为满足微型发光二极体(Micro Light Emitting Diode,Micro‐LED)芯片制造过程中多种晶圆缺陷的高精度自动检测需求,设计了一种大视场偏振双通道Micro‐LED晶圆缺陷自动光学检测系统。该系统将显微成像技术与偏振成像技术相结合,增强Micr... 为满足微型发光二极体(Micro Light Emitting Diode,Micro‐LED)芯片制造过程中多种晶圆缺陷的高精度自动检测需求,设计了一种大视场偏振双通道Micro‐LED晶圆缺陷自动光学检测系统。该系统将显微成像技术与偏振成像技术相结合,增强Micro‐LED晶圆缺陷图像的对比度,提升检测准确性;通过无限共轭显微物镜和筒镜的组合使用,扩大单次曝光中采集到的晶圆样品图像面积,提高检测效率。开展实验验证大视场双通道Micro‐LED晶圆缺陷光学检测系统的性能,结果表明:该系统放大倍率为20,照明均匀性可达91.6%,最大像方视场为33 mm;该系统的调制传递函数(Modulation Transfer Function,MTF)曲线在奈奎斯特频率31 lp/mm处接近衍射极限,可满足0.8μm的物方分辨力;该系统测量得到的偏振度图像的信息熵、边缘强度、标准差和平均梯度相较传统灰度图像的平均提升率分别为25.6%、24.9%、33%、173.3%。大视场双通道Micro‐LED晶圆缺陷光学检测系统可实时捕获不同类型缺陷的特征信息,具有识别效率高、漏检率低等优势,为Micro‐LED晶圆生产质量高精度检测提供了有力支撑。 展开更多

为了实现对Micro-LED晶圆缺陷的准确和高效检测,设计了一款工作波长覆盖可见光和近红外的宽光谱、大视场、平场、复消色差显微物镜。采用正-正-负三光组结构,计算调整了各光组光焦度并分配其元件特征,实现了大视场和长工作距设计。基于B... 为了实现对Micro-LED晶圆缺陷的准确和高效检测,设计了一款工作波长覆盖可见光和近红外的宽光谱、大视场、平场、复消色差显微物镜。采用正-正-负三光组结构,计算调整了各光组光焦度并分配其元件特征,实现了大视场和长工作距设计。基于Buchdahl色散模型进行了玻璃材料的色散矢量分析并指导了初始光学系统材料替换,实现了平场复消色差设计。设计结果表明:该显微物镜的工作波长范围为420 nm~1064 nm、放大倍率为10倍、视场为3.3 mm、数值孔径为0.34、可见光波段分辨率为0.88μm、近红外波段分辨率为1.35μm、工作距为8 mm、齐焦距为95 mm。其成像质量优良,调制传递函数曲线接近衍射极限,全谱段复消色差,全视场平坦,易于加工生产,可用于检测大范围的表面以及次表面的微米级Micro-LED晶圆缺陷。 展开更多

Optimization of rheological parameter for micro-bubble drilling fluids by multiple regression experimental design 被引量:3

In order to optimize plastic viscosity of 18 mPa·s circulating micro-bubble drilling fluid formula,orthogonal and uniform experimental design methods were applied,and the plastic viscosities of 36 and 24 groups of agent were tested,respectively.It is found that these two experimental design methods show drawbacks,that is,the amount of agent is difficult to determine,and the results are not fully optimized.Therefore,multiple regression experimental method was used to design experimental formula.By randomly selecting arbitrary agent with the amount within the recommended range,17 groups of drilling fluid formula were designed,and the plastic viscosity of each experiment formula was measured.Set plastic viscosity as the objective function,through multiple regressions,then quadratic regression model is obtained,whose correlation coefficient meets the requirement.Set target values of plastic viscosity to be 18,20 and 22 mPa·s,respectively,with the trial method,5 drilling fluid formulas are obtained with accuracy of 0.000 3,0.000 1 and 0.000 3.Arbitrarily select target value of each of the two groups under the formula for experimental verification of drilling fluid,then the measurement errors between theoretical and tested plastic viscosity are less than 5%,confirming that regression model can be applied to optimizing the circulating of plastic-foam drilling fluid viscosity.In accordance with the precision of different formulations of drilling fluid for other constraints,the methods result in the optimization of the circulating micro-bubble drilling fluid parameters. 展开更多

An analytical approach was developed to design a single uniformly sloping lateral in the micro-irrigation systems.Emission uniformity was used as the water application uniformity criterion.Energy relations based on the energy-gradient-line approach were revamped to account for the spatial variance of emitter outflow and the emitter connections local energy losses.Four pressure head grade line profiles were distinguished:uphill,horizontal,gentle downhill and steep downhill.Analytical expressions of emission uniformity by hydraulic variation for each pressure profile were developed based on the design variables:length and diameter of lateral,emitter spacing,emitter flow equation parameters,equivalent length characterizing local losses and ground slope.The design conditions for selecting emitter type,the number of emitters per plant and designing the diameter of the uphill and steep downhill laterals were also developed.The nonlinear equations for determining lateral diameter and lateral length were solved iteratively by using the built-in root-finding function of(Tools>Goal Seek…)in the calculation spreadsheet of Microsoft Excel.The procedures also provide the options to fix the design lateral diameter with the commercial standard size or fix the design lateral length based on the field size.The operating inlet pressure and maximum amplitude of the pressure head throughout the lateral could also be determined easily by the procedure.Two numerical applications with various slope combinations indicate that the proposed analytical approach produces results close to the accurate stepwise numerical solutions.In comparison with Keller method,the proposed approach could produce more appropriate designs. 展开更多

Non-contact actuated microbeads have attracted a lot of attention in recent years because of its enormous potential in medical, biological, and industrial applications. Researchers have proposed a multitude of electromagnetic actuation(EMA) systems consisting of a variety of coil pairs. However, a unified method to design and optimize a coil pair according to technical specifications still does not exist. Initially, this paper presented the modeling of an untethered ferromagnetic particle actuated by externally applied magnetic field. Based on the models, a simple method of designing and optimizing the EMA coil pair according to technical specifications, was proposed. A loop-shaped coil pair generating uniform magnetic and gradient fields was chosen to demonstrate this method clearly and practically. The results of the optimization showed that the best distance to radius ratio of a loop-shaped coil pair is 1.02 for a uniform magnetic field and 1.75 for a uniform gradient field. The applicability of the method to other shapes of coil configuration was also illustrated. The best width to distance ratio for a square-shaped coil pair is 0.558 and 0.958 for uniform magnetic and gradient fields, respectively. The best height to width ratio and distance to width ratio for a rectangle-shaped coil pair is h/w =[0.9,1.1], d/w =[0.5,0.6] for uniform magnetic field and h/w =[1.0,1.2], d/w =[0.9,1.1] for uniform gradient field. Furthermore, simulations of a microparticle tracking the targeted trajectory were conducted to analyze the performance of the newly designed coils. The simulations suggested the ability of manipulating microparticles via the coils designed by our proposed method. The research mainly proposed a unified design and optimization method for a coil pair, which can support researchers while designing a specific coil pair according to the technical requirements. This study is aimed at researchers who are interested in EMA system and microrobots. 展开更多

New models and methods have been proposed to derive from various natural and manmade resources. In such instances, this paper gives a detailed report on the power generation from Micro Turbines. Micro turbine plays a very important role in electric power generation. Especially they are used in the combined cycle process power plants. The parameters of Rowen’s model 265-MW single shaftheavy duty gas turbines which are used in dynamic studies are estimated in this paper using the operational and performance data. These data are also used to briefly explain the extraction of parameters of the used model. Micro turbine parameters are approximated using simple thermodynamics assumptions. Micro turbine power generation seems to be an uprising and a promising source and an exact design with a perfect model is capable of producing the highest efficiency. Thus this paper is proposed on the aspects of social awareness to elaborate the control design of Micro Turbine Power Generation System. The parameters of micro turbine models are derived and the results of several simulated tests using Matlab/Simulink are presented. 展开更多

The structure design methodology is exemplified in the design of a piezoresistive accelerometer, and the accelerometer is the optimized structure for the given performance requirements. 针对路面微变形与悬臂梁式压电换能器激励位移不匹配、压电装置平面尺寸与道路交通碾压适应性低的问题,设计了可放大内部行程、碾压适应性高的悬臂梁式压电装置。基于偏压工况分析了不同横向尺寸盖板的下沉特性,确定了偏压工况中盖板稳... 针对路面微变形与悬臂梁式压电换能器激励位移不匹配、压电装置平面尺寸与道路交通碾压适应性低的问题,设计了可放大内部行程、碾压适应性高的悬臂梁式压电装置。基于偏压工况分析了不同横向尺寸盖板的下沉特性,确定了偏压工况中盖板稳定下沉的横向尺寸,结合全压工况盖板应力分布及翘曲变形特性,优选了盖板屈曲稳定性高的纵向尺寸;考虑道路变形及车辆碾压频率特性,系统研究了不同加载条件下压电装置的能量输出效果和工作耐久性,并提出了基于该压电装置的自供能型道路传感器监测应用方案。研究结果表明:增加横向尺寸有利于提升装置盖板在车轮偏压时的下沉稳定性,车轮偏压点位超过盖板的3/8时,盖板已完全下沉,盖板横向尺寸为180 mm时盖板与侧板间距相比其他横向尺寸下的离散性更小,盖板侧边下沉平稳;全压工况下,盖板纵横比为0.9~1.1时,盖板角隅区和侧中区的翘曲变形及翘曲应力较小,屈曲稳定性较高;结合不同碾压工况下盖板的力学特性,承载性能稳定的装置平面尺寸为180 mm×180 mm;当激励位移为0.7 mm,激励频率为12 Hz时,压电装置单次作动可稳定输出14 mJ的能量,经10万次循环加载的压电装置输出能量变化率不及1%,电学输出耐久性能良好,布设4个所开发的压电装置即可满足道路传感器监测用电需求。 展开更多
