However, due to the high standard and complexity of the structural design of the medium voltage switchgear, some product defects will lead to a certain short circuit fault of the medium voltage switchgear. This paper analyzes the short-circuit fault of medium voltage switchgear, introduces the research on arc extinguishing technology of medium voltage switchgear, and puts forward corresponding preventive countermeasures, which is helpful to reduce the short-circuit fault of medium voltage switchgear in power grid.展开更多
