Reduction in Duration of labor, cesarean rate, use of anesthesia, and 5 minute Apgar Score less than 7 can achieve. This study was a part of a large mixed method study during 2013-2014. In this qualitative study, in-depth interviews were conducted with 32 participants (16 mother and 16 midwife), using semi-structured interviews. Participants were recruited by pur-posive sampling with maximum diversity in terms of age, occupation, education and etc. Educational hospital of Arak University of Medical Sciences was considered as the setting. Each interview was conducted at a private and convenient location and took about 30 to 45 minutes. Interviews were audio taped and transcribed verbatim. Conventional content analysis was done for data analysis. Interviews continued until data saturation was obtained. Data were coded in MAXQDA software (version 11). The main category emerged as “outcome” of midwife-mother relationship. Facilitating childbirth, positive experience, mental health promotion and improvement in quality of life were derived as subcategories. Good midwife-mother relationship could promote positive outcome in labour. Results could assist midwives in providing holistic quality care to mothers during labour, thus providing positive consequence in child birth. Also, results could provide a framework and guidance for policymakers to create appropriate context for the midwife-mother relationship in maternity care.展开更多

Methods: 94 women were included in the experimental study and divided into group A (observation group) and group B (control group), with 47 cases in each group. To group B maternal to carry out general care, for group A maternal maternity midwife nursing care, during, the midwife needs to record the corresponding observation indicators, compare the final nursing effect, namely maternal evaluation of nursing mode, postpartum bleeding phenomenon, natural delivery, newborn asphyxia and maternal production time and postpartum time of bleeding. Results: In terms of the evaluation of the care mode in the two maternal groups, Most women in group A rated higher patterns of care, The total satisfaction rate was 97.9%, However, group B was relatively low, The total satisfaction rate was 78.7%, The gap between the two groups was significant (P <0.05);In terms of postpartum bleeding in both maternal groups, Few women had postpartum bleeding in group A, Only 4.3% of the total was represented, Relatively many women had postpartum bleeding in group B, For 14.9%, The gap between the two groups was significant (P <0.05);In terms of natural birth rates and neonatal asphyxia in both groups, More women gave natural naturally in group A, For 87.23%, And very few newborns have suffocation, The total chance of occurrence was only 4.26%, However, the natural delivery rate in group B was 74.47%, Among them, neonatal asphyxia is relatively many cases, For 10.64%, The gap between the two groups was significant (P <0.05);In terms of production time and 2h in 2 h and 24h, Maternal took a short time in group A, And the amount of bleeding at 2h and 24h postpartum was relatively normal, And Group B women took a relatively long production time, More bleeding occurred at 2h and 24h postpartum, The gap between the two groups was significant (P <0.05).In conclusion, the nursing effect of group A was significantly better. Conclusion: maternity midwife nursing is crucial to prevent postpartum bleeding, and the application effect is very significant. On the one hand, it has a certain control and preventive effect on the maternal postpartum hemorrhage, which can also promote the rapid recovery of maternal prognosis, which is worth vigorously promoting and popularizing.展开更多

On the one hand, it has a certain control and preventive effect on the maternal postpartum hemorrhage, which can also promote the rapid recovery of maternal prognosis, which is worth vigorously promoting and popularizing.
