The intelligent vehicle corner module system,which integrates four-wheel independent drive,independent steering,independent braking and active suspension,can accurately and efficiently perform vehicle driving tasks and is the best carrier of intelligent vehicles.Nevertheless,too many angle/torque control inputs make control difficult and non-real-time.In this paper,a hierarchical real-time motion control framework for corner module configuration intelligent electric vehicles is proposed.In the trajectory planning module,an improved driving risk field is designed to describe the surrounding environment’s driving risk.Combined with the kinematic vehicle-road model,model predictive control(MPC)method,spline curve method,the local reference trajectory of safety,comfort and smoothness is planned in real time.The optimal steering angle is determined using MPC method in path tracking module.In the motion control module,a feedforward-feedback controller assigns the optimal steering angle to the front/rear axles,and an angle allocation controller distributes the target angles of the front/rear axles to four steered wheels.Finally,the PreScan-Simulink-CarSim joint simulation environment is established for conducting the human-in-the-loop emergency obstacle avoidance experiment.It took only 0.005 s for the hierarchical motion control system to determine its average solution time.This proves the effectiveness of the hierarchical motion control system. 展开更多

顺北—顺南地区深层碳酸盐岩走滑断裂结构特征及其形成的主控因素分析

塔里木盆地顺北—顺南地区的深层碳酸盐岩走滑断裂发育对下古生界碳酸盐岩具有明显的控藏作用。由于碳酸盐岩岩性脆且致密,走滑断裂水平错动作用必然导致其形成独特的结构特征。针对顺北—顺南地区的深层碳酸盐岩走滑断裂体系,基于现有... 塔里木盆地顺北—顺南地区的深层碳酸盐岩走滑断裂发育对下古生界碳酸盐岩具有明显的控藏作用。由于碳酸盐岩岩性脆且致密,走滑断裂水平错动作用必然导致其形成独特的结构特征。针对顺北—顺南地区的深层碳酸盐岩走滑断裂体系,基于现有研究成果,通过野外相似露头踏勘,结合地震、岩心等资料,利用高精度三维地震数据体走滑断裂精细刻画、地震属性体走滑断裂体系识别、物理模拟实验、应力场数值模拟等技术方法,分析了走滑断裂的结构特征,并对其形成的主控因素进行了归纳总结。研究发现,顺北—顺南地区深层走滑断裂的空间结构主要表现为“平面沿走向分段、剖面分层变形”的特征,在平面上主断裂可划分为张扭段、压扭段、直立段,三者交替出现,在剖面上以中下奥陶统顶界面(T74)为界,将断裂分为深层和浅层系统,深、浅层断裂纵向叠置,分层特征明显。将内部结构划分为“滑动破碎带—诱导裂缝带”二元结构,二者差异明显,特征相异。多期构造活动、应力分布、断裂活动强度、地层岩性和后期的胶结充填作用均可影响断裂带的二元结构。 展开更多

三肇凹陷A区块葡萄花油层缝网压裂参数优化实践

松辽盆地三肇凹陷葡萄花油层属于典型的低孔、低渗储层,随着压裂重复次数的增多,压裂效果逐年变差。为了探究A区块葡萄花油层缝网压裂影响压裂效果的主控因素,应用聚类分析方法,对试验区块各类数据参数预处理,优选堆叠集成算法,并对压... 松辽盆地三肇凹陷葡萄花油层属于典型的低孔、低渗储层,随着压裂重复次数的增多,压裂效果逐年变差。为了探究A区块葡萄花油层缝网压裂影响压裂效果的主控因素,应用聚类分析方法,对试验区块各类数据参数预处理,优选堆叠集成算法,并对压裂效果进行评价,制作压裂参数优化图版。结果表明:应用聚类分析方法将离散型数据转化为2―4类分类变量,可保证回归算法测试集的相关系数达到83%以上;应用集成算法综合考虑不同算法的预测结果,能够提升预测准确率5百分点;三肇凹陷A区块试验井不同储层特征对应的最优施工参数差异较大,根据储层不同特征确定影响因素权重,选取权重较大的有效厚度、加砂强度等9类主控因素,建立加砂、加液优化参数图版,实际应用表明试验区块20口井的初期日增油量同比提高了30%。研究成果可为同类储层压裂选井、选层及压裂规模设计提供理论依据及方案。 展开更多

针对大牛地气田深层煤岩气开发过程中深层煤岩气(甲烷)解吸困难、压后产能低等问题,通过开展甲烷解吸性能测试、岩心伤害测试、返排液滞留测试等实验,研究滑溜水对煤岩润湿性能、微观结构、表面电荷性质以及甲烷解吸性能的影响,明确滑... 针对大牛地气田深层煤岩气开发过程中深层煤岩气(甲烷)解吸困难、压后产能低等问题,通过开展甲烷解吸性能测试、岩心伤害测试、返排液滞留测试等实验,研究滑溜水对煤岩润湿性能、微观结构、表面电荷性质以及甲烷解吸性能的影响,明确滑溜水对甲烷解吸影响机理,同时采用曲面响应法(RSM),明确滑溜水对甲烷解吸性能影响的主控因素和预测主控因素边界条件,并在此基础上引入随机森林(RF)不确定性评估,选择对参数扰动不敏感的稳健解,增加结论可信度。结果表明,滑溜水对甲烷的解吸是竞争吸附作用的结果,滑溜水进入煤岩基质后占据甲烷吸附位点,促进甲烷解吸。在促解吸过程中,滑溜水的矿化度、与煤岩接触角、黏度、Zeta电位均会导致甲烷解吸量的变化。对于滑溜水性能指标,影响甲烷解吸过程的主控因素是矿化度、接触角,滑溜水与煤岩的接触角应控制在50°~70°,矿化度应低于5×10^(4) mg/L,有利于甲烷解吸。研究成果在同类煤岩气开发过程中具有重要的推广意义。 展开更多

针对柔直系统故障后盲目重合闸造成二次过流冲击及故障恢复期间电流波动导致恢复缓慢问题,提出一种基于多端口断路器的柔直配电系统故障性质辨识与恢复方案。首先,分析了集成多功能潮流控制模块的多端口断路器拓扑结构,通过合并功能相... 针对柔直系统故障后盲目重合闸造成二次过流冲击及故障恢复期间电流波动导致恢复缓慢问题,提出一种基于多端口断路器的柔直配电系统故障性质辨识与恢复方案。首先,分析了集成多功能潮流控制模块的多端口断路器拓扑结构,通过合并功能相同与结构相似的冗余单元,提升设备集成度与经济性。然后,通过控制该模块向故障线路主动注入电流信号辨识故障性质,并构建动态权重可自适应调整的加权组合判据,提高辨识可靠性。故障恢复阶段利用模块自身潮流控制能力削减线路两端换流站出口电压差产生的暂态电流冲击,同时提升系统恢复后对于潮流变化的动态响应能力。最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC建立环状柔直配电网模型进行仿真分析,验证所提方案具有故障辨识可靠性高、功能集成度好、适用场景广泛等优点。 展开更多

With the aid of commercial finite element analysis software package ANSYS,investigations are made on the contributions of main components to stiffness of the main module for parallel machine tools,and it is found that the frame is the main contributor.Then,influences of constraints,strut length and working ways of the main module have also been investigated.It can be concluded that when one of the main planes of the frame without linear drive unit is constrained,the largest whole stiffness can be acquired.And,the stiffness is much better when the main module is used in a vertical machine tool instead of a horizontal one.Finally,the principle of stiffness variation is summarized when the mobile platform reaches various positions within its working space and when various loads are applied.These achievements have provided critical instructions for the design of the main module for parallel machine tools. 展开更多

传统的后备盘(BUP)是基于模拟技术实现的,需要大量的硬件设备及信号线缆,且盘面硬件设备需要定期试验以确保可用性。在分析传统BUP控制方法的基础上,提出了一种改进的核电厂BUP控制方法。该方法遵循多样化设计原则,设计与分布式控制系统... 传统的后备盘(BUP)是基于模拟技术实现的,需要大量的硬件设备及信号线缆,且盘面硬件设备需要定期试验以确保可用性。在分析传统BUP控制方法的基础上,提出了一种改进的核电厂BUP控制方法。该方法遵循多样化设计原则,设计与分布式控制系统(DCS)完全独立的监控网络以进行信号传输。应用与主控室操作员站不同的硬件设备和基于不同开发技术的软件,采用数字化技术实现BUP人机接口功能。该方法已在示范快堆项目得到应用。应用结果表明,该方法可避免与DCS操作员站的共因故障、节约核电厂主控室空间、减少BUP的硬件设备和线缆、降低主控室的运维成本。该方法为“华龙一号”后续机组的主控室优化、改进提供了借鉴。 展开更多

As a core part of subsea production systems,subsea control modules(SCMs)are costly,difficult,and expensive to install and inconvenient to use in underwater maintenance.Therefore,performance and function tests must be carried out before launching SCMs.This study developed a testing device and an SCM test by investigating SCMs and their underwater.The testing device includes four parts:a hydraulic station,an SCM test stand,a signal generating device,and an electronic test unit.First,the basic indices of the testing device were determined from the performance and working parameters of the SCM.Second,the design scheme of the testing device for the SCM was tentatively proposed,and each testing device was designed.Finally,a practical measurement of the SCM,in combination with the hydraulic station,SCM test stand,signal generator,electronic unit,and highpressure water tank,was carried out according to the test requirements.The measurement mainly involved equipment inspection before testing and an experimental test for the SCM.The validity and feasibility of the testing device and method were simultaneously verified through an association test. 展开更多

An extended-state-observer(ESO) based predictive control scheme is proposed for the autopilot of lunar landing.The slosh fuel masses exert forces and torques on the rigid body of lunar module(LM),such disturbances will dramatically undermine the stability of autopilot system.The fuel sloshing dynamics and uncertainties due to the time-varying parameters are considered as a generalized disturbance which is estimated by an ESO from the measured attitude signals and the control input signals.Then a continuous-time predictive controller driven by the estimated states and disturbances is designed to obtain the virtual control input,which is allocated to the real control actuators according to a deadband logic.The 6-DOF simulation results reveal the effectiveness of the proposed method when dealing with the fuel sloshing dynamics and parameter perturbations. 展开更多

The resiliency of a standalone microgrid is of considerable issue because the available regulation measures and capabilities are limited.Given this background,this paper presented a new mathematical model for a detailed photovoltaic(PV)module and the application of new control techniques for efficient energy extraction.The PV module employs a single-stage conversion method to integrate it with the utility grid.For extraction the maximum power from PV and integrate it to power grid,a three-phase voltage source converter is used.For obtaining the maximum power at a particular irradiance a maximum power point tracking(MPPT)scheme is used.The fuzzy logic control and adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system are proposed for direct current(DC)link voltage control.The proposed model and control scheme are validated through a comparison with the standard power-voltage and current-voltage charts for a PV module.Simulation results demonstrate that the system stability can be maintained with the power grid and in the island mode,in contrast with the MPPT. 展开更多

Electric vehicles(EVs)have garnered significant attention as a vital driver of economic growth and environmental sustainability.Nevertheless,ensuring the safety of high-energy batteries is now a top priority that cannot be overlooked during large-scale applications.This paper proposes an innovative active protection and cooling integrated battery module using smart materials,magneto-sensitive shear thickening fluid(MSTF),which is specifically designed to address safety threats posed by lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)exposed to harsh mechanical and environmental conditions.The theoretical framework introduces a novel approach for harnessing the smoothed-particle hydrodynamics(SPH)methodology that incorporates the intricate interplay of non-Newtonian fluid behavior,capturing the fluid-structure coupling inherent to the MSTF.This approach is further advanced by adopting an enhanced Herschel-Bulkley(H-B)model to encapsulate the intricate rheology of the MSTF under the influence of the magnetorheological effect(MRE)and shear thickening(ST)behavior.Numerical simulation results show that in the case of cooling,the MSTF is an effective cooling medium for rapidly reducing the temperature.In terms of mechanical abuse,the MSTF solidifies through actively applying the magnetic field during mechanical compression and impact within the battery module,resulting in 66%and 61.7%reductions in the maximum stress within the battery jellyroll,and 31.1%and 23%reductions in the reaction force,respectively.This mechanism effectively lowers the risk of short-circuit failure.The groundbreaking concepts unveiled in this paper for active protection battery modules are anticipated to be a valuable technological breakthrough in the areas of EV safety and lightweight/integrated design. 展开更多

The problems of attachment failure and detachment impact within gecko-like robots’ locomotion control are considered in this paper. A real-time foot-end force intelligent sensing module with integrated sensing and structure is developed to help the robot get the foot-end force information in time and realize stable locomotion in an uncertain environment. Firstly,a structure/sensing integrated elastomer based on a Maltese cross/cantilever beam structure is completed by designing and finite element analysis. Secondly,a real-time data acquisition and transmission system is designed to obtain the foot-end reaction force which is miniaturized and distributed. Thirdly,based on this system,a force sensor calibration platform is built to complete the calibration,decoupling,and performance testing of the sensing module. Finally,the experiment of single-leg attachment performance is carried out. The results indicate that the three-axis sensing module can detect robot’s weight,measure the reaction force with high precision and provide real-time force from robot’s foot end. 展开更多

First of all, the box of the PCM is divided into different cabins to eliminate interferences between power supply circuit, analog circuit and digital circuit. Secondly, the working principle and electromagnetic (EM) characters of all the signals adopted by a typical PCM are analyzed. Then according to specific electromagnetic characters, different measures are adopted in corresponding signal process circuits or signal transfer cables, such as ground layout designing, power supply protecting, signal shielding and drive cable interference suppressing. Finally, further improvement may also needed regarding to practical electromagnetic compatibility test effects. The final test shows that, with all the measures mentioned above, the conducted emission of a PCM can be reduced by 20 dB; meanwhile, the radiated emission can be reduced by 30 dB comparing to the original system. 展开更多

The design method of the control module is verified by constructing a control experiment based on controlling of precision x - y displace- ment platform through a CAN bus. Experimental results show that the controlling repeat position accuracy of precision x - y platform by control module is 0. 5 μm and the position error is less than 1μm which meet the needs of micro-adjustment pose of assembly line. 展开更多

In this paper, we use a cross-layer approach to propose an energy-efficient and extending the life time of the sensor network. This protocol which uses routing in the network layer, and the data scheduling in MAC layer. The main ob-jective of this paper is to provide a possible and flexible approach to solve the conflicts between the require-ments of large scale, long life-time, and multi-purpose wireless sensor networks. This paper presents an innovative switched-mode auto gain control (AGC) circuit with internally created reset module for DC-10Mb/s burst-mode unbalanced (BMU) optical data transmission. Conventional AGC circuit is inappropriate for BMU data transmission because it is based on average level detection and requires considerable time to settle on a predefined gain. Therefore, we adopt a fast switched-mode AGC based on peak level detection. After the gain is adjusted, the peak level detectors need to re-detect the peak level of the input signal. Thus, we develop an internally created reset module. This AGC with reset module exhibits a fast operation and achieves an adjusted stable gain within one-bit, avoiding any bit loss up to 10Mb/s data rate. During power-up, the peak level detectors possibly hold an uncertain level resulting in the bit-errors. We propose a power-up reset circuit to solve this problem. Designed in a 0.5μm CMOS technology, the circuit achieves an optical sensitivity of better than -30dBm and a wide dynamic range of over 30dB with a power dissipation of only 30 mW from a 5V supply. 展开更多
