Methods: Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of the hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected. The control group (n = 45) received routine nursing care, while the observation group (n = 45) received whole-course nursing. Indicators such as glucose metabolism and compliance behavior were measured before and after care, and the health and quality of life of patients in both groups were evaluated. Results: A comparison of blood glucose levels and compliance behavior showed that the observation group had lower blood glucose levels than the control group (P < 0.05). Additionally, the compliance behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The holistic nursing model demonstrates significant nursing effects for patients with type 2 diabetes. This approach not only assists in blood sugar control, prevents disease progression, and reduces complications, but also enhances patients’ knowledge of health management, aiding in their recovery.展开更多

Methods: all the nurses who worked in the operating room of Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, with 20 in the observation group and 20 in the control group. Through the application of objective management method to the practice nurses in the observation group, including the establishment of MBO teaching group and the training of teachers, the formulation of teaching plan, the implementation of teaching plan, strict organization of examination and collection of teaching satisfaction survey. Results: the theoretical scores and operation scores of the practice nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group when they left the department. The practice nurses in the observation group were all satisfied with the teaching satisfaction survey of the teaching teachers, and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the teaching evaluation was higher. Conclusion: the application of objective management method to the practice nurses in the operating room can improve the teaching quality, ensure the learning effect of the practice nurses, and enable the teachers to obtain higher teaching satisfaction.展开更多

Methods: sixty Dr patien...Objective: to explore the application of the target management model based on the standardized metabolic disease management center (MMC) in the care of patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: sixty Dr patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and study group (30 cases). The control group used routine nursing, and the research group used routine nursing based on MMC management model, continuous intervention for 6 months. The attainment rate of five goals, self-management behavior, health knowledge and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups. Results: after intervention, the rate of glucose and lipid metabolism, diet, exercise, weight reaching standard and DR knowledge awareness rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the scores of self-management behavior and health knowledge awareness were higher than those in the control group, and the total compliance rate was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the objective management model based on MMC is used in DR nursing, which is beneficial to improve patients' disease cognition level and self-management level, improve compliance behavior, and effectively control disease risk factors.展开更多
The large global outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has seriously endangered the health care system in China and globally.The sudden surge of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 in...The large global outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has seriously endangered the health care system in China and globally.The sudden surge of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection has revealed the shortage of critical care medicine resources and intensivists.Currently,the management of non-critically ill patients with COVID-19 is performed mostly by non-intensive care unit(ICU)physicians,who lack the required professional knowledge,training,and practice in critical care medicine,especially in terms of continuous monitoring of the respiratory function,intervention,and feedback on treatment effects.This clinical problem needs an urgent solution.Therefore,here,we propose a series of clinical strategies for non-ICU physicians aimed at the standardization of the management of non-critically ill patients with COVID-19 from the perspective of critical care medicine.Isolation management is performed to facilitate the implementation of hierarchical monitoring and intervention to ensure the reasonable distribution of scarce critical care medical resources and intensivists,highlight the key patients,timely detection of disease progression,and early and appropriate intervention and organ function support,and thus improve the prognosis.Different management objectives are also set based on the high-risk factors and the severity of patients with COVID-19.The approaches suggested herein will facilitate the timely detection of disease progression,and thus ensure the provision of early and appropriate intervention and organ function support,which will eventually improve the prognosis.展开更多

As a result, it is hard to motivate those project members w...Research and development （R＆D） projects often employ management by objectives （MBO） as a way to make steady progress toward diffficult-to-reach targets. As a result, it is hard to motivate those project members who may be strongly oriented toward self-management. Furthermore, for R＆D projects that use the stage-gate approach, because there are multiple evaluation barriers, there may be distortions in the behavior or the training of R＆D personnel. For human resource training in R＆D projects, it is important to educate managers and project members in quality-cost-delivery or project-management-body-of-knowledge methods, but this is not enough. For successful R＆D, it is also important to consider approaches that will enable personnel to acquire high-level tacit knowledge related to project management （PM） and practical wisdom （i.e., phronesis）. If comprehensive human resource training that fosters the learning of PM-related knowledge and management by belief （MBB） is possible, this holds forth the prospect of effective human resource training methods for R＆D projects. The present research examines the human resource training process for R＆D projects by using a PM phronesis acquisition model. Server applications usually run for years and spawn many threads, so they create and discard thousands of objects. Therefore, efficient garbage collection is especially important for those applications. This paper presents a class-based garbage collector for object-oriented programming environments that classifies objects by their types to achieve better gradualness. Grouping objects of the same type into a group, with a limited type-lock, a mutator cache and the lease protocol will reduce memory fragmentation, which is especially important for the efficiency of long-running server applications. This class-based collector partitions the heap space by type, which provides better concurrency than the traditional mark-sweep collector, and its reusable garbaged object pool also reduces the object allocation overhead. This paper also discusses the implementation details, such as the mutator cache and the lease protocol, and techniques to achieve better accuracy.展开更多
