To characterize effects of plant roots on preferential flow(PF),we measured root length density(RLD)and root biomass(RB) in Jiufeng National Forest Park,Beijing,China.Comparisons were made for RLD and RB between soil preferential pathways and soil matrices.RLD and RB declined with the increasing soil depth(0–10,10–20,20–30,30–40,40–50,50–60 cm) in all experimental plots.RLD was greater in soil preferential pathways than in the surrounding soil matrix and was 69.5,75.0 and72.2 % for plant roots of diameter(d) /1,1 / d / 3 and3 / d / 5 mm,respectively.Fine root systems had the most pivotal influence on soil preferential flow in this forest ecosystem.In all experimental plots,RB content was the sum of RB from soil preferential pathways and the soil matrix in each soil depth.With respect to 6 soil depth gradient(0–10,10–20,20–30,30–40,40–50,50–60 cm) in each plot,the number of soil depth gradient that RB content was greater in soil preferential pathways than in the soil matrix was characterized,and the proportion was68.2 % in all plots. 展开更多

We use submultiplicative companion matrix norms to provide new bounds for roots for a given polynomial <i>P</i>(<i>X</i>) over the field C[<i>X</i>]. From a <i>n</i>×<i>n</i> Fiedler companion matrix <i>C</i>, sparse companion matrices and triangular Hessenberg matrices are introduced. Then, we identify a special triangular Hessenberg matrix <i>L<sub>r</sub></i>, supposed to provide a good estimation of the roots. By application of Gershgorin’s theorems to this special matrix in case of submultiplicative matrix norms, some estimations of bounds for roots are made. The obtained bounds have been compared to known ones from the literature precisely Cauchy’s bounds, Montel’s bounds and Carmichel-Mason’s bounds. According to the starting formel of <i>L<sub>r</sub></i>, we see that the more we have coefficients closed to zero with a norm less than 1, the more the Sparse method is useful. 展开更多

Estrogen is essential for the skin to maintain its physiological function. The binding of estrogen to the estrogen receptor (ER) activates gene transcription, which has biological effects on the target tissue. Estrogen levels and ER expression are known to decrease with aging and exposure to ultraviolet light (UV);therefore, increased estrogen levels and ER expression may improve age-related changes in the skin. <em>Rehmannia</em> root has been reported to have blood circulation-promoting and anti-inflammatory effects;however, few studies have reported the effects of <em>Rehmannia</em> root on skin. In this study, we examined the effects of <em>Rehmannia glutinosa</em> Libosch. var. purpurea Makino root extract (RE) on ER expression, and estrogen, RE, or their related ingredients increased ER expression in human epidermal keratinocytes, human dermal fibroblasts, and skin models. Moreover, RE increased the production of basic fibroblast growth factor, transforming growth factor <em>β</em>1, and epidermal growth factor. The mixture of estrogen and RE improved extracellular matrix (ECM) production to a greater degree than estrogen and RE independently. Although high population doubling levels (PDL) and UV irradiation downregulated ER expression, RE upregulated ER expression in high PDL cells and UV irradiated cells. In addition, RE increased the expression of epidermal differentiation marker proteins compared to their expression levels in the absence of RE. The collective findings suggest that RE aids in the prevention of skin aging by upregulating the ER expression that has been decreased by aging and UV and promoting estrogen activity, ECM production, and epidermal differentiation. 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to shorten the multiplication culture and root- ing culture periods of Rh. chrysanthum Pall. [Method] The Rh. chrysanthum Pall tis- sue culture plantlets collected from Changbai Mountain were used as material, and the effects of different hormone combinations and coconut milk on the proliferation and differentiation of Rh. chrysanthum Pall tissue culture plantlets were investigated. In addition, the rooting medium and transplanting matrix for Rh. chrysanthum Pall tissue culture plantlets were explored. [Result] The medium composed of modified MS, iBA (3 mg/L) and ZT (1.5 mg/L) was the optimum medium for subculture mul- tiplication of Rh. chrysanthum Pall tissue culture plantlets. The multiplication multiple and average plant height were significantly improved by adding coconut milk into the medium (150 mg/L). [Conclusion] For Rh. chrysanthum Pall tissue culture plantlets, the optimum rooting culture medium was composed of modified MS (1/4) and IBA (5.0 mg/L), and the tissue culture plantlets began to root 8 d after the inoculation. The root induction treatment was carried out after a 15-d sand culture, and the suitable matrix was composed of tufty soil, humus soil and perlite (2:1:1) with a survival rate of 95.66%. 展开更多

Recovering an unknown high dimensional low rank matrix from a small set of entries is widely spread in the fields of machine learning,system identification and image restoration,etc.In many practical applications,the few observations are always corrupted by noise and the noise level is also unknown.A novel model with nuclear norm and square root type estimator has been proposed,which does not rely on the knowledge or on an estimation of the standard deviation of the noise.In this paper,we firstly reformulate the problem to an equivalent variable separated form by introducing an auxiliary variable.Then we propose an efficient alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)for solving it.Both of resulting subproblems admit an explicit solution,which makes our algorithm have a cheap computing.Finally,the numerical results show the benefits of the model and the efficiency of the proposed method. 展开更多

Bounds for Polynomial’s Roots from Hessenberg Matrices and Gershgorin’s Disks

The goal of this study is to propose a method of estimation of bounds for roots of polynomials with complex coefficients. A well-known and easy tool to obtain such information is to use the standard Gershgorin’s theorem, however, it doesn’t take into account the structure of the matrix. The modified disks of Gershgorin give the opportunity through some geometrical figures called Ovals of Cassini, to consider the form of the matrix in order to determine appropriated bounds for roots. Furthermore, we have seen that, the Hessenbeg matrices are indicated to estimate good bounds for roots of polynomials as far as we become improved bounds for high values of polynomial’s coefficients. But the bounds are better for small values. The aim of the work was to take advantages of this, after introducing the Dehmer’s bound, to find an appropriated property of the Hessenberg form. To illustrate our results, illustrative examples are given to compare the obtained bounds to those obtained through classical methods like Cauchy’s bounds, Montel’s bounds and Carmichel-Mason’s bounds. 展开更多

为探究应用秸秆基质块(Straw matrix block,SMB)育秧对水稻幼苗生长及产量的影响,使用改性秸秆纤维为原料制备的SMB为育秧基质,以基质土为对照(CK),测定水稻幼苗壮秧指数、叶绿素含量、根系活力、根长、表面积、根体积、抗氧化酶活性及... 为探究应用秸秆基质块(Straw matrix block,SMB)育秧对水稻幼苗生长及产量的影响,使用改性秸秆纤维为原料制备的SMB为育秧基质,以基质土为对照(CK),测定水稻幼苗壮秧指数、叶绿素含量、根系活力、根长、表面积、根体积、抗氧化酶活性及产量构成等指标,并分析育秧过程中SMB释放的酚酸单体化合物的规律及对水稻秧苗生理指标的影响。结果表明:育秧周期(26 d)内,SMB的发芽指数(GI)可达72.39%,根系活力达244.52μg/(g·h),总根长较CK升高51.93%,根系发达。在第4天时,SMB幼苗根系中超氧化歧化酶(SOD)和谷氨酸合酶(GOGAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量均出现最大值,分别达到1840.13 U/g、735.26 U/g和16.84 nmol/g,随后呈现逐渐下降趋势;而可溶性蛋白(SP)表现上升趋势,在第26天时达到16.11 mg/g。育秧过程中SMB释放的酚酸单体以对香豆酸(37.61~42.91μg/g)、反式阿魏酸(13.54~20.15μg/g)、香草醛(2.39~4.62μg/g)和4-羟基苯甲酸(1.17~1.78μg/g)为主;SMB秧龄14 d时的幼苗根中的SOD活性和MDA含量均显著低于CK;第4和14天的幼苗根系GOGAT活性比CK分别高29.70%和18.07%(P<0.05);第20―26天的秧苗根系可溶性蛋白含量升高31.73%(P<0.05);SMB释放的反式阿魏酸与水稻幼苗根系GOGAT活性呈显著负相关(P<0.05);使用SMB育秧能显著提高水稻有效穗、千粒重、理论和实际产量。综上,秸秆基质块(SMB)对水稻幼苗茎基宽、壮秧指数、可溶性蛋白、根系形态及产量等指标均具有显著的促进作用,适用于规模化水稻育苗生产。 展开更多

The paper discusses the framework for a risk-informed root cause analysis process.Such process enables scaling of the analysis performed based on the risk associated with the undesired event or condition,thereby creating tiers of analysis where the greater the risk,the more sophisticated the analysis.In a risk-informed root cause analysis process,a situation is normally not analyzed at a level less than what actually occurred.However,a situation may be investigated as though the consequence were greater than actually happened,especially if only slight differences in circumstances could result in a significantly higher consequence.While operational events or safety issues are normally expected to result only with negligible or marginal actual consequences,many of those would actually have certain potential to develop or propagate into catastrophic events.This potential can be expressed qualitatively or quantitatively.Risk-informing of root cause analysis relies on mapping the event or safety issue into a risk matrix which,traditionally,is a two-dimensional probability-consequence matrix.A new concept employed in the risk matrix for root cause analysis is that,while the probability reflects the observed or expected range of values(retaining,thus,its“traditional”meaning),the consequence reflects not only the observed or materialized impact(such as failure of equipment)but,also,its potential to propagate or develop into highly undesirable final state.The paper presents main elements of risk-informed root cause analysis process and discusses qualitative and quantitative aspects and approaches to determination of risk significance of operational events or safety issues. 展开更多

【目的】探究不同种类的微生物菌剂对黄瓜幼苗生长及基质理化指标的影响,为黄瓜育苗阶段微生物菌剂的施用提供理论依据。【方法】以‘博耐35B’为试验材料,设置T1(解淀粉芽孢杆菌)、T2(枯草芽孢杆菌)、T3(甲基芽孢杆菌)、T4(胶质芽孢杆... 【目的】探究不同种类的微生物菌剂对黄瓜幼苗生长及基质理化指标的影响,为黄瓜育苗阶段微生物菌剂的施用提供理论依据。【方法】以‘博耐35B’为试验材料,设置T1(解淀粉芽孢杆菌)、T2(枯草芽孢杆菌)、T3(甲基芽孢杆菌)、T4(胶质芽孢杆菌)、T5(放线菌)、T6(哈茨木霉菌)、T7(EM菌)、T8(叶芭复合微生物菌剂)等8个菌剂处理进行育苗试验,菌剂采用拌基质的方式施入,用量为3.75×10^(8) CFU/株,以用清水代替微生物菌剂的处理为对照(CK)。于播后15,25,35 d时,取样测定株高、茎粗,采用根扫描仪对根系进行扫描,测量根长、根表面积、根体积、根直径和根尖数;于播后35 d测定黄瓜叶片的叶长、叶宽,计算叶面积,测量植株地上部干鲜质量、地下部干鲜质量,并计算根冠比、壮苗指数和生长函数,并测定栽培基质pH、电导率(EC),全氮、全磷、全钾含量及脲酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性。于幼苗长至两叶一心时,测定叶绿素含量和根系活力。运用主成分分析法对微生物菌剂的作用效果进行综合评价。【结果】在播后15~25 d,各菌剂对黄瓜幼苗株高有抑制作用,35 d时有的表现为促进作用,有的表现为抑制作用,但差异大多不显著;各菌剂对黄瓜幼苗茎粗表现为促进作用,且随着时间的延长促进作用更趋明显;播后35 d,T1处理的叶面积最大。T7处理的地下部干鲜质量、根冠比最大,根长、根表面积、根体积、根平均直径和根尖数表现较好。T5处理的根系活力最大;不同菌剂对幼苗叶绿素含量有一定程度的提升作用,其中以T5和T7处理效果较好。各菌剂处理对土壤pH、EC有一定影响,但均在植株可正常生长的范围内。土壤脲酶和磷酸酶活性以T7处理最大,较对照分别提高了11.76%和50.48%;过氧化氢酶活性以T3处理最高,但与T7处理无显著性差异;蔗糖酶活性以T4处理最高。T7处理的全氮、全磷、全钾含量较高,其中全氮、全磷含量分别较对照提高了6.24%和41.3%。主成分分析结果显示,T7处理(EM菌剂)排名第一,处理效果最好。【结论】EM菌剂可以有效促进黄瓜幼苗的生长,提高基质中的养分含量和酶活性。 展开更多

针对目前BDS/INS定位系统模型应用于列车定位时存在较大噪声,导致定位精度不高的问题,设计了基于BDS/INS的列车紧耦合组合定位系统模型,建立了考虑多种因素的系统状态方程和量测方程,提出了基于均方根无迹信息滤波的列车定位信息融合算... 针对目前BDS/INS定位系统模型应用于列车定位时存在较大噪声,导致定位精度不高的问题,设计了基于BDS/INS的列车紧耦合组合定位系统模型,建立了考虑多种因素的系统状态方程和量测方程,提出了基于均方根无迹信息滤波的列车定位信息融合算法(SR-UIF)。该算法采用无迹变换处理系统方程的均值和协方差,得到相应的Sigma点集及其权重,获得具有不同权重采样点,并在量测更新过程中,建立信息矩阵和信息向量,利用其均方根估计下一时刻系统状态的均值和方差,减少运算复杂度,降低噪声影响。仿真分析表明,与UKF算法相比,SR-UIF算法降低了噪声对列车定位系统的影响,减小了列车的位置误差和速度误差,提高了列车定位的精度和实时性。在卫星信号失锁的行车区间,SR-UIF算法依然能够在一定时间内解算出较高精度且相对稳定的定位信息,可以为列车提供可靠的运行信息。 展开更多

目的分析口腔正畸致牙根吸收的危险因素,并构建其预测模型。方法选取2021年9月至2023年6月南阳市第二人民医院收治的126例口腔正畸患者进行前瞻性研究,根据是否发生牙根吸收分为吸收组51例和未吸收组75例。比较两组患者的临床资料和加... 目的分析口腔正畸致牙根吸收的危险因素,并构建其预测模型。方法选取2021年9月至2023年6月南阳市第二人民医院收治的126例口腔正畸患者进行前瞻性研究,根据是否发生牙根吸收分为吸收组51例和未吸收组75例。比较两组患者的临床资料和加力前、加力后2周、加力后3周龈沟液基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、白介素-17(IL-17)表达水平,运用多因素Logistic回归分析口腔正畸致牙根吸收的相关危险因素,运用R语言绘制口腔正畸致牙根吸收的预测模型,运用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线、校准曲线、临床影响曲线分别评价所建立模型的区分度、校准度,预测结果与实际情况的符合度。结果吸收组患者的牙齿垂直向位置低位患者占比、拔牙患者占比、矫正器作用力方式持续性患者占比分别为76.47%、41.18%、68.63%,显著高于未吸收组的14.67%、9.33%、40.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸收组加力后2周、加力后3周MMP-9分别为(5.71±1.88)ng/mL、(5.24±1.73)ng/mL,IL-17分别为(28.65±9.14)pg/mL、(21.00±6.78)pg/mL,明显高于未吸收组的(3.26±1.05)ng/mL、(2.90±0.85)ng/mL和(17.30±5.75)pg/mL、(10.51±3.48)pg/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,牙齿垂直向位置低位、拔牙、矫正器作用力方式持续性、加力后2周MMP-9和IL-17升高均是口腔正畸致牙根吸收的相关危险因素(P<0.05);基于多因素Logistic回归分析结果建立的口腔正畸致牙根吸收预测模型的C-index为0.923;绘制ROC曲线分析结果显示,所建立的口腔正畸致牙根吸收预测模型的ROC下面积(AUC)为0.923(95%CI:0.876~0.969);绘制校准曲线显示,校准曲线与理想曲线贴合良好,模型与实际观测结果有较好的一致性;绘制临床影响曲线显示,被口腔正畸致牙根吸收的预测模型划分为高风险的人数与实际情况的符合度较高。结论牙齿垂直向位置低位、拔牙、矫正器作用力方式持续性、加力后2周MMP-9和IL-17升高均是口腔正畸致牙根吸收的相关危险因素,基于以上因素的预测模型具有良好的预测能力,能为临床早期预测患者牙根吸收的风险提供重要的参考信息。 展开更多

为揭示风机叶片12.9级高强度叶根螺栓极限及疲劳承载特性,建立了叶根螺栓预埋螺栓套连接完整有限元模型,分析螺栓自身设计参数缩颈、不同屈服比例的预紧力对叶根极限承载的影响规律,进而研究不同设计参数下螺栓应力范围.搭建12.9级叶根... 为揭示风机叶片12.9级高强度叶根螺栓极限及疲劳承载特性,建立了叶根螺栓预埋螺栓套连接完整有限元模型,分析螺栓自身设计参数缩颈、不同屈服比例的预紧力对叶根极限承载的影响规律,进而研究不同设计参数下螺栓应力范围.搭建12.9级叶根螺栓疲劳试验平台,测试螺栓疲劳等级,突破现有规范对疲劳等级的取值,以及不同参数取值下螺栓的S/N曲线.基于马尔科夫载荷矩阵研究不同S/N曲线、不同设计参数下叶根螺栓疲劳承载的关联关系.结果表明:螺栓施加同一屈服比例的预紧力时,缩颈越大,极限承载能力越高;疲劳载荷过大时,接触面螺栓附近开口出现,弯矩非线性增加,此时缩颈将不能降低螺栓应力范围;螺栓S/N曲线指数取值越大,疲劳损伤越小;若能突破疲劳等级的取值,螺栓设计参数对疲劳损伤的制约将大幅降低. 展开更多

基于MALDI质谱成像技术原位解析黄芩根腐病组织中的代谢变化

黄芩的药用部位是其干燥根,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等功效。茄病镰孢菌Fusarium solani是导致黄芩患根腐病的病原微生物之一,而该病害会显著降低黄芩的品质。目前研究很少对黄芩根腐病组织的代谢变化进行分析。该文通过对... 黄芩的药用部位是其干燥根,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等功效。茄病镰孢菌Fusarium solani是导致黄芩患根腐病的病原微生物之一,而该病害会显著降低黄芩的品质。目前研究很少对黄芩根腐病组织的代谢变化进行分析。该文通过对健康黄芩根组织接种茄病镰孢菌以建立根腐病模型;采用甲苯胺蓝、WGA染色观察病原菌的定殖特征;利用基质辅助激光解吸电离质谱成像(MALDI-MSI)技术对黄芩根组织切片中的代谢物进行成像分析;通过生物转化实验验证茄病镰孢菌对黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷的降解能力。结果表明,患病黄芩根组织的韧皮部附近有大量真菌定殖并形成死亡组织。利用MALDI-MSI进行的可视化分析,发现氨基酸类、有机酸类、糖类、黄酮类、酚酸类等代谢产物的含量及空间分布在2种组织中具有显著差异。生物转化实验验证了茄病镰孢菌能够显著降解黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷。该研究首次表征了黄芩根腐病组织中代谢产物变化的空间分布特征,揭示了病原菌侵染过程中代谢物的变化规律,初步阐明了根腐病影响药材品质的病理机制,为建立基于代谢标志物的早期预警系统、指导抗病品种选育及质量控制提供参考。 展开更多
