MHPPs (micro hydro power plants) have become prominent in hydropower plants as a solution to provide the energy demands of the grid. In this study, a new hybrid renewable energy based DC excitation system for synchronous generator in the developed MHPP system is introduced. Proposed hybrid DC excitation system consists of solar & hydrogen energy based power generating systems. Hybrid renewable energy based system is used for the excitation of the synchronous generator in the MHPP test system. The renewables are used as a secondary energy source to provide the excitation current to a synchronous generator that generates energy in MHPP. A PV (photovoltaic) array is used as the main source of excitation, and a FC (fuel cell) stack is used for DC excitation in the lack of sunshine. In the experimental setup, an electrical control card is developed, and a microcontroller is used to perform the proposed excitation system. All experimental results obtained from 5 kW rated power MHHP test system. Experimental results show that, the proposed method provides the continuous excitation current, and the operation of the synchronous generator is uninterrupted. The proposed method is also practical and easily implemented for MHPP systems. 展开更多

A low-power complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS) operational amplifier (op-amp) for real-time signal processing of micro air vehicle (MAV) is designed in this paper.Traditional folded cascode architecture with positive channel metal oxide semiconductor(PMOS) differential input transistors and sub-threshold technology are applied under the low supply voltage.Simulation results show that this amplifier has significantly low power,while maintaining almost the same gain,bandwidth and other key performances.The power required is only 0.12 mW,which is applicable to low-power and low-voltage real-time signal acquisition and processing system. 展开更多

The state of Cameroon, faced with the situation the electricity deficits, is promoting the development of renewable energies in general and to meet rural electrification needs in particular. The purpose of this work is to study the feasibility of the MHP of Batcheu, to show its contribution to sustainable development in this locality and to prove that it is a profitable project. After study, it appears that the waterfall of Batcheu is favourable to the establishment of a MHP with an installed power of 260 kW with an operating diagram corresponding to a Francis turbine. Given that it is a renewable energy that can supply more than 800 households in rural areas, its contribution to sustainable development is obvious. Its investment cost is estimated at 171,465,396 FCFA. It is a profitable project with a payback time of 7 years and 2 months. 展开更多

The differential pricing for peak hours encourages industrial consumers to look for independent power supplies for the period from 19 to 22 hours. This paper presents a study to identify the optimal solution for a recycled paper mill that also intends to work in that period. The factory is located in Rio Grande do Sul, in southern Brazil, and considers the use of a diesel gen set, a micro hydro power plant and possibly PV modules. Two micro hydro power plants were considered in the study, an old plant to be renewed and another to be fully implemented. The software Homer was used as a tool to determine the most feasible combination of components considered in the study. The sale of surplus power to the energy system appears as a key to viability of alternatives that are not based solely on diesel generators. The optimal solution consists of a combination of diesel generators and micro hydro power plant, in one case, and only on hydroelectric power plant in another, with a significant penetration of PV modules if its cost is reduced to 12% of the current price, selling an amount of energy equal to that which is bought. The annual water availability in one of the sites requires diesel supplement, while the other, more abundant, this supplement is not necessary. 展开更多

Demand response program can be implemented to improve power system quality, reliability and increasing demand. In modern power industry, strategic player can take more benefit from more emphasized DR study in terms of social benefit (uninterrupted power supply to consumers) and economy. This paper proposes the distributed micro-grid control and implemented control setup implemented demand response algorithm, which provides better power system reliability. This paper presents contingencies control demand and response for micro-grid. The main advantage of implementation of demand and response algorithms in Micro-grids provides reliable power supplies to consumers. The proposed micro-grid TCP/IP setup provides a chance to respond the contingencies to recover the shed to active condition. Micro-grid controller implements demand and response algorithm reasonable for managing the demand of the load and intelligent load scheme in case of blackout. 展开更多

A digital arc welding power supply was designed with the advanced reduced instruction set computer machine (ARM) and embedded real-time multi-task operating system micro C/OS- Ⅱ. The ARM, with its powerful calculating speed and complete peripheral equipments, is very suitable to work as the controller of the digital power supply. The micro C/OS- Ⅱ transplanted in ARM, helps to improve the respondent speed against various welding signals, as well as the reliability of the controlling software. The welding process consists of nine tasks. The tasks of great significance on reliability of the welder, for example, the A/D conversion of current and voltage, enjoy top priority. To avoid simultaneous-sharing on A/D converter and LCD module, two semaphores are introduced in to ensure the smooth performance of the welding power supply. Proven by experiments ,the ARM and the micro C/OS- Ⅱ can greatly improve both the respondent speed and the reliability of the digital welder. 展开更多

A micro direct methanol fuel cell (μDMFC) using MEMS technology is reported. The prototype features a unique 3D air-breathing cathode structure fabricated using KOH etching and double-side lithography. The optimization of the MEMS fabrication process is analyzed. The experimental results show the prototype generates a maximum power density of 2.52mW/cm^2 at room temperature. This performance is better than the published resuits of other silicon-based passive μDMFCs. Moreover,it is comparable with that of our previous active μDMFCs which require an external pump, certificating the feasibility of this new configuration. 展开更多

It provides all... The Tsinghua 1 Micro satellite, the first satellite made by Tsinghua University, was launched in 2000. The power system of the Tsinghua 1 Micro satellite is one of the most important subsystems. It provides all the power for the satellite platform and the payloads. The power system design includes the regulation, protection and distribution of a 4×35 W solar array and 7 Ah NiCd batteries. This subsystem essentially offers two buses: an unregulated 14 V bus and a regulated 5 V bus. All distributed power lines to the users are protected by current tripping switches. In addition, some essential loads, such as the tele command system, are supplied through fuses. The Tsinghua 1 Micro satellite power system provides an efficient, flexible, reliable, and cost effective solution for small satellites in low earth orbit. A better maximum power point tracking method has been used to increase reliability margins and to increase the efficiency of the power system. The power system reliability was evaluated using several different tests, such as the power board test, the assembly integrate test (AIT), the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test and the thermal vacuum test (TVT). 展开更多

乡村治理透明化:象征性资本转化的条件、阈值与制度效能

本研究以J市T镇村级小微权力清单的运行实践为切入点,基于过程追踪策略,深入解构乡村治理透明化进程中符号生产与实质治理的张力及其异化机理。借鉴布迪厄“场域-资本-惯习”分析框架,研究构建了“可见呈现-认同转化-惯习内化-绩效分化... 本研究以J市T镇村级小微权力清单的运行实践为切入点,基于过程追踪策略,深入解构乡村治理透明化进程中符号生产与实质治理的张力及其异化机理。借鉴布迪厄“场域-资本-惯习”分析框架,研究构建了“可见呈现-认同转化-惯习内化-绩效分化”的完整解释链条:在国家治理与乡土社会双重场域的评价逻辑中,村干部通过高频的符号生产缓解内在张力;这种公开符号在非对称的认同结构下,优先转化为具有制度兑换性的象征性资本。在适度区间内,稳定的正向反馈驱动村干部将合规实践内化为行为、认知与情感的三重规范惯习,从而在减少治理摩擦的同时提升治理的可预期性。然而,这一转化链条受制于客观的基层承载阈值。研究发现,象征性资本积累与治理绩效之间呈现显著的倒U型关系。当监管信号的强度与符号生产的负荷突破临界点时,心理高压与治理资源的挤占将导致功能异化。此时,村干部的行动逻辑有从改进驱动转向防御性避责与策略性合规的倾向,致使治理目标出现局部偏移。这一发现揭示了治理透明化的非线性效应,拓展了该议题的理论视域,实现了从技术工具向象征实践的认知转向,也为推动基层治理提质增效、实现规范与活力的有机统一提供了新的解释框架与实践启示。 展开更多

利用太阳能和生物质能的微型燃气轮机冷热电系统性能分析

为提升可再生能源在分布式供能系统的利用效率,对太阳能-生物质气-微型燃气轮机冷热电系统进行热力学分析,构建集热、相变储热、气化、发电及双效并联吸收式制冷数学模型,研究生物质种类、空气燃料比、太阳能制冷分配及溶液分流比的影... 为提升可再生能源在分布式供能系统的利用效率,对太阳能-生物质气-微型燃气轮机冷热电系统进行热力学分析,构建集热、相变储热、气化、发电及双效并联吸收式制冷数学模型,研究生物质种类、空气燃料比、太阳能制冷分配及溶液分流比的影响。结果表明,木头气化后对应的发电效率大于20%,而动物肥料气化后对应的发电效率仅10%;增大燃料流量可以降低空气燃料比,进而提高冷热电产量、系统电效率,总效率也会略有提升;太阳能用于制冷的比例越高,系统整体效率越高;减小双效并联吸收式制冷循环的分流比,可以提高制冷单元的性能系数,从而提升整体效率;利用太阳能光热和生物质气化的微型燃气轮机热电联产系统(CCHP),其电效率最高可达23%,总效率可达85%。 展开更多

目的探讨微动力系统微创拔牙术联合舒适化干预治疗下颌阻生智齿患者的效果。方法选取220例下颌阻生智齿患者作为研究对象,根据信封法将其分为观察组和参照组,每组110例,参照组采用传统拔牙术治疗,观察组采用微动力系统微创拔牙术联合舒... 目的探讨微动力系统微创拔牙术联合舒适化干预治疗下颌阻生智齿患者的效果。方法选取220例下颌阻生智齿患者作为研究对象,根据信封法将其分为观察组和参照组,每组110例,参照组采用传统拔牙术治疗,观察组采用微动力系统微创拔牙术联合舒适化干预治疗。比较两组患者围手术期相关指标(手术时间、术中出血量和骨愈合时间)、治疗后1周的疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、恐惧情况[畏惧调查量表-牙科分量表(CFSS-DS)评分]和舒适度(采用舒适状况量表评价,包括环境、心理、生理和社会文化4个维度),以及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、骨愈合时间短于或少于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者疼痛VAS评分和CFSS-DS评分较治疗前降低,且观察组患者上述评分低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者环境、心理、生理和社会文化维度评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于参照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后合计并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论微动力系统微创拔牙术联合舒适化干预治疗下颌阻生智齿患者可以缩短手术时间和骨愈合时间,减少术中出血量,减轻疼痛和恐惧情绪,提高患者舒适度,降低并发症发生率。 展开更多

针对新型电力系统中含分布式新能源的微电网电力生产和销售问题,文章研究了基于用户用电数据驱动的智能电网电力交易问题。首先论述了微电网同时作为电力用户和电力生产者时的交易系统框架,然后建立了微电网内数据驱动的用户用电负荷自... 针对新型电力系统中含分布式新能源的微电网电力生产和销售问题,文章研究了基于用户用电数据驱动的智能电网电力交易问题。首先论述了微电网同时作为电力用户和电力生产者时的交易系统框架,然后建立了微电网内数据驱动的用户用电负荷自回归积分滑动平均(autoregressive integrated moving average,ARIMA)时间序列预测模型,之后在此基础上依据用电负荷的不同构建了微电网参与电力市场交易时作为电力用户时的购电交易模型和作为电力生产者时的售电交易模型。最后,针对所述方法和双模交易模型通过仿真实验分析验证了其经济性和有效性。 展开更多
