In the context of deepening educational reforms,the significance of ideological and political education has become increasingly prominent,emerging as a crucial aspect of enhancing students’comprehensive qualities.To ensure the orderly progress of ideological and political education in courses,it is essential to actively promote the integration of ideological and political elements within coursework.This integration aims to align professional course education with ideological and political education,fostering a collaborative educational model.Therefore,in the teaching of bidding and contract management courses,constructing a“micro-ideological and political”teaching model has emerged as a critical component.The implementation of this model facilitates the seamless integration of bidding and contract management coursework with ideological and political education,thereby elevating the teaching quality of these courses.Additionally,it leverages the synergistic role of coursework and ideology in educating students,ultimately enhancing the quality and level of talent cultivation.Hence,this paper proposes strategies for constructing a“microideological and political”model within the context of ideological and political teaching reforms in bidding and contract management courses,inviting discussion and exchange on this topic. 展开更多

Application of Full Disease Course Management via Internet Platform in Rehabilitation Management of Patients with Depression

Objective:To observe the application effect of full disease course management via an internet platform in the rehabilitation management of patients with depression.Methods:Eighty patients with depression meeting the inclusion criteria were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was followed up every 4 weeks for 12 weeks after discharge.The experimental group underwent full disease course management via an internet platform for 12 weeks after discharge.The quality-of-life scores,depression scores,medication compliance,insight and treatment attitude questionnaire scores,and self-efficacy scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After 12 weeks of follow-up,the experimental group had higher quality-of-life scores,lower depression scores,higher medication compliance,higher insight and treatment attitude scores,and higher self-efficacy scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full disease course management via an internet platform has a positive impact on the quality of life,medication compliance,self-efficacy,and disease stability of discharged patients with depression. 展开更多

Performance Management is the core course of human resource management major,but its knowledge points lack multi-dimensional correlations.There are problems such as scattered content and unclear system,and it is urgent to reconstruct the content system of the course.Knowledge graph technology can integrate massive and scattered information into an organic structure through semantic correlation and reasoning.The application of knowledge graph to education and teaching can promote scientific and personalized teaching evaluation and better realize individualized teaching.This paper systematically combs the knowledge points of Performance Management course and forms a comprehensive knowledge graph.The knowledge point is associated with specific questions to form the problem map of the course,and then the knowledge point is further associated with the ability target to form the ability map of the course.Then,the knowledge point is associated with teaching materials,question bank and expansion resources to form a systematic teaching database,thereby giving the method of building the content system of Performance Management course based on the knowledge map.This research can be further extended to other core management courses to realize the deep integration of knowledge graph and teaching. 展开更多

Comparison of Delivery and Pregnancy Outcomes under the Management of Old and New Labor Procedures in the Vaginal Delivery Population

Objective: to discuss and compare the delivery and pregnancy outcomes in the two modes. Methods: from the 100 pregnant women at term from January 2019 to December 2019, the experimental study subjects were divided into research and control groups, among which the study group was from January 2019 to June 2019, the control group was from July to December 2019, and 50 cases each of the two groups. The control group used the old labor standard for midwifery management;the research group applied the new labor standard for midwifery management, and analyzed and recorded the delivery outcome and pregnancy outcome of the two pregnant groups. Results: the study group was better than the control group in delivery and neonatal outcomes, with significant differences and statistically significant differences (P <0.05).Significant differences were observed in the comparison between oxytocin use and postpartum bleeding, and not statistically different in other measures such as breaking engineering, forceps midwifery, incisions infection, nonforceps perineal lateral incision (P> 0.05).Conclusion: for primary pregnant women, the new labor management mode should be adopted. Under the application of this mode, the delivery outcome and neonatal outcome have been greatly improved, which is worthy of clinical research and promotion. 展开更多

Purpose: Fully integrating its e-reserves service into the university's course management system has become the primary design goal of the innovative e-reserves service system at Shanghai Jiao Tong University(SJTU) Library.Design/methodology/approach: Through blending library and information service into the teaching and learning process, SJTU Library has effectively combined its reserves service into the user learning environment. The main metadata model and the design of various interfaces of the e-reserves service system are introduced.Findings: E-reserves has been integrated into the course management system. Users can directly access relevant resources when they browse the customized course page. It is more convenient for teachers to add reserves items, and the added items can be made available simultaneously on SJTU Library's resource discovery platform automatically.Research limitations: At present, e-reserves items are mainly books, and more other types of reserves materials are needed to be provided. Some relevant copyright issues should be addressed.Practical implications: Using a series of interface interactions, the e-reserves service has been integrated into the university's course management system. It is convenient for students to access customized e-reserves service during their learning process.Originality/value: We achieved interconnection between the e-reserves and the university's course management system. Information on the e-reserves Web page is automatically updated.SJTU Library provides customized e-reserves service in the course management system. 展开更多

Student-Oriented Competency Building Module:Implications for the Improvement of Global Health Education

In response to growing uncertainty in global health driven by geopolitical tensions,pandemics,and climate-related challenges,global health education must evolve to equip students with theoretical knowledge and core competencies,such as leadership,cross-cultural communication,and strategic thinking.This study reviews the updates to the International Health Project Management(IHPM)course and examines its three key changes:introducing a studentoriented teaching module,incorporating teamwork and role-play to promote autonomy and accountability;expanding geographic flexibility to encourage broader strategic thinking;and strengthening team dynamics through clearer role definitions and targeted support mechanisms.Students formed project teams,established internal regulations,and selected global health scenarios for project design.This revised approach fostered in-depth discussions that encouraged open-minded thinking,enabling students to move beyond disease-focused content to strategic systemic considerations.Greater group ownership also improved collaboration and accountability,addressing common teamwork challenges such as role confusion and uneven participation.However,the analytical depth varied depending on students’disciplinary backgrounds.Finally,we argue that a tiered curriculum that moves from theory to competency building can better support student growth.Overall,these findings highlight the potential of student-oriented approaches to strengthen leadership,cross-cultural communication,and strategic thinking,competencies essential for contributing to a shared future for global health. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The whole-process management of malignant tumor patients is crucial for enhancing their prognosis and quality of life.Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,of which hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)accounts for 75%-85%[1].In 2020,China reported nearly half of the global incidence and mortality rates for liver cancer[2].Studies have shown that about 70%of HCC patients in China are diagnosed in the intermediate to advanced stages,and the recurrence rate after resection/local treatment is as high as 70%after 5 years[3].HCC patients often have chronic liver disease and/or cirrhosis,which brings a heavy medical burden to patients and the country.Therefore,improving the overall prognosis for HCC has become a pressing concern in China.The challenges in the field,stemming from the insidious onset,high degree of malignancy,and significant heterogeneity of HCC,underscore the urgent need for addressing clinical diagnosis,treatment,and patient outcomes.Moreover,the current diagnostic and treatment landscape for HCC in China is fragmented and scattered across different departments and even hospitals.The only way to rectify this situation is by dismantling barriers and integrating diagnostic and treatment information comprehensively. 展开更多
