目的探讨β胶原特殊序列(β-crosslaps,β-CTX)、总1型胶原氨基端延长肽(t-P1NP)及N端中段骨钙素(N-MID-OT)在绝经后女性骨质疏松性骨折风险评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年2月至2022年12月解放军总医院第六医学中心收治的102... 目的探讨β胶原特殊序列(β-crosslaps,β-CTX)、总1型胶原氨基端延长肽(t-P1NP)及N端中段骨钙素(N-MID-OT)在绝经后女性骨质疏松性骨折风险评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年2月至2022年12月解放军总医院第六医学中心收治的102例绝经后骨质疏松(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)患者的临床资料,将其作为研究组,并根据是否发生骨折将其分为PMOP骨折组(39例)与PMOP未骨折组(63例),另选100名健康体检者作为对照组。记录所有研究对象的β-CTX、t-P1NP及N-MID-OT水平并进行比较,用ROC曲线评价β-CTX、t-P1NP及N-MID-OT在绝经后女性骨质疏松性骨折风险评估中的应用价值。结果研究组的平均体重、体质量指数、股骨颈骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)、左髋总和BMD及L 1~4总和BMD均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而两组研究对象的平均年龄、平均身高及绝经年龄等比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的β-CTX、t-P1NP及N-MID-OT均明显高于对照组(t值依次为12.688、37.430、26.599,P<0.05)。β-CTX+t-P1NP+N-MID-OT联合检测用于预测PMOP的AUC值为0.978,敏感度为98.04%,特异度为97.00%,表明β-CTX+t-P1NP+N-MID-OT三指标联合检测用于预测PMOP的效能更高。PMOP骨折组的β-CTX、t-P1NP及N-MID-OT均明显高于PMOP未骨折组(t值依次为6.078、16.363、12.227,P<0.05)。β-CTX+t-P1NP+N-MID-OT联合检测用于评估PMOP骨折风险的AUC值为0.939,敏感度为94.87%,特异度为95.24%,表明β-CTX+t-P1NP+N-MID-OT联合检测用于评估PMOP骨折风险的效能更高。结论PMOP患者β-CTX、t-P1NP及N-MID-OT水平均明显升高,而PMOP骨折患者β-CTX、t-P1NP及N-MID-OT水平升高更为明显,且β-CTX+t-P1NP+N-MID-OT联合检测可显著提高对PMOP预测及骨折风险评估效能,值得借鉴。 展开更多

目的分析阿仑磷酸钠辅助经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗对老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)及N端中段骨钙素(N-MID-OT)水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2022年2月唐山市丰润区人民医院收治的老年骨质疏松性压... 目的分析阿仑磷酸钠辅助经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗对老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)及N端中段骨钙素(N-MID-OT)水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2022年2月唐山市丰润区人民医院收治的老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者107例,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取PVP治疗(n=52),观察组采取阿仑磷酸钠辅助PVP治疗(n=55)。对比两组Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)、骨代谢指标(BALP、PTH、N-MID-OT水平)、不良反应及再骨折发生率。结果两组术后2个月、6个月、12个月ODI评分均下降,且观察组术后各时间段ODI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后2个月、6个月、12个月VAS评分均下降,且观察组术后各时间段VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后BALP、PTH及N-MID-OT水平均下降,且观察组术后BALP、PTH及N-MID-OT水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组再骨折发生率(7.28%)明显低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿仑磷酸钠辅助PVP治疗可有效改善老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者椎体功能,减轻其疼痛程度,改善患者体内BALP、PTH及N-MID-OT水平,促进其术后恢复。 展开更多

Fern Diversity in the Mid-Cretaceous Amber Forests Revealed by Exceptionally Preserved Sporangium Types

The amber deposits from the Albian-Cenomanian in Myanmar have emerged as a pivotal source for exceptionally abundant fossil insect fauna since their initial discovery. Recent studies have increasingly focused on elucidating the fern inventory and examining newly available fossils from Myanmar amber, suggesting a diverse fern flora that once thrived in Cretaceous forests. Through investigations of amber collections, with particular emphasis on sporangium structures—especially the annulus types preserved in amber inclusions—this study revealed additional novelties within the Cyatheales and Schizaeales in mid-Cretaceous Myanmar amber forests. The described specimens and newly discovered fossils provide compelling evidence that Polypodiales were not only diverse and abundant but also that other fern lineages, such as Cyatheales and Schizaeales, coexisted in these ancient forest ecosystems. This study reveals the high diversity of ferns in the mid-Cretaceous Myanmar area, while also implying the paleoecological and paleogeographical significance of the Mesozoic Burmese amber forests. 展开更多

Abrupt Summer Warming and Changes in Temperature Extremes over Northeast Asia Since the Mid-1990s: Drivers and Physical Processes 被引量:19

This study investigated the drivers and physical processes for the abrupt decadal summer surface warming and increases in hot temperature extremes that occurred over Northeast Asia in the mid-1990s. Observations indicate an abrupt increase in summer mean surface air temperature (SAT) over Northeast Asia since the mid-1990s. Accompanying this abrupt surface wanning, significant changes in some temperature extremes, characterized by increases in summer mean daily maximum temperature (Tmax), daily minimum temperature (Train), annual hottest day temperature (TXx), and annual warmest night temperature (TNx) were observed. There were also increases in the frequency of summer days (SU) and tropical nights (TR). Atmospheric general circulation model experiments forced by changes in sea surface temperature (SST)/sea ice extent (SIE), anthropogenic greenhouse gas (GHG) concentrations, and anthropogenic aerosol (AA) forcing, relative to the period 1964- 93, reproduced the general patterns of observed summer mean SAT changes and associated changes in temperature extremes, although the abrupt decrease in precipitation since the mid-1990s was not simulated. Additional model experiments with different forcings indicated that changes in SST/SIE explained 76% of the area-averaged summer mean surface warming signal over Northeast Asia, while the direct impact of changes in GHG and AA explained the remaining 24% of the surface warming signal. Analysis of physical processes indicated that the direct impact of the changes in AA (through aerosol- radiation and aerosol-cloud interactions), mainly related to the reduction of AA precursor emissions over Europe, played a dominant role in the increase in TXx and a similarly important role as SST/SIE changes in the increase in the frequency of SU over Northeast Asia via AA-induced coupled atmosphere-land surface and cloud feedbacks, rather than through a direct impact of AA changes on cloud condensation nuclei. The modelling results also imply that the abrupt summer surface warming and increases in hot temperature extremes over Northeast Asia since the mid-1990s will probably sustain in the next few decades as GHG concentrations continue to increase and AA precursor emissions over both North America and Europe continue to decrease. 展开更多

This study identifies a decadal shift of summer surface air temperature (SAT) over Northeast Asia,including southeastern parts of Russia,Mongolia and northern China,around the mid-1990s.The results suggest that the SAT over the Northeast Asia experienced a significant warming after 1994 relative to that before 1993.This decadal shift also extends to northern China,and leads to a warmer summer over Northeast China and North China after the mid-1990s.The decadal warming over Northeast Asia is found to concur with the enhancement of South China rainfall around the mid-1990s.On the one hand,both the Northeast Asian SAT and South China rainfall exhibit this mid-1990s decadal shift only in summer,but not in other seasons.On the other hand,both the Northeast Asian SAT and South China rainfall exhibit this mid-1990s decadal shift not only in the summer seasonal mean,but also in each month of summer (June,July and August).Furthermore,the decadal warming is found to result from an anticyclonic anomaly over Northeast Asia,which can be interpreted as the response to the increased precipitation over South China,according to previous numerical results.Thus,we conclude that the warming shift of summer Northeast Asian SAT around the mid-1990s was a remote response to the increased precipitation over South China. 展开更多

In this study,we found that the intensity of interannual variability in the summer upper-tropospheric zonal wind has significantly weakened over Northeast Asia and the subtropical western North Pacific(WNP) since the mid-1990s,concurrent with the previously documented decrease of the westerly jet over North China and Northwest China.Corresponding to this weakening of zonal wind variability,the meridional displacement of the East Asian westerly jet(EAJ) manifested as the leading mode of zonal wind variability over the WNP and East Asia(WNP-EA) before the mid-1990s but not afterward.The energetics of the anomalous pattern associated with the meridional displacement of the EAJ suggests that barotropic energy conversion,from basic flow to anomalous patterns,has led to the weakening of the variability in the EAJ meridional displacement and to a change in the leading dominant mode since the mid-1990s.The barotropic energy conversion efficiently maintained the anomalies associated with the variability in the EAJ meridional displacement during 1979-1993 but acted to dampen the anomalies during 1994-2008.A further investigation of the energetics suggests that the difference in the patterns of the circulation anomaly associated with either the first leading mode or the meridional displacement of the EAJ,i.e.,a southwest-northeast tilted pattern during 1979-1993 and a zonally oriented pattern during 1994-2008,has contributed greatly to the change in barotropic energy conversion. 展开更多

Furthermore, the properties of the mid-facets of a simplex analogous to median lines of a triangle (such as for all mid-facets of a simplex,there exists another simplex such that its edge-lengths equal to these mid-facets area respectively, and all of the mid-facets of a simplex have a common point) were proved. The impact of land use/cover change on storage and quality of soil organic carbon in mid-subtropical mountainous area of southern China 被引量:24

Land use/cover change (LUCC) is widely recognized as one of the most important driving forces of global carbon cycles. The influence of converting native forest into plantations, secondary forest, orchard and arable land on stores and quality of soil organic carbon (SOC) was investigated in mid-subtropical mountainous area of southern China. The results showed that LUCC had led to great decreases in SOC stocks and quality. Considerable SOC and light-fraction organic carbon (LFOC) had been stored in the native forest (142.2 t hm^-2 and 14.8 t hm^-2 respectively). When the native forest was converted to plantations, secondary forest, orchard and arable land, the SOC stocks decreased by 25.6%, 28.7%, 38.0%, 31.8% and 51.2%, respectively. The LFOC stocks decreased by 52.2% to 57.2% when the native forest was converted to woodland plantations and secondary forest, and by 82.1% to 84.2% when converted to economic plantation, orchard and arable land. After the conversion, the ratios of LFOC to SOC (0-60 cm) decreased from 13.3% to about 3.0% to 10.7%. The SOC and LFOC stored at the upper 20 cm were more sensitive to LUCC when compared to the subsurface soil layer. Also, the decline in carbon storage induced by LUCC was greater than the global average level, it could be explained by the vulnerable natural environment and special human management practices. Thus, it is wise to enhance soil carbon sequestration, mitigate elevated atmospheric CO2 and develop ecological services by protecting vulnerable environment, restoring vegetation coverage, and afforesting in mountainous area in mid-subtropics. 展开更多

在矿井和隧道中,甲烷(CH4)气体的浓度监测极为重要.首次设计了一种以中红外发光二极管作为光源的基于光谱吸收原理的高精度CH4气体浓度检测方法.该方法采用5.8kHz的交流恒流源对中红外发光二极管进行激励,中红外发光二极管产生的中红外... 在矿井和隧道中,甲烷(CH4)气体的浓度监测极为重要.首次设计了一种以中红外发光二极管作为光源的基于光谱吸收原理的高精度CH4气体浓度检测方法.该方法采用5.8kHz的交流恒流源对中红外发光二极管进行激励,中红外发光二极管产生的中红外光在气室被甲烷吸收后,照射在接收端的中红外光电二极管上,产生光电流.用高增益跨阻放大器对光电流进行选频预放大,并用锁相放大器对与气体浓度相关的电信号做进一步的检测,最后,采用由单片微处理器构成的数据采集系统对检测结果进行数据化,对数据进行降噪处理,修正检测系统的非线性误差,最终将气体浓度检测结果显示出来.该方法还对中红外发光二极管以及中红外光电二极管的工作温度进行了恒温控制,保证了中红外器件中心波长的稳定性.同时构建了以低成本中红外发光二极管器件为基础、结合微弱信号检测技术的方法验证系统.结果显示,该方法具有检测时间短、操作简单、精度高和环境适应性强等特点,是一种可行的、优点明显的CH4气体浓度测量方法. 展开更多

Sensitivity of East Asian Climate to the Progressive Uplift and Expansion of the Tibetan Plateau Under the Mid-Pliocene Boundary Conditions 被引量:14

A global atmospheric general circulation model has been used to perform eleven idealized numerical experiments, i.e., TP10, TP10, .., TP100, corresponding to different percentages of the Tibetan Plateau altitude. The aim is to explore the sensitivity of East Asian climate to the uplift and expansion of the Tibetan Plateau under the reconstructed boundary conditions for the mid-Pliocene about 3 Ma ago. When the plateau is progressively uplifted, global annual surface temperature is gradually declined and statistically significant cooling signals emerge only in the Northern Hemisphere, especially over and around the Tibetan Plateau, with larger magnitudes over land than over the oceans. On the contrary, annual surface temperature rises notably over Central Asia and most parts of Africa, as well as over northeasternmost Eurasia in the experiments TP60 to TP100. Meanwhile, the plateau uplift also leads to annual precipitation augmentation over the Tibetan Plateau but a reduction in northern Asia, the Indian Peninsula, much of Central Asia, parts of western Asia and the southern portions of northeastern Europe. Additionally, it is found that an East Asian summer monsoon system similar to that of the present initially exists in the TP60 and is gradually intensified with the continued plateau uplift. At 850 hPa the plateau uplift induces an anomalous cyclonic circulation around the Tibetan Plateau in summertime and two anomalous westerly currents respectively located to the south and north of the Tibetan Plateau in wintertime. In the mid-troposphere, similarto-modern spatial pattern of summertime western North Pacific subtropical high is only exhibited in the experiments TP60 to TP100, and the East Asian trough is steadily deepened in response to the progressive uplift and expansion of the Tibetan Plateau. 展开更多

The role of the solar radiation and ocean in the mid-Holocene East Asian monsoon climate is analyzed and some mechanisms are revealed. At the forcing of changed solar radiation induced by the changed orbital parameters and the changed SST simulated by the OGCM, compared with when there is orbital forcing alone, there is more precipitation and the monsoon is stronger in the summer of East Asia, and the winter temperature increases over China. These agree better with the reconstructed data. It is revealed that the change of solar radiation can displace northward the ITCZ and the East Asia subtropical jet, which bring more precipitation over the south of Tibet and North and Northeast China. By analyzing the summer meridional latent heat transport, it is found that the influence of solar radiation change is mainly to increase the convergence of atmosphere toward the land, and the influence of SST change is mainly to transport more moisture to the sea surface atmosphere. Their synergistic effect on East Asian precipitation is much stronger than the sum of their respective effects. 展开更多

Salvo attacking a surface target by multiple missiles is an effective tactic to enhance the lethality and penetrate the defense system. However, existing cooperative guidance laws in the midcourse or terminal course are not suitable for long-and medium-range missiles or stand-off attacking. Because the initial conditions of cooperative terminal guidance that are generally generated from the mid-course flight may not lead to a successful cooperative terminal guidance without proper mid-course flight adjustment. Meanwhile, cooperative guidance in the mid-course cannot solely guarantee the accuracy of a simultaneous arrival of multiple missiles. Therefore, a joint mid-course and terminal course cooperative guidance law is developed. By building a distinct leader-follower framework, this paper proposes an efficient coordinated Dubins path planning method to synchronize the arrival time of all engaged missiles in the mid-course flight. The planned flight can generate proper initial conditions for cooperative terminal guidance, and also benefit an earliest simultaneous arrival. In the terminal course, an existing cooperative proportional navigation guidance law guides all the engaged missiles to arrive at a target accurately and simultaneously.The integrated guidance law for an intuitive application is summarized. A new hadrosauroid dinosaur, Shuangmiaosaurus gilmorei gen. et sp. nov., is described based on a complete left maxilla with articulated premaxilla and lacrimal fragments, and a complete left dentary from the mid-Cretaceous Sunjiawan Formation of Beipiao, Liaoning, northeastern China. Cladistic analysis shows that Shuangmiaosaurus is a basal hadrosauroid, and comprises the sister taxon to Hadrosauridae. In both Shuangmiaosaurus and Hadrosauridae, the maxilla-jugal suture is butt-jointed, rather than finger-in-recess articulation as in other basal hadrosauroids. However, Shuangmiaosaurus does not possess such hadrosaurid synapomorphies as the diamond-shaped maxillary crowns with reduced primary ridges and reduced marginal denticles. 展开更多

Evaluation of Mid-Depth Currents of NCEP Reanalysis Data in the Tropical Pacific Using ARGO Float Position Information 被引量:11

The global project of the Array for Real-time Geostrophic Oceanography (ARGO) provides a unique opportunity to observe the absolute velocity in mid-depths of the world oceans. A total of 1597 velocity vectors at 1000 (2000) db in the tropical Pacific derived from the ARGO float position information during the period November 2001 to October 2004 are used to evaluate the intermediate currents of the National Centers for Environmental Prediction reanalysis. To derive reliable velocity information from ARGO float trajectory points, a rigorous quality control scheme is applied, and by virtue of a correction method for reducing the drift error on the surface in obtaining the velocity vectors, their relative errors are less than 25%. Based on the comparisons from the quantitative velocity vectors and from the space-time average currents, some substantial discrepancies are revealed. The first is that the velocities of the reanalysis at mid-depths except near the equator are underestimated relative to the observed velocities by the floats. The average speed difference between NCEP and ARGO values ranges from about -2.3cm s^-1 to -1.8 cm s^-1. The second is that the velocity difference between the ocean model and the observations at 2000 dB seems smaller than that at 1000 dB. The third is that the zonal flow in the reanalysis is too dominant so that some eddies could not be simulated, such as the cyclonic eddy to the east of 160°E between 20°N and 30°N at 2000 dB. In addition, it is noticeable that many floats parking at 1000 dB cannot acquire credible mid-depth velocities due to the time information of their end of ascent (start of descent) on the surface in the trajectory files. Thus, relying on default times of parking, descent and ascent in the metadata files gravely confines their application to measuring mid-depth currents. 展开更多

Using the large-scale thick 4# coal seam from the Mid-Jurassic in the southern Ordos Basin as an example, this paper studied the net primary productivity(NPP) level of the Mid-Jurassic peatland, and discussed its control factors. Geophysical logging signals were used for a spectrum analysis to obtain the Milankovitch cycle parameters in coal seam. These were then used to calculate the accumulation rate of the residual carbon in 4# coal seam. The carbon loss can be calculated according to the density and residual carbon content of 4# coal seam. Then, the total carbon accumulation rate of the peatland was further derived, and the NPP of peatland was determined. The results show that the NPP of MidJurassic peatland is higher than that of Holocene at the same latitude. Comprehensive analysis indicates that the temperature, carbon dioxide and oxygen levels in atmosphere are the main control factors of the NPP of Mid-Jurassic peatland. 展开更多
