Effects of heating temperature and raw materials composition... β-Sialon based composites were successfully prepared from fly ash and carbon black under nitrogen atmosphere by carbothermal reduction-nitridation process. Effects of heating temperature and raw materials composition on synthesis process were investigated, and the formation process of the composites was also discussed. The phase composition and microstructure of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscopy. The results show that increasing heating temperature or mass ratio of carbon black to fly ash can promote the formation of β-Sialon. The β-Sialon based composites can be synthesized at 1723 K for 6 h while heating the sample with mass ratio of carbon black to fly ash of 0.56. The as-received β-Sialon in the composites exists as granular with an average particle size of 2-3 μm. The preparation process of β-Sialon based composites includes the formation of O′-Sialon, X-Sialon and β-Sialon as well as the conversion processes of O′-Sialon and X-Sialon to β-Sialon. 展开更多

With the rapid development of new energy and the high proportion of new energy connected to the grid,energy storage has become the leading technology driving significant adjustments in the global energy landscape.Electrochemical energy storage,as the most popular and promising energy storage method,has received extensive attention.Currently,the most widely used energy storage method is metal-ion secondary batteries,whose performance mainly depends on the cathode material.Prussian blue analogues(PBAs)have a unique open framework structures that allow quick and reversible insertion/extraction of metal ions such as Na^(+),K^(+),Zn^(2+),Li^(+)etc.,thus attracting widespread attention.The advantages of simple synthesis process,abundant resources,and low cost also distinguish it from its counterparts.Unfortunately,the crystal water and structural defects in the PBAs lattice that is generated during the synthesis process,as well as the low Na content,significantly affect their electrochemical performance.This paper focuses on PBAs’synthesis methods,crystal structure,modification strategies,and their potential applications as cathode materials for various metal ion secondary batteries and looks forward to their future development direction. 展开更多

Against the backdrop of increasingly prominent global energy shortages and environmental issues,the development of efficient energy conversion and storage technologies has become crucial.Zero-dimensional(0D)metal oxide composites exhibit significant application value in the field of energy chemistry due to their unique properties,such as quantum size effect and high specific surface area.From a broad perspective,this paper reviews the main synthesis methods of these composites,including sol-gel method,hydrothermal/solvothermal method,precipitation method,and template method,while analyzing the characteristics of each method.It further discusses their applications in photocatalytic hydrogen production,fuel cells,lithium-ion batteries,and supercapacitors.Additionally,the current challenges,such as material dispersibility and interface bonding,are pointed out,and future development directions are prospected,aiming to provide references for related research. 展开更多

In this paper,a frictional contact problem between an electro-elastic body and an electrically conductive foundation is studied.The contact is modeled by normal compliance with finite penetration and a version of Coulomb’s law of dry friction in which the coefficient of friction depends on the slip.In addition,the effects of the electrical conductivity of the foundation are taken into account.This model leads to a coupled system of the quasi-variational inequality of the elliptic type for the displacement and the nonlinear variational equation for the electric potential.The existence of a weak solution is proved by using an abstract result for elliptic variational inequalities and a fixed point argument.Then,a finite element approximation of the problem is presented.Under some regularity conditions,an optimal order error estimate of the approximate solution is derived.Finally,a successive iteration technique is used to solve the problem numerically and a convergence result is established. 展开更多

We have considered the formulation and solution of three types of tasks presented below. First, the problem of selecting the optimal parameters of technical systems depending on the functional characteristics of the system. Secondly, the problem of selecting the optimal parameters of the process depending on the technological characteristics of the process. Third, the problem of choosing the optimal structure of the material depending on the functional characteristics of this material. The statement of all problems is made in the form of vector problems of mathematical (nonlinear) programming. The theory and the principle of optimality of the solution of vector tasks it is explained in work of https://rdcu.be/bhZ8i. The implementation of the methodology is shown on a numerical example of the choice of optimum parameters of the technical, technological systems and materials. On the basis of mathematical methods of solution of vector problems we developed the software in the MATLAB system. The numerical example includes: input data (requirement specification) for modeling;transformation of mathematical models with uncertainty to the model under certainty;acceptance of an optimal solution with equivalent criteria (the solution of numerical model);acceptance of an optimal solution with the given priority of criterion. 展开更多

The effects of hydrothermal time on the phase and morphology of the material were discussed.By controlling the reaction solutions, the rodlike, flowerlike,and strawlike LiMn_(0.6)Fe_(0.4)PO_4 cathode materials were synthesized. Electrochemical performances show that the rodlike LiMn_(0. 6)Fe_(0. 4)PO_4 has the best electrochemical properties. The initial discharge capacity of the rodlike structure is 106.4 mAh·g^(-1), which is higher than those of flowerlike and strawlike materials. 展开更多

The urgent demand for clean energy solutions has intensified the search for advanced storage materials,with rechargeable alkali-ion batteries(AIBs)playing a pivotal role in electrochemical energy storage.Enhancing electrode performance is critical to addressing the increasing need for high-energy and high-power AIBs.Next-generation anode materials face significant challenges,including limited energy storage capacities and complex reaction mechanisms that complicate structural modeling.Sn-based materials have emerged as promising candidates for AIBs due to their inherent advantages.Recent research has increasingly focused on the development of heterojunctions as a strategy to enhance the performance of Sn-based anode materials.Despite significant advances in this field,comprehensive reviews summarizing the latest developments are still sparse.This review provides a detailed overview of recent progress in Sn-based heterojunction-type anode materials.It begins with an explanation of the concept of heterojunctions,including their fabrication,characterization,and classification.Cutting-edge research on Sn-based heterojunction-type anodes for AIBs is highlighted.Finally,the review summarizes the latest advancements in heterojunction technology and discusses future directions for research and development in this area. 展开更多

In the voltage range of 2.70-4.35 V, the discharge capacity of the electrode decreased with the increase of x, with a better cyclability. However, when cycled between 2.7 and 4.6 V, the cathodes delivered much larger capacities and their capacities increased with the introduction of Li2MnO3. Moreover, it was found that the discharge capacity gradually increased with the cycle number. The reason for this phenomenon was discussed. It was found that the relatively low cut-off potential made the activation of the Li2MnO3 component in the compound a gradual process, which caused the increasing capacity. 展开更多

The transient mass transter processes in the natural drying of wood particle materials were experimental;y studied A new theory tio determme the mass transfer parameters in the Materials was developed in terms of gradient transformation method(GTM).By making use of GTM.Thewater vapour diffusion coefficient and the surtaee emission coefficent of wood chip were expermentally determined both in air phase and in solid phase.It Was found that the internal resistance to water vapour diffusion in the air phase of wood partiele aggregates is around ten to the third power as large as that in common air The drag coefficient was given to quantify the effect The phenomenon of undersurface diffusion in wood partiele bed was quantitatively modelled.The dimensionless Fourier snumber and the Biot's number for mass transfer were theoretically derived.The study showed that Biot's number for the problem investigated was the ratio of the characteristie length of wood partiele bed to the penetrating depth of the undersurface.An analytical solution of the nonlinear goveming equation for water transport process in the aggregates of wood chip was obtained by introducing the variable coefficients measured in the study into the governing equation.The comparison between the analytical solution and the observed moisture content of wood chip showed that the deviation was less than ±7%.The thermophysieal properties of wood particle materials are little known at present.The knowledge provided in the paper will be and in the handling.researeh or engineering application of wood chip.wood shavingsete. 展开更多

The present work studied the agglomerating process and the growth mechanism by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is thought that the size and distribution of the catalyst particles produced from pretreatment of the substrates play a key role during the formation of agglomerations. It is expected that the steady growth of ODCNMs in flames will be improved through the preparation of the catalysts. 展开更多

The reaction dynamic process of the Al-CrO3-NaF-Al2O3-N2-O2 new material system by the combustion synthesis method was discussed based on the observation results by SEM, EDS, and XRD in combination with the combustion front quenching method (CFQM) and the relation curves between reaction free enthalpies and the corresponding temperatures. A series of MgO-based adsorbents were prepared through solution–combustion synthesis and ball-milling process.The prepared MgO-based powders were characterized using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,N_2 physisorption measurements,and employed as potential adsorbents for CO_2 adsorption.The influence of structural and textural properties of these adsorbents over the CO_2 adsorption behaviour was also investigated.The results showed that MgO-based products prepared by solution–combustion and ball-milling processes,were highly porous,fluffy,nanocrystalline structures in nature,which are unique physico-chemical properties that significantly contribute to enhance their CO_2 adsorption.It was found that the MgO synthesized by solution combustion process,using a molar ratio of urea to magnesium nitrate(2:1),and treated by ball-milling during 2.5 hr(MgO-BM2.5h),exhibited the maximum CO_2 adsorption capacity of 1.611 mmol/g at 25℃ and 1 atm,mainly via chemisorption.The CO_2 adsorption behaviour on the MgO-based adsorbents was correlated to their improved specific surface area,total pore volume,pore size distribution and crystallinity.The reusability of synthesized MgO-BM2.5h was confirmed by five consecutive CO_2adsorption–desorption times,without any significant loss of performance,that supports the potential of MgO-based adsorbent.The results confirmed that the special features of MgO prepared by solution–combustion and treated by ball-milling during 2.5 hr are favorable to be used as effective MgO-based adsorbent in post-combustion CO_2 capture technologies. 展开更多

La0.7Sr0.3MnO3(LSMO) nanorods were synthesized by a method combining sol-gel with molten salts at 950 ℃ for 10 h, which employed KCl+NaCl(mass ratio 4:1) as eutectic molten salts. The morphologies and magnetic properties of the resulting LSMO nanorods were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) measurements. It was found that the obtained perovskite manganite LSMO was a uniform nanorod with a diameter of about 50 nm and a length of longer than 500 rim. The Curie temperature(To) of the LSMO nanorod used here was 262 K, much lower than that of bulky single crystal LSMO(360 K). The low Curie temperature might be a result of the great disorder near the grain boundary, which could be observed clearly from the TEM picture. 展开更多

Electrochemical behavio... Microwave synthesis method was applied to the fast preparation of LiCoO2. The structure of the synthesized oxides was analyzed by using X-ray diffraction. Only single-phase LiCoO2 was obtained. Electrochemical behaviors of LiCoO2 were investigated by charge-discharge cycling properties in the voltage range of 3.004.35 V((vs Li).) The results show that the prepared LiCoO2 powders calcinated at 900 ℃ for 120 min exhibit an initial charge and discharge capacity of 168 and 162 mA·h·g-1 at 0.1C current rate, respectively, as compared to 159 and 154 (mA·h·g-1) of LiCoO2 synthesized by conventional means. In addition, more than 95% of the capacity is retained (even) after 10 cycles. But with the increase of calcinating time, its electrochemical properties deteriorate. Compared with the conventional method, the microwave heating method is simple, fast, and with high energy efficiency. 展开更多

钙钛矿材料因具备结构可调、光电特性优异、制备成本较低等优点,在光电探测领域获得广泛关注。针对钙钛矿量子点目前存在的环境稳定性差的关键问题,采用固相模板法在金属有机框架材料MOF-5(Zn)孔隙内实现了钙钛矿量子点的原位合成,成功... 钙钛矿材料因具备结构可调、光电特性优异、制备成本较低等优点,在光电探测领域获得广泛关注。针对钙钛矿量子点目前存在的环境稳定性差的关键问题,采用固相模板法在金属有机框架材料MOF-5(Zn)孔隙内实现了钙钛矿量子点的原位合成,成功制备出具有优异稳定性的CsPbBr_(3)@MOF复合材料。通过透射电镜和X射线衍射表征证实了CsPbBr_(3)量子点成功合成并填充在MOF孔隙中。利用X射线光电子能谱分析了CsPbBr_(3)@MOF的化学组成和表面结构。同时,采用紫外-可见分光光度计、荧光分光光度计和瞬态荧光光谱研究了CsPbBr_(3)@MOF的光学性能。基于荧光光谱强度的变化趋势,证实了复合材料CsPbBr_(3)@MOF的水、光和热稳定性相较于CsPbBr_(3),获得显著提升。该研究为提高钙钛矿量子点的稳定性并拓展其应用提供了新思路及解决方案。 展开更多
