With the observational wind data and the Zebiak-Cane model, the impact of Madden-Iulian Oscillation (MJO) as external forcing on El Nino-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) predictability is studied. The observational data are analyzed with Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) and then used to extract MJO signals, which are added into the model to get a new model. After the Conditional Nonlinear Optimal Perturbation (CNOP) method has been used, the initial errors which can evolve into maximum prediction error, model errors and their join errors are gained and then the Nifio 3 indices and spatial structures of three kinds of errors are investigated. The results mainly show that the observational MJO has little impact on the maximum prediction error of ENSO events and the initial error affects much greater than model error caused by MJO forcing. These demonstrate that the initial error might be the main error source that produces uncertainty in ENSO prediction, which could provide a theoretical foundation for the adaptive data assimilation of the ENSO forecast and contribute to the ENSO target observation. 展开更多

In this paper we report an analysis of sampling error uncertainties in mean maximum and minimum temperatures (Tmax and Tmin) carried out on monthly,seasonal and annual scales,including an examination of homogenized and original data collected at 731 meteorological stations across China for the period 1951-2004.Uncertainties of the gridded data and national average,linear trends and their uncertainties,as well as the homogenization effect on uncertainties are assessed.It is shown that the sampling error variances of homogenized Tmax and Tmin,which are larger in winter than in summer,have a marked northwest-southeast gradient distribution,while the sampling error variances of the original data are found to be larger and irregular.Tmax and Tmin increase in all months of the year in the study period 1951-2004,with the largest warming and uncertainties being 0.400℃ (10 yr)-1 + 0.269℃ (10 yr)-1 and 0.578℃ (10 yr)-1 + 0.211℃ (10 yr)-1 in February,and the least being 0.022℃ (10 yr)-1 + 0.085℃ (10 yr)-1 and 0.104℃ (10 yr)-1 +0.070℃ (10 yr)-1 in August.Homogenization can remove large uncertainties in the original records resulting from various non-natural changes in China. 展开更多

In the numerical prediction of weather or climate events,the uncertainty of the initial values and/or prediction models can bring the forecast result’s uncertainty.Due to the absence of true states,studies on this problem mainly focus on the three subproblems of predictability,i.e.,the lower bound of the maximum predictable time,the upper bound of the prediction error,and the lower bound of the maximum allowable initial error.Aimed at the problem of the lower bound estimation of the maximum allowable initial error,this study first illustrates the shortcoming of the existing estimation,and then presents a new estimation based on the initial observation precision and proves it theoretically.Furthermore,the new lower bound estimations of both the two-dimensional ikeda model and lorenz96 model are obtained by using the cnop(conditional nonlinear optimal perturbation)method and a pso(particle swarm optimization)algorithm,and the estimated precisions are also analyzed.Besides,the estimations yielded by the existing and new formulas are compared;the results show that the estimations produced by the existing formula are often incorrect. 展开更多

【目的】针对打捆装备行星减速器在重载时易发生齿面磨损和胶合失效的问题,研究含中心距误差的3K-Ⅰ型行星轮系最大滑动率及其影响因素,旨在通过优化变位系数提升传动性能与寿命。【方法】首先,基于齿轮啮合原理,推导了含中心距误差的... 【目的】针对打捆装备行星减速器在重载时易发生齿面磨损和胶合失效的问题,研究含中心距误差的3K-Ⅰ型行星轮系最大滑动率及其影响因素,旨在通过优化变位系数提升传动性能与寿命。【方法】首先,基于齿轮啮合原理,推导了含中心距误差的行星轮系最大滑动率计算式;其次,利用控制变量法分析了变位系数和齿数比对最大滑动率的影响规律;再次,基于等滑动率原则,结合根切与重合度等约束条件,构建了以各齿轮对滑动率差值之和最小为目标的优化模型;最后,利用Matlab软件进行非线性约束优化求解,并对比分析了将中心距误差等作为设计变量的不同优化方案。【结果】结果表明,变位系数是影响最大滑动率的主导因素。对比发现,将中心距误差作为优化设计变量的方案最为合理,该方案在给定误差范围内显著降低了各齿轮对间的最大滑动率及其差值,其中3对齿轮副的滑动率差值分别降低了19.6%、90.9%、96.1%,有效改善了齿面的滑动平衡性,为行星轮系设计提供了参考。 展开更多

大件运输车辆动态称量检定方法研究

针对普通检定方法无法实现对大件运输车辆检定的问题,提出以车辆轴载荷偏差作为大件运输车辆检定的主要考察目标。首先,介绍了大件运输车辆特殊结构,结合动态汽车衡称重原理,建立了大件运输车辆动态称量的动态轴载荷和整车总质量的数学... 针对普通检定方法无法实现对大件运输车辆检定的问题,提出以车辆轴载荷偏差作为大件运输车辆检定的主要考察目标。首先,介绍了大件运输车辆特殊结构,结合动态汽车衡称重原理,建立了大件运输车辆动态称量的动态轴载荷和整车总质量的数学模型;然后,选择石英式动态汽车衡为试验对象,参考车辆以不同车速进行多次重复测量,并记录轴载荷和整车总质量;最后,对不同车速试验的轴载荷偏差、整车总质量误差及重复性对比分析。结果表明,以5 km/h车速行驶时,轴载荷偏差整体的波动性最小,整车总质量误差和重复性也最小,满足国家计量检定规程规定JJG907-2006《动态公路车辆自动衡器》的动态试验要求。通过轴载荷偏差方法可以突破大件运输车辆尺寸的限制,实现对大件运输车辆动态称量的检定。 展开更多

Real time remaining useful life(RUL) prediction based on condition monitoring is an essential part in condition based maintenance(CBM). In the current methods about the real time RUL prediction of the nonlinear degradation process, the measurement error is not considered and forecasting uncertainty is large. Therefore, an approximate analytical RUL distribution in a closed-form of a nonlinear Wiener based degradation process with measurement errors was proposed. The maximum likelihood estimation approach was used to estimate the unknown fixed parameters in the proposed model. When the newly observed data are available, the random parameter is updated by the Bayesian method to make the estimation adapt to the item's individual characteristic and reduce the uncertainty of the estimation. The simulation results show that considering measurement errors in the degradation process can significantly improve the accuracy of real time RUL prediction. 展开更多

(2015) [1] proposed a restricted Liu estimator in logistic regression model with exact linear restrictions. However, there are some situations, where the linear restrictions are stochastic. In this paper, we propose a Stochastic Restricted Maximum Likelihood Estimator (SRMLE) for the logistic regression model with stochastic linear restrictions to overcome this issue. Moreover, a Monte Carlo simulation is conducted for comparing the performances of the MLE, Restricted Maximum Likelihood Estimator (RMLE), Ridge Type Logistic Estimator(LRE), Liu Type Logistic Estimator(LLE), and SRMLE for the logistic regression model by using Scalar Mean Squared Error (SMSE). 展开更多

In this paper maximum ranked set sampling procedure with unequal samples (MRSSU) is proposed. Maximum likelihood estimator and modified maximum likelihood estimator are obtained and their properties are studied under exponential distribution. These methods are studied under both perfect and imperfect ranking (with errors in ranking). These estimators are then compared with estimators based on simple random sampling (SRS) and ranked set sampling (RSS) procedures. It is shown that relative efficiencies of the estimators based on MRSSU are better than those of the estimator based on SRS. Simulation results show that efficiency of proposed estimator is better than estimator based on RSS under ranking error. 展开更多

A popular method to ... Correctly estimating the forecast error covariance matrix is a key step in any data assimilation scheme. If it is not correctly estimated, the assimilated states could be far from the true states. A popular method to address this problem is error covariance matrix inflation. That is, to multiply the forecast error covariance matrix by an appropriate factor. In this paper, analysis states are used to construct the forecast error covariance matrix and an adaptive estimation procedure associated with the error covariance matrix inflation technique is developed. The proposed assimilation scheme was tested on the Lorenz-96 model and 2D Shallow Water Equation model, both of which are associated with spatially correlated observational systems. The experiments showed that by introducing the proposed structure of the forecast error eovariance matrix and applying its adaptive estimation procedure, the assimilation results were further improved. 展开更多

杠杆-复桥式3D压电微定位平台设计与分析

【目的】针对目前微定位平台体积大、小行程的问题,提出了一种基于杠杆-复桥式的新型位移放大机构,设计了可实现大行程运动的三自由度压电微定位平台。【方法】首先,提出压电微定位平台的结构并分析其工作原理:压电驱动器产生初始位移,... 【目的】针对目前微定位平台体积大、小行程的问题,提出了一种基于杠杆-复桥式的新型位移放大机构,设计了可实现大行程运动的三自由度压电微定位平台。【方法】首先,提出压电微定位平台的结构并分析其工作原理:压电驱动器产生初始位移,该位移先被复桥结构放大,再通过杠杆机构进行二次放大,将最终放大的位移输出到动平台。其次,设计并优化杠杆位移放大机构和复桥位移放大机构,根据静力学、材料力学和弹性力学理论建立杠杆位移放大机构和复桥位移放大机构的刚度模型和位移放大比数学模型。根据理论模型对杠杆位移放大器和复桥位移放大器的尺寸进行优化,优化后的总体放大倍数为20.6。再次,对柔性铰链进行结构优化,针对4种典型的切口形状进行有限元仿真研究,在分析4种柔性铰链输出位移与输入力的关系后确定采用直梁型柔性铰链。对整体压电驱动微定位平台进行有限元仿真,分析压电陶瓷制动器变形放大后的位移输出性能和绕x轴、y轴的转动输出性能。最后,对所设计的压电驱动微定位平台进行输出测试,并对位移放大器的z轴方向位移输出性能和绕x轴、y轴的转动输出性能进行实验验证。【结果】有限元仿真结果显示,压电驱动微定位平台的动平台在z轴方向的输出位移最大约为740μm,仿真放大倍数为15,绕x轴、y轴的最大输出转动角度分别为0.83°和0.86°。压电驱动微定位平台的输出测试结果显示升压曲线与降压曲线不重合,具有迟滞现象,z方向的最大输出位移为706μm,当电压为30 V时,迟滞位移最大为65μm。绕x轴方向最大输出角度为0.8°,绕y轴方向最大输出角度为0.79°。当电压为30 V时,绕x轴方向迟滞角度最大为0.062°;当加载电压为45 V时,绕y轴方向迟滞角度最大为0.047°。与仿真结果对比,沿z轴方向移动以及绕x轴和y轴方向旋转的最大误差分别为34μm、0.03°和0.07°,其对应的最大相对误差分别为4.6%、3.6%和8.1%。【结论】基于杠杆-复桥式新型位移放大机构的压电微定位平台能有效解决压电陶瓷输出位移小的问题,实现了大行程运动。 展开更多

实时动态相对定位(RTK)技术作为目前应用最为广泛的全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)高精度定位技术,针对其完好性的研究一直是工业界和学术界的研究热点,也是决定其能否用于自动驾驶等生命安全相关领域的难点问题。目前对RTK完好性的研究主要停... 实时动态相对定位(RTK)技术作为目前应用最为广泛的全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)高精度定位技术,针对其完好性的研究一直是工业界和学术界的研究热点,也是决定其能否用于自动驾驶等生命安全相关领域的难点问题。目前对RTK完好性的研究主要停留在概念讨论和用户端算法层面,存在性能指标界定不清晰以及算法复杂不具有普适性等问题,同时缺乏系统性的分析框架和解决方案。通过对航空领域各类增强系统的研究,发现其完好性解决方案涉及需求分析、风险源分析、完好性指标分配、监测方案设计、验证方案设计等多个环节。其中,完好性指标分配环节承接用户需求和监测器性能要求,涉及总体分析流程和框架的建立,是后续进行具体监测器设计及验证的基础,也是整体完好性解决方案的核心。为此,通过借鉴地基增强系统(GBAS)中风险分配流程,提出了RTK完好性指标分配方法,推导出适用于卡尔曼滤波器的最大可允许测量误差(MERR)计算公式,从概率指标和误差界限2个层面给出完整的指标分配方案。所提方法和分配示例能为RTK服务提供商构建完好性解决方案以及推进相关服务性能规范的建设提供理论支持和数据参考。 展开更多

本文结合不完全二元组模糊语言偏好关系(ITFLPR)缺失值的补全方法,对ITFLPR进行补全,得到完全的二元组模糊语言偏好关系(TFLPR).随后,定义ITFLPR中错误偏好值的概念,并给出二元组模糊语言的差值定义以及运算法则,提出最大误差值的概念.... 本文结合不完全二元组模糊语言偏好关系(ITFLPR)缺失值的补全方法,对ITFLPR进行补全,得到完全的二元组模糊语言偏好关系(TFLPR).随后,定义ITFLPR中错误偏好值的概念,并给出二元组模糊语言的差值定义以及运算法则,提出最大误差值的概念.针对补全的ITFLPR,给出不一致性的修复方法.通过考虑二元组模糊语言(si,α)中α值以及不考虑最大误差值的两种情形,对比我们所提出的修复方法,得出本文所提出的修复方法较为有效的结论.最后,通过实例将修复方法应用于军事管理单位的评估中,得到了符合一致性的偏好关系. 展开更多

为提高地面气象观测站网布局的科学合理性,利用1992—2021年国家级基准、基本及常规气象站观测资料,分析山东省平原和山地丘陵两类地形的气温、相对湿度、降水、气压(简称“4要素”)结构函数,确定4要素站网的最佳布站方案与布设距离,并... 为提高地面气象观测站网布局的科学合理性,利用1992—2021年国家级基准、基本及常规气象站观测资料,分析山东省平原和山地丘陵两类地形的气温、相对湿度、降水、气压(简称“4要素”)结构函数,确定4要素站网的最佳布站方案与布设距离,并评估现有观测站网布局的适宜性。结果表明,山地丘陵地区4要素的结构函数值均高于平原地区,平原地区结构函数更接近线性;山地丘陵在3种内插方式下的内插标准误差均高于平原地区;当距离满足点值内插标准误差小于观测标准误差时,4要素均以正三角形布站的内插精度最高。山东省国家级基准、基本及常规气象观测站的合理布站方式为正三角形布设;平原和山地丘陵的最佳布站距离分别不超过36.4、29.4 km。分要素看,气温分别不超过36.4 km和29.4 km;相对湿度不超过90.9 km和73.3 km;降水不超过81.9 km和52.3 km;气压不超过44.8 km和31.2 km。平原地区观测站网布局的适宜性优于山地丘陵地区。 展开更多
