BACKGROUND In the rapidly evolving landscape of psychiatric research,2023 marked another year of significant progress globally,with the World Journal of Psychiatry(WJP)experiencing notable expansion and influence.AIM ...BACKGROUND In the rapidly evolving landscape of psychiatric research,2023 marked another year of significant progress globally,with the World Journal of Psychiatry(WJP)experiencing notable expansion and influence.AIM To conduct a comprehensive visualization and analysis of the articles published in the WJP throughout 2023.By delving into these publications,the aim is to deter-mine the valuable insights that can illuminate pathways for future research endeavors in the field of psychiatry.METHODS A selection process led to the inclusion of 107 papers from the WJP published in 2023,forming the dataset for the analysis.Employing advanced visualization techniques,this study mapped the knowledge domains represented in these papers.RESULTS The findings revealed a prevalent focus on key topics such as depression,mental health,anxiety,schizophrenia,and the impact of coronavirus disease 2019.Additionally,through keyword clustering,it became evident that these papers were predominantly focused on exploring mental health disorders,depression,anxiety,schizophrenia,and related factors.Noteworthy contributions hailed authors in regions such as China,the United Kingdom,United States,and Turkey.Particularly,the paper garnered the highest number of citations,while the American Psychiatric Association was the most cited reference.CONCLUSION It is recommended that the WJP continue in its efforts to enhance the quality of papers published in the field of psychiatry.Additionally,there is a pressing need to delve into the potential applications of digital interventions and artificial intelligence within the discipline.展开更多
AIM:To track the knowledge structure,topics in focus,and trends in emerging research in pterygium in the past 20 y.METHODS:Base on the Web of Science Core Collection(Wo SCC),studies related to pterygium in the past 20...AIM:To track the knowledge structure,topics in focus,and trends in emerging research in pterygium in the past 20 y.METHODS:Base on the Web of Science Core Collection(Wo SCC),studies related to pterygium in the past 20 y from 2000-2019 have been included.With the help of VOSviewer software,a knowledge map was constructed and the distribution of countries,institutions,journals,and authors in the field of pterygium noted.Meanwhile,using cocitation analysis of references and co-occurrence analysis of keywords,we identified basis and hotspots,thereby obtaining an overview of this field.RESULTS:The search retrieved 1516 publications from Wo SCC on pterygium published between 2000 and 2019.In the past two decades,the annual number of publications is on the rise and fluctuated a little.Most productive institutions are from Singapore but the most prolific and active country is the United States.Journal Cornea published the most articles and Coroneo MT contributed the most publications on pterygium.From cooccurrence analysis,the keywords formed 3 clusters:1)surgical therapeutic techniques and adjuvant of pterygium,2)occurrence process and pathogenesis of pterygium,and 3)epidemiology,and etiology of pterygium formation.These three clusters were consistent with the clustering in co-citation analysis,in which Cluster 1 contained the most references(74 publications,47.74%),Cluster 2 contained 53 publications,accounting for 34.19%,and Cluster 3 focused on epidemiology with 18.06%of total 155 cocitation publications.CONCLUSION:This study demonstrates that the research of pterygium is gradually attracting the attention of scholars and researchers.The interaction between authors,institutions,and countries is lack of.Even though,the research hotspot,distribution,and research status in pterygium in this study could provide valuable information for scholars and researchers.展开更多

Objective:To uncover and identify the hot topic and frontier of Chinese medicines treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:Web of Science TM was searched for published articles for Chinese medicines treatme...Objective:To uncover and identify the hot topic and frontier of Chinese medicines treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:Web of Science TM was searched for published articles for Chinese medicines treatment of T2DM ranging from January 1st,2002 to July 6th,2016.Knowledge maps of the international Chinese medicines treatment of T2DM are visualized by using document cooccurrence analysis and word frequency analysis(Institution and Journal),co-citation clustering analysis(Co-reference),keyword co-occurrence clustering analysis with CiteSpac III,a tool of scientometrics.Results:Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico is the institution with the highest number of published papers that had been cited in this field,while China has four institutions among the top 10.The journal of the highest frequency of co-cited journal was Diabetes Care,a core one in the field.Keywords co-occurrence network was composed of 185 nodes,541 lines,and divided into 10 clusters.Co-citation network of co-reference was composed of 407 nodes,1199 lines,and divided into 20 clusters.Using Chinese medicine to improve insulin resistance and Chinese medicine research on blood glucose control are the hot topics.The frontier contains two aspects:new drugs development and application of intestinal insulin treatment and development and use of traditional Chinese medicine antidiabetic plants.Conclusion:Institutions from China still plays a major role in TCM-focused T2DM studies.The effect of TCM herbs on insulin resistance is the hot topic of the domain.Developing new TCM herbal medicine that regulates incretin effect is the domain frontier.Research on the Chinese medicines treatment of T2DM needs more high-quality evidence to support,and its mechanism requires further exploration.展开更多

With the rapid global progression of population aging,the traffic safety of older drivers has emerged as a worldwide concern,resulting in a significant surge in the number of manuscripts on this subject.This study emp...With the rapid global progression of population aging,the traffic safety of older drivers has emerged as a worldwide concern,resulting in a significant surge in the number of manuscripts on this subject.This study employed scientometric analysis to scrutinize 1652 original manuscripts concerning research on older drivers.To visually depict the current state of knowledge in the field,mapping knowledge domain(MKD)was employed for scientometric analysis,shedding light on the evolution of this research area.Firstly,a statistical analysis was conducted to scrutinize the development of research on older drivers.Secondly,VOSviewer was utilized for manuscript co-citation analysis,revealing five primary research topics:cognitive function and crash risk,visual processing impairment and crash risk,potential consequences of changes in driving patterns,involvement of older drivers in crashes,as well as identifying and enhancing factors contributing to unsafe driving.Thirdly,Cit Net Explorer was applied to identify core publications and their reference relationships.Research predominantly focused on visual function,cognitive function,and physical health.Fourthly,VOSviewer's keyword cocitation analysis pinpointed research hotspots in the last five years concerning older drivers:driving risk factors,driving fitness evaluation,impact of distraction on driving,and impact of visual impairment on driving.Finally,based on the aforementioned discussions and the situation in China,some feasible research directions are proposed.This paper summarizes the overall trends in the study of older drivers and the risk factors for traffic accidents.These findings can serve as a reference for improving the driving and road traffic safety of older drivers.展开更多
Purpose： We present a systematic review of the literature concerning major aspects of science mapping to serve two primary purposes： First, to demonstrate the use of a science mapping approach to perform the review ...Purpose： We present a systematic review of the literature concerning major aspects of science mapping to serve two primary purposes： First, to demonstrate the use of a science mapping approach to perform the review so that researchers may apply the procedure to the review of a scientific domain of their own interest, and second, to identify major areas of research activities concerning science mapping, intellectual milestones in the development of key specialties, evolutionary stages of major specialties involved, and the dynamics of transitions from one specialty to another.Design/methodology/approach： We first introduce a theoretical framework of the evolution of a scientific specialty. Then we demonstrate a generic search strategy that can be used to construct a representative dataset of bibliographic records of a domain of research. Next, progressively synthesized co-citation networks are constructed and visualized to aid visual analytic studies of the domain＇s structural and dynamic patterns and trends. Finally, trajectories of citations made by particular types of authors and articles are presented to illustrate the predictive potential of the analytic approach.Findings： The evolution of the science mapping research involves the development of a number of interrelated specialties. Four major specialties are discussed in detail in terms of four evolutionary stages： conceptualization, tool construction, application, and codification. Underlying connections between major specialties are also explored. The predictive analysis demonstrates citations trajectories of potentially transformative contributions.Research limitations： The systematic review is primarily guided by citation patterns in the dataset retrieved from the literature. The scope of the data is limited by the source of the retrieval, i.e. the Web of Science, and the composite query used. An iterative query refinement is possible if one would like to improve the data quality, although the current approach serves our purpose adequately. More in-depth analyses of each specialty would be more revealing by incorporating additional methods such as citation context analysis and studies of other aspects of scholarly publications.Practical implications： The underlying analytic process of science mapping serves many practical needs, notably bibliometric mapping, knowledge domain visualization, and visualization of scientific literature. In order to master such a complex process of science mapping, researchers often need to develop a diverse set of skills and knowledge that may span multiple disciplines. The approach demonstrated in this article provides a generic method for conducting a systematic review.Originality/value： Incorporating the evolutionary stages of a specialty into the visual analytic study of a research domain is innovative. It provides a systematic methodology for researchers to achieve a good understanding of how scientific fields evolve, to recognize potentially insightful patterns from visually encoded signs, and to synthesize various information so as to capture the state of the art of the domain.展开更多
BACKGROUND Epidemiological surveys indicate an increasing incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)among children and adolescents worldwide.Due to rapid disease progression,severe long-term cardiorenal complications...BACKGROUND Epidemiological surveys indicate an increasing incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)among children and adolescents worldwide.Due to rapid disease progression,severe long-term cardiorenal complications,a lack of effective treatment strategies,and substantial socioeconomic burdens,it has become an urgent public health issue that requires management and resolution.Adolescent T2DM differs from adult T2DM.Despite a significant increase in our understanding of youth-onset T2DM over the past two decades,the related review and evidence-based content remain limited.AIM To visualize the hotspots and trends in pediatric and adolescent T2DM research and to forecast their future research themes.METHODS This study utilized the terms“children”,“adolescents”,and“type 2 diabetes”,retrieving relevant articles published between 1983 and 2023 from three citation databases within the Web of Science Core Collection(SCI,SSCI,ESCI).Utilizing CiteSpace and VoSviewer software,we analyze and visually represent the annual output of literature,countries involved,and participating institutions.This allows us to predict trends in this research field.Our analysis encompasses co-cited authors,journal overlays,citation overlays,time-zone views,keyword analysis,and reference analysis,etc.RESULTS A total of 9210 articles were included,and the annual publication volume in this field showed a steady growth trend.The United States had the highest number of publications and the highest H-index.The United States also had the most research institutions and the strongest research capacity.The global hot journals were primarily diabetes professional journals but also included journals related to nutrition,endocrinology,and metabolism.Keyword analysis showed that research related to endothelial dysfunction,exposure risk,cardiac metabolic risk,changes in gut microbiota,the impact on comorbidities and outcomes,etc.,were emerging keywords.They have maintained their popularity in this field,suggesting that these areas have garnered significant research interest in recent years.CONCLUSION Pediatric and adolescent T2DM is increasingly drawing global attention,with genes,behaviors,environmental factors,and multisystemic interventions potentially emerging as future research hot spots.展开更多
BACKGROUND Recent research indicates that the intestinal microbial community,known as the gut microbiota,may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).To understand this relati...BACKGROUND Recent research indicates that the intestinal microbial community,known as the gut microbiota,may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).To understand this relationship,this study used a compre-hensive bibliometric analysis to explore and analyze the currently little-known connection between gut microbiota and NAFLD,as well as new findings and possible future pathways in this field.AIM To provide an in-depth analysis of the current focus issues and research deve-lopments on the interaction between gut microbiota and NAFLD.METHODS In this study,all data were collected from the Web of Science Core Collection,and the related searches were completed on one day(February 21,2024).The data were stored in plain text format to facilitate subsequent analysis.VOSviewer 1.6.20 and CiteSpace 6.1R6 Basic were used for knowledge graph construction and bibliometric analysis.RESULTS The study included a total of 1256 articles published from 2013 to 2023,and the number of published papers demonstrated an upward trend,reaching a peak in the last two years.The University of California,San Diego held the highest citation count,while Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China led in the number of published works.The journal"Nutrients"had the highest publication count,while"Hepatology"was the most frequently cited.South Korean author Suk Ki Tae was the most prolific researcher.The co-cited keyword cluster labels revealed ten major clusters,namely cortisol,endothelial dysfunction,carbohydrate metabolism,myocardial infarction,non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,lipotoxicity,glucagon-like peptide-1,non-islet dependent,ethnicity,and microRNA.Keyword outbreak analysis highlighted metabolic syndrome,hepatic steatosis,insulin resistance,hepatocellular carcinoma,cardiovascular disease,intestinal permeability,and intestinal bacterial overgrowth as prominent areas of intense research.CONCLUSION Through the quantitative analysis of relevant literature,the current research focus and direction of gut microbiota and NAFLD can be more clearly understood,which helps us better understand the pathogenesis of NAFLD,and also opens up innovative solutions and strategies for the treatment of NAFLD.展开更多
The primary motivation for this study is the recent growth and increased interest in artificial intelligence(AI).Despite the widespread recognition of its critical importance,a discernible scientific gap persists with...The primary motivation for this study is the recent growth and increased interest in artificial intelligence(AI).Despite the widespread recognition of its critical importance,a discernible scientific gap persists within the extant scholarly discourse,particularly concerning exhaustive systematic reviews of AI in the aviation industry.This gap spurred a meticulous analysis of 1,213 articles from the Web of Science(WoS)core database for bibliometric knowledge mapping.This analysis highlights China as the primary contributor to publications,with the Nanjing University of Finance and Economics as the leading institution in paper contributions.Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence and the IEEE AIAA Digital Avionics System Conference are the leading journals within this domain.This bibliometric research underscores the key focus on air traffic management,human factors,environmental ini-tiatives,training,logistics,flight operations,and safety through co-occurrence and co-citation analyses.A chro-nological examination of keywords reveals a central research trajectory centered on machine learning,models,deep learning,and the impact of automation on human performance in aviation.Burst keyword analysis identifies the leading-edge research on AI within predictive models,unmanned aerial vehicles,object detection,and con-volutional neural networks.The primary objective is to bridge this knowledge gap and gain comprehensive in-sights into AI in the aviation sector.This study delineates the scholarly terrain of AI in aviation using a bibliometric methodology to facilitate this exploration.The results illuminate the current state of research,thereby enhancing academic understanding of developments within this critical domain.Finally,a new con-ceptual framework was constructed based on the primary elements identified in the literature.This framework can assist emerging researchers in identifying the fundamental dimensions of AI in the aviation industry.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND In the rapidly evolving landscape of psychiatric research,2023 marked another year of significant progress globally,with the World Journal of Psychiatry(WJP)experiencing notable expansion and influence.AIM To conduct a comprehensive visualization and analysis of the articles published in the WJP throughout 2023.By delving into these publications,the aim is to deter-mine the valuable insights that can illuminate pathways for future research endeavors in the field of psychiatry.METHODS A selection process led to the inclusion of 107 papers from the WJP published in 2023,forming the dataset for the analysis.Employing advanced visualization techniques,this study mapped the knowledge domains represented in these papers.RESULTS The findings revealed a prevalent focus on key topics such as depression,mental health,anxiety,schizophrenia,and the impact of coronavirus disease 2019.Additionally,through keyword clustering,it became evident that these papers were predominantly focused on exploring mental health disorders,depression,anxiety,schizophrenia,and related factors.Noteworthy contributions hailed authors in regions such as China,the United Kingdom,United States,and Turkey.Particularly,the paper garnered the highest number of citations,while the American Psychiatric Association was the most cited reference.CONCLUSION It is recommended that the WJP continue in its efforts to enhance the quality of papers published in the field of psychiatry.Additionally,there is a pressing need to delve into the potential applications of digital interventions and artificial intelligence within the discipline.

文摘AIM:To track the knowledge structure,topics in focus,and trends in emerging research in pterygium in the past 20 y.METHODS:Base on the Web of Science Core Collection(Wo SCC),studies related to pterygium in the past 20 y from 2000-2019 have been included.With the help of VOSviewer software,a knowledge map was constructed and the distribution of countries,institutions,journals,and authors in the field of pterygium noted.Meanwhile,using cocitation analysis of references and co-occurrence analysis of keywords,we identified basis and hotspots,thereby obtaining an overview of this field.RESULTS:The search retrieved 1516 publications from Wo SCC on pterygium published between 2000 and 2019.In the past two decades,the annual number of publications is on the rise and fluctuated a little.Most productive institutions are from Singapore but the most prolific and active country is the United States.Journal Cornea published the most articles and Coroneo MT contributed the most publications on pterygium.From cooccurrence analysis,the keywords formed 3 clusters:1)surgical therapeutic techniques and adjuvant of pterygium,2)occurrence process and pathogenesis of pterygium,and 3)epidemiology,and etiology of pterygium formation.These three clusters were consistent with the clustering in co-citation analysis,in which Cluster 1 contained the most references(74 publications,47.74%),Cluster 2 contained 53 publications,accounting for 34.19%,and Cluster 3 focused on epidemiology with 18.06%of total 155 cocitation publications.CONCLUSION:This study demonstrates that the research of pterygium is gradually attracting the attention of scholars and researchers.The interaction between authors,institutions,and countries is lack of.Even though,the research hotspot,distribution,and research status in pterygium in this study could provide valuable information for scholars and researchers.

As a creative sharing form of multimedia, the digital storytelling is being concerned by more and more educators because of its discipline applicability and media technology enhancing ability. In this study, the information visualization software, i.e. CiteSpace was applied to visualize and analyze the researches on digital storytelling from the aspects of key articles and citation hotspots, and make a review on the research status of the digital storytelling in the education fields, such as promoting language learning, and helping students develop the 21 st century skills.

文摘Worldwide interest has increasingly focused on the sustainable utilization of landscape as a resource in urban areas,emphasizing its ecological,cultural and social significance.This study examines Guilin City,China,as a representative case study due to its rich landscape resources and status as a national innovation demonstration zone for implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.This study uses bibliometric visualization tools like CiteSpace and VOSviewer to analyze research trends from 1980 to 2021 in the Chinese Academic Journal Network Publishing Database(CNKI).The results show increasing academic interest over three stages:initiation(1982-1997),exploration(1998-2004),and diversified development(2005-2021).Contributions are predominantly from local academic and tourism sectors,indicating a strong regional influence;however,relatively weak interinstitutional collaboration occurs,suggesting potential for more integrated research efforts.Primary research is also concentrated within economic disciplines,particularly tourism-related ones.The evolution of research frontiers reveals three main paths:urban development strategies,industrial economic theories and empirical validation,and ecosystem analysis and evaluation.A multidisciplinary approach and stronger collaborative efforts are crucial to enhance research on ecological values and empirical models while supporting evidence-based urban development strategies in Guilin City and comparable cities globally.

文摘With the increasing exploration of oil and gas into deep waters,the necessity for material development increases for lighter conduits such as composite marine risers,in the oil and gas industry.To understand the research knowledge on this novel area,there is a need to have a bibliometric analysis on composite marine risers.A research methodology was developed whereby the data retrieval was from SCOPUS database from 1977–2023.Then,VOSviewer was used to visualize the knowledge maps.This study focuses on the progress made by conducting knowledge mapping and scientometric review on composite marine risers.This scientometric analysis on the subject shows current advances,geographical activities by countries,authorship records,collaborations,funders,affiiliations,co‑occurrences,and future research areas.It was observed that the research trends recorded the highest publication volume in the U.S.A.,but less cluster affiiliated,as it was followed by countries like the U.K.,China,Nigeria,Australia and Singapore.Also,thisfiield has more conference papers than journal papers due to the challenge of adaptability,acceptance,qualifiication,and application of composite marine risers in the marine industry.Hence,there is a need for more collaborations on composite marine risers and more funding to enhance the research trend.

文摘The advent of 6G wireless networks promises unprecedented connectivity,supporting ultra-high data rates,low latency,and massive device connectivity.However,these ambitious goals introduce significant challenges,particularly in channel estimation due to complex and dynamic propagation environments.This paper explores the concept of channel knowledge maps(CKMs)as a solution to these challenges.CKMs enable environment-aware communications by providing location-specific channel information,reducing reliance on real-time pilot measurements.We categorize CKM construction techniques into measurement-based,model-based,and hybrid methods,and examine their key applications in integrated sensing and communication(ISAC)systems,beamforming,trajectory optimization of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),base station(BS)placement,and resource allocation.Furthermore,we discuss open challenges and propose future research directions to enhance the robustness,accuracy,and scalability of CKM-based systems in the evolving 6G landscape.
文摘Based on bibliometrics and knowledge mapping analysis method,this paper uses CiteSpace,a visual literature analysis tool,to analyze 3794 related documents with the theme of“economic economy”in SCI and SSCI databases from 2010 to 2020,including authors,institutions,subject headings and literature co-citation,so as to reveal the development and hot spots of ecological economic research.The results show that in recent years,the number of documents on ecological economic research has been increasing,and developed countries are dominant.China’s research in this field has developed rapidly and has certain advantages in terms of quantity and quality.The institution with the largest number of papers is Chinese Academy Science,followed by Beijing Normal University,University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,Peking University and Universitat autonomy de Barcelona;research hotspots in recent 10 years include“sustainability”,“management”,“climate change”,“impact”,“economy”,“china”,“conservation”,“ecosystem service”,etc.The top three journals are Sustainability,Journal of Cleaner Production,and Ecological Economics,accounting for about 10%of the total number of papers published.The hot spots of ecological economic research in 2010-2020 can be divided into three stages,with different theme words emerging in each stage.From 2018 to 2020,the theme word of high-strength emergence is“anthropocene”,which indicates that“anthropocene”may be the focus of future research.

文摘Objective:To uncover and identify the hot topic and frontier of Chinese medicines treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:Web of Science TM was searched for published articles for Chinese medicines treatment of T2DM ranging from January 1st,2002 to July 6th,2016.Knowledge maps of the international Chinese medicines treatment of T2DM are visualized by using document cooccurrence analysis and word frequency analysis(Institution and Journal),co-citation clustering analysis(Co-reference),keyword co-occurrence clustering analysis with CiteSpac III,a tool of scientometrics.Results:Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico is the institution with the highest number of published papers that had been cited in this field,while China has four institutions among the top 10.The journal of the highest frequency of co-cited journal was Diabetes Care,a core one in the field.Keywords co-occurrence network was composed of 185 nodes,541 lines,and divided into 10 clusters.Co-citation network of co-reference was composed of 407 nodes,1199 lines,and divided into 20 clusters.Using Chinese medicine to improve insulin resistance and Chinese medicine research on blood glucose control are the hot topics.The frontier contains two aspects:new drugs development and application of intestinal insulin treatment and development and use of traditional Chinese medicine antidiabetic plants.Conclusion:Institutions from China still plays a major role in TCM-focused T2DM studies.The effect of TCM herbs on insulin resistance is the hot topic of the domain.Developing new TCM herbal medicine that regulates incretin effect is the domain frontier.Research on the Chinese medicines treatment of T2DM needs more high-quality evidence to support,and its mechanism requires further exploration.

The study found that: the total amount of literature in the field of domestic science and technology evaluation is showing an overall upward trend;a relatively obvious author cooperation network has been formed, but the core author group has not yet been formed;institutional cooperation clusters have appeared, but the cooperation between institutions is still relatively scattered;The research topics focus on three aspects: science and technology evaluation index system, evaluation method and evaluation system.</span> </div>
文摘The aim of the paper is to identify and explore leading thematic areas within the research field related to Business Schools Accreditation in China.Based on data from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,the keywords frequency was analyzed,and the theory of mapping knowledge domain was used to visualize the keywords co-occurrence network to make further research of the heated issues.The findings indicate that the research scope involved in business school accreditation research is broad,and research content focus on teaching,management,talent cultivation.According to the results of keywords co-occurrence analysis of different stages,AACSB,AACSB Accreditation,international accreditation,business school,AOL,internationalization,accreditation are the most important issues to business school research in China,given their position and role in the research network.The paper generates the added value mainly from the point of view of theory development.

文摘This study employed the bibliometric software CiteSpace 6.1.R6 to analyze the correlation between thermal infrared,spectral remote sensing technology,and the estimation of economic forest water stress.It aimed to review the development and current status of this field,as well as to identify future research trends.A search was conducted on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database using the keyword“water stress”for relevant studies from 2003 to 2023.The visual analysis function of CNKI was used to generate the distribution of annual publication volume,and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was utilized to create network maps illustrating collaboration among authors and institutions.The study also analyzed the hotspots and frontiers of economic forest water stress.As a result,a total of 6664 academic journal articles related to water stress were retrieved.Considerable collaboration networks were observed among scholars and institutions,with a focus on using crown temperature monitoring to diagnose crop water stress.Based on the research findings,it was evident that the primary research trend involved the use of thermal infrared and spectral remote sensing technology for estimating water stress,making it a future research hotspot.

文摘Objective To analyze the research status and hot spots in the field of drug registration in China,and to provide some suggestions for the follow-up research.Methods CiteSpace was used to conduct literature quantitative analysis on 684 related articles from 2012 to 2022,and the knowledge map was drawn.Based on this,the main characteristics and development trends of the related studies were summarized.Results and Conclusion The number of articles published was closely related to the regulatory policy of drug registration reform.The authors of these articles did not have good continuity.Besides,research hot spots were closely related to the actual work,which was mainly around the improvement of the review and approval policy,encouraging innovative drug research and development,improving the level of new drug development and other directions.The follow-up studies should further strengthen the continuity of research and inter-agency collaboration.In addition,biomedical registration may become a new research focus in the future.

文摘With the rapid global progression of population aging,the traffic safety of older drivers has emerged as a worldwide concern,resulting in a significant surge in the number of manuscripts on this subject.This study employed scientometric analysis to scrutinize 1652 original manuscripts concerning research on older drivers.To visually depict the current state of knowledge in the field,mapping knowledge domain(MKD)was employed for scientometric analysis,shedding light on the evolution of this research area.Firstly,a statistical analysis was conducted to scrutinize the development of research on older drivers.Secondly,VOSviewer was utilized for manuscript co-citation analysis,revealing five primary research topics:cognitive function and crash risk,visual processing impairment and crash risk,potential consequences of changes in driving patterns,involvement of older drivers in crashes,as well as identifying and enhancing factors contributing to unsafe driving.Thirdly,Cit Net Explorer was applied to identify core publications and their reference relationships.Research predominantly focused on visual function,cognitive function,and physical health.Fourthly,VOSviewer's keyword cocitation analysis pinpointed research hotspots in the last five years concerning older drivers:driving risk factors,driving fitness evaluation,impact of distraction on driving,and impact of visual impairment on driving.Finally,based on the aforementioned discussions and the situation in China,some feasible research directions are proposed.This paper summarizes the overall trends in the study of older drivers and the risk factors for traffic accidents.These findings can serve as a reference for improving the driving and road traffic safety of older drivers.
文摘Purpose： We present a systematic review of the literature concerning major aspects of science mapping to serve two primary purposes： First, to demonstrate the use of a science mapping approach to perform the review so that researchers may apply the procedure to the review of a scientific domain of their own interest, and second, to identify major areas of research activities concerning science mapping, intellectual milestones in the development of key specialties, evolutionary stages of major specialties involved, and the dynamics of transitions from one specialty to another.Design/methodology/approach： We first introduce a theoretical framework of the evolution of a scientific specialty. Then we demonstrate a generic search strategy that can be used to construct a representative dataset of bibliographic records of a domain of research. Next, progressively synthesized co-citation networks are constructed and visualized to aid visual analytic studies of the domain＇s structural and dynamic patterns and trends. Finally, trajectories of citations made by particular types of authors and articles are presented to illustrate the predictive potential of the analytic approach.Findings： The evolution of the science mapping research involves the development of a number of interrelated specialties. Four major specialties are discussed in detail in terms of four evolutionary stages： conceptualization, tool construction, application, and codification. Underlying connections between major specialties are also explored. The predictive analysis demonstrates citations trajectories of potentially transformative contributions.Research limitations： The systematic review is primarily guided by citation patterns in the dataset retrieved from the literature. The scope of the data is limited by the source of the retrieval, i.e. the Web of Science, and the composite query used. An iterative query refinement is possible if one would like to improve the data quality, although the current approach serves our purpose adequately. More in-depth analyses of each specialty would be more revealing by incorporating additional methods such as citation context analysis and studies of other aspects of scholarly publications.Practical implications： The underlying analytic process of science mapping serves many practical needs, notably bibliometric mapping, knowledge domain visualization, and visualization of scientific literature. In order to master such a complex process of science mapping, researchers often need to develop a diverse set of skills and knowledge that may span multiple disciplines. The approach demonstrated in this article provides a generic method for conducting a systematic review.Originality/value： Incorporating the evolutionary stages of a specialty into the visual analytic study of a research domain is innovative. It provides a systematic methodology for researchers to achieve a good understanding of how scientific fields evolve, to recognize potentially insightful patterns from visually encoded signs, and to synthesize various information so as to capture the state of the art of the domain.

文摘BACKGROUND Epidemiological surveys indicate an increasing incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)among children and adolescents worldwide.Due to rapid disease progression,severe long-term cardiorenal complications,a lack of effective treatment strategies,and substantial socioeconomic burdens,it has become an urgent public health issue that requires management and resolution.Adolescent T2DM differs from adult T2DM.Despite a significant increase in our understanding of youth-onset T2DM over the past two decades,the related review and evidence-based content remain limited.AIM To visualize the hotspots and trends in pediatric and adolescent T2DM research and to forecast their future research themes.METHODS This study utilized the terms“children”,“adolescents”,and“type 2 diabetes”,retrieving relevant articles published between 1983 and 2023 from three citation databases within the Web of Science Core Collection(SCI,SSCI,ESCI).Utilizing CiteSpace and VoSviewer software,we analyze and visually represent the annual output of literature,countries involved,and participating institutions.This allows us to predict trends in this research field.Our analysis encompasses co-cited authors,journal overlays,citation overlays,time-zone views,keyword analysis,and reference analysis,etc.RESULTS A total of 9210 articles were included,and the annual publication volume in this field showed a steady growth trend.The United States had the highest number of publications and the highest H-index.The United States also had the most research institutions and the strongest research capacity.The global hot journals were primarily diabetes professional journals but also included journals related to nutrition,endocrinology,and metabolism.Keyword analysis showed that research related to endothelial dysfunction,exposure risk,cardiac metabolic risk,changes in gut microbiota,the impact on comorbidities and outcomes,etc.,were emerging keywords.They have maintained their popularity in this field,suggesting that these areas have garnered significant research interest in recent years.CONCLUSION Pediatric and adolescent T2DM is increasingly drawing global attention,with genes,behaviors,environmental factors,and multisystemic interventions potentially emerging as future research hot spots.
文摘BACKGROUND Recent research indicates that the intestinal microbial community,known as the gut microbiota,may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).To understand this relationship,this study used a compre-hensive bibliometric analysis to explore and analyze the currently little-known connection between gut microbiota and NAFLD,as well as new findings and possible future pathways in this field.AIM To provide an in-depth analysis of the current focus issues and research deve-lopments on the interaction between gut microbiota and NAFLD.METHODS In this study,all data were collected from the Web of Science Core Collection,and the related searches were completed on one day(February 21,2024).The data were stored in plain text format to facilitate subsequent analysis.VOSviewer 1.6.20 and CiteSpace 6.1R6 Basic were used for knowledge graph construction and bibliometric analysis.RESULTS The study included a total of 1256 articles published from 2013 to 2023,and the number of published papers demonstrated an upward trend,reaching a peak in the last two years.The University of California,San Diego held the highest citation count,while Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China led in the number of published works.The journal"Nutrients"had the highest publication count,while"Hepatology"was the most frequently cited.South Korean author Suk Ki Tae was the most prolific researcher.The co-cited keyword cluster labels revealed ten major clusters,namely cortisol,endothelial dysfunction,carbohydrate metabolism,myocardial infarction,non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,lipotoxicity,glucagon-like peptide-1,non-islet dependent,ethnicity,and microRNA.Keyword outbreak analysis highlighted metabolic syndrome,hepatic steatosis,insulin resistance,hepatocellular carcinoma,cardiovascular disease,intestinal permeability,and intestinal bacterial overgrowth as prominent areas of intense research.CONCLUSION Through the quantitative analysis of relevant literature,the current research focus and direction of gut microbiota and NAFLD can be more clearly understood,which helps us better understand the pathogenesis of NAFLD,and also opens up innovative solutions and strategies for the treatment of NAFLD.
文摘The primary motivation for this study is the recent growth and increased interest in artificial intelligence(AI).Despite the widespread recognition of its critical importance,a discernible scientific gap persists within the extant scholarly discourse,particularly concerning exhaustive systematic reviews of AI in the aviation industry.This gap spurred a meticulous analysis of 1,213 articles from the Web of Science(WoS)core database for bibliometric knowledge mapping.This analysis highlights China as the primary contributor to publications,with the Nanjing University of Finance and Economics as the leading institution in paper contributions.Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence and the IEEE AIAA Digital Avionics System Conference are the leading journals within this domain.This bibliometric research underscores the key focus on air traffic management,human factors,environmental ini-tiatives,training,logistics,flight operations,and safety through co-occurrence and co-citation analyses.A chro-nological examination of keywords reveals a central research trajectory centered on machine learning,models,deep learning,and the impact of automation on human performance in aviation.Burst keyword analysis identifies the leading-edge research on AI within predictive models,unmanned aerial vehicles,object detection,and con-volutional neural networks.The primary objective is to bridge this knowledge gap and gain comprehensive in-sights into AI in the aviation sector.This study delineates the scholarly terrain of AI in aviation using a bibliometric methodology to facilitate this exploration.The results illuminate the current state of research,thereby enhancing academic understanding of developments within this critical domain.Finally,a new con-ceptual framework was constructed based on the primary elements identified in the literature.This framework can assist emerging researchers in identifying the fundamental dimensions of AI in the aviation industry.
