However, cropland nitrate leaching estimates show great uncertainty due to variations in input datasets and estimation methods. Here, we presented a re-evaluation of Chinese cropland nitrate leaching, and identified and quantified the sources of uncertainty by integrating three cropland area datasets, three N input datasets, and three estimation methods. The results revealed that nitrate leaching from Chinese cropland averaged 6.7±0.6 Tg N yr^(-1)in 2010, ranging from 2.9 to 15.8 Tg N yr^(-1)across 27 different estimates. The primary contributor to the uncertainty was the estimation method, accounting for 45.1%, followed by the interaction of N input dataset and estimation method at 24.4%. The results of this study emphasize the need for adopting a robust estimation method and improving the compatibility between the estimation method and N input dataset to effectively reduce uncertainty. This analysis provides valuable insights for accurately estimating cropland nitrate leaching and contributes to ongoing efforts that address water pollution concerns.展开更多

With the increasing accuracy requirements of satellite magnetic detection missions,reducing low-frequency noise has become a key focus of satellite magnetic cleanliness technology.Traditional satellite magnetic simula...With the increasing accuracy requirements of satellite magnetic detection missions,reducing low-frequency noise has become a key focus of satellite magnetic cleanliness technology.Traditional satellite magnetic simulation methods have matured in static magnetic dipole simulations,but there is still significant room for optimization in the simulation and computation of low-frequency magnetic dipole models.This study employs the Gauss-Newton method and Fourier transform techniques for modeling and simulating low-frequency magnetic dipoles.Compared to the traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,this method achieves significant improvements,with errors reaching the order of10^(-13)%under noise-free conditions and maintaining an error level of less than 0.5%under 10%noise.Additionally,the use of Fourier transform and the Gauss-Newton method enables high-precision magnetic field frequency identification and rapid computation of the dipole position and magnetic moment,greatly enhancing the computational efficiency and accuracy of the model.展开更多

The Vortex Particle Method(VPM)is a meshless Lagrangian vortex method.Its low numerical dissipation is exceptionally suitable for wake simulation.Nevertheless,the inadequate numerical stability of VPM prevents its wid...The Vortex Particle Method(VPM)is a meshless Lagrangian vortex method.Its low numerical dissipation is exceptionally suitable for wake simulation.Nevertheless,the inadequate numerical stability of VPM prevents its widespread application in high Reynolds number flow and shear turbulence.To better simulate these flows,this paper proposes the stability-enhanced VPM based on a Reformulated VPM(RVPM)constrained by conservation of angular momentum,integrating a relaxation scheme to suppress the divergence of the vorticity field,and further coupling the Sub-Grid Scale(SGS)model to account for the turbulence dissipation caused by vortex advection and vortex stretching.The validity of the RVPM is confirmed by simulating an isolated vortex ring's evolution.The results also demonstrate that the relaxation scheme of vorticity enhances the numerical stability of the VPM by mitigating the divergence of the vorticity field.The leapfrogging vortex rings simulation demonstrates that the RVPM with the present SGS model can more precisely feature the leapfrog and fusion of vortex rings and has improved numerical stability in high Reynolds number flows.The round turbulent jet simulation confirms that the stability-enhanced VPM can stably simulate shear turbulence and accurately resolve fluctuating components and Reynolds stresses in the turbulence.展开更多

BACKGROUND There is a lack of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment regimens supported by high-level evidence-based medicine in the maintenance therapy phase of metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC).Based on ...BACKGROUND There is a lack of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment regimens supported by high-level evidence-based medicine in the maintenance therapy phase of metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC).Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of“Yin tumor”,we believe that“Yang does not transform Yin,and it is blocked in the intestines”is the core pathogenesis of mCRC.Based on the basic treatment principle of“warming Yang and dredging intestines”,we developed the Quxie Capsule.Previous randomized controlled clinical trials demonstrated that the Quxie Capsule can significantly prolong the overall survival of patients with mCRC,but it remains to be verified whether the combination of the“warming Yang and dredging intestines method”prescription with Western medicine standard regimen can prolong the efficacy and safety of the mCRC during the period of maintenance therapy.AIM To confirm and clinically validate that the combination of“warming Yang and dredging intestines method”prescription with Western medicine standard regimen can prolong progression-free survival(PFS)during maintenance treatment of mCRC.The safety of“warming Yang and dredging intestines method”prescription is also assessed.METHODS The study has a prospective,open-label,randomized,controlled study design.Patients have been recruited beginning November 2023 from Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The study period is from March 2024 to March 2026.After screening in outpatient clinics or wards,subjects who met the inclusion criteria are randomized into the treatment or control group in a 2:1 ratio.The treatment group receives the“warming Yang and dredging intestines method”formula combined with Western standard maintenance therapy.The control group receives Western standard maintenance therapy formulated by the investigators based on the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology guidelines for colorectal cancer.All participants receive treatment until the occurrence of disease progression,death,or unmanageable adverse effects,with post-treatment monitoring continued until mortality.An independent panel of chief physicians with extensive clinical experience evaluates the progression of the disease.RESULTS This study aims to clarify whether the combination of warming Yang and dredging intestines method formula with standard Western medicine regimens can prolong PFS during maintenance therapy for mCRC and whether the treatment has a favorable safety profile.The goal is to provide a combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment option for clinical physicians and mCRC patients.Notably,with the actual sample size,this study has an 80%probability of detecting a significant difference if a true difference exists.Small sample sizes may lead to increased instability of the results of subgroup analyses,and may also result in findings that are only applicable to patients with characteristics highly similar to those of the present study population(e.g.,specific genotypes,therapeutic backgrounds,etc.),making it difficult to generalize to the broader mCRC population.In the future,it may be possible to expand the sample size based on this study to further validate the efficacy and safety of combining Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of mCRC.Basic research on the therapeutic combination of warming Yang and dredging intestines method formula and standard Western regimen will be performed in parallel.CONCLUSION This study aims to clarify whether the combination of warming Yang and dredging intestines method formula with standard Western medicine regimens can prolong PFS during maintenance therapy for mCRC and whether the treatment has a favorable safety profile.展开更多
The Balise Transmission Module(BTM)unit of the on-board train control system is a crucial component.Due to its unique installation position and complex environment,this unit has a higher fault rate within the on-board...The Balise Transmission Module(BTM)unit of the on-board train control system is a crucial component.Due to its unique installation position and complex environment,this unit has a higher fault rate within the on-board train control system.To conduct fault prediction for the BTM unit based on actual fault data,this study proposes a prediction method combining reliability statistics and machine learning,and achieves the fusion of prediction results from different dimensions through multi-method interactive validation.Firstly,a method for predicting equipment fault time targeting batch equipment is introduced.This method utilizes reliability statistics to construct a model of the remaining faultless operating time distribution considering uncertainty,thereby predicting the remaining faultless operating probability of the BTM unit.Secondly,considering the complexity of the BTM unit’s fault mechanism,the small sample size of fault cases,and the potential presence of multiple fault features in fault text records,an individual-oriented fault prediction method based on Bayesian-optimized Gradient Boosting Regression Tree(Bayes-GBRT)is proposed.This method achieves better prediction results compared to linear regression algorithms and random forest regression algorithms,with an average absolute error of only 0.224 years for predicting the fault time of this type of equipment.Finally,a multi-method interactive validation approach is proposed,enabling the fusion and validation of multi-dimensional results.The results indicate that the predicted fault time and the actual fault time conform to a log-normal distribution,and the parameter estimation results are basically consistent,verifying the accuracy and effectiveness of the prediction results.The above research findings can provide technical support for the maintenance and modification of BTM units,effectively reducing maintenance costs and ensuring the safe operation of high-speed railway,thus having practical engineering value for preventive maintenance.展开更多
Machine learning has been widely used for solving partial differential equations(PDEs)in recent years,among which the random feature method(RFM)exhibits spectral accuracy and can compete with traditional solvers in te...Machine learning has been widely used for solving partial differential equations(PDEs)in recent years,among which the random feature method(RFM)exhibits spectral accuracy and can compete with traditional solvers in terms of both accuracy and efficiency.Potentially,the optimization problem in the RFM is more difficult to solve than those that arise in traditional methods.Unlike the broader machine-learning research,which frequently targets tasks within the low-precision regime,our study focuses on the high-precision regime crucial for solving PDEs.In this work,we study this problem from the following aspects:(i)we analyze the coeffcient matrix that arises in the RFM by studying the distribution of singular values;(ii)we investigate whether the continuous training causes the overfitting issue;(ii)we test direct and iterative methods as well as randomized methods for solving the optimization problem.Based on these results,we find that direct methods are superior to other methods if memory is not an issue,while iterative methods typically have low accuracy and can be improved by preconditioning to some extent.展开更多

The lack of knowledge about agronomic properties of the soil...The electrical resistivity method is a geophysical tool used to characterize the subsoil and can provide an important information for precision agriculture. The lack of knowledge about agronomic properties of the soil tends to affect the agricultural coffee production system. Therefore, research related to geoelectrical properties of soil such as resistivity for characterization the region of the study for coffee cultivation purposes can improve and optimize the production. This resistivity method allows to investigate the subsurface through different techniques: 1D vertical electrical sounding and electrical imaging. The acquisition of data using these techniques permitted the creation of 2D resistivity cross section from the study area. The geoelectrical data was acquired by using a resistivity meter equipment and was processed in different softwares. The results of the geoelectrical characterization from 1D resistivity model and 2D resistivity electrical sections show that in the study area of Kabiri, there are 8 varieties of geoelectrical layers with different resistivity or conductivity. Near survey in the study area, the lowest resistivity is around 0.322 Ω·m, while the highest is about 92.1 Ω·m. These values illustrated where is possible to plant coffee for suggestion of specific fertilization plan for some area to improve the cultivation.展开更多

Ho...The development and utilization of low-grade polymetallic deposits with strategic mineral resources is one of the important measures to alleviate the current high dependence on strategic mineral resources in China. However, domestic mining enterprises and most mining consulting and design institutes usually use general industrial indicators to carry out reserve estimation and technical and economic feasibility studies on low-grade polymetallic deposits, which cannot truly reflect the economic value of such deposits. The article expounds on the definitions of net return value (NSR) and on-site total maintenance cost (AISC) of common ore smelters in the evaluation of overseas mineral resources. Taking a low-grade polymetallic copper-molybdenum mine in Guangdong Province as an example, comparing the research results showed the NSR-AISC method and the general industrial index method in low-grade polymetallic deposit. There are huge differences in the results of reserve estimation;through the further introduction of Taylor’s formula and the research results on the relationship between investment intensity and production scale, a more reasonable mine life and investment scale are recommended, and a more in-depth comparative study has been carried out in the dimension of technical and economic indicators. Based on the comparative study of the above two methods in reserve estimation and the evaluation results of technical and economic indicators, the author believes that the NSR-AISC method can better reflect the true value of low-grade polymetallic ore projects, and should be popularized and applied in resource evaluation and development practice. This article further describes the application status of the NSR-AISC method for reserve estimation and the evaluation of technical economic indicators, and suggests the main points that should be paid attention to in the use of the NSR-AISC method.展开更多

文摘Purpose–As an important part of the management of railway passenger transport,the rationality and effectiveness of the clearing method of railway passenger transport are directly related to the operating efficiency and service quality of railway passenger transport enterprises.This paper aims to comprehensively and deeply discuss the evolution and development process of China’s railway passenger transport clearing method,analyze its characteristics and influences in each stage,identify the main factors affecting its evolution and development and then put forward thoughts on improving the future development of the clearing method.Design/methodology/approach–Through a detailed review of the railway passenger transport clearing methods from the planned economy period to the reform and opening up period and into the new century,the basis,mode,subject and object of clearing in different development stages are systematically compared.Findings–It comprehensively reveals the evolution of the clearing method,sorted out the characteristics and changes of the clearing method at each stage and the adaptability to the development of railway passenger transport at that time.The characteristics of the development of clearing measures for railway passenger transport in different stages and their far-reaching influence on railway passenger transport business are deeply analyzed.Originality/value–This paper summarized the factors influencing the development of China’s railway passenger transportation clearing approach evolution,including the simplified rules of clearing,enhanced the market adaptability,establishing and perfecting the incentive mechanism,strengthening the construction of informatization,etc.This paper puts forward the ways to improve the railway passenger transportation clearing future development thinking.

文摘The Vortex Particle Method(VPM)is a meshless Lagrangian vortex method.Its low numerical dissipation is exceptionally suitable for wake simulation.Nevertheless,the inadequate numerical stability of VPM prevents its widespread application in high Reynolds number flow and shear turbulence.To better simulate these flows,this paper proposes the stability-enhanced VPM based on a Reformulated VPM(RVPM)constrained by conservation of angular momentum,integrating a relaxation scheme to suppress the divergence of the vorticity field,and further coupling the Sub-Grid Scale(SGS)model to account for the turbulence dissipation caused by vortex advection and vortex stretching.The validity of the RVPM is confirmed by simulating an isolated vortex ring's evolution.The results also demonstrate that the relaxation scheme of vorticity enhances the numerical stability of the VPM by mitigating the divergence of the vorticity field.The leapfrogging vortex rings simulation demonstrates that the RVPM with the present SGS model can more precisely feature the leapfrog and fusion of vortex rings and has improved numerical stability in high Reynolds number flows.The round turbulent jet simulation confirms that the stability-enhanced VPM can stably simulate shear turbulence and accurately resolve fluctuating components and Reynolds stresses in the turbulence.

文摘Dear Editor,Influenza viruses cause significant mortality and morbidity in humans.Vaccination is currently the most effective way to combat the virus(Perofsky and Nelson,2020).Unfortunately,the influenza virus frequently changes its antigenicity through rapid mutations,leading to decreased vaccine efficacy or even failure.To improve vaccine effectiveness,it is necessary to monitor antigenic variation and update vaccine strains when significant antigenic variation occurs(Perofsky and Nelson,2020;Malik et al.,2024).

文摘BACKGROUND There is a lack of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment regimens supported by high-level evidence-based medicine in the maintenance therapy phase of metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC).Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of“Yin tumor”,we believe that“Yang does not transform Yin,and it is blocked in the intestines”is the core pathogenesis of mCRC.Based on the basic treatment principle of“warming Yang and dredging intestines”,we developed the Quxie Capsule.Previous randomized controlled clinical trials demonstrated that the Quxie Capsule can significantly prolong the overall survival of patients with mCRC,but it remains to be verified whether the combination of the“warming Yang and dredging intestines method”prescription with Western medicine standard regimen can prolong the efficacy and safety of the mCRC during the period of maintenance therapy.AIM To confirm and clinically validate that the combination of“warming Yang and dredging intestines method”prescription with Western medicine standard regimen can prolong progression-free survival(PFS)during maintenance treatment of mCRC.The safety of“warming Yang and dredging intestines method”prescription is also assessed.METHODS The study has a prospective,open-label,randomized,controlled study design.Patients have been recruited beginning November 2023 from Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The study period is from March 2024 to March 2026.After screening in outpatient clinics or wards,subjects who met the inclusion criteria are randomized into the treatment or control group in a 2:1 ratio.The treatment group receives the“warming Yang and dredging intestines method”formula combined with Western standard maintenance therapy.The control group receives Western standard maintenance therapy formulated by the investigators based on the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology guidelines for colorectal cancer.All participants receive treatment until the occurrence of disease progression,death,or unmanageable adverse effects,with post-treatment monitoring continued until mortality.An independent panel of chief physicians with extensive clinical experience evaluates the progression of the disease.RESULTS This study aims to clarify whether the combination of warming Yang and dredging intestines method formula with standard Western medicine regimens can prolong PFS during maintenance therapy for mCRC and whether the treatment has a favorable safety profile.The goal is to provide a combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment option for clinical physicians and mCRC patients.Notably,with the actual sample size,this study has an 80%probability of detecting a significant difference if a true difference exists.Small sample sizes may lead to increased instability of the results of subgroup analyses,and may also result in findings that are only applicable to patients with characteristics highly similar to those of the present study population(e.g.,specific genotypes,therapeutic backgrounds,etc.),making it difficult to generalize to the broader mCRC population.In the future,it may be possible to expand the sample size based on this study to further validate the efficacy and safety of combining Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of mCRC.Basic research on the therapeutic combination of warming Yang and dredging intestines method formula and standard Western regimen will be performed in parallel.CONCLUSION This study aims to clarify whether the combination of warming Yang and dredging intestines method formula with standard Western medicine regimens can prolong PFS during maintenance therapy for mCRC and whether the treatment has a favorable safety profile.

文摘The Balise Transmission Module(BTM)unit of the on-board train control system is a crucial component.Due to its unique installation position and complex environment,this unit has a higher fault rate within the on-board train control system.To conduct fault prediction for the BTM unit based on actual fault data,this study proposes a prediction method combining reliability statistics and machine learning,and achieves the fusion of prediction results from different dimensions through multi-method interactive validation.Firstly,a method for predicting equipment fault time targeting batch equipment is introduced.This method utilizes reliability statistics to construct a model of the remaining faultless operating time distribution considering uncertainty,thereby predicting the remaining faultless operating probability of the BTM unit.Secondly,considering the complexity of the BTM unit’s fault mechanism,the small sample size of fault cases,and the potential presence of multiple fault features in fault text records,an individual-oriented fault prediction method based on Bayesian-optimized Gradient Boosting Regression Tree(Bayes-GBRT)is proposed.This method achieves better prediction results compared to linear regression algorithms and random forest regression algorithms,with an average absolute error of only 0.224 years for predicting the fault time of this type of equipment.Finally,a multi-method interactive validation approach is proposed,enabling the fusion and validation of multi-dimensional results.The results indicate that the predicted fault time and the actual fault time conform to a log-normal distribution,and the parameter estimation results are basically consistent,verifying the accuracy and effectiveness of the prediction results.The above research findings can provide technical support for the maintenance and modification of BTM units,effectively reducing maintenance costs and ensuring the safe operation of high-speed railway,thus having practical engineering value for preventive maintenance.

文摘Machine learning has been widely used for solving partial differential equations(PDEs)in recent years,among which the random feature method(RFM)exhibits spectral accuracy and can compete with traditional solvers in terms of both accuracy and efficiency.Potentially,the optimization problem in the RFM is more difficult to solve than those that arise in traditional methods.Unlike the broader machine-learning research,which frequently targets tasks within the low-precision regime,our study focuses on the high-precision regime crucial for solving PDEs.In this work,we study this problem from the following aspects:(i)we analyze the coeffcient matrix that arises in the RFM by studying the distribution of singular values;(ii)we investigate whether the continuous training causes the overfitting issue;(ii)we test direct and iterative methods as well as randomized methods for solving the optimization problem.Based on these results,we find that direct methods are superior to other methods if memory is not an issue,while iterative methods typically have low accuracy and can be improved by preconditioning to some extent.
文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of using audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing checkups for regulation nurses.Methods:The period was April 2023–April 2024,and a randomized controlled group study was carried out in which 76 regulation nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 38 regulation nurses in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the research group used audible thinking combined with the case teaching method,comparing the two groups’independent learning ability scores,assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction.Results:Independent learning ability score:after teaching,the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Assessment results:the research group was considerably higher than the control group(P<0.05);Teaching satisfaction:the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing room visits for trained nurses can improve independent learning ability and assessment results and increase teaching satisfaction.

文摘With the reform of the New National College Entrance Examination(Gaokao),the nongraded education will become an inevitable trend.In senior high school,the traditional test-oriented education is popular.The knowledge is mainly taught by the teachers,and the students passively absorb it.This study examines a problem-oriented Socratic experiment in nongraded English teaching in senior high school.The teachers seek output from students,who respond by interpreting questions,fostering critical thinking,and enhancing problem-solving skills.This teaching experiment indicates that the Socratic method has a significant positive effect on cultivating nongraded senior high English students’critical thinking under the New National College Entrance Examination.
文摘The electrical resistivity method is a geophysical tool used to characterize the subsoil and can provide an important information for precision agriculture. The lack of knowledge about agronomic properties of the soil tends to affect the agricultural coffee production system. Therefore, research related to geoelectrical properties of soil such as resistivity for characterization the region of the study for coffee cultivation purposes can improve and optimize the production. This resistivity method allows to investigate the subsurface through different techniques: 1D vertical electrical sounding and electrical imaging. The acquisition of data using these techniques permitted the creation of 2D resistivity cross section from the study area. The geoelectrical data was acquired by using a resistivity meter equipment and was processed in different softwares. The results of the geoelectrical characterization from 1D resistivity model and 2D resistivity electrical sections show that in the study area of Kabiri, there are 8 varieties of geoelectrical layers with different resistivity or conductivity. Near survey in the study area, the lowest resistivity is around 0.322 Ω·m, while the highest is about 92.1 Ω·m. These values illustrated where is possible to plant coffee for suggestion of specific fertilization plan for some area to improve the cultivation.
文摘A temperature forecasting model was created firstly based on the Kalman filter method,and then used to predict the highest and lowest temperature in Nanchang station from October 27 to November 1,2017.Finally,according to the empirical forecasting method,guidance forecasts were established for the northern,central,and southern parts of Nanchang City.After inspection,it was found that the temperature prediction model established based on the Kalman filter method in Nanchang station had good prediction performance,and especially in the 24-hour forecast,it had advantages over the European Center.The accuracy of low temperature forecast was better than that of high temperature forecast.

文摘The development and utilization of low-grade polymetallic deposits with strategic mineral resources is one of the important measures to alleviate the current high dependence on strategic mineral resources in China. However, domestic mining enterprises and most mining consulting and design institutes usually use general industrial indicators to carry out reserve estimation and technical and economic feasibility studies on low-grade polymetallic deposits, which cannot truly reflect the economic value of such deposits. The article expounds on the definitions of net return value (NSR) and on-site total maintenance cost (AISC) of common ore smelters in the evaluation of overseas mineral resources. Taking a low-grade polymetallic copper-molybdenum mine in Guangdong Province as an example, comparing the research results showed the NSR-AISC method and the general industrial index method in low-grade polymetallic deposit. There are huge differences in the results of reserve estimation;through the further introduction of Taylor’s formula and the research results on the relationship between investment intensity and production scale, a more reasonable mine life and investment scale are recommended, and a more in-depth comparative study has been carried out in the dimension of technical and economic indicators. Based on the comparative study of the above two methods in reserve estimation and the evaluation results of technical and economic indicators, the author believes that the NSR-AISC method can better reflect the true value of low-grade polymetallic ore projects, and should be popularized and applied in resource evaluation and development practice. This article further describes the application status of the NSR-AISC method for reserve estimation and the evaluation of technical economic indicators, and suggests the main points that should be paid attention to in the use of the NSR-AISC method.

文摘Concomitant with the advancement of contemporary medical technology,the significance of perioperative nursing has been increasingly accentuated,necessitating elevated standards for the pedagogy of perioperative nursing.Presently,the PBL(problem-based learning)pedagogical approach,when integrated with CBL(case-based learning),has garnered considerable interest.An extensive literature review has been conducted to analyze the application of the PBL-CBL fusion in the education of perioperative nursing.Findings indicate that this integrative teaching methodology not only enhances students’theoretical knowledge,practical competencies,and collaborative skills but also contributes to the elevation of teaching quality.In conclusion,the PBL-CBL teaching approach holds immense potential for broader application in perioperative nursing education.Nevertheless,it is imperative to continually refine this combined pedagogical strategy to further enhance the caliber of perioperative nursing instruction and to cultivate a greater number of exceptional nursing professionals in the operating room setting.
