The paper investigated the equivalent continuum modeling of beam-like repetitive truss structures considering the flexibility of joints,which models the contact between the truss member and joint by spring-damper with six directional stiffnesses and dampings.Firstly,a two-node hybrid joint-beam element was derived for modeling the truss member with flexible end joints,and a condensed model for the repeating element with flexible joints was obtained.Then,the energy equivalence method was adopted to equivalently model the truss structure with flexible joints and material damping as a spatial viscoelastic anisotropic beam model.Afterwards,the equations of motion for the equivalent beam model were derived and solved analytically in the frequency domain.In the numerical studies,the correctness of the presented method was verified by comparisons of the natural frequencies and frequency responses evaluated by the equivalent beam model with the results of the finite element method model. 展开更多

More space truss construction has been planned to develop and utilize space resources.These trusses are designed in the way of large-scale,complex,modular,and on-orbit assembly.To meet the upcoming challenge of large-scale space infrastructure construction,it is necessary to study space truss automation design and robotic construction.This paper proposes an ordinal finite screw adjacency matrix model(OFSAMM),focusing on the relationship between assembly motions,to express and compute a space truss structure.In this model,a space truss is abstracted as a set of ordered assembly motions,each of which is recorded as a finite screw as the basic element of the truss and its assembly.The operation of truss transformation is also derived under this model.Therefore,the truss configuration,the assembly sequence,the truss sub-assembly,the truss components,and the on-orbit assembly task can be expressed and calculated in a unified model,which is calculated and stores the truss topology and assembly with the minimum storage cost.At the end of this paper,we introduce how to synthesize and optimize space truss design through two cases.The study will help to improve design efficiency.Furthermore,it provides a theoretical basis for the automatic construction of space truss structures,especially in the next stage. 展开更多

Achievements are presented for truss models of RC structures developed in previous years: 1. Two constitutive models, biaxial and triaxial, are based on regular trusses, with bars obeying nonlinear uniaxial σ-ε laws of material under simulation;both models have been compared with test results and show a dependence of Poisson ratio on curvature of σ-ε law. 2. A truss finite element has been used in the nonlinear static and dynamic analysis of plane RC frames;it has been compared with test results and describes, in a simple way, the formation of plastic hinges. 3. Thanks to the very simple geometry of a truss, the equilibrium equations can be easily written and the stiffness matrix can be easily updated, both with respect to the deformed truss, within each step of a static incremental loading or within each time step of a dynamic analysis, so that to take into account geometric nonlinearities. So the confinement of a RC column is interpreted as a structural stability effect of concrete. And a significant role of the transverse reinforcement is revealed, that of preventing, by its close spacing and sufficient amount, the buckling of inner longitudinal concrete struts, which would lead to a global instability of the RC column. 4. Space truss structures are essential components for space-based remote sensing loads with high spatial and temporal resolutions.To achieve high-precision vibration control,an accurate and efficient dynamics model is essential.In addition to the current equivalent beam model(EBM)based on the classical continuum theory,an improved equivalent beam model(IEBM)is proposed that considers the impact of the distinction between trusses and beams on torsional and shear deformations,as well as the impact of shear deformation on flexural rigidity.According to the displacement expressions of spatial beams,torsional,shear,and bending correction coefficients are introduced to derive expressions of strain energy and kinetic energy.The energy equivalence principle is then utilized to calculate the elasticity and inertia matrices,and dynamics equations are established using the finite element method.Subsequently,an IEBM is constructed by employing the particle swarm optimization approach to determine the correction coefficients with the truss natural frequency as the optimization target.The natural vibration characteristics of the structure are estimated for various material properties.Compared with the full-scale finite element model,the EBM reaches a maximum error of 80%for a low modulus of elasticity,while the maximum error of the IEBM is less than 2%for any given parameters,indicating its superior accuracy to the EBM. 展开更多

Structural Analysis of a RC Shear Wall by Use of a Truss Model

Purpose of present work is to develop a reliable and simple method for structural analysis of RC Shear Walls. The shear wall is simulated by a truss model as the bar of a truss is the simplest finite element. An iterative method is used. Initially, there are only concrete bars. Repeated structural analyses are performed. After each structural analysis, every concrete bar exceeding tensile strength is replaced by a steel bar. For every concrete bar exceeding compressive strength, first its section area is increased. If this is not enough, a steel bar is placed at the side of it. For every steel bar exceeding tensile or compressive strength, its section area is increased. After the end of every structural analysis, if all concrete and steel bars fall within tensile and compressive strengths, the output data are written and the analysis is terminated. Otherwise, the structural analysis is repeated. As all the necessary conditions (static, elastic, linearized geometric) are satisfied and the stresses of ALL concrete and steel bars fall within the tensile and compressive strengths, the results are acceptable. Usually, the proposed method exhibits a fast convergence in 4 - 5 repeats of structural analysis of the RC Shear Wall. 展开更多

Hysteretic model for bending-type frictional steel truss coupling beams

As a novel coupling beam for coupled shear wall structures,the bending-type frictional steel truss coupling beam(BFTCB)concentrates the deformation and energy dissipation in friction dampers at the bottom chord,allowing the main body to remain elastic during earthquakes.As the preparatory work for resilient structure design based on the BFTCB,this work concentrates on developing the hysteretic model for BFTCB.Firstly,the BFTCB stiffness-strength decoupling mechanism was introduced,i.e.,the shear strength is provided by friction dampers while webs control its initial stiffness.Secondly,a hysteretic model that reflects the BFTCB two-stage sliding characteristic was proposed.The model consists of a trilinear backbone curve and the unloading and reverse loading rules.The model has eight control parameters,of which two core parameters(initial stiffness and limiting shear strength)are derived from the BFTCB stiffness-strength decoupling mechanism,whereas the remaining parameters are obtained by theoretical analysis and empirical calibration.The hysteretic model was then compared with the test curves and demonstrated good accuracy.Finally,a series of FE prototypes of BFTCB with different design stiffnesses and strengths was adopted to verify the hysteretic model.The results showed that the proposed model fitted well with the FE prototypes,indicating its applicability to BFTCB with varying core design parameters.Therefore,the hysteretic model can be adopted for BFTCB to support the resilient shear wall structure design. 展开更多

软化桁架模型采用修改后的材料本构关系计算钢筋混凝土构件在剪力作用下的反应,本质上是一种等效单元法。这种方法不能直观反映内部真实应力且计算过程较复杂。该研究基于考虑粘结应力影响的桁架模型,采用未经修改的钢筋和混凝土的本构... 软化桁架模型采用修改后的材料本构关系计算钢筋混凝土构件在剪力作用下的反应,本质上是一种等效单元法。这种方法不能直观反映内部真实应力且计算过程较复杂。该研究基于考虑粘结应力影响的桁架模型,采用未经修改的钢筋和混凝土的本构关系,提出了一种直接计算钢筋混凝土(RC)膜单元在剪力作用下反应的方法。基于考虑粘结应力的桁架模型计算出混凝土和钢筋中的最大应力;基于混凝土的本构关系计算出单元的主压应变;建立起钢筋的最大拉应力和单元的主拉应变之间的联系。和实验数据的对比显示,该方法可以较好的预测RC膜单元在剪力作用下的应变,并直接通过钢筋和混凝土的最大应力判断单元的破坏。此外,不同破坏形式的变形特点也可以从预测的应力-应变曲线上清晰反映出来。该方法物理意义明确、计算过程简单,可以应用于RC膜单元在剪力作用下反应的计算,使单元的破坏过程更容易理解。 展开更多

为了研究施铆过程中环槽铆钉预紧力的影响因素,评估钢桁梁拼接节点中环槽铆钉预紧力的稳定性,以钢桁梁悬索桥为依托工程,开展足尺节点施铆过程的铆钉预紧力监测试验.结果表明,环槽铆钉在从刚度大的接头区域向刚度小的接头区域铆接时,适... 为了研究施铆过程中环槽铆钉预紧力的影响因素,评估钢桁梁拼接节点中环槽铆钉预紧力的稳定性,以钢桁梁悬索桥为依托工程,开展足尺节点施铆过程的铆钉预紧力监测试验.结果表明,环槽铆钉在从刚度大的接头区域向刚度小的接头区域铆接时,适用性较好;测试的10.9级T27铆钉的铆后预紧力满足环槽铆钉预紧力要求,且优于同规格高强度螺栓;铆接过程中厚度更大的底板上的铆钉预紧力变化量比顶板有所增加,且预紧力松弛程度稍大;约束程度更高的腹板上的铆钉预紧力变化量比节点板更大.对弦杆腹板进行铆接后48 h监测试验,结果显示铆接完成后30 h内铆钉预紧力衰减量占总衰减量的89.6%,此后预紧力的波动小于1.3%的初始值,表明环槽铆钉铆后预紧力损失较小,且逐渐趋于稳定、统一. 展开更多

双网络由具有相同顶点集合但不同边集合的物理图和概念图构成,能够反映顶点间不同层面的交互关系.双网络中稠密子图发现问题旨在发现物理图中连通而概念图中稠密的子图,在协作者网络分析、社区发现和疾病功能团检测等方面具有广泛应用.... 双网络由具有相同顶点集合但不同边集合的物理图和概念图构成,能够反映顶点间不同层面的交互关系.双网络中稠密子图发现问题旨在发现物理图中连通而概念图中稠密的子图,在协作者网络分析、社区发现和疾病功能团检测等方面具有广泛应用.但现有稠密子图模型存在以下问题:(1)基于最密集子图模型的稠密子图发现问题本质上是NP-难的,导致精确的子图发现算法在效率上存在很大问题;(2)基于k-核的模型虽然解决了效率问题,但是发现的稠密子图并不真正“稠密”.针对以上问题,本文(1)提出了k-连通truss子图(k-CT)模型.该模型更加稠密,因此允许子图间存在重叠;(2)为了发现k-连通truss子图,提出了一种高效的精确亚线性算法用于发现双网络中所有的k-CT子图;(3)基于k-CT子图,提出了最大连通truss子图(MCT)概念,对当前k-CT子图不存在任何非空(k+1)-CT子图;(4)提出了自顶向下、自底向上和二分法三种不同策略的MCT子图发现算法.大量基于真实和合成双网络数据的实验结果证明了本文提出算法的高效性和有效性. 展开更多

预紧力作为连接中抵抗外部荷载的关键因素,其大小直接影响连接的刚度和疲劳寿命.以狮子洋大桥−一座大跨径钢桁梁悬索桥为依托工程,针对传统螺栓连接在荷载作用下易松动问题,研究短尾环槽铆钉群铆效应及铆后预紧力松弛行为.开展弦杆环槽... 预紧力作为连接中抵抗外部荷载的关键因素,其大小直接影响连接的刚度和疲劳寿命.以狮子洋大桥−一座大跨径钢桁梁悬索桥为依托工程,针对传统螺栓连接在荷载作用下易松动问题,研究短尾环槽铆钉群铆效应及铆后预紧力松弛行为.开展弦杆环槽铆钉足尺模型试验,探究环槽铆钉的预紧力分布、施铆顺序对预紧力的影响以及施铆后预紧力松弛规律.研究结果表明:环槽铆钉的预紧力呈正态分布于310~350 kN范围内,显著高于同型号高强螺栓的设计值,且满足规范要求.施铆过程会导致预紧力产生衰减,由群铆中心向四周交叉施铆的顺序具有更小的预紧力衰减程度,此时群铆中心区域的铆钉受影响最大.在1600 h的监测期内,预紧力平均衰减2.57%,松弛后仍满足设计要求.施拧过程造成的预紧力损失比铆钉松弛造成的预紧力损失更为显著. 展开更多

大型机场航站楼钢屋盖一般包含屋盖大跨度桁架以及陆侧大悬挑桁架两部分,其施工工序的选定不仅影响钢屋盖在施工阶段、服役阶段的结构安全性,还影响项目建设过程中的施工工期和施工成本。本文通过对大型机场航站楼钢屋盖的结构形式以及... 大型机场航站楼钢屋盖一般包含屋盖大跨度桁架以及陆侧大悬挑桁架两部分,其施工工序的选定不仅影响钢屋盖在施工阶段、服役阶段的结构安全性,还影响项目建设过程中的施工工期和施工成本。本文通过对大型机场航站楼钢屋盖的结构形式以及安装和卸载方式进行研究,归纳出3种施工工序。通过建立航站楼简化模型对3种施工工序进行对比分析,结合杆件应力、结构变形、支座反力等分析数据,考虑施工工期、成本等影响因素,最终给出推荐的施工工序方案。本文的研究成果指导了呼和浩特盛乐国际机场、西安咸阳国际机场T5航站楼的钢屋盖施工,同时也通过健康监测验证了简化模型分析结果的准确性,可为后续大型机场航站楼项目的钢屋盖施工提供参考。 展开更多

丝路欢乐世界地标工程为丝路舞者造型,其顶部为莫比乌斯环,立面形体为自由曲面形态的裙摆及丝带。结构主体采用斜交网格筒体支承建筑造型,莫比乌斯环、裙摆及丝带造型采用桁架实现。主要介绍该工程的结构设计思路,采用PKPM和SAP2000两... 丝路欢乐世界地标工程为丝路舞者造型,其顶部为莫比乌斯环,立面形体为自由曲面形态的裙摆及丝带。结构主体采用斜交网格筒体支承建筑造型,莫比乌斯环、裙摆及丝带造型采用桁架实现。主要介绍该工程的结构设计思路,采用PKPM和SAP2000两种软件对结构进行了多遇地震作用下的整体计算,并采用弹性时程分析法进行补充验算;由于结构存在多项不规则项,因而采用性能化设计方法保证关键构件在设防地震和罕遇地震作用下达到性能目标,并采用动力弹塑性时程分析法进行补充验算;对结构进行整体屈曲稳定性分析,并采用直接分析法研究构件稳定性;此外,考虑温度作用对结构进行专项分析,并对关键节点补充有限元分析计算。分析结果表明,结构布置合理、安全可靠。 展开更多

针对已有带斜梁刚架模型无法适用于结构非线性分析,而实体模型难以与现行规范体系衔接的问题,在已有线弹性带斜梁刚架模型的基础上,通过引入混凝土、钢筋等材料非线性本构关系,建立新型非线性带斜梁刚架模型,用于配筋混凝土板壳结构全... 针对已有带斜梁刚架模型无法适用于结构非线性分析,而实体模型难以与现行规范体系衔接的问题,在已有线弹性带斜梁刚架模型的基础上,通过引入混凝土、钢筋等材料非线性本构关系,建立新型非线性带斜梁刚架模型,用于配筋混凝土板壳结构全过程精细化数值分析。以素混凝土梁、钢筋混凝土梁、预应力混凝土梁为例,对所提模型进行验证。结果表明:所提模型可较准确地预测混凝土梁加载全过程的受力性能,计算的开裂点、裂后刚度、首次屈服点、极限承载力与实体模型计算结果基本吻合,所提模型可实现基于杆系单元模型开展结构全过程精细化数值分析,建模过程简单、迭代收敛性良好。 展开更多

The method can overcome difficulties that are encountered in conventional models and algorithms for the optimization of the structural topology.
