Sponge city(SPC)is proposed to solve the issues such as the degradation of urban water ecosystem environment,imbalanced water resource allocation,urban water logging,and water contamination.The PPP(Public Private Part...Sponge city(SPC)is proposed to solve the issues such as the degradation of urban water ecosystem environment,imbalanced water resource allocation,urban water logging,and water contamination.The PPP(Public Private Partnership)model is combined to release the government pressure of SPC project construction.The development of the SPC-PPP model makes significant contributions to the sustainable development and the enhancement of urban resilience against water-related disasters.However,there is no scientific performance evaluation system on its operation period has been conducted.Therefore,the SPC-PPP Evaluation model aims to objectively and reasonably assess project effectiveness,promote its development and refine the evaluation framework.This paper has set up the MEE model for performance evaluation,with improved Matter-Element Extension method to assign values to the evaluation indices.The research results show that:(1)The MEE model is more accurate in the performance evaluation and its effectiveness is reflected in its ability to capture the correlation among different indices in the same membership,rather than merely focusing on individual indices.(2)The proposed approach provided a new aspect for performance evaluation,improving the accuracy of evaluation and promoting the development of SPC-PPP project.展开更多

In recent years,with the global environmental pollution becoming more and more serious,and the widespread application of PPP model in various fields,PPP model provides a new solution for environmental governance.Howev...In recent years,with the global environmental pollution becoming more and more serious,and the widespread application of PPP model in various fields,PPP model provides a new solution for environmental governance.However,due to environmental management of PPP projects in practice by various factors,such as the lack of social value,organizational management confusion and consultation communication is not in place cause group events,resulting in the failure of the PPP project,and a large number of economic losses.Therefore,the objective of this paper is to ensure the smooth implementation of environmental management of PPP projects,to reduce the risk to avoid failure.The research methods adopted in this study include literature review and case analysis,based on the theory of environmental governance PPP,select 15 failure cases analysis failure reasons,identify environmental management PPP project’s 18 failure factors,starting from the government to enterprises.The index is divided into three dimensions:social system,organization and management,public behavior,and determination of failure measure index system.Based on the theory of the open matter,the failure measure model is established,and the failure factor index is measured and analyzed.The degree of failure of the project is clarified and the PPP project is analyzed by a sewage treatment to verify the reasonable model of the failure measure model.The feasibility of the future of environmental management PPP project failure risk provides a practical tool.展开更多

Two important parts are improved, the weights determining and fuzzy membership functions. The coefficient of variation of each indicator is used to determine the weight instead of traditional calculating superscales method. On the other hand, fuzzy matter-elements are constructed, and normal membership degrees are used instead of traditional trapezoidal ones. The composite fuzzy matter-elements with associated coefficient are constructed through associated transformation. The levels of natural water quality are determined according to the principle of maximum correlation. The improved fuzzy matter-element evaluation method is applied to evaluate water quality of the Luokou mainstream estuary at the first ten weeks in 2011 with the coefficient of variatiola method determining the weights. Water quality of Luokou mainstream estuary is dropping from level I to level II. The results of the improved evaluation method are basically the same as the official water quality. The variation coefficient method can reduce the workload, and overcome the adverse effects from abnormal values, compared with the traditional calculating superscales method. The results of improved fuzzy matter- element evaluation method are more credible than the ones of the traditional evaluation method. The improved evaluation method can use information of monitoring data more scientifically and comprehensively, and broaden a new evaluation method for water quality assessment.展开更多

The degree of relation based on the dependent functions was employed to determine the nature and the grade of the faults in a transformer system. And the proposed method was verified with the experimental data. The results show that accuracy rate of the diagnosis method exceeds 90% and two kinds of faults can be detected at the same time.展开更多

He introduced two kinds of recurrence formulas of square and the deformation (Ref.[1]). We find that the three formulas lead to the extension of Newton-Raphson’s method and Horner’s method at the same time. This shows originality of Japanese native mathematics (Wasan) in the Edo era (1600- 1867). Suzuki (Ref.[2]) estimates Murase to be a rare mathematician in not only the history of Wasan but also the history of mathematics in the world. Section 1 introduces Murase’s three solutions of the cubic equation of the hearth. Section 2 explains the Horner’s method. We give the generalization of three formulas and the relation between these formulas and Horner’s method. Section 3 gives definitions of Murase-Newton’s method (Tsuchikura-Horiguchi’s method), general recurrence formula of Murase-Newton’s method (Tsuchikura-Horiguchi’s method), and general recurrence formula of the extension of Murase-Newton’s method (the extension of Tsuchikura-Horiguchi’s method) concerning n-degree polynomial equation. To address the issues of peak overlap caused by complex matrices in agricultural product terahertz(THz)spectral signals and the dynamic,nonlinear interference induced by environmental and system noise,this study explo...To address the issues of peak overlap caused by complex matrices in agricultural product terahertz(THz)spectral signals and the dynamic,nonlinear interference induced by environmental and system noise,this study explores the feasibility of adaptive-signal-decomposition-based denoising methods to improve THz spectral quality.THz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS)combined with an attenuated total reflection(ATR)accessory was used to collect THz absorbance spectra from 48 peanut samples.Taking the quantitative prediction model of peanut moisture content based on THz-ATR as an example,wavelet transform(WT),empirical mode decomposition(EMD),local mean decomposition(LMD),and its improved methods-segmented local mean decomposition(SLMD)and piecewise mirror extension local mean decomposition(PME-LMD)-were employed for spectral denoising.The applicability of different denoising methods was evaluated using a support vector regression(SVR)model.Experimental results show that the peanut moisture content prediction model constructed after PME-LMD denoising achieved the best performance,with a root mean square error(RMSE),coefficient of determination(R^(2)),and mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)of 0.010,0.912,and 0.040,respectively.Compared with traditional methods,PME-LMD significantly improved spectral quality and model prediction performance.The PME-LMD denoising strategy proposed in this study effectively suppresses non-uniform noise interference in THz spectral signals,providing an efficient and accurate preprocessing method for THz spectral analysis of agricultural products.This research provides theoretical support and technical guidance for the application of THz technology for detecting agricultural product quality.展开更多

On the basis of the soil environment investigation in Da'an City, Jilin Province, China, 40 soil samples from main land use types were obtained and tested by standard method. Soil organic matter (SOM), total N (TN...On the basis of the soil environment investigation in Da'an City, Jilin Province, China, 40 soil samples from main land use types were obtained and tested by standard method. Soil organic matter (SOM), total N (TN), total P (TP), total K (TK), available N (AN), available P (AP) and available K (AK) were chosen as the evaluation factors. A regional soil nutrient evaluation model was developed based on the matter-element model. The results show that the soil samples with nutrient grade Ⅱ-Ⅴ respectively account for 10%, 30%, 32.5% and 27.5%, and those with grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ account for 60% in all samples. The relationship between soil nutrients and land types indicates that the nutrients of farmland are relatively good, with 41.7% of soil samples with the nutrient grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ. The nutrients of saline-alkali land and sandy land are the worst, with 100% of soil samples with the nutrient grade IV and V. And the ratios of soil samples grade IV and V in grassland and wasteland are respectively 62.5 % and 54.55%. Generally speaking, the soil nutrients status in Da'an City is poor, 60% of soil samples are in poor and extremely poor conditions, indicating that the soil has been severely eroded. Being a relatively superior evaluation method with more accurate resuits and spatial distribution consistency, matter-element analysis is more suitable for regional soil nutrient evaluation than previous models.展开更多

To achieve de novo protein structure determination of challenging cases, multi-wavelength anomalous diffraction(MAD) and multiple isomorphous replacement(MIR) phasing can be powerful tools to obtain low-resolution ini...To achieve de novo protein structure determination of challenging cases, multi-wavelength anomalous diffraction(MAD) and multiple isomorphous replacement(MIR) phasing can be powerful tools to obtain low-resolution initial phases from heavy-atom derivative datasets, then phase extension is needed against high-resolution data to obtain accurate structures.In this context, we propose a direct-methods procedure here that could improve the initial low-resolution MAD/MIR phase quality.And accordingly, an automated process for extending initial phases to high resolution is also described.These two procedures are both implanted in the newly released IPCAS pipeline.Three cases are used to perform the test, including one set of 4.17 ? MAD data from a membrane protein and two sets of MAD/MIR data with derivatives truncated down to 6.80 ? and 6.90 ?, respectively.All the results have shown that the initial phases generated from the direct-methods procedure are better than that from the conventional MAD/MIR methods.The automated phase extensions for the latter two cases starting from 6.80 ? to 3.00 ? and 6.90 ? to 2.80 ? are proved to be successful, leading to complete models.This may provide convenient and reliable tools for phase improvement and phase extension in difficult low-resolution tasks.展开更多

文摘In this paper, we propose an accelerated search-extension method (ASEM) based on the interpolated coefficient finite element method, the search-extension method (SEM) and the two-grid method to obtain the multiple solutions for semilinear elliptic equations. This strategy is not only successfully implemented to obtain multiple solutions for a class of semilinear elliptic boundary value problems, but also reduces the expensive computation greatly. The numerical results in I-D and 2-D cases will show the efficiency of our approach.
文摘In 1673, Yoshimasu Murase made a cubic equation to obtain the thickness of a hearth. He introduced two kinds of recurrence formulas of square and the deformation (Ref.[1]). We find that the three formulas lead to the extension of Newton-Raphson’s method and Horner’s method at the same time. This shows originality of Japanese native mathematics (Wasan) in the Edo era (1600- 1867). Suzuki (Ref.[2]) estimates Murase to be a rare mathematician in not only the history of Wasan but also the history of mathematics in the world. Section 1 introduces Murase’s three solutions of the cubic equation of the hearth. Section 2 explains the Horner’s method. We give the generalization of three formulas and the relation between these formulas and Horner’s method. Section 3 gives definitions of Murase-Newton’s method (Tsuchikura-Horiguchi’s method), general recurrence formula of Murase-Newton’s method (Tsuchikura-Horiguchi’s method), and general recurrence formula of the extension of Murase-Newton’s method (the extension of Tsuchikura-Horiguchi’s method) concerning n-degree polynomial equation. Section 4 is contents of the title of this paper.

文摘To address the issues of peak overlap caused by complex matrices in agricultural product terahertz(THz)spectral signals and the dynamic,nonlinear interference induced by environmental and system noise,this study explores the feasibility of adaptive-signal-decomposition-based denoising methods to improve THz spectral quality.THz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS)combined with an attenuated total reflection(ATR)accessory was used to collect THz absorbance spectra from 48 peanut samples.Taking the quantitative prediction model of peanut moisture content based on THz-ATR as an example,wavelet transform(WT),empirical mode decomposition(EMD),local mean decomposition(LMD),and its improved methods-segmented local mean decomposition(SLMD)and piecewise mirror extension local mean decomposition(PME-LMD)-were employed for spectral denoising.The applicability of different denoising methods was evaluated using a support vector regression(SVR)model.Experimental results show that the peanut moisture content prediction model constructed after PME-LMD denoising achieved the best performance,with a root mean square error(RMSE),coefficient of determination(R^(2)),and mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)of 0.010,0.912,and 0.040,respectively.Compared with traditional methods,PME-LMD significantly improved spectral quality and model prediction performance.The PME-LMD denoising strategy proposed in this study effectively suppresses non-uniform noise interference in THz spectral signals,providing an efficient and accurate preprocessing method for THz spectral analysis of agricultural products.This research provides theoretical support and technical guidance for the application of THz technology for detecting agricultural product quality.
文摘In this paper,we present the simplification of Sachs formulas for the measurement and calculation of the residual stresses of the cylinder only with the plane stresses. Furthermore, we present the method for the measurement and calculation of the residual stresses of the cylinder not only with the finite length but with the longitudinal stress. These can be applied to the investigation on the residual stresses of the autofretted gun tube.
文摘The system of linear equations plays a vital role in real life problems such as optimization, economics, and engineering. The parameters of the system of linear equations are modeled by taking the experimental or observation data. So the parameters of the system actually contain uncertainty rather than the crisp one. The uncertainties may be considered in term of interval or fuzzy numbers. In this paper, a detailed study of three solution techniques namely Classical Method, Extension Principle method and α-cuts and interval Arithmetic Method to solve the system of fuzzy linear equations has been done. Appropriate applications are given to illustrate each technique. Then we discuss the comparison of the different methods numerically and graphically.

文摘On the basis of the soil environment investigation in Da'an City, Jilin Province, China, 40 soil samples from main land use types were obtained and tested by standard method. Soil organic matter (SOM), total N (TN), total P (TP), total K (TK), available N (AN), available P (AP) and available K (AK) were chosen as the evaluation factors. A regional soil nutrient evaluation model was developed based on the matter-element model. The results show that the soil samples with nutrient grade Ⅱ-Ⅴ respectively account for 10%, 30%, 32.5% and 27.5%, and those with grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ account for 60% in all samples. The relationship between soil nutrients and land types indicates that the nutrients of farmland are relatively good, with 41.7% of soil samples with the nutrient grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ. The nutrients of saline-alkali land and sandy land are the worst, with 100% of soil samples with the nutrient grade IV and V. And the ratios of soil samples grade IV and V in grassland and wasteland are respectively 62.5 % and 54.55%. Generally speaking, the soil nutrients status in Da'an City is poor, 60% of soil samples are in poor and extremely poor conditions, indicating that the soil has been severely eroded. Being a relatively superior evaluation method with more accurate resuits and spatial distribution consistency, matter-element analysis is more suitable for regional soil nutrient evaluation than previous models.

Selecting an appropriate evaluation method can timely and accurately find the pavement diseases, and improve the timeliness of pavement repair. 文摘To achieve de novo protein structure determination of challenging cases, multi-wavelength anomalous diffraction(MAD) and multiple isomorphous replacement(MIR) phasing can be powerful tools to obtain low-resolution initial phases from heavy-atom derivative datasets, then phase extension is needed against high-resolution data to obtain accurate structures.In this context, we propose a direct-methods procedure here that could improve the initial low-resolution MAD/MIR phase quality.And accordingly, an automated process for extending initial phases to high resolution is also described.These two procedures are both implanted in the newly released IPCAS pipeline.Three cases are used to perform the test, including one set of 4.17 ? MAD data from a membrane protein and two sets of MAD/MIR data with derivatives truncated down to 6.80 ? and 6.90 ?, respectively.All the results have shown that the initial phases generated from the direct-methods procedure are better than that from the conventional MAD/MIR methods.The automated phase extensions for the latter two cases starting from 6.80 ? to 3.00 ? and 6.90 ? to 2.80 ? are proved to be successful, leading to complete models.This may provide convenient and reliable tools for phase improvement and phase extension in difficult low-resolution tasks.

文摘Extension strategy tactics planning (ESTP), based upon the science of Extenics, is established for the purpose of solving contradictory problems. In this paper, the fundamental thoughts, theories and methods of ESTP are introduced concisely. The highlights of ESTP are that the techniques, used in the case of tackling such problems as how to generate the ideas of strategy tactics planning, how to completely analyze the resources, how to exploit extension resources, how to transfer the incompatible into the compati ble, and how to transfer the opposite into the co existent, are developed in a formalized way. And regarding the practices of ESTP, the applications of ESTP in resource integration, project, market development, and the prevention and handling crises are presented.
