Newest planning methods implemented by Chinese government are promoting a coordinated regional development and shaping an orderly spatial structure by applying the regulation of territorial function. This article analyzes the problems of spatial planning and regional strategy caused by the wrongly-set primary goal of economic development; it states that the three-fold objective of competitiveness, sustainability, and welfare fairness shall be the principal for China to implement the spatial regulation in the new era; it discusses about theoretical thoughts and technology framework of conducting the ′Major Function Oriented Zone′ based on their different major functions that each region plays in urbanization and industrialization, ecological constructions, grain productions, and protection of natural and cultural heritages; it introduces the new concept of ′Major Function Oriented Zone′ that include the major functions category, the stereo regional equilibrium mode, the two-level zoning specification, and the territorial development intensity; it offers a zoning scheme that defines development-optimized and development-prioritized zones as regions with massive urbanization and industrialization, development-restricted zones as ecological constructing or grain producing regions, development-prohibited zones as natural and cultural heritage protecting regions; and finally it addresses the main obstacle for implementing ′Major Function Oriented Zone′, which is the institutional arrangement of the supreme goal of high GDP growth rate that is currently being implemented. 展开更多

The spatial structures of China’s Major Function Zoning are important constraining indicators in all types of spatial planning and key parameters for accurately downscaling major functions.Taking the proportion of urbanization zones,agricultural development zones and ecological security zones as the basic parameter,this paper explores the spatial structures of major function zoning at different scales using spatial statistics,spatial modeling and landscape metrics methods.The results show:First,major function zones have spatial gradient structures,which are prominently represented by latitudinal and longitudinal gradients,a coastal distance gradient,and an eastern-central-western gradient.Second,the pole-axis system structure and core-periphery structure exist at provincial scales.The general principle of the pole-axis structure is that as one moves along the distance axis,the proportion of urbanization zones decreases and the proportion of ecological security zones increases.This also means that the proportion of different function zones has a ring-shaped spatial differentiation principle with distance from the core.Third,there is a spatial mosaic structure at the city and county scale.This spatial mosaic structure has features of both spatial heterogeneity,such as agglomeration and dispersion,as well as of mutual,adjacent topological correlation and spatial proximity.The results of this study contribute to scientific knowledge on major function zones and the principles of spatial organization,and it acts as an important reference for China’s integrated geographical zoning. 展开更多

China had implemented the national strategies for Major Function-oriented Zones (MFOZs) to realize the goal of national sustainable development since 2010. This study analyzed and compared spatio-temporal characteristics and differences in built-up area for China's MFOZs using a China' s Land Use Database (CLUD) derived from high-resolution remotely sensed images in the periods of 2000-2010 and 2010-2013. To sum up: (1) The percentage of built-up area in each of the MFOZs was significantly different, revealing the gradient feature of national land development based on the distribution of the main functions. (2) Annual growth in built-up area in optimal development zones (ODZs) decreased signifi- cantly during 2010-2013 compared with the period 2000-2010, while annual growth in built-up area in key development zones (KDZs), agricultural production zones (APZs) and key ecological function zones (KEFZs) increased significantly. (3) In ODZs, the average annual increase in built-up area in the Yangtze River Delta region was significantly higher than in other regions; the average area increase and rate of increase of built-up area in KDZs was faster in the western region than in other regions; average annual area growth of built-up area in APZs in the northeast, central and western regions was twice as high as the previous decade on average; the annual rate of change and increase in the dynamic degree of built-up area were most notable in KEFZs in the central region. (4) The spatial pattern and charac- teristics of built-up area expansions in the period 2010-2013 reflected the gradient feature of the plan for MFOZs. But the rate of increase locally in built-up area in ODZs, APZs and KEFZs is fast, so the effective measures must be adopted in the implementation of national and regional policies. The conclusions indicated these methods and results were meaningful for future regulation strategies in optimizing national land development in China. 展开更多

The major function oriented zoning plays a role in spatial coordination mainly' by spatial guidance and restriction, so. the proposal of major function oriented zoning gives a new train of thought to generate a coordination evaluation of economy-society and the resource-environment system, From the view of major function oriented zoning that considers resource environmental bearing capacity, existing development density and development potential, this paper constructs an index system and model of coordination evahtation with a case study on Pearl River Delta. The results have shown: (I) It can reveal the conflicts of economic-social development and resource-environment quality to ac- curately consider resource environmental bearing capacity, existing development densio~ and development po- tential; (2) The coordination degree between social-economy system and resource-environment system in Pearl River Delta continued to decline in the past 10 years. Functional magnetic resonance imaging was used during emotion recognition to identify changes in functional brain activation in 21 first-episode, treatment-naive major depressive disorder patients before and after antidepressant treatment. Following escitalopram oxalate treatment, patients exhibited decreased activation in bilateral precentral gyrus, bilateral middle frontal gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, bilateral postcentral gyrus, left cingulate and right parahippocampal gyrus, and increased activation in right superior frontal gyrus, bilateral superior parietal Iobule and left occipital gyrus during sad facial expression recognition. After antidepressant treatment, patients also exhibited decreased activation in the bilateral middle frontal gyrus, bilateral cingulate and right parahippocampal gyrus, and increased activation in the right inferior frontal gyrus, left fusiform gyrus and right precuneus during happy facial expression recognition. Our experimental findings indicate that the limbic-cortical network might be a key target region for antidepressant treatment in major depressive disorder. 展开更多

Some majorization results for n,G∑ a,λ(A, B, 1) as well as the other functions are given. Furthermore, we find the coefficients bounds on |a_2| and |a_3| for functions in*n,G∑ a,λ(A_1, B_1, A_2, B_2, α_1, α_2), which is the bi-univalent functions defined by n,G ∑a,λ(A, B, α) and subordination. Major depressive disorder(MDD) is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide,correlating with genetic susceptibility and environmental risk factors.Molecular,functional,and structural imaging approaches have been increasingly used to detect neurobiological changes,analyze neurochemical correlates,and parse pathophysiological mechanisms underlying MDD.We reviewed recent neuroimaging publications on MDD in terms of molecular,functional,and structural alterations as detected mainly by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and positron emission tomography.Altered structure and function of brain regions involved in the cognitive control of affective state have been demonstrated.An abnormal default mode network,as revealed by resting-state functional MRI,is likely associated with aberrant metabolicand serotonergic function revealed by radionuclide imaging.Further multi-modal investigations are essential to clarify the characteristics of the cortical network and serotonergic system associated with behavioral and genetic variations in MDD. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to research development plan of major agriculture-oriented county (MAOA or MAOC hereafter) based on territorial function. [Method] The relationship between Major Function Oriented Zoning (MFOZ hereafter) and agricultural development is explored with the case of Long'an County in Guangxi. [Result] In the research, agricultural function, featured by composition and diversification, is considered one of territorial function typs, contributed by ecology, land, industries and population. With Long'an as a study case, it can be concluded that the plan of major agriculture-oriented counties is as follows: With guidance of territorial function, the counties should formulate the strategies of major function oriented zones, strive for more social and economic resources for agricultural development, extend agricultural functions, enhance the role of agricultural additional functions, strengthen ecological conservation, improve agricultural productivity and transportation, reinforce exchange of countryside with other regions. In addition, attention should be paid to reconstruction of population and industry pattern for redistribution on the basis of evaluation on bearing capacity of resources and environment. [Conclusion] In future, major agriculture oriented county should coordinate relationship among agriculture, industries, ecology and population with rational distribution of territorial function in county to guarantee stable and sustainable agricultural development. 展开更多

老年慢性心衰患者骨代谢指标和心功能与心血管事件发生风险的相关性 被引量:1

目的 探讨老年慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者骨代谢指标和心功能与主要不良心血管事件(major adverse cardiovascular events,MACE)发生风险的相关性。方法 回顾性选取2021年10月~2023年10月期间首都医科大学附属北京友... 目的 探讨老年慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者骨代谢指标和心功能与主要不良心血管事件(major adverse cardiovascular events,MACE)发生风险的相关性。方法 回顾性选取2021年10月~2023年10月期间首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院收治的133例老年CHF患者的临床资料,根据有无发生MACE分为MACE组(n=79)和非MACE组(n=54),对比两组一般资料、心功能指标、骨密度(BMD)以及骨代谢指标。采用化学发光免疫法检测骨转化标志物水平,包括血清胎球蛋白A(fetuin-A)、骨特异碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延肽(PINP),β-胶原蛋白降解产物(β-CTX),骨钙素N端中分子片段(N-MID)、骨钙素(OC)。采用Logistic回归分析骨代谢指标与心功能和MACE发生风险的相关性。结果 与非MACE组比较,MACE组心功能Ⅱ、Ⅳ级患者比例显著升高,Ⅲ级患者比例显著降低(均P<0.05),fetuin-A(P<0.01)、PINP(P<0.05)、β-CTX(P<0.01)、OC(P<0.01)及BMD(P<0.01)水平降低,BALP、N-MID水平升高(均P<0.01),LVEDV(P<0.01)、LVESV(P<0.01)、LVSV(P<0.05)以及NT-proBNP(P<0.01)升高,LVEF下降(P<0.01);Logistic显示:fetuinA(OR=0.887, 95%CI:0.820~0.959)、 LVEF(OR=0.922, 95%CI:0.864~0.983), BALP(OR=0.021, 95%CI:0.001~0.478)、PINP(OR=0.953,95%CI:0.911~0.996)、β-CTX(OR=0.001,95%CI:0.911~0.993)是老年CHF患者发生MACE的保护因素,OC(OR=1.128,95%CI:1.043~1.220)、NT-proBNP(OR=1.074,95%CI:1.029~1.122)、BMD(OR=0.888,95%CI:0.796~0.991)是老年CHF患者发生MACE的危险因素,与MACE的发生具有相关性。结论 骨代谢指标及心功能指标和CHF患者MACE的发生具有相关性。 展开更多

为验证我国粮食功能区划分是否影响城乡融合发展,本研究以2004年粮食主产区设立为准自然试验,利用DID模型检验粮食主产区设立政策对城乡收入差距的影响及其内在机制。结果表明:1)粮食主产区设立显著扩大了城乡收入差距。主产区的城乡收... 为验证我国粮食功能区划分是否影响城乡融合发展,本研究以2004年粮食主产区设立为准自然试验,利用DID模型检验粮食主产区设立政策对城乡收入差距的影响及其内在机制。结果表明:1)粮食主产区设立显著扩大了城乡收入差距。主产区的城乡收入差距相较于非主产区更大。经过变量替代、样本调整以及采用PSM-DID模型等多种稳健性检验,均证实上述结论可信。2)对影响内在机制的分析表明,家庭劳动力资源配置及相应收入结构、地方财政支出的城市偏向、区域用地结构是粮食主产区设立影响城乡收入差距的关键路径。3)情境分析显示,产业结构对粮食主产区设立带来的影响效应具有正向调节作用。研究表明,主产区在承担粮食安全保障重任的同时延缓了本地城乡融合进程,这对后续完善粮食主产区支持政策提供了经验参考。 展开更多

主体功能区规划促进了社会经济与资源环境的协同发展,实施过程中采取的土地、产业、人口、财政等政策对生态效率产生显著影响。基于多源数据和超效率SBM模型,计算了2005~2018年河南省区县生态效率;采用变异系数、标准差椭圆系统刻画了... 主体功能区规划促进了社会经济与资源环境的协同发展,实施过程中采取的土地、产业、人口、财政等政策对生态效率产生显著影响。基于多源数据和超效率SBM模型,计算了2005~2018年河南省区县生态效率;采用变异系数、标准差椭圆系统刻画了县域尺度和主体功能区尺度生态效率演变规律;利用时空地理加权回归(GTWR)模型分析了主体功能区规划实施策略对生态效率空间异质性的影响。结果表明:(1)河南省生态效率整体处于较低水平,存在明显的空间集聚特征,区县差异随时间的推移有所减少;(2)国家级重点生态功能区平均生态效率最高,其次为国家级重点开发区与省级重点生态功能区,省级重点开发区与农产品主产区平均生态效率最低;(3)土地利用多样化指数、城镇化水平、产业结构、人口密度、地方财政一般支出额等因素对生态效率的影响具有显著的空间异质性,呈现出带状或片状空间分布规律。 展开更多

不同剂量替格瑞洛对心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后不良反应及血清水平的影响 被引量:1

目的探讨不同剂量替格瑞洛对心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后不良反应及病情相关指标的影响。方法选取2021年1月~2023年1月于邯郸市第一医院接受PCI术的心肌梗死患者186例,按照随机数字表法分为常规剂量组(n=93)、小剂量组(n... 目的探讨不同剂量替格瑞洛对心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后不良反应及病情相关指标的影响。方法选取2021年1月~2023年1月于邯郸市第一医院接受PCI术的心肌梗死患者186例,按照随机数字表法分为常规剂量组(n=93)、小剂量组(n=93),常规剂量组予以常规剂量替格瑞洛治疗(90 mg/次),小剂量组予以小剂量替格瑞洛治疗(45 mg/次)。比较两组心功能[左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]、冠状动脉血流相关指标[舒张期血流峰值(DPV)、舒张期时间速度积分(CTVI)、冠状动脉血流速度储备(CFVR)、收缩期血流峰值(SPV)]、血小板功能[花生四稀酸诱导的血小板最大聚集率(AA-MAR)、血小板最大聚集率(MPAR)、二磷酸腺苷诱导的血小板最大聚集率(ADP-MAR)]、病情相关指标{血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子(sICAM-1)、脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子(sVCAM-1)、钙卫蛋白A4(S100A4)}及主要不良心血管事件(MACE)、出血事件。结果治疗3个月后,常规剂量组LVEF明显高于小剂量组[(57.32±1.24)%,比(54.79±1.09)%,P<0.05],LVESD、LVEDD明显低于小剂量组[(32.29±1.39)mm比(36.83±1.58)mm、(50.13±2.35)mm比(54.36±2.54)mm,P<0.05],但治疗6个月后两组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,常规剂量组的DPV、CTVI、CFVR、SPV明显高于小剂量组[(34.18±2.16)cm/s比(30.56±1.82)cm/s、(23.05±1.45)比(19.74±1.39)、(3.49±0.32)比(3.02±0.30)、(16.81±1.06)cm/s比(14.76±1.00)cm/s,P<0.05],但治疗6个月后两组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,常规剂量组的AA-MAR、MPAR、ADP-MAR明显低于小剂量组(P<0.05),但治疗6个月后两组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,常规剂量组血清sICAM-1、Lp(a)、sVCAM-1、S100A4水平明显低于小剂量组[(387.25±16.58)μg/L比(425.63±21.36)μg/L、(196.25±14.94)mg/L比(224.76±17.66)mg/L、(247.07±10.15)μg/L比(258.64±12.32)μg/L、(38.98±5.25)ρg/ml比(47.42±6.72)ρg/ml,P<0.05],但治疗6个月后两组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);两组MACE发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);常规剂量组出血事件总发生率高于小剂量组(13.48%比4.49%,P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死PCI术后予以不同剂量替格瑞洛治疗,可改善心功能、血小板功能,增加冠状动脉血流,缓解病情进展,随着治疗时间延长,小剂量替格瑞洛也可达到与常规剂量相近的作用效果,并未明显增加MACE发生率,且出血风险较低,临床应依据具体情况选择用药剂量。 展开更多
