目的:探讨扶正合剂治疗脾肺两虚型反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿的疗效以及对中医证候积分、血清因子及免疫功能的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将120例小儿脾肺两虚型RRTI患儿分为对照组(60例,给予泛福舒治疗)和试验组(60例,给予泛福舒联合... 目的:探讨扶正合剂治疗脾肺两虚型反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿的疗效以及对中医证候积分、血清因子及免疫功能的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将120例小儿脾肺两虚型RRTI患儿分为对照组(60例,给予泛福舒治疗)和试验组(60例,给予泛福舒联合扶正合剂治疗)。观察治疗后两组疗效、临床症状消失所需时长,记录两组治疗前、后中医症候积分、血清因子、免疫功能,比较不良反应。结果:治疗前,两组反复感冒、恶寒、不耐寒凉、动则汗出、面色萎黄、咳嗽无力、食欲不振、脘腹胀满、瘦弱评分,临床症状消失所需时长,血清因子水平及免疫功能水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组反复感冒、恶寒、不耐寒凉、动则汗出、面色萎黄、咳嗽无力、食欲不振、脘腹胀满、瘦弱评分,临床症状消失所需时长,血清因子水平及免疫功能水平均明显改善;与对照组比较,试验组反复感冒、恶寒、不耐寒凉、动则汗出、面色萎黄、咳嗽无力、食欲不振、脘腹胀满、瘦弱评分,临床症状消失所需时长,血清因子水平及免疫功能水平改善更明显,且疗效更高,不良反应更低(P<0.05)。结论:小儿脾肺两虚型RRTI患儿采用扶正合剂治疗,可缓解相关临床症状,降低中医症候积分,缩短临床症状消失时间,值得在临床应用。 展开更多

卫星姿态的准确建模对精密卫星钟差估计和精密单点定位(PPP)均具有显著影响。本文阐明了卫星姿态与天线相位中心改正、相位缠绕的数学关联,对比分析了GLONASS-K与GLONASS-M+卫星的姿态建模差异,并基于2024年半年的数据评估了3种姿态策略... 卫星姿态的准确建模对精密卫星钟差估计和精密单点定位(PPP)均具有显著影响。本文阐明了卫星姿态与天线相位中心改正、相位缠绕的数学关联,对比分析了GLONASS-K与GLONASS-M+卫星的姿态建模差异,并基于2024年半年的数据评估了3种姿态策略对GLONASS卫星钟差精度和PPP定位性能的影响。研究表明:GLONASS-K卫星姿态异常平均持续5~6 d左右,明显短于GLONASS-M+卫星;现阶段IGS分析中心的GLONASS-K卫星的姿态四元数仍沿用旧模型或名义姿态模型,太阳高度角趋近于0°时,最大偏航角差异分别达到90°和180°;采用名义姿态或者GLONASS-M+姿态计算的GLONASS卫星钟差精度分别降低了29.6%和3.7%,相应的PPP定位精度分别降低了15.4%和3.7%。 展开更多

面向靠离泊船只近岸侧外壁的平面提取方法

针对散料杂货港口需要检测靠离泊大型散货船以避免事故的需求,考虑到船体方形系数大的特点,将完整船体的检测任务简化为对船只近岸侧外壁的平面特征提取任务,因此,提出了一种基于快速点特征直方图(Fast point feature histogram,FPFH)... 针对散料杂货港口需要检测靠离泊大型散货船以避免事故的需求,考虑到船体方形系数大的特点,将完整船体的检测任务简化为对船只近岸侧外壁的平面特征提取任务,因此,提出了一种基于快速点特征直方图(Fast point feature histogram,FPFH)的模板匹配与改进的M采样估计一致性(M-estimate sample consensus,MSAC)平面拟合的船只近岸侧外壁平面特征提取方法。首先根据现场情况等先验知识设定模板点云,在采集原始点云后进行预处理,获得目标点云;然后估计法向量,计算FPFH特征并进行模板匹配,获得船只近岸侧外壁平面点云;根据船只近岸侧外壁平面点云的法向量方向进行层次密度聚类(Hierarchical density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise,HDBSCAN),再进行考虑法向量因子的MSAC平面拟合,从而提取出靠离泊船只近岸侧外壁的平面特征。经现场数据验证,该方法比现有方法具有更低的平均相对误差,且处理每帧点云用时的标准差也更低,帧均用时也低于雷达每帧采样用时,可以满足现场实时性需求。 展开更多
