Inspired by this idea, an approach that constructs lower concept semi-lattice called non-frequent concept semi-lattice in this paper is introduced, and the method is based on subposition assembly. Primarily, we illustrate the theoretical framework of subposition assembly for non-frequent concept semi-lattice. Second, an algorithm called Nocose based on this framework is proposed. Under the paradigm of Industry 5.0,intelligent manufacturing transcends mere efficiency enhancement by emphasizing human-machine collaboration,where human expertise plays a central role in assembly processes.Despite advancements in intelligent and digital technologies,assembly process design still heavily relies on manual knowledge reuse,and inefficiencies and inconsistent quality in process documentation are caused.To address the aforementioned issues,this paper proposes a knowledge push method of complex product assembly process design based on distillation model-based dynamically enhanced graph and Bayesian network.First,an initial knowledge graph is constructed using a BERT-BiLSTM-CRF model trained with integrated human expertise and a fine-tuned large language model.Then,a confidence-based dynamic weighted fusion strategy is employed to achieve dynamic incremental construction of the knowledge graph with low resource consumption.Subsequently,a Bayesian network model is constructed based on the relationships between assembly components,assembly features,and operations.Bayesian network reasoning is used to push assembly process knowledge under different design requirements.Finally,the feasibility of the Bayesian network construction method and the effectiveness of Bayesian network reasoning are verified through a specific example,significantly improving the utilization of assembly process knowledge and the efficiency of assembly process design. 展开更多

应用Gibson Assembly连接法精确快速构建狂犬病病毒SRV9株重组感染性cDNA克隆,为狂犬病病毒感染性cDNA克隆的构建提供新的方法。应用Gibson Assembly连接法在同一反应体系内,将多个片段和经限制性内切酶线性化的载体,按设计的顺序进行连... 应用Gibson Assembly连接法精确快速构建狂犬病病毒SRV9株重组感染性cDNA克隆,为狂犬病病毒感染性cDNA克隆的构建提供新的方法。应用Gibson Assembly连接法在同一反应体系内,将多个片段和经限制性内切酶线性化的载体,按设计的顺序进行连接,实现多个片段的一步组装。设计带有20bp^30bp重叠序列的PCR引物,扩增得到带有重叠序列的狂犬病病毒5个结构蛋白基因和增强型荧光蛋白基因。扩增的片段和线性化的载体经胶回收纯化后,与Gibson连接液混合后,50℃反应60min,连接产物转化Stbl3感受态细胞,提取重组质粒,经PCR、酶切和测序鉴定,缺失了病毒伪基因Ψ区和糖蛋白基因的跨膜区并且将增强型荧光蛋白基因插入糖蛋白基因终止密码子前,构建了全长17 600bp的重组质粒,完成了重组全长感染性cDNA克隆的构建。 展开更多

A workflow model of simulation modeling based on the virtual ship assembly process was also established; furthermore, a method of information transformation between the ship three-dimensional design and ship construction plan was formulated. To meet the requirements of information sharing between different systems in the ship virtual assembly, a simulation database was created by using the software engineering design method and the relational data model. With the application of this database, the information of ship three-dimensional design, construction planning, and virtual assembly can be integrated into one system. Subsequently, this new method was applied as a tool to simulate the virtual assembly of a ship, and the results guarantee its rationality and reliability. 展开更多

Cyclic Shear Tests on Key Connection Joints of Modularized Constructions

Modularized construction is a new type of prefabricated building system with green environmental protection and excellent performance. There are few studies on the seismic performance of its key connection joint. This paper presents a new type of assembled connection joint for the high-rise modularized construction. Cyclic shear tests of full-scale joints were carried out, and the key indexes of their seismic performances including the hysteretic performance, ductility, and energy dissipation capacity were analyzed and obtained. The results show that the hysteresis loops of longitudinal and lateral cyclic shear tests were both plump in shapes. The ductility coefficients were 4.54 and 4.98, and the energy dissipation coefficients were 1.83 and 1.43, respectively. The test joint had good ductility and energy dissipation capacity. The positions of yield failure of specimens were mainly concentrated in the connection areas between the column and short beam or end-plate. The research can provide the technical reference for the seismic design and engineering application of related modularized constructions. 展开更多

In this paper, the structural form of the project is frame structure, and the prefabrication rate is 80%. The main structures such as column, beam, laminated plate, balcony plate, toilet plate, exterior wall plate, gutter and parapet and so on are prefabricated components. According to the construction organization process of the project, the construction process of the assembled integral concrete frame structure is discussed. Firstly, the key preparation work in the early stage of prefabricated construction site is analyzed from three aspects: construction flow section division, component yard layout and component delivery plan. Secondly, the paper analyzes the construction organization process of the project, focusing on the interpenetration of construction processes. Finally, considering the key construction procedures and main influencing factors, the construction methods and solutions are put forward and applied to improve the adjustment of column reserved reinforcement, vertical grouting connection of precast column, supporting mode of external retaining wall of frame structure, hoisting mode of high prefabricated component and special planning of prefabricated construction with BIM Technology. In view of the problems such as backward production mode,poor quality stability,high safety risk and incomplete control system during erection of the reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders for high-speed railway(HSR),and in combination with the key points and main challenges in the reinforcement framework construction of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang HSR,the overall technical route for the intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders is put forward.The component design of reinforcement framework of simply supported box girder is carried out based on BIM,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified through segment assembly test.The assembly techniques are studied in combination with the mesh design scheme to achieve rapid forming of the reinforcement framework.R&D of automatic processing equipment for components,material transshipment equipment,automatic hoisting equipment and technological equipment for assembly clamping fixture are carried out to realize the overall design of equipment production line.An intelligent control system is developed for the whole-process intelligent construction of reinforcement framework to realize the full life-cycle applications for the workshop production and visual management including intelligent layout and quality traceability.The research results systematically optimize and innovate the assembly and forming technologies of reinforcement framework in the prefabrication beam yard of high-speed railway,realize the component processing,automatic assembly and information technology management,improve the construction quality,efficiency and information technology level of intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of railway prefabricated beam as a whole,and reduce the construction cost of the project.The research has realized a major breakthrough in the construction technology of railway prefabricated box girders,which has the extensive technical and market promotion values. 展开更多

为提升建造效率,桥梁工程广泛采用预制装配的工业化建造方式。然而,现场工序的临时调整极易引发装配失效,导致工期延误与成本超支,违背快速建造初衷。按既定单节段循环工序下料生产的斜拉桥预制构件,如何在调整后的双节段循环工序下实... 为提升建造效率,桥梁工程广泛采用预制装配的工业化建造方式。然而,现场工序的临时调整极易引发装配失效,导致工期延误与成本超支,违背快速建造初衷。按既定单节段循环工序下料生产的斜拉桥预制构件,如何在调整后的双节段循环工序下实现装配协调,是服从总体进度决策时面临的关键难题。该文融合无应力状态法和容差分配法,首先构建了基于机器学习的斜拉桥装配容差区间反演方法,再引入非负无量纲指标作为独立优化目标,以表征施工可操作性;然后采用GA-BPNN代理模型结合NSGA-II多目标优化算法,在结构安全性与设计最优性之间进行权衡寻优,并结合先验误差储备反演了某斜拉桥各部件的被动装配容差区间;最后融合工程前行节段实测数据,建立了面向主动容错的斜拉桥装配容差设计框架。结果表明:该区间反演方法能在保障结构安全性和设计最优性的前提下,有效提升施工现场的可操作性;与被动容差设计相比,主动容差设计方法可使G2梁段主梁拼装角度容差区间提升1.4倍,使斜拉索S16无应力索长容差区间提升2.1倍;主动容差分析框架通过调整后续部件的容差范围,可实现对装配失效场景的自适应应对,减少停工与返工现象。 展开更多

水上光伏模块化装配式双体船研制及应用

针对浅水区域水面光伏电站建设中传统工程船功能单一、重复利用率低、施工成本高的问题,结合上饶光伏发电技术领跑者鄱阳250 MW工程实例,研制了一种水上光伏模块化装配式双体船。该双体船通过“基础模块+功能模块”的二级架构设计,实现... 针对浅水区域水面光伏电站建设中传统工程船功能单一、重复利用率低、施工成本高的问题,结合上饶光伏发电技术领跑者鄱阳250 MW工程实例,研制了一种水上光伏模块化装配式双体船。该双体船通过“基础模块+功能模块”的二级架构设计,实现打桩船与重型设备运输吊装船的快速转换(功能转换时间不大于4 h),并通过吃水深度计算(不大于0.3 m)、稳定性分析(稳心高度0.82 m)及吊装安全性验算(浮力储备系数2.29)验证其性能。工程应用表明,该双体船在鄱阳项目中完成26 080根管桩施工及20 t级设备吊装,设备成本降低41.5%,重复利用率提升至95%,且满足浅水区域(水深不大于1.5 m)施工与环保要求。该双体船为水面光伏电站提供了高效装备解决方案,具备显著的工程适用性与推广价值。 展开更多
