This study aims to explore the relationship between the driving factors,implementation measures,and effects of financial management digital transformation in the banking industry in Jinan,Shandong Province,China.Faced...This study aims to explore the relationship between the driving factors,implementation measures,and effects of financial management digital transformation in the banking industry in Jinan,Shandong Province,China.Faced with intense competition driven by advancements in financial technology,evolving customer demands,and policy support,digital transformation has become a critical strategy for enhancing operational efficiency and market competitiveness.Leveraging the researcher's extensive professional experience and employing scientific research methods and tools,the study conducted an online survey across multiple banking institutions in Jinan,collecting 305 valid responses from senior management,financial department heads,IT personnel,middle management,and financial and audit staff.The questionnaire was designed around key dimensions of financial management digital transformation,including driving factors,implementation measures,and effect evaluation,covering variables such as technology adoption,process optimization,employee training,data security,and organizational adjustments.Quantitative analysis methods,including reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive analysis,regression analysis,and chi-square independence tests,were used to ensure data quality and uncover inherent patterns.The findings reveal significant relationships between driving factors(e.g.,financial technology advancements,market demand,and policy support)and transformation effects(e.g.,operational efficiency,resource allocation,and customer experience),with notable differences in implementation outcomes across different types of banks.Based on these insights,the study provides strategic recommendations for optimizing digital transformation in Jinan's banking industry,aiming to enhance operational efficiency,improve financial service quality,and support sustainable industry development.展开更多

This study designed the relational structured database and developed a set of digital management information system on milking process of intensive dairy farm using Visual Basic 6.0, Access databases, and Crystal report combining the milking characteristics of a grown cow, such as quality and sanitation testing indexes of raw milk. The system supplies a series of convenient, intelligent input interfaces of crude datum, and can count, analyze, and graphically show milking datum based on different types and different parities of cows or herds in a specific duration, and can dynamically produce some important derived data, such as days of grown cow, daily average of milk production of grown cow, days of cow milk production, and daily average of milking cow production; and can carry out all-pervasive data mining. With the help of system analysis and software design techniques, it is possible to realize precision farming for a dairy cattle herd based on whole digital management of milking process and realtime prediction on nutrient requirements and ration of dairy cattle, as well as dairy herd improvement.展开更多

Here, we present a very brief overview of the multifaceted digital interventions, globally, and in India, formaintaining health and health-care delivery, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This review was conducted throughsearching four databases including PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Science Direct. Inclusion criteria included studies clearlydefining any use of telehealth (Telemedicine and Mobile Health) services in all aspects of health care during COVID-19 outbreak.Results: 111 research studies published from 2019 to May 2020 were employed to provide theoretical and practical evidence on thesignificance of using telemedicine and mobile health for remote treatment of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Also checkedthe effects for identify the role of telehealth services in preventing, diagnosing, treating, and controlling diseases during COVID-19outbreak, result showed used Telemedicine and Mobile Health effective outcome in the prevention and emergency treatment of otherpatients. Discussion: Major technologies identified included telemedicine and mobile care (for COVID-19 as well as routine care),for monitoring. Telehealth can become a basic need for the general population, health care providers, and patients with COVID-19,especially when people are in quarantine, enabling patients in real time through contact with health care provider for advice on theirhealth problems. Conclusions: The use of telehealth improves the provision of health services. Therefore, telehealth should be animportant tool in caring services while keeping patients and health providers safe during COVID-19 outbreak and reduces the use ofresources in health centers, improves access to care, while minimizing the risk of direct transmission of the infectious agent fromperson to person.展开更多

An attacker may try to invade the systems, and it will cause the damage of users and service providers. Also, users may lose their mobile devices and then it may cause the data disclosure problem. As a result, the data and privacy protection of users become an important issue in these environments. Besides, since many mobile devices are used in these environments, secure authentication and data protection methods must be efficient in these low resource environments. In this paper, we propose an efficient and privacy protection digital rights management(DRM)scheme that users can verify the valid service servers and the service servers can ensure the legal users. Since the key delegation center of the third party has the robust security protection, our proposed scheme stores the encrypted secret keys in the key delegation center. This approach not only can reduce the storage space of the user devices, but also can recover the encrypted secret keys in the key delegation center when a user loses her/his devices for solving the device losing problem.展开更多

This study designed the relational structured database and developed a set of digital management information system on milking process of intensive dairy farm using Visual Basic 6.0, Access databases, and Crystal report combining the milking characteristics of a grown cow, such as quality and sanitation testing indexes of raw milk. The system supplies a series of convenient, intelligent input interfaces of crude datum, and can count, analyze, and graphically show milking datum based on different types and different parities of cows or herds in a specific duration, and can dynamically produce some important derived data, such as days of grown cow, daily average of milk production of grown cow, days of cow milk production, and daily average of milking cow production; and can carry out all-pervasive data mining. With the help of system analysis and software design techniques, it is possible to realize precision farming for a dairy cattle herd based on whole digital management of milking process and realtime prediction on nutrient requirements and ration of dairy cattle, as well as dairy herd improvement.

文摘Background: Digital health similar Telemedicine and Mobile Health interventions are globally playing a significant roleto combat coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndromecoronavirus19. Here, we present a very brief overview of the multifaceted digital interventions, globally, and in India, formaintaining health and health-care delivery, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This review was conducted throughsearching four databases including PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Science Direct. Inclusion criteria included studies clearlydefining any use of telehealth (Telemedicine and Mobile Health) services in all aspects of health care during COVID-19 outbreak.Results: 111 research studies published from 2019 to May 2020 were employed to provide theoretical and practical evidence on thesignificance of using telemedicine and mobile health for remote treatment of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Also checkedthe effects for identify the role of telehealth services in preventing, diagnosing, treating, and controlling diseases during COVID-19outbreak, result showed used Telemedicine and Mobile Health effective outcome in the prevention and emergency treatment of otherpatients. Discussion: Major technologies identified included telemedicine and mobile care (for COVID-19 as well as routine care),for monitoring. Telehealth can become a basic need for the general population, health care providers, and patients with COVID-19,especially when people are in quarantine, enabling patients in real time through contact with health care provider for advice on theirhealth problems. Conclusions: The use of telehealth improves the provision of health services. Therefore, telehealth should be animportant tool in caring services while keeping patients and health providers safe during COVID-19 outbreak and reduces the use ofresources in health centers, improves access to care, while minimizing the risk of direct transmission of the infectious agent fromperson to person.

文摘This paper presents a digital rights management model, which considers the integrated factors including legality, communication security, integrity of the content, and trading fairness. The architecture of the model, the necessary protocol for the copyright control and content distribution, the authentication mechanism which offer consumption registration for content fair distribution, of the model are all provided. The scheme also provides distribution and evidence for using the copyright of digital content fairly and effectively. Finally, analysis shows the proposed model has both high security and good performance.

In this paper, a novel and efficient authorization and authentication Digital Rights Management (DRM) s chema is proposed firstly for secure multimedia delivery, then based on the sche ma, a real-time digital signature algorithm built on Elliptic Curve Cryptograph y (ECC) is adopted for fast authentication and verification of licensing managem ent, thus secure multimedia delivery via TCP/RTP can efficiently work with real -time transaction response and high Quality of Service (QoS) . Performance eval uations manifest the proposed schema is secure, available for real-time media s tream authentication and authorization without much effected of QoS. The propose d schema is not only available for Client/Server media service but can be easily extended to P2P and broadcasting network for trusted rights management.

文摘In the Internet or cloud computing environments, service providers provide more and more content services. Users can use these convenient content services in daily life. The major data of the user are maintained by the service providers except that some personal privacy data are stored at the client device. An attacker may try to invade the systems, and it will cause the damage of users and service providers. Also, users may lose their mobile devices and then it may cause the data disclosure problem. As a result, the data and privacy protection of users become an important issue in these environments. Besides, since many mobile devices are used in these environments, secure authentication and data protection methods must be efficient in these low resource environments. In this paper, we propose an efficient and privacy protection digital rights management(DRM)scheme that users can verify the valid service servers and the service servers can ensure the legal users. Since the key delegation center of the third party has the robust security protection, our proposed scheme stores the encrypted secret keys in the key delegation center. This approach not only can reduce the storage space of the user devices, but also can recover the encrypted secret keys in the key delegation center when a user loses her/his devices for solving the device losing problem.

It can be used to classify and register information including geometric features of the drawings, and to search appropriate reference drawings matching the given conditions of a new design. The thumbnails of the drawings can be displayed in an order of preference and can be used to zoom and access the PDF file or CAD data of a selected drawing. The thumbnails and the data structure are two key elements of the software.
