This study focuses on the "Yuyue Brewing" brand and employs grounded theory in conjunction with NVivo 11 software analysis to identify the key factors and dimensions influencing the cultivation of customer mindset, thereby constructing a theoretical model. The findings suggest that the three fundamental components of an entrepreneur s personal mindset—energy, ability, and wisdom—collectively constitute the foundation of entrepreneurial leadership. Establishing a clear brand positioning and developing its core values accordingly are essential aspects of the brand mindset. Furthermore, articulating the customer mindset involves comprehending the emotions and perspectives of target customers within specific contexts. The success of a brand depends not only on the product itself but also on the synergistic interaction among the entrepreneur s personal mindset, the brand mindset, and the customer mindset. 展开更多

Successful health promotion programs are characterized in part, by the willingness of audiences to engage, participate, and adopt healthier behaviors. But presentation of messages that reach and resonate with the intended audience remains challenging. This is due in part to the variety of mindsets—viewpoints, attitudes, and beliefs—within a population. These mindsets play an essential role in understanding and predicting behaviors and lifestyle factors associated with health or chronic diseases. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how a specific survey-based method of mindset segmentation can distinguish predominant mindsets and then be used to create, adapt, and/or market health programs to appeal to these mindsets. Steps in survey construction, distribution, and analysis are described. Interpretation of the results, yielding three primary mindsets, is the critical outcome of this segmentation method. The applications of this interpretation to community health education programs are suggested. This approach has potential to inform, enhance, or customize programs, tailoring activities, methods, and messages to the preferences of the community. 展开更多

This paper demonstrates the implementation of flipped classroom in a private university and explicitly interprets the three major resisting forces that undermine the application of flipped classroom in college English teaching.Based on in-depth analysis of voices from different stakeholders,it is illustrated that administrators in the focal institution lack a clear mission of external adaptation and should be more aware of hearing different voices instead of forcing the policy.As for teachers,they are used to traditional teaching delivery and fear for technology challenge and the possibility of being substituted by technology,moreover,they do not have the initiative to make innovation in tech-based teaching approaches.In terms of students,due to their lack of independent learning ability and their dependence on teacher-centered classroom context,it is challenging to change their awareness and accept the flipped classroom.Based on the situation,it is suggested in the paper that stakeholders should adapt their mindset to the external changes,and leaders in the school need to model the way of the flipped classroom and inspire a shared vision so that it creates psychological safety for its members to try new things. 展开更多

Software engineering has been embraced by almost all industries to promote work efficiency,improve user experience or cut cost.In line with this,the education on software engineering should be made more adaptable to meet the needs of industries.Industry-university-research(IUR)collaboration project,which was initially designed to reinforce the association between universities and enterprises,brought added value to this end.In this paper,an IUR collaboration project on tele-rehabilitation is presented as an example for education practice,where emphasis is laid on the ways of analyzing users’needs,converting users’needs to infrastructure design,decomposing a project into tasks,etc.The project had been used as both student assignments and case studies in software engineering courses,where students were motivated to deal with real medical problems from an engineering perspective.It was shown that by introducing the IUR collaboration project,it helped the students to build up engineering-oriented mindset besides improving their R&D ability on software engineering. 展开更多
