Person re-identification(Re-ID) is integral to intelligent monitoring systems.However,due to the variability in viewing angles and illumination,it is easy to cause visual ambiguities,affecting the accuracy of person re-identification.An approach for person re-identification based on feature mapping space and sample determination is proposed.At first,a weight fusion model,including mean and maximum value of the horizontal occurrence in local features,is introduced into the mapping space to optimize local features.Then,the Gaussian distribution model with hierarchical mean and covariance of pixel features is introduced to enhance feature expression.Finally,considering the influence of the size of samples on metric learning performance,the appropriate metric learning is selected by sample determination method to further improve the performance of person re-identification.Experimental results on the VIPeR,PRID450 S and CUHK01 datasets demonstrate that the proposed method is better than the traditional methods. 展开更多

We introduce notions of injectivity, local reflexivity, exactness, nuclearity and finite-representability in the system of completely 1-summing mapping spaces. First we obtain that if V has WEP, V is locally reflexive in the system (Ⅱ<sub>1</sub>(⋅,⋅), π<sub>1</sub>(⋅)) if and only if it is locally reflexive in the system (Ⅰ(⋅,⋅), t(⋅)). Furthermore we prove that an operator space V ⊆ B(H) is exact in the system (Ⅱ<sub>1</sub>(⋅,⋅), π<sub>1</sub>(⋅)) if and only if V is finitely representable in {M<sub>n</sub>}<sub>n∈N</sub> in the system (Ⅱ<sub>1</sub>(⋅,⋅), π<sub>1</sub>(⋅)). In this paper,we investigate local properties in the system of completely integral mapping spaces.We introduce notions of injectivity,local reflexivity,exactness,nuclearity,finite-represent ability and WEP in the system of completely integral mapping spaces.First we obtain that any finite-dimensional operator space is injective in the system of completely integral mapping spaces.Furthermore we prove that C is the unique nuclear operator space and the unique exact operator space in this system.We also show that C is the unique operator space which is finitely representable in{T_(n)}n∈Nin this system.As corollaries,Kirchberg’s conjecture and QWEP conjecture in the system of completely integral mapping spaces are false. 展开更多

We find that every dual operator space is injective in the system(Γ2c(·, ·), γ2c(·)) and nuclearity is equivalent to exactness in this system. As a corollary, we prove that Kirchberg’s conjecture on the equivalence of exactness and local reflexivity for C*-algebras is false in this system, i.e., there exists a C*-algebra A that is locally reflexive in this system but is not exact in this system. 展开更多

With the integration of large-scale wind turbines(WTs)into grids via electronic interfaces,power systems are suffering from increasingly serious frequency stability risks.Due to the large number of WTs and their complex dynamic characteristics,operators encounter challenges in coordinating single WTs to provide frequency support directly,and it is necessary to assess the primacy frequency regulation(PFR)capability of wind farms.To cope with the problems of solving complexity and incomplete parameters,a data-driven state space mapping-based linear model for wind farms is developed in this paper to assess the maximum PFR capability.With Koopman operator theory(KOT),the proposed method transforms wind farm PFR nonlinear dynamics into a linear lift-dimension algebraic model,which can assess the maximum PFR capability of wind farms based on historical data in real-time.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method has the advantages of fast solving,independence on model parameters,and lower training data requirements. 展开更多

YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-x)(YBCO)films with low microwave surface resistance(RS)are essential for high temperature superconducting microwave devices.The oxygen pressure during deposition has been found to influence RS significantly.In this work,we deposited highly c-axis aligned YBCO films on single crystal MgO(001)substrates under different oxygen pressures via pulsed laser ablation.Their detailed microstructure was characterized with three-dimensional reciprocal space mapping(3D-RSM)method and their microwave surface resistance was also measured with resonant cavity perturbation method.We found that the variation of oxygen pressure can affect film microstructure,including grain orientation distribution and the concentration of crystal defects.The microstructure modulation can explain RS dependence on the oxygen pressure. 展开更多

Similarity relation is one of the spatial relations in the community of geographic information science and cartography.It is widely used in the retrieval of spatial databases, the recognition of spatial objects from images, and the description of spatial features on maps.However, little achievements have been made for it by far.In this paper, spatial similarity relation was put forward with the introduction of automated map generalization in the construction of multi-scale map databases;then the definition of spatial similarity relations was presented based on set theory, the concept of spatial similarity degree was given, and the characteristics of spatial similarity were discussed in detail, in-cluding reflexivity, symmetry, non-transitivity, self-similarity in multi-scale spaces, and scale-dependence.Finally a classification system for spatial similarity relations in multi-scale map spaces was addressed.This research may be useful to automated map generalization, spatial similarity retrieval and spatial reasoning. 展开更多

Purpose: We present a systematic review of the literature concerning major aspects of science mapping to serve two primary purposes: First, to demonstrate the use of a science mapping approach to perform the review so that researchers may apply the procedure to the review of a scientific domain of their own interest, and second, to identify major areas of research activities concerning science mapping, intellectual milestones in the development of key specialties, evolutionary stages of major specialties involved, and the dynamics of transitions from one specialty to another.Design/methodology/approach: We first introduce a theoretical framework of the evolution of a scientific specialty. Then we demonstrate a generic search strategy that can be used to construct a representative dataset of bibliographic records of a domain of research. Next, progressively synthesized co-citation networks are constructed and visualized to aid visual analytic studies of the domain's structural and dynamic patterns and trends. Finally, trajectories of citations made by particular types of authors and articles are presented to illustrate the predictive potential of the analytic approach.Findings: The evolution of the science mapping research involves the development of a number of interrelated specialties. Four major specialties are discussed in detail in terms of four evolutionary stages: conceptualization, tool construction, application, and codification. Underlying connections between major specialties are also explored. The predictive analysis demonstrates citations trajectories of potentially transformative contributions.Research limitations: The systematic review is primarily guided by citation patterns in the dataset retrieved from the literature. The scope of the data is limited by the source of the retrieval, i.e. the Web of Science, and the composite query used. An iterative query refinement is possible if one would like to improve the data quality, although the current approach serves our purpose adequately. More in-depth analyses of each specialty would be more revealing by incorporating additional methods such as citation context analysis and studies of other aspects of scholarly publications.Practical implications: The underlying analytic process of science mapping serves many practical needs, notably bibliometric mapping, knowledge domain visualization, and visualization of scientific literature. In order to master such a complex process of science mapping, researchers often need to develop a diverse set of skills and knowledge that may span multiple disciplines. The approach demonstrated in this article provides a generic method for conducting a systematic review.Originality/value: Incorporating the evolutionary stages of a specialty into the visual analytic study of a research domain is innovative. It provides a systematic methodology for researchers to achieve a good understanding of how scientific fields evolve, to recognize potentially insightful patterns from visually encoded signs, and to synthesize various information so as to capture the state of the art of the domain. 展开更多

Hyperstatic structure plane model being built by structural mechanics is studied. Space model precisely reflected in real stress of the structure is built by finite element method (FEM) analysis commerce software. Mapping model of complex structure system is set up, with convenient calculation just as in plane model and comprehensive information as in space model. Plane model and space model are calculated under the same working condition. Plane model modular construction inner force is considered as input data; Space model modular construction inner force is considered as output data. Thus specimen is built on input data and output dam. Character and affiliation are extracted through training specimen, with the employment of nonlinear mapping capability of the artificial neural network. Mapping model with interpolation and extrpolation is gained, laying the foundation for optimum design. The steel structure of high-layer parking system (SSHLPS) is calculated as an instance. A three-layer back-propagation (BP) net including one hidden layer is constructed with nine input nodes and eight output nodes for a five-layer SSHLPS. The three-layer structure optimization result through the mapping model interpolation contrasts with integrity re-analysis, and seven layers structure through the mapping model extrpulation contrasts with integrity re-analysis. Any layer SSHLPS among 1-8 can be calculated with much accuracy. Amount of calculation can also be reduced if it is appfied into the same topological structure, with reduced distortion and assured precision. 展开更多
