According to Chinese daylighting climate data,combined with the standard of Commission Inernationale de l'Eclairgae(CIE) general sky luminance distribution(SLD),the sky luminance distribution of typical daylighting climate zones in China was studied.Through the research on reference SLD of overcast,intermediate and clear types,the standards of clear and overcast SLD are consistent with CIE general sky,and the intermediate SLD has greater error with CIE general sky.The main types of Chinese sky luminance in different daylighting climate zones were obtained,which provide the basic data for simulation and forecast of China natural light,and provide reference for using the standard amendments of China future natural light. 展开更多

The small electron transport molecule, Tris(8-hydroxyquinolinato) aluminum(III)(Alq3), was graded dispersed along the film in the direction of growth in the hole transport polymer poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl)(P3HT, regiorandom) layer of the PLED, despite being dissolved in the same organic solvent as the polymer. The PLED reported here, which is composed of a graded structure, emitted brighter light than PLEDs composed of pure polymer or of a blend of active layers prepared by spin coating and/or vacuum spray methods. 展开更多

In this paper, a high-performance and low-complexity luminance transient improvement (LTI) algorithm is proposed and efficiently implemented on field programmable gate army (FPGA) devices, which can be widely used to enhance the sharpness of digital video. The proposed algorithm generates the cor- rection signal by using the difference of the outputs of two Gaussian filters with different variances, and then modulates the correction signal adaptively according to the local contrast information of video frames. A 2-D min/max nonlinear filter is employed to suppress overshoots around edges. The proposed algorithm is thoroughly confirmed by experiments and compared with other algorithms on irrkages, which produces steeper edges and better visual quality while suppressing noise and artifacts. And the hardware architecture suitable for FPGA implementation is optimized based on the property of the algorithm and proves to be effective and efficient in many respects, such as resource consumption, performance and reconfigura- bility. The specific implementation details on both Xilinx and Ahera FPGA devices are also described in this paper. 展开更多

Neuronal Response to Reward and Luminance in Macaque LIP During Saccadic Choice

Recent work in decision neuroscience suggests that visual saliency can interact with reward-based choice,and the lateral intraparietal cortex(LIP)is implicated in this process.In this study,we recorded from LIP neurons while monkeys performed a two alternative choice task in which the reward and luminance associated with each offer were varied independently.We discovered that the animal’s choice was dictated by the reward amount while the luminance had a marginal effect.In the LIP,neuronal activity corresponded well with the animal’s choice pattern,in that a majority of reward-modulated neurons encoded the reward amount in the neuron’s preferred hemifield with a positive slope.In contrast,compared to their responses to low luminance,an approximately equal proportion of luminance-sensitive neurons responded to high luminance with increased or decreased activity,leading to a much weaker population-level response.Meanwhile,in the non-preferred hemifield,the strength of encoding for reward amount and luminance was positively correlated,suggesting the integration of these two factors in the LIP.Moreover,neurons encoding reward and luminance were homogeneously distributed along the anterior-posterior axis of the LIP.Overall,our study provides further evidence supporting the neural instantiation of a priority map in the LIP in reward-based decisions. 展开更多

View synthesis is an important building block in three dimension(3D) video processing and communications.Based on one or several views,view synthesis creates other views for the purpose of view prediction(for compression) or view rendering(for multiview-display).The quality of view synthesis depends on how one fills the occlusion area as well as how the pixels are created.Consequently,luminance adjustment and hole filling are two key issues in view synthesis.In this paper,two views are used to produce an arbitrary virtual synthesized view.One view is merged into another view using a local luminance adjustment method,based on local neighborhood region for the calculation of adjustment coefficient.Moreover,a maximum neighborhood spreading strength hole filling method is presented to deal with the micro texture structure when the hole is being filled.For each pixel at the hole boundary,its neighborhood pixels with the maximum spreading strength direction are selected as candidates;and among them,the pixel with the maximum spreading strength is used to fill the hole from boundary to center.If there still exist disocclusion pixels after once scan,the filling process is repeated until all hole pixels are filled.Simulation results show that the proposed method is efficient,robust and achieves high performance in subjection and objection. 展开更多

Light-field displays typically consist of a two-dimensional(2D)display panel and a light modulation device.The 2D panel presents synthesized parallax images,with the total information content of the three-dimensional(3D)light feld dictated by the panel's total resolution.Angular resolution serves as a critical metric for light-field displays,where higher angular resolution correlates with a more realistic 3D visual experience.However,the improvement of angular resolution is typically accompanied by a reduction in spatial resolution,due to the limitations of the 2D display panel's total resolution.To address this challenge,a light-feld display method with enhanced information utilization is introduced,achieved through the independent modulation of chrominance and luminance.A static light-field image display system is proposed to verify the feasibility of this method.The system employs a bidirectional angular modulation grating(BAMG)and a collimated light source(CLS)to create uniformly distributed viewpoints in space.A luminance modulation film(LMF)and a chrominance modulation film(CMF)are utilized to modulate the light-field information,with chrominance and luminance synthesized images printed at pixel densities of 720 pixels per inch(PPl)and 8000 dots per inch(DPl),respectively,to align with the differential sensitivities of the human visual system.In the experiment,the proposed display system achieves a full-parallax,high-fidelity color display with a 98.2°horizontal and 97.7°vertical field of view(FOV).So,the light-feld display method of modulating chrominance and luminance separately has been proven to achieve high-fidelity display effects. 展开更多

Laser-remote activated phosphor(LARP)converted solid state lighting is now developing towards high power density and super-brightness,and phosphor ceramic converters with high efficiency,high thermal conductivity,acceptable transmittance and suitable spectra are thus required.Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12):Ce(YAG:Ce)-based ceramics are promising color converters to produce white light with a color temperature of 6000 K for vehicle headlamps,but the brightness and luminous efficiency are not well optimized.In this work,two series of Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce and Al_(2)O_(3)-(Gd,Y)AG:Ce transparent ceramics were fabricated by vacuum sintering,and their microstructure,thermal and optical properties were controlled by changing the Ce^(3+)or Al_(2)O_(3)content as well the thickness of the ceramics.Both Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2.925)Al_(5)O_(12):Ce_(0.0175)(AY0.0175)and Al_(2)O_(3)-(Gd0.1Y2.89)Al_(5)O_(12):Ce_(0.01)(AGY)ceramics containing 70%(in mass)Al_(2)O_(3)show a luminance saturation threshold of 30.3 W/mm^(2)and 38.4 W/mm^(2),enabling to produce white light with a color temperature of 6000 K,luminous flux of 1928 lm and 3101 lm,luminous efficiency of 135.0 lm/W and 161.1 lm/W when pumped by blue laser diodes,respectively.This work provides a solution to finely control the composition,microstructure,and optical properties of transparent ceramics for super-high brightness laser-driven solid-state lighting. 展开更多

Core-cladding-like phosphor ceramic wafer:A path to ultrahigh luminance

The utilization of blue lasers to excite phosphor materials holds great potential for the development of high-brightness laser-driven light sources.However,phosphor materials that can simultaneously constrain light spot expansion and enhance the maximum luminous flux have been elusive,thereby limiting the output luminance.In this study,optical fiber-inspired core–cladding phosphor ceramics(CCPC)of YAG:Ce@Al_(2)O_(3)wafers were engineered using a gel–casting technique to restrict light spot expansion.The smaller refractive index of Al_(2)O_(3),combined with the dense and sharp core–cladding interface of these CCPC,effectively confines the light spot area.The sample with a 1.0 mm core diameter has a small spot size nearly identical to that of the incident blue laser beam.Furthermore,the high thermal conductivity of the non-luminescent Al_(2)O_(3)cladding endows the CCPC with an impressive luminance saturation threshold of 30 W·mm^(-2)and a maximum luminous flux of 2100 lm for white light within a straightforward transmissive optical setup.The combination of a confined light-spot area and elevated luminous flux results in an ultra-high luminance of 3900 lm·mm^(-2),surpassing current reports.This research presents a pioneering approach to the design of phosphor materials,targeting the realization of light sources with unprecedented luminance for broad frontier applications. 展开更多

Metal halide perovskite light emitting diodes(PeLEDs)have recently experienced rapid development due to the tunable emission wavelengths,narrow emission linewidth and low material cost.To achieve stateof-the-art performance,the high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of the active emission layer,the balanced charge injection,and the optimized optical extraction should be considered simultaneously.Multiple chemical passivation strategies have been provided as controllable and efficient methods to improve the PLQY of the perovskite layer.However,high luminance under large injection current and high external quantum efficiency(EQE)can hardly be achieved due to Auger recombination at high carrier density.Here,we decreased the electron injection barrier by tuning the Fermi-level of the perovskite,leading to a reduced turn on voltage.Through molecular doping of the hole injection material,a more balanced hole injection was achieved.At last,a device with modified charge injection realizes high luminance and quantum efficiency simultaneously.The best device exhibits luminance of 55,000 cd m^-2 EQE of 8.02%at the working voltage of 2.65 V,current density of 115 mA cm^-2,and shows EQE T50 stability around 160 min at 100 mA cm^-2 injection current density. 展开更多

However, HUDs can also distract a pilot. This study shows that HUD luminance non-uniformity may force inappropriate distribution of attention between the events shown on HUD symbology and the outside scene because of the resultant differential contrast in the display area. Results of statistical analysis demonstrate considerable effects of HUD image luminance and ambient luminance, as well as their interaction, on the detection of events displayed on an HUD and the outside scene. 展开更多

目的探讨基于多序列磁共振组学特征及临床-病理特征的联合模型对Luminal型和非Luminal型乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法收集取得病理诊断结果的202例乳腺癌患者,按照7∶3分层抽样分为训练组和验证组,在磁共振图像手动勾画感兴趣区,并提取磁共... 目的探讨基于多序列磁共振组学特征及临床-病理特征的联合模型对Luminal型和非Luminal型乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法收集取得病理诊断结果的202例乳腺癌患者,按照7∶3分层抽样分为训练组和验证组,在磁共振图像手动勾画感兴趣区,并提取磁共振组学特征。应用方差阈值法和最小绝对收缩和选择算法对数据降维。基于筛选组学特征,采用logistic回归构建模型。同时分析临床-病理特征并构建临床模型。基于磁共振组学评分和临床-病理特征建立联合模型。使用受试者工作特征曲线评估模型的诊断价值。结果磁共振组学模型、临床模型、联合模型在验证组的曲线下面积分别为0.749、0.799、0.844,其中联合模型的诊断效果最佳。决策曲线显示,联合模型更具有临床价值。结论采用多序列磁共振组学和临床-病理特征结合构建联合诊断模型具有较好的诊断价值,有望成为术前鉴别Luminal型和非Luminal型乳腺癌的一种重要无创手段。 展开更多

目的探讨基于动态对比增强(dynamic contrast enhanced,DCE)及高分辨率延迟期图像的夏普利加性解释(SHapley Additive exPlanations,SHAP)机器学习模型术前预测浸润性乳腺癌luminal和非luminal分型的价值。材料与方法回顾性收集182例经... 目的探讨基于动态对比增强(dynamic contrast enhanced,DCE)及高分辨率延迟期图像的夏普利加性解释(SHapley Additive exPlanations,SHAP)机器学习模型术前预测浸润性乳腺癌luminal和非luminal分型的价值。材料与方法回顾性收集182例经病理证实为非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌患者的临床-病理-影像资料,依据病理结果分为luminal组(121例)和非luminal组(61例)。利用3D slicer软件在浸润性乳腺癌患者的DCE及高分辨率延迟期乳腺MRI影像上,勾画病灶边缘并提取影像组学特征。按7∶3比例随机分为训练集和测试集。采用单因素t检验或者U检验、最小绝对收缩和选择算子(least absolute shrinkage and selection operator,LASSO)筛选特征。通过logistic、支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)、AdaBoost算法分别建立临床模型、影像组学模型、联合模型。并通过受试者工作特征曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)、准确率、敏感度、特异度评估模型的效能,模型预测效能的比较采用DeLong检验。通过SHAP分析可视化特征在模型中的贡献。结果组织学分级、糖类抗原-125在两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过降维后DCE和高分辨率延迟期图像分别剩余2个和4个最佳影像组学特征。基于DCE特征-高分辨率延迟期特征-临床特征的logistic、SVM、AdaBoost联合模型效能较好,在训练集的AUC分别为0.854、0.853、0.962,准确率分别为:71.8%、75.1%、89.4%,敏感度分别为:74.0%、77.3%、85.1%,特异度分别为:69.7%、72.9%、93.6%;在测试集的AUC分别为0.828、0.836、0.802,准确率分别为72.5%、76.3%、72.5%,敏感度分别为:74.1%、77.0%、71.8%,特异度分别为67.5%、74.5%、73.5%。logistic、AdaBoost的联合模型在训练集及测试集之间差异有统计学意义(P值分别为:P=0.044,P<0.001)。SVM的联合模型在训练集和测试集之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.277)。在测试集,SVM的联合模型优于SVM的临床模型,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论可解释性机器学习模型可术前预测浸润性乳腺癌luminal和非luminal分型,对患者制订个性化治疗方案和预后评估有着重要的临床应用价值。 展开更多

目的:归纳总结乳腺实性乳头状癌(SPC)的磁共振成像特征,评估术前危险程度。方法:回顾性分析134例手术病理为乳腺SPC(其中原位癌45例,浸润癌89例)的临床、磁共振影像及病理资料。结果:浸润癌肿块直径(中位数)大于原位癌(2.3 cm vs 1.2 cm... 目的:归纳总结乳腺实性乳头状癌(SPC)的磁共振成像特征,评估术前危险程度。方法:回顾性分析134例手术病理为乳腺SPC(其中原位癌45例,浸润癌89例)的临床、磁共振影像及病理资料。结果:浸润癌肿块直径(中位数)大于原位癌(2.3 cm vs 1.2 cm,P<0.001)。浸润癌相对原位癌病灶弥散加权成像(DWI)高信号[对应表观弥散系数(ADC)图低信号]者所占比例更高(56/60 vs 12/19,P=0.001)。原位癌肿块以均匀强化为主,浸润癌肿块以不均匀强化为主(P=0.001)。浸润癌肿块伴周围非肿块强化较原位癌更多见(P=0.037)。表现为非肿块强化的浸润癌相对原位癌病灶T2呈高信号者所占比例更高(19/29 vs 10/26,P=0.047)。原位癌均无淋巴结转移,7例浸润癌伴淋巴结转移(2例前哨淋巴结转移,5例腋窝淋巴结转移,1例内乳淋巴结转移)。所有乳腺SPC均是Luminal分型。结论:肿块大小、病灶DWI高信号(对应ADC图低信号)、肿块的强化方式、肿块伴非肿块强化、非肿块T2W高信号、淋巴结转移阳性等是评估乳腺SPC危险程度的关键信息。 展开更多

目的探讨Luminal B型乳腺癌组织中X染色体连锁凋亡抑制蛋白相关因子1(XAF1)、磷酸烯醇丙酮酸羧激酶1(PCK1)表达及与病人预后的关系。方法2016年1月~2018年1月Luminal B型乳腺癌病人95例,均行手术治疗,术中收集癌组织及距离癌组织>5 c... 目的探讨Luminal B型乳腺癌组织中X染色体连锁凋亡抑制蛋白相关因子1(XAF1)、磷酸烯醇丙酮酸羧激酶1(PCK1)表达及与病人预后的关系。方法2016年1月~2018年1月Luminal B型乳腺癌病人95例,均行手术治疗,术中收集癌组织及距离癌组织>5 cm的癌旁组织,免疫组化法检测组织中XAF1、PCK1蛋白阳性表达情况。分析XAF1、PCK1蛋白表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征关系,采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制不同XAF1、PCK1蛋白表达乳腺癌病人的生存曲线,生存率的比较采用Log-rank检验,多因素Cox回归分析影响乳腺癌预后的相关因素。结果GEPIA数据库分析显示,乳腺癌组织中XAF1、PCK1 mRNA表达水平均低于正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌组织XAF1、PCK1蛋白阳性表达率分别低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织XAF1阳性表达与临床分期、淋巴结发生转移及组织学分级、Ki-67表达状态有关,PCK1阳性表达与临床分期、淋巴结发生转移及Ki-67表达状态有关(P<0.05)。XAF1阳性表达者5年总生存率高于阴性表达(Log-rank χ^(2)=5.101,P=0.024),PCK1阳性表达病人5年总生存率高于阴性表达(Log-rank χ^(2)=6.515,P=0.011)。临床分期Ⅲ期、XAF1阴性表达、PCK1阴性表达是不良预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论XAF1和PCK1在Luminal B型乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率降低,与部分临床病理特征及术后5年生存率有关,XAF1、PCK1阴性表达者术后5年生存率较差。 展开更多

目的对比T1-2N1-2M0期luminal型乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗(neoadjuvant chemotherapy,NAC)与辅助化疗(adjuvant chemotherapy,AC)后的预后差异并分析影响预后的因素。方法回顾性收集2014年1月至2019年12月期间就诊于川北医学院附属医院具有... 目的对比T1-2N1-2M0期luminal型乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗(neoadjuvant chemotherapy,NAC)与辅助化疗(adjuvant chemotherapy,AC)后的预后差异并分析影响预后的因素。方法回顾性收集2014年1月至2019年12月期间就诊于川北医学院附属医院具有完整随访资料且符合纳入标准的luminal型乳腺癌患者,NAC与AC均使用基于蒽环类药物的化疗方案。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制的生存曲线进行生存分析,同时采用Cox比例风险回归(简称“Cox回归”)分析影响5年累积总生存率的风险因素。检验水准α=0.05。结果共纳入符合纳入标准的luminal型乳腺癌患者206例(NAC者99例、AC者107例),其中luminal A型101例(AC者57例、NAC者44例),luminal B型105例(AC者50例、NAC者55例)。中位随访72.5个月时,全患者中行AC和NAC患者的5年累积总生存率的差异无统计学意义(89.7%比88.9%,P=0.571),然而行AC者的5年累积无病生存率高于行NAC患者(85.0%比73.5%,P<0.001)。亚组分析结果显示,luminal A型和B型患者中行AC和NAC患者的5年累积总生存率比较差异均无统计学意义(94.7%比86.4%,P=0.727;84.0%比89.3%,P=0.864);而luminal A型患者中行AC者的5年累积无病生存率高于行NAC患者(93.0%比77.3%,P<0.001),但在luminal B型患者中行AC和NAC患者的5年累积无病生存率的差异无统计学意义(74.0%比71.4%,P=0.201)。多因素Cox回归分析结果显示,N2分期[HR(95%CI)=2.290(1.249,4.196)]、有脉管癌栓[HR(95%CI)=2.181(1.182,4.026)]、未行内分泌治疗[HR(95%CI)=6.013(2.590,13.965)]、NAC后未达病理完全缓解[HR(95%CI)=2.403(1.284,4.496)]为影响T1-2N1-2M0期luminal型乳腺癌患者5年累积总生存率的独立危险因素。结论本研究结果提示,T1-2N1-2M0期luminal型乳腺癌患者能从AC中获得更高的无病生存率,但仍需综合考虑患者的病情比如淋巴结转移、脉管癌栓等因素,制定个体化治疗方案,以提高患者的总生存率。 展开更多

目的探讨新疆地区Luminal B型乳腺癌患者生存预后的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2015—2019年新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院Luminal B型乳腺癌患者的临床数据,基于病例队列设计下加权Cox比例风险模型确定患者的独立预后因素并构建列线图;以全... 目的探讨新疆地区Luminal B型乳腺癌患者生存预后的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2015—2019年新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院Luminal B型乳腺癌患者的临床数据,基于病例队列设计下加权Cox比例风险模型确定患者的独立预后因素并构建列线图;以全队列样本作为验证集进行外部验证,使用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线、校准曲线以及临床决策曲线(DCA)评估模型的有效性以及临床实用性。结果单因素及多因素加权Cox比例风险模型结果显示,ER表达[HR=0.268,95%CI(0.118,0.607)]、PR表达[HR=0.599,95%CI(0.369,0.973)]、HER-2表达[HR=1.571,95%CI(1.044,2.366)]、临床分期Ⅱ期[HR=2.533,95%CI(1.460,4.394)]、Ⅲ期[HR=5.437,95%CI(3.101,9.534)]以及Ⅳ期[HR=21.359,95%CI(9.933,45.929)]接受术后治疗[HR=0.546,95%CI(0.375,0.795)]及保乳术[HR=0.366,95%CI(0.175,0.764)]、根治术[HR=0.536,95%CI(0.314,0.913)]是Luminal B型乳腺癌患者独立预后因素(P均<0.05)。通过纳入以上变量构建并验证预测患者1、4、7年总生存率的列线图,ROC曲线、校准曲线以及DCA曲线在病例队列与全队列样本中均证实该列线图具有良好的区分度、校准度以及临床实用性。结论基于病例队列设计下加权Cox比例风险模型构建的列线图对新疆Luminal B型乳腺癌患者的生存预后具有良好的预测价值,能够为个性化诊疗提供科学依据。 展开更多

目的:探讨PIK3CA突变对Luminal型乳腺癌免疫微环境的影响,以及pH响应性聚合物胶束依赖的药物靶向递送重塑PIK3CA突变Luminal型乳腺癌肿瘤免疫微环境的作用。方法:采用生物信息学分析PIK3CA在乳腺癌中的突变特点;构建PIK3CA突变的Lumina... 目的:探讨PIK3CA突变对Luminal型乳腺癌免疫微环境的影响,以及pH响应性聚合物胶束依赖的药物靶向递送重塑PIK3CA突变Luminal型乳腺癌肿瘤免疫微环境的作用。方法:采用生物信息学分析PIK3CA在乳腺癌中的突变特点;构建PIK3CA突变的Luminal型乳腺癌小鼠移植瘤模型,通过单细胞质谱流式技术(mass cytometry,CyTOF)探究肿瘤免疫微环境的变化;收集2004年8月至2008年12月天津医科大学肿瘤医院62例Luminal型乳腺癌患者(BRCA cohort)组织样本,在组织水平探索PIK3CA突变与肿瘤免疫微环境的关系;负载Alpelisib的pH响应性聚合物胶束(Alpelisib@MSPM)的制备和表征鉴定;动物实验探究Alpelisib@MSPM对PIK3CA突变Luminal型乳腺癌的治疗效果。结果:PIK3CA是乳腺癌中最常见的突变基因之一,尤其在Luminal型乳腺癌中,其突变频率最高;通过CyTOF分析发现在PIK3CA突变乳腺癌移植瘤中PIK3CA突变可以驱动肿瘤免疫抑制微环境的形成;多重荧光免疫组织化学分析发现PIK3CA突变显著影响乳腺癌免疫微环境,呈现骨髓来源抑制细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSCs)高浸润和CD8+T细胞低浸润现象;成功制备负载Alpelisib的pH响应性聚合物胶束,胶束的平均粒径约127 nm;经Alpelisib和Alpelisib@MSPM治疗后,PIK3CA突变的Luminal型乳腺癌小鼠肿瘤生长缓慢,肿瘤免疫微环境中MDSCs的比例明显降低,CD8_+T细胞的比例显著升高,并且在Alpelisib@MSPM组中治疗效果更加显著。结论:PIK3CA突变驱动Luminal型乳腺癌免疫抑制微环境的形成,pH响应性聚合物胶束依赖的Alpelisib靶向递送能够显著增强乳腺癌的治疗效果。 展开更多

pT1-2N1M0乳腺癌不同分子亚型的临床病理特征及对放疗的指导价值

目的探索不同分子亚型在pT1-2N1M0乳腺癌患者中的预后差异及对术后放疗的决策作用。方法回顾性分析2008年—2018年四川大学华西医院就诊的1526例pT1-2N1M0乳腺癌患者的临床病理资料。运用χ^(2)检验分析不同分子亚型患者的基线分布差异... 目的探索不同分子亚型在pT1-2N1M0乳腺癌患者中的预后差异及对术后放疗的决策作用。方法回顾性分析2008年—2018年四川大学华西医院就诊的1526例pT1-2N1M0乳腺癌患者的临床病理资料。运用χ^(2)检验分析不同分子亚型患者的基线分布差异,运用Kaplan-Meier生存分析和对数秩检验绘制生存曲线和分析比较各亚型患者的总生存(overall survival,OS)率和乳腺癌特异性生存(breast cancer-specific survival,BCSS)率,运用Cox回归模型分析Luminal分型以及根治术后放疗与否等临床病理特征与乳腺癌根治术后患者生存情况的关系。结果在1526例pT1-2N1M0乳腺癌患者中,Luminal A型共674例(44.2%),Luminal B型530例(34.7%),人表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,Her-2)过表达型174例(11.4%),三阴性148例(9.7%)。Luminal A、Luminal B、Her-2过表达型和三阴性4种分子亚型患者5年OS率分别为98.6%、94.3%、95.5%和91.2%(χ^(2)=11.712,P=0.001),5年BCSS率分别为99.3%、94.6%、95.5%和92.5%(χ^(2)=18.547,P<0.001)。多因素Cox回归分析提示是否绝经[风险比=0.483,95%置信区间(0.253,0.923),P=0.028]以及是否内分泌治疗[风险比=2.021,95%置信区间(1.012,4.034),P=0.046]是影响pT1-2N1M0乳腺癌患者术后5年OS率的预后因素,尚不能认为Luminal分型和术后放疗是影响该部分患者术后5年OS率的预后因素(P>0.05)。结论在pT1-2N1M0乳腺癌患者中,三阴性患者5年OS率及5年BCSS率最低,Luminal分型、术后放疗与否与患者术后生存情况的关系,今后还需进一步研究。 展开更多
