The emphasis was put on the methods of extracting the yield stresses and strain-hardening modulus of upper and middle-layers of three-layer material systems from the indentation testing. The slope of the indentation depth to the applied indentation stress curve was found to have a turning point, which can be used to determine the yield stress of the upper-layer. Then, a different method was also presented to determine the yield stress of the middle-layer. This method was based on a set of assumed applied indentation stresses which were to be intersected by the experimental results in order to meet the requirement of having the experimental indentation depth. At last, a reverse numerical algorithm was explored to determine the yield stresses of upper and middle-layers simultaneously by using the indentation testing with two different size indenters. This method assumed two ranges of yield stresses to simulate the indentation behavior. The experimental depth behavior was used to intersect the simulated indentation behavior. And the intersection corresponded to the values of yield stresses of upper and middle-layers. This method was also used further to determine the strain-hardening modulus of upper and middle-layers simultaneously.展开更多

文摘The need to transport goods across countries and islands has resulted in a high demand for commercial vessels.Owing to such trends, shipyards must efficiently produce ships to reduce production costs.Layout and material flow are among the crucial aspects determining the efficiency of the production at a shipyard. This paper presents the initial design optimization of a shipyard layout using Nondominated Sorting Algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)to find the optimal configuration of workstations in a shipyard layout. The proposed method focuses on simultaneously minimizing two material handling costs, namely work-based material handling and duration-based material handling.NSGA-Ⅱ determines the order of workstations in the shipyard layout. The semiflexible bay structure is then used in the workstation placement process from the sequence formed in NSGA-Ⅱ into a complete design.Considering that this study is a case of multiobjective optimization, the performance for both objectives at each iteration is presented in a 3D graph. Results indicate that after 500 iterations, the optimal configuration yields a work-based MHC of 163670.0 WBM-units and a duration-based MHC of 34750 DBM-units.Starting from a random solution, the efficiency of NSGA-Ⅱ demonstrates significant improvements, achieving a 50.19%reduction in work-based MHC and a 48.58%reduction in duration-based MHC.

文摘The design and synthesis of a novel π-conjugated fiuorescent framework by external ligand-assisted C-H olefination of heterocycles with excellent regioselectivity and broad substrate scope are reported herein. These novel fiuorescent materials could present full-color-tunable emissions with large Stokes shifts. Furthermore, the protocol provides an opportunity to rapidly screen novel organic single-molecule whitelight materials with high fiuorescence quantum yields. The robust organic and low-cost white lightemitting diodes could rapidly be fabricated using the white-light-emitting material. Experimental data and theoretical calculations indicate that in the white-light dual emission the relatively short wavelength from high-lying singlet state emission and the relatively long wavelength from low-lying singlet state emission. The anti-Kasha dual-emission systems will provide a foundation for the development and application of organic single-molecule white light materials, effectively promoting the development and innovation of luminescent materials. In addition, this method demonstrated its potential application in the synthesis of new near-infrared(NIR) fiuorescence materials with large Stokes shifts based on the olefination of heterocycles.
文摘In order to address the synergistic optimization of energy efficiency improvement in the waste incineration power plant(WIPP)and renewable energy accommodation,an electricity-hydrogen-waste multi-energy system integrated with phase change material(PCM)thermal storage is proposed.First,a thermal energy management framework is constructed, combining PCM thermal storage with the alkaline electrolyzer(AE)waste heat recovery and the heat pump(HP),while establishing a PCM-driven waste drying system to enhance the efficiency of waste incineration power generation.Next,a flue gas treatment method based on purification-separation-storage coordination is adopted, achieving spatiotemporal decoupling between waste incineration and flue gas treatment.Subsequently,a two-stage optimal dispatching strategy for the multi-energy system is developed:the first stage establishes a dayahead economic dispatch model with the objective of minimizing net system costs, while the second stage introduces model predictive control(MPC)to realize intraday rolling optimization. Finally,The optimal dispatching strategies under different scenarios are obtained using the Gurobi solver, followed by a comparative analysis of the optimized operational outcomes.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed system optimizes the output and operational states of each unit, simultaneously reducing carbon trading costs while increasing electricity sales revenue. The proposed scheduling strategy demonstrates effective grid peak-shaving functionality, thereby simultaneously improving the system’s economic performance and operational flexibility while providing an innovative technical pathway for municipal solid waste(MSW)resource utilization and low-carbon transformation of energy systems.

文摘Thermoelectric materials, capable of converting temperature gradients into electrical power, have been traditionally limited by a trade-off between thermopower and electrical conductivity. This study introduces a novel, broadly applicable approach that enhances both the spin-driven thermopower and the thermoelectric figure-of-merit(zT)without compromising electrical conductivity, using temperature-driven spin crossover. Our approach, supported by both theoretical and experimental evidence,is demonstrated through a case study of chromium doped-manganese telluride, but is not confined to this material and can be extended to other magnetic materials.By introducing dopants to create a high crystal field and exploiting the entropy changes associated with temperature-driven spin crossover,we achieved a significant increase in thermopower,by approximately 136μV K^(-1),representing more than a 200%enhancement at elevated temperatures within the paramagnetic domain. Our exploration of the bipolar semiconducting nature of these materials reveals that suppressing bipolar magnon/paramagnon-drag thermopower is key to understanding and utilizing spin crossover-driven thermopower. These findings, validated by inelastic neutron scattering,X-ray photoemission spectroscopy, thermal transport, and energy conversion measurements, shed light on crucial material design parameters. We provide a comprehensive framework that analyzes the interplay between spin entropy, hopping transport, and magnon/paramagnon lifetimes, paving the way for the development of high-performance spin-driven thermoelectric materials.

文摘The outstanding performance of O3-type NaNi_(1/3)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)(NFM111)at both high and low temperatures coupled with its impressive specific capacity makes it an excellent cathode material for sodium-ion batteries. However, its poor cycling, owing to highpressure phase transitions,is one of its disadvantages. In this study,Cu/Ti was introduced into NFM111 cathode material using a solidphase method.Through both theoretically and experimentally, this study found that Cu doping provides a higher redox potential in NFM111,improving its reversible capacity and charge compensation process. The introduction of Ti would enhance the cycling stability of the material, smooth its charge and discharge curves, and suppress its high-voltage phase transitions.Accordingly, the NaNi_(0.27)Fe_(0.28)Mn_(0.33)Cu_(0.05)Ti_(0.06)O_(2)sample used in the study exhibited a remarkable rate performance of 142.97 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 C(2.0-4.2 V)and an excellent capacity retention of 72.81%after 300 cycles at 1C(1C=150 mA·g^(-1)).
