Resource modeling plays a crucial role in raw material quality management for cement manufacturing.Research has shown that geological uncertainty in resource modeling is inevitable and results in risk to future extraction planning and operations of the cement plant.This study aims to assess the geological uncertainty and associated risk in modeling a cement raw material deposit in southern Vietnam.For this deposit,soil,clay,laterite,and limestone are the four primary rock types,controlling the occurrence and spatial distribution of chemical grades.In this study,hierarchical simulation method was used to evaluate the uncertainty.Rock types were first simulated,and the chemical grades conditioning to the rock types were then generated.The results demonstrated the capability of the hierarchical simulation approach to incorporate the uncertainty of rock types in resource modeling and to allow evaluating the risks in providing the desired raw material for the cement plant in the form of grade-tonnage curves. 展开更多

Different from the organization structure of complex projects in Western countries, the Liang Zong hierarchical organization structure of complex projects in China has two different chains, the chief-engineer chain and the general-director chain,to handle the trade-off between technical and management decisions. However, previous works on organization search have mainly focused on the single-chain hierarchical organization in which all decisions are regarded as homogeneous. The heterogeneity and the interdependency between technical decisions and management decisions have been neglected. A two-chain hierarchical organization structure mapped from a real complex project is constructed. Then, a discrete decision model for a Liang Zong two-chain hierarchical organization in an NK model framework is proposed. This model proves that this kind of organization structure can reduce the search space by a large amount and that the search process should reach a final stable state more quickly. For a more complicated decision mechanism, a multi-agent simulation based on the above NK model is used to explore the effect of the two-chain organization structure on the speed, stability, and performance of the search process. The results provide three insights into how, compared with the single-chain hierarchical organization, the two-chain organization can improve the search process: it can reduce the number of iterations efficiently; the search is more stable because the search space is a smoother hill-like fitness landscape; in general, the search performance can be improved.However, when the organization structure is very complicated, the performance of a two-chain organization is inferior to that of a single-chain organization. These findings about the efficiency of the unique Chinese-style organization structure can be used to guide organization design for complex projects. 展开更多

The intrinsic routing policy of NS2—a network simulation tool— based on flat or hierarchical address has the disadvantage such as small topology scale,high resource consumption,low efficiency and so on.This paper proposes an IP based hierarchical routing strategy in network simulation to extend the topology scale and improve performance in simulating.Firstly,a stratification mechanism to identify IP address of nodes is described.Then,an algorithm of packet transmitting method(PTM) is presented for packet forwarding in the same subnet.Finally,algorithms of region partition(RP),routing computation based on region division(RCBRD) and routing distribution(RD) is proposed to implement regional segmentation,route calculation and route distribution for forwarding packets in different subnets respectively.The experiment results show that under the same condition,compared with plane address,the topology scale of the network simulation is extended two times and the consumption of time and memory during simulation is reduced by approximately 73%and 45.8% respectively.Compared with hierarchical address,the topology scale of the network simulation is expanded by more than 50%,and the consumption of time and memory is reduced by about 59.2% and 25% respectively.In addition,along with the growth of the node size,the proportion of reducing total simulation time and memory consumption would gradually increase. 展开更多

Several visualization schemes for facilitating ensemble management, error analysis, parameter grouping and tuning are also integrated owing to the pluggable modular design. The proposed approach is prototyped based on the Flash code, and it can be extended by introducing userdefined visualization for specific requirements. Hierarchical micro/nanograting structures have attracted increasing attention owing to their significant applications in the fields of structural coloring,anti-counterfeiting,and decoration.Thus,the fabrication of hierarchical micro/nanograting structures is important for these applications.In this study,a strategy for machining hierarchical micro/nanograting structures is developed by controlling the tool movement trajectory.A coupling Euler-Lagrange finite element model is established to simulate the machining process.The effect of the machining methods on the nanograting formation is demonstrated,and a suitable machining method for reducing the cutting force is obtained.The height of the nanograting decreases with an increase in the tool edge radius.Furthermore,optical variable devices(OVDs)are machined using an array overlap machining approach.Coding schemes for the parallel column unit crossover and column unit in the groove crossover are designed to achieve high-quality machining of OVDs.The coloring of the logo of the Harbin Institute of Technology and the logo of the centennial anniversary of the Harbin Institute of Technology on the surface of metal samples,such as aluminum alloys,is realized.The findings of this study provide a method for the fabrication of hierarchical micro/nanograting structures that can be used to prepare OVDs. 展开更多

Recently the integrated modular avionics (IMA) architecture which introduces the concept of resource partitioning becomes popular as an alternative to the traditional federated architecture. A novel hierarchical approach is proposed to solve the resource allocation problem for IMA systems in distributed environments. Firstly, the worst case response time of tasks with arbitrary deadlines is analyzed for the two-level scheduler. Then, the hierarchical resource allocation approach is presented in two levels. At the platform level, a task assignment algorithm based on genetic simulated annealing (GSA) is proposed to assign a set of pre-defined tasks to different processing nodes in the form of task groups, so that resources can be allocated as partitions and mapped to task groups. While yielding to all the resource con- straints, the algorithm tries to find an optimal task assignment with minimized communication costs and balanced work load. At the node level, partition parameters are optimized, so that the computational resource can be allocated further. An example is shown to illustrate the hierarchal resource allocation approach and manifest the validity. Simulation results comparing the performance of the proposed GSA with that of traditional genetic algorithms are presented in the context of task assignment in IMA systems. 展开更多

It consists of multiple levels. In the upper level, the best model is chosen according to the switching index. Then multiple fixed models are constructed on line to cover the region which the above chosen fixed model lies in.In the last level, one free-running and one re-initialized adaptive model are added to guarantee the stability and improve the transient response. By selection of the weighting polynomial matrix, it not only eliminates the steady output error and places the poles of the closed loop system arbitrarily, but also decouples the system dynamically. At last, for this multiple models switching system, global convergence is obtained under common assumptions. Compared with the conventional multiple models adaptive controller, it reduces the number of the fixed models greatly. If the same number of the fixed models is used, the system transient response and decoupling result are improved. The simulation example illustrates the power of the derived controller. 展开更多

A class of large-scale systems, where the overall objective function is a nonlinear function of performance index of each subsystem, is investigated in this paper. This type of large-scale control problem is non-separable in the sense of conventional hierarchical control. Hierarchical control is extended in the paper to large-scale non-separable control problems, where multiobjective optimization is used as separation strategy. The large-scale non-separable control problem is embedded, under certain conditions, into a family of the weighted Lagrangian formulation. The weighted Lagrangian formulation is separable with respect to subsystems and can be effectively solved using the interaction balance approach at the two lower levels in the proposed three-level solution structure. At the third level, the weighting vector for the weighted Lagrangian formulation is adjusted iteratively to search the optimal weighting vector with which the optimal of the original large-scale non-separable control problem is obtained. Theoretical base of the algorithm is established. Simulation shows that the algorithm is effective. 展开更多

The radio interference attacks that generate for WSN at the Physical Layer cannot be defeated through conventional security mechanisms proposed for 802.15.4 standards. The first section introduces the deployment model of two-tier hierarchical cluster topology architecture and investigates different jamming techniques proposed for WSN by creating specific classification of different types of jamming attacks. The following sections expose the mitigation techniques and possible built-in mechanisms to mitigate the link layer jamming attacks on proposed two-tier hierarchical clustered WSN topology. The three-dimensional hierarchical twin network has been proved to be the source of the excellent strength-ductility combination in the CoCrNi medium entropy alloy.Revealing the formation mechanism of hierarchical twins,however,remains a challenge using either the post-mortem or the in-situ microstructural characterization.In this study,the atomistic formation mechanism of hierarchical twins was investigated using molecular dynamics simulations,with special focus on the effects of strain rate and deformation temperature.Compared to the primary twin boundaries kink-driven hierarchical twinning tendency in pure FCC metals,the chemical inhomogeneity in CoCrNi can reduce the necessary kink height to trigger conjugate twins(CTWs),fascinating the formation of twin networks.At room temperature,the plastic deformation is dominated by primary twins(PTWs)and conjugate slips at a relatively lower strain rate(e.g.,5×10^(7)s^(−1)).The hierarchical twins can be activated in cases of deforming at a higher strain rate(e.g.,2×10^(8)s^(−1)).Further increasing the strain rate(e.g.,1×10^(10) s^(−1))leads to the phase-transformation induced plasticity.At cryogenic temperatures,the hierarchical twins are promoted within a large range of strain rates(e.g.,5×10^(7)–1×10^(10) s^(−1)).A higher temperature leads to the synergy of CTWs and primary slips at a lower strain rate,but hierarchical twins at a higher strain rate.On this basis,a qualitative comparison and scalable trends between experiments and simulations were revealed.The present study would not only provide the basic understanding for the twinning behavior found experimentally,but also contribute to the design of medium/high entropy alloys with excellent mechanical performances by tuning microstructures. 展开更多

为提升高速公路合流区的行车安全、通行效率与环保性能,对可变限速控制策略展开了研究。基于检测器获取的实时交通流状态,以最短行程时间与碰撞时间为安全目标,结合不同区域通行需求确定最优限速值,构建了分级可变限速控制策略;在双深度... 为提升高速公路合流区的行车安全、通行效率与环保性能,对可变限速控制策略展开了研究。基于检测器获取的实时交通流状态,以最短行程时间与碰撞时间为安全目标,结合不同区域通行需求确定最优限速值,构建了分级可变限速控制策略;在双深度Q网络(double deep Q network,DDQN)算法中引入优先经验回放与ε-Greedy策略,提出优化双深度Q网络(optimized DDQN,OPDDQN)算法,以提高关键样本利用率并增强探索策略稳定性,进而训练得到相应的控制策略;依托SUMO平台搭建仿真环境,在低、中、高不同流量条件下验证了该策略的效果。研究结果表明:与DDQN算法相比,OPDDQN算法训练时间可节省33%;相较于无控制场景,所提策略使碰撞风险、行程时间、燃油消耗分别降低了39.18%、48.30%、34.48%,平均速度提升了67.05%。 展开更多

复合材料储氢瓶在生产与服役过程中,碳纤维缠绕层会出现空隙和脱黏现象,造成缠绕层分层,气瓶的服役温度会对缠绕层分层扩展产生影响,因此有必要研究温度对于分层破坏行为的影响。在储氢瓶-40~85℃的服役温度范围内设置六个温度点(-40、... 复合材料储氢瓶在生产与服役过程中,碳纤维缠绕层会出现空隙和脱黏现象,造成缠绕层分层,气瓶的服役温度会对缠绕层分层扩展产生影响,因此有必要研究温度对于分层破坏行为的影响。在储氢瓶-40~85℃的服役温度范围内设置六个温度点(-40、-20、0、25、50、85℃),分别进行Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型层间断裂试验。分析了温度对层合板分层性能的影响,研究发现,随着温度的升高,Ⅰ型断裂韧性逐渐提高,Ⅱ型断裂韧性逐渐降低。基于ABAQUS有限元平台,利用内聚力模型,使用试验得到的Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型断裂韧性数据,建立了考虑温度的含初始分层缺陷层合板压缩和拉伸模型。结果表明,温度对于含初始分层区域的层合板压缩性能的影响较大,对于拉伸性能基本无影响。 展开更多

基于改进H-AC算法的冷源系统节能优化控制策略 被引量:1

中央空调冷源设备台数与运行参数的优化是一类离散与连续变量的协同优化问题,而经典强化学习算法难以优化此类问题。为此,该文提出了一种结合选项-评论者与演员-评论者框架的中央空调冷源系统节能优化控制策略。首先,采用分层演员-评论... 中央空调冷源设备台数与运行参数的优化是一类离散与连续变量的协同优化问题,而经典强化学习算法难以优化此类问题。为此,该文提出了一种结合选项-评论者与演员-评论者框架的中央空调冷源系统节能优化控制策略。首先,采用分层演员-评论者(H-AC)算法分层优化设备台数与运行参数,且高层和底层模型共用Q网络评估状态价值,以解决多时间尺度下的优化难题;然后,在智能体架构、策略与网络更新方式等方面对H-AC算法进行改进,以加速智能体的收敛;最后,以夏热冬暖地区某科研办公建筑中央空调冷源系统为研究对象,基于冷源系统TRNSYS仿真平台进行实验。结果表明:在平均室内舒适时间占比分别增加14.08、11.23、29.70、9.07个百分比的前提下,基于改进H-AC算法的系统能耗分别比其他4种常规深度强化学习算法减少了32.28%、28.55%、28.63%、11.53%;虽然基于改进H-AC算法的系统能耗比基于选项-评论者框架的算法增加了0.27%,但获得了更平稳的学习过程且平均室内舒适时间占比增加了4.8个百分点。该文算法可为各类建筑中央空调冷源系统节能优化提供有效的技术手段,助力建筑“双碳”目标的实现。 展开更多

麻醉学科实践性和应用性很强,麻醉危机事件发生迅速,无可重复性。高仿真情景模拟教学是高度契合麻醉学科教学的一种学习模式,这种教学模式可同时进行理论教学、技能教学和临床思维教学,更具有可实践性和可重复性。分层递进理念是住院医... 麻醉学科实践性和应用性很强,麻醉危机事件发生迅速,无可重复性。高仿真情景模拟教学是高度契合麻醉学科教学的一种学习模式,这种教学模式可同时进行理论教学、技能教学和临床思维教学,更具有可实践性和可重复性。分层递进理念是住院医师规范化培训的核心理念,在该理念下寻找更优的培训方式是当代医学教育工作者的重要任务。以分层递进理念为指导,充分利用高仿真情景模拟教学方式的优势进行麻醉危机事件相关培训,这为持续提升麻醉学科住培质量提供了新的思路。将麻醉危机高仿真情景模拟教学与住培常规教学进行多维度整合,包括培训目标、培训内容、培训师资、培训对象以及培训结果。两者整合的构建与探索,使以培养学员核心胜任力为目标的模拟培训课程发挥出其独特而强大的学习训练作用,取得了良好的教学效果。 展开更多
