and comprehensive representation of crucial areas within the mesh model.Results Experiments on popular datasets validated the effectiveness of FDCPNet,showing an improvement in the classification accuracy over the baseline MeshNet.Furthermore,even with reduced mesh face numbers and limited training data,FDCPNet achieved promising results,demonstrating its robustness in scenarios of variable complexity. 展开更多

Research indicates that microbe activity within the human body significantly influences health by being closely linked to various diseases.Accurately predicting microbe-disease interactions(MDIs)offers critical insights for disease intervention and pharmaceutical research.Current advanced AI-based technologies automatically generate robust representations of microbes and diseases,enabling effective MDI predictions.However,these models continue to face significant challenges.A major issue is their reliance on complex feature extractors and classifiers,which substantially diminishes the models’generalizability.To address this,we introduce a novel graph autoencoder framework that utilizes decoupled representation learning and multi-scale information fusion strategies to efficiently infer potential MDIs.Initially,we randomly mask portions of the input microbe-disease graph based on Bernoulli distribution to boost self-supervised training and minimize noise-related performance degradation.Secondly,we employ decoupled representation learning technology,compelling the graph neural network(GNN)to independently learn the weights for each feature subspace,thus enhancing its expressive power.Finally,we implement multi-scale information fusion technology to amalgamate the multi-layer outputs of GNN,reducing information loss due to occlusion.Extensive experiments on public datasets demonstrate that our model significantly surpasses existing top MDI prediction models.This indicates that our model can accurately predict unknown MDIs and is likely to aid in disease discovery and precision pharmaceutical research.Code and data are accessible at:https://github.com/shmildsj/MDI-IFDRL. 展开更多

Time series analysis is a key technology for medical diagnosis,weather forecasting and financial prediction systems.However,missing data frequently occur during data recording,posing a great challenge to data mining tasks.In this study,we propose a novel time series data representation-based denoising autoencoder(DAE)for the reconstruction of missing values.Two data representation methods,namely,recurrence plot(RP)and Gramian angular field(GAF),are used to transform the raw time series to a 2D matrix for establishing the temporal correlations between different time intervals and extracting the structural patterns from the time series.Then an improved DAE is proposed to reconstruct the missing values from the 2D representation of time series.A comprehensive comparison is conducted amongst the different representations on standard datasets.Results show that the 2D representations have a lower reconstruction error than the raw time series,and the RP representation provides the best outcome.This work provides useful insights into the better reconstruction of missing values in time series analysis to considerably improve the reliability of timevarying system. 展开更多

基于YOLOv8-MI软枣猕猴桃小目标果实识别和定位方法

软枣猕猴桃营养价值丰富,但由于果实小、分布密集且易受逆光影响等问题导致在自动化采摘过程中果实识别和定位精度低,严重影响采摘效率。为此,提出了一种基于YOLOv8网络结构的YOLOv8-MI软枣猕猴桃目标检测方法。对YOLOv8进行优化,主干... 软枣猕猴桃营养价值丰富,但由于果实小、分布密集且易受逆光影响等问题导致在自动化采摘过程中果实识别和定位精度低,严重影响采摘效率。为此,提出了一种基于YOLOv8网络结构的YOLOv8-MI软枣猕猴桃目标检测方法。对YOLOv8进行优化,主干网络中引入CBIM增强型空间金字塔池化模块,提升对软枣猕猴桃果实关键特征的提取能力;在颈部网络中使用Bi-FPN模块并增加小目标检测层,增强多尺度特征融合效果和小目标检测精度;在头部网络中引入MPDIoU-I损失函数动态调整学习速率,用以捕捉小目标的特征,提升果实在密集遮挡和逆光情况下的识别精度。优化结果表明:YOLOv8-MI的精确率、召回率、平均精度分别提高了8.60、7.50、6.86个百分点,模型权重仅增加了1.65 MB。在密集遮挡和逆光情况下,模型的精确率、召回率、平均精度分别提高了10.20、8.70、7.72个百分点。基于YOLOv8-MI的识别结果,运用SGBM-CL定位算法得出采摘点坐标,与人工标定数据对比,X、Y、Z方向的定位误差分别为9.09、5.98、6.10 mm,可以满足采摘精度需求。进一步对果实进行识别定位验证,系统总体识别成功率达88%,准确定位率达82%,具有较强的实用性与可靠性。 展开更多

为探究气候与环境剧烈转变背景下沉积物及古植被的响应特征,在前期已有研究的基础上,本研究提供了更为详细的MIS3时期至MIS1早中期的沉积与孢粉地层数据,重建了古植被与沉积演化序列,讨论了古植被、沉积特征对气候、环境演化过程的关系... 为探究气候与环境剧烈转变背景下沉积物及古植被的响应特征,在前期已有研究的基础上,本研究提供了更为详细的MIS3时期至MIS1早中期的沉积与孢粉地层数据,重建了古植被与沉积演化序列,讨论了古植被、沉积特征对气候、环境演化过程的关系。结果显示该区段岩性以砂质粉砂、粉砂质砂为主,每个钻孔均存在4个孢粉带,指示了不同的气候环境阶段。在MIS3早期与MIS1早—中期过渡阶段,出现了海相沟鞭藻囊孢及有孔虫内衬。通过地层沉积特征、孢粉特征与全球海平面、石笋δ18O曲线对比分析,发现宁德沿海岩芯在MIS3至MIS1时期沉积环境存在明显的波动,导致不同区域存在沉积间断。孢粉特征指示的MIS3中期区域气候冷期可能受H4事件影响,H3事件在沉积特征上有所响应,表明宁德地区环境受全球气候环境变化影响,在万年尺度上受控于北半球夏季太阳辐射驱动的冰期-间冰期旋回,千年尺度也受到亚洲季风及Heinrich事件影响。 展开更多

滚动轴承是机械设备中的常见关键部件,准确预测其剩余使用寿命对机械设备的安全稳定运行至关重要。针对目前轴承寿命预测存在的轴承退化特征不明显、模型泛化能力差以及数据长期依赖关系难以捕捉的问题,提出基于时频域信号优化器(Time-F... 滚动轴承是机械设备中的常见关键部件,准确预测其剩余使用寿命对机械设备的安全稳定运行至关重要。针对目前轴承寿命预测存在的轴承退化特征不明显、模型泛化能力差以及数据长期依赖关系难以捕捉的问题,提出基于时频域信号优化器(Time-Frequency domain signal Ratio Optimizer,TFRO)的多重膨胀多核时间卷积网络(Multi inflated Multi kernel Time Convolutional Network,Mi-MkTCN)模型。TFRO优化器为了精准记忆重要信息,在每一个时间节点上,将过去信息和当前信息重组,其中过去信息中的重要的时频域特征经过了有比例的分配。Mi-MkTCN利用多重膨胀确保重要特征不丢失,再利用多核时间卷积网络实现对不同尺度特征的提取。最终的消融对比实验验证了改进方法的有效性,模型的平均绝对误差、均方误差及均方根误差指标分别为0.00145、0.05069和0.12045。实验结果表明,所提方法显著提升了轴承剩余使用寿命的预测精度,为轴承剩余使用寿命预测提供了高精度、高鲁棒性的解决方案。 展开更多

L-band digital aeronautical communication system 1(L-DACS1) is a promising candidate data-link for future air-ground communication, but it is severely interfered by the pulse pairs(PPs) generated by distance measure equipment. A novel PP mitigation approach is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a deformed PP detection(DPPD) method that combines a filter bank, correlation detection, and rescanning is proposed to detect the deformed PPs(DPPs) which are caused by multiple filters in the receiver. Secondly, a finite impulse response(FIR) model is used to approximate the overall characteristic of filters, and then the waveform of DPP can be acquired by the original waveform of PP and the FIR model. Finally, sparse representation is used to estimate the position and amplitude of each DPP, and then reconstruct each DPP. The reconstructed DPPs will be subtracted from the contaminated signal to mitigate interference. Numerical experiments show that the bit error rate performance of our approach is about 5 dB better than that of recent works and is closer to interference-free environment. 展开更多

This article presents a method that uses physical optics (PO) techniques to compute the monostatic radar cross section (RCS) of electrically large conducting objects modeled by non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) surfaces. At the beginning, a new algorithm to convert recursive B-spline basis function into piecewise polynomials in power form is presented. Then, algorithm computes the polynomial representation of B-spline basis functions and NURBS surface geometric parameters are obtained. The PO integral over NURBS surfaces of an electrically large conducting object is used to predict the object's RCS. The NURBS surface is divided into small piecewise polynomial parametric patches by isoparametric curves, and the PO integral expression over the parametric domain of each polynomial parametric patch is reduced to an analytical expression which permits an accurate and effective computation of the PO integral by using a modified Ludwig's algorithm. The RCS of the object can be obtained by adding up the PO integral contribution of each polynomial parametric patch. The effectiveness of this method is verified by numerical examples. 展开更多

This paper deals with the blind separation of nonstation-ary sources and direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation in the under-determined case, when there are more sources than sensors. We assume the sources to be time-frequency (TF) disjoint to a certain extent. In particular, the number of sources presented at any TF neighborhood is strictly less than that of sensors. We can identify the real number of active sources and achieve separation in any TF neighborhood by the sparse representation method. Compared with the subspace-based algorithm under the same sparseness assumption, which suffers from the extra noise effect since it can-not estimate the true number of active sources, the proposed algorithm can estimate the number of active sources and their cor-responding TF values in any TF neighborhood simultaneously. An-other contribution of this paper is a new estimation procedure for the DOA of sources in the underdetermined case, which combines the TF sparseness of sources and the clustering technique. Sim-ulation results demonstrate the validity and high performance of the proposed algorithm in both blind source separation (BSS) and DOA estimation. 展开更多

The matrix representation for these solutions is obtained, which is incongruous with the result in the book completed by Nielsen and Chuang [Quan- tum Computation and Quantum Information, Cambridge University Press, 2000]. Delay compensation by Carath ′eodory representation could achieve high interpolation accuracy while using the single channel sampling technique. Array extrapolation by Carath ′eodory representation reformulates and extends each snapshot, consequently extends the aperture of the original uniform linear array(ULA) by several times and provides a better realtime performance than the existing aperture extrapolation utilizing vector extrapolation based on the two dimensional autoregressive(2-D AR) model. The UWB linear frequency modulated(LFM) signal is used for simulation analysis. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method is featured by a much higher spatial resolution than traditional DBF methods and lower sidelobes than using Lagrange fractional filters. 展开更多

The classic state methods for trajectory estimation in boost phase with multi-range-rate system include method of point-by-point manner and that of spline-model-based manner.Both are deficient in terms of model-approximation accuracy and systematic error determination thus resulting in the estimation errors well beyond the requirements,especially,concerning the maneuvering trajectory.This article proposes a new high-precision estimation approach based on the residual error analysis.The residual error comprises three components,i.e.systematic error,model truncation error and random error.The approach realizes self-adaptive estimation of systematic errors in measurements following the theory of sparse representation of signals to minimize the low-frequency components of residual errors.By taking median-and high-frequency components as indexes,the spline model-approximation is improved by optimizing node sequence of the spline function and the weight selection for data fusion through iteration.Simulation has validated the performances of the proposed method. 展开更多

Based on the estimating rule of the normal vector angles between two adjacent terrain units, we use the concept of terrain complexity factor to quantify the terrain complexity of DEM, and then the formula of terrain complexity factor in Raster DEM and TIN DEM is deduced theoretically. In order to make clear how the terrain complexity factor ECF and the average elevation h affect the accuracy of DEM terrain representation RMSEEt, the formula of Gauss synthetical surface is applied to simulate several real terrain surfaces, each of which has different terrain complexity. Through the statistical analysis of linear regression in simula- tion data, the linear equation between accuracy of DEM terrain representation RMSEEt, terrain complexity factor ECF and the average elevation h is achieved. A new method is provided to estimate the accuracy of DEM terrain representation RMSEEt with a certain terrain complexity and it gives convincing theoretical evidence for DEM production and the corresponding error research in the future. 展开更多

As a reduction, the well-known MKdV equation is obtained. It is shown that the hierarchy of equations is integrable in Liouville' s sense and possesses Bi-Hamiltonian structure. Under the constraint between the potentials and eigenfunctions, the eigenvalue problem can be nonlinearized as a finite dimensional completely integrable system. 展开更多

We study how can an angular momentum coherent state |τ> keeps its form-invariant during time evolution governed by the Hamiltonian H = f(t)J++ f^*(t)J-+ g(t)Jz. We discuss this topic in the context of boson realization of |τ>. By employing the entangled state representation |ζ> and deriving a new binomial theorem involving two-subscript Hermite polynomials, we derive the wave function <ζ|τ>, which turns out to be a single-subscript Hermite polynomial. Based on this result the maintenance of angular momentum coherent state during time evolution is examined, and the value of τ(t) is totally determined by the parameters involved in the Hamiltonian. 展开更多
