The spatial matrix filter was designed and used for solving the problem to detect a weak target who was influenced by the strong nearby platform noise interference of the towed line array sonar. The MFP technology and the DOA estimation technology were combined together by using the sound propagation characteristics of both target and interference. The spatial matrix filter with platform noise zero response constraint was designed by the near-field platform noise normal modes copy vectors and the far-field plane wave bearing vectors together. The optimal solution of the optimization problem for designing the spatial matrix filter was deduced directly, and it was simplified by the generalized singular value decomposition. The total response error to the plane wave bearing vectors and the total response to the platform noise copy vectors were given. The phenomena that strong interferences existed in the bearing course and blind areas existed after filtering were analyzed by the correlation between the plat- form noise copy vectors and the plane wave bearing vectors. It could be found from simulations that it has less blind area and higher detection ability by using the spatial matrix filtering technology. 展开更多

By taking the trusts among users' and between items' effect on rating information into consideration, trust-aware recommendation systems (TARS) made a relatively good performance. In this paper, a method of incorporating trust into MF was proposed by building user-based and item-based implicit trust network under different contexts and implementing two implicit trust-based context-aware MF (]TMF) models. 为使机器人能够全面感知各种复杂环境,在确保移动位姿稳定的前提下,使其能在各种环境中均能实现稳定精确定位,提出基于激光传感器感知环境信息和视觉融合的机器人定位方法。该方法利用双目相机和激光传感器分别进行机器人空间标定和移... 为使机器人能够全面感知各种复杂环境,在确保移动位姿稳定的前提下,使其能在各种环境中均能实现稳定精确定位,提出基于激光传感器感知环境信息和视觉融合的机器人定位方法。该方法利用双目相机和激光传感器分别进行机器人空间标定和移动环境信息感知,将两者的结果统一到相同的坐标系中,获取机器人的全局移动位姿;依据该位姿结果,采用编码器与卡尔曼滤波方法全面融合机器人感知到的环境细节信息,从而准确确定机器人在空间中的位置。实验表明:该方法可以准确地调节关节夹角,使其平移误差均小于0.14%,而旋转角度误差均小于0.05°;并精确融合机器人激光成像信息与视觉信息,以此准确定位机器人当前位置。 展开更多

顾及星敏感器安装矩阵校正的GRACE-FO姿态数据处理研究

如何获取高精度的姿态数据是重力卫星载荷数据处理的重要研究内容。GRACE-FO的每颗卫星均搭载了3颗星敏感器和1个陀螺仪,融合这两类载荷的测量数据是获得高精度姿态数据的重要途径。本文首先根据星敏感器测量噪声具有各向异性的特点,建... 如何获取高精度的姿态数据是重力卫星载荷数据处理的重要研究内容。GRACE-FO的每颗卫星均搭载了3颗星敏感器和1个陀螺仪,融合这两类载荷的测量数据是获得高精度姿态数据的重要途径。本文首先根据星敏感器测量噪声具有各向异性的特点,建立了星敏感器安装矩阵标定算法;其次,建立了星敏感器低频误差处理方法,使用滑动平均方法抑制低频误差;然后,基于Gibbs矢量建立了四元数改正量和陀螺仪偏差改正量为状态向量的间接Kalman滤波算法;最后,使用GRACE-FO Level-1A数据进行验证,并分析其对时变重力场的影响。结果表明,以其中1个星敏感器为基准,校正另外两颗星敏感器安装矩阵时,解算的卫星姿态差异较小,经过星敏感器安装矩阵校正后,可以降低姿态数据在1个轨道周期(CPR)处的低频误差。根据建立的星敏感器低频误差处理策略,可以较好地压制30 CPR频段内的星敏感器低频误差。对于星敏感器和陀螺仪融合,相较于JPL结果,本文解算的姿态数据为0.0005~0.1 Hz,具有更低的噪声,充分发挥了载荷最大性能。对时变重力场模型反演的影响,从反演的时变重力场的阶方差和等效水高差异上看,基于不同姿态数据解算的时变重力场模型精度基本一致,目前姿态数据精度的提升对时变重力场模型精度影响较小。 展开更多

状态转移矩阵(STM)作为系统状态量偏导数矩阵,在航天器轨道状态估计与控制中发挥着关键作用。针对直角坐标系下的分析形式STM构建难题,基于泰勒展开构建了航天器短期轨道解析表达式,推导出适用于直角坐标的分析形式STM算法。该算法结合... 状态转移矩阵(STM)作为系统状态量偏导数矩阵,在航天器轨道状态估计与控制中发挥着关键作用。针对直角坐标系下的分析形式STM构建难题,基于泰勒展开构建了航天器短期轨道解析表达式,推导出适用于直角坐标的分析形式STM算法。该算法结合数值STM的通用性优势与分析形式STM的高效性特点,实现了计算开销与精度的平衡。在地月空间及近地航天器扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)定轨实验中,分析形式STM计算时间仅为数值STM的0.1%,使EKF总耗时减少90%,且定轨精度满足任务需求。在太阳辐射压参数修正方面,分析形式STM与数值STM收敛至理论值附近(相对误差<0.1%),收敛速度差异小于1%。 展开更多

Currently, due to the detrimental effects on surface finish and machining system, chatter has been one crucial factor restricting robotic drilling operations, which improve both quality and efficiency of aviation manufacturing. Based on the matrix notch filter and fast wavelet packet decomposition, this paper presents a novel pre-generated matrix-based real-time chatter monitoring method for robotic drilling. Taking vibration characteristics of robotic drilling into account, the matrix notch filter is designed to eliminate the interference of spindle-related components on the measured vibration signal. Then, the fast wavelet packet decomposition is presented to decompose the filtered signal into several equidistant frequency bands, and the energy of each sub-band is obtained. Finally, the energy entropy which characterizes inhomogeneity of energy distribution is utilized as the feature to recognize chatter on-line, and the effectiveness of the presented algorithm is validated by extensive experimental data. The results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively detect chatter before it is fully developed. Moreover, since both filtering and decomposition of signal are implemented by the pre-generated matrices, calculation for an energy entropy of vibration signal with 512 samples takes only about 0.690 ms. Consequently, the proposed method achieves real-time chatter monitoring for robotic drilling, which is essential for subsequent chatter suppression. 展开更多

With the advent of the ‘digital revolution’ that has made possible services such as the world wide web, satellite broadcasting and mobile and trunk telephony, the finite RF spectrum allocated for terrestrial and satellite telecommunication systems is becoming increasingly crowded. This has impacted significantly upon the performance required from the microwave equipment that comprises these systems. In the case of microwave filters, greater in-band linearity to avoid signal distortion and out-of-band isolation to suppress interference are routinely specified, which can only be satisfied by advanced filtering characteristics. This article presents the coupling matrix approach to the synthesis of prototype filter networks, enabling the realization of the hardware embodying the enhanced performance needed by today’s high capacity systems. 展开更多

In this paper, firstly we demonstrate the use of nodal admittance matrix to convert a low-pass band-pass filter based on operational amplifier(op-amp) to a circuit based on a second-generation current conveyor(CCII). This technique allows us to get eight presumptions of filter circuits. Secondly, we present a novel architecture circuit of CCII, which can operate at low supply voltage of ±0.75 V. All simulations are performed by TSPICE models. The simulation results show that this circuit has a low impedance at terminal X(R X=1.01 Ω), a very high input impedance at terminal Y, and wide bandwidth current and voltage. The center frequency of the proposed filter is variable on the interval [157 k Hz, 196 MHz]. 展开更多

Three classes of typical state constraints, i.e., linear equality, quadratic equality and inequality, are discussed. By using the linear relationships among different state variables, a reduced-order Kalman filter is derived for the system with linear equality constraints. Afterwards, such a solution is applied to the cases of the quadratic equality constraint and inequality constraints and the two constrained state filtering problems are transformed into two relative constrained optimization problems. Then they are solved by the Lagrangian multiplier and linear matrix inequality techniques, respectively. Finally, two simple tracking examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the reduced-order filters. 展开更多

The aim is to design an asymptotically stable filter, using the locally sampled measurements, which ensures both the robust asymptotic stability and a prescribed level of H-infinity performance for the filtering error dynamics for all admissible uncertainties. The derivation process is simplified by introducing auxiliary systems and the sufficient condition for the existence of such a filter is proposed. During the study, the main results were expressed as LMIs by employing various matrix techniques. Using LMI toolbox of Matlab software, it is very convenient to obtain the appropriate filter. Finally, a numerical example shows that the method is effective and feasible. 展开更多

But the basis vectors NMF gets are not orthogonal so that parts-based features of information are usually redundancy. In this paper, we propose two different approaches based on localized non-negative matrix factorization (LNMF) to obtain the typical user session profiles and typical semantic profiles of junk mails. The LNMF get basis vectors as orthogonal as possible so that it can get accurate profiles. The experiments show that the approach based on LNMF can obtain better profiles than the approach based on NMF.
