Sulfadiazine(SD)is a common antibiotic administered to treat bacterial infections in livestock,and its fate andmigration are greatly affected by dissolved organicmatter(DOM).The soil infiltration system[a typical low-...Sulfadiazine(SD)is a common antibiotic administered to treat bacterial infections in livestock,and its fate andmigration are greatly affected by dissolved organicmatter(DOM).The soil infiltration system[a typical low-impact development(LID)facility]can significantly alterDOMproperties during runoff pollution,thus affecting the complexation of SDwithDOM.Here,the binding characteristics of different DOM components and SD in the soil infiltration system were explored using spectroscopic techniques(excitation–emission matrices,parallel factor analysis,and synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy).Combined with the weakening of DOM fluorescence intensity and 78.63%reduction in mean SD concentration following treatment,synchronous degradation may have occurred.The binding sequence of SD and DOM fluorophores was further explored using two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy.Effluent DOM showed greater sensitivity to SD and more binding sites than influent DOM.Moreover,hydrophobic protein-like substances exhibited higher log K_(M) values than other fluorescent components,indicating that protein-like components play significant roles in SD complexation.The soil percolation system improved the complexation stability and binding sequence of fulvic-like substances.Thus,SD–DOM can be intercepted and degraded using LID facilities to reduce the risk of SD in aquatic environments.展开更多

The development of skeletal muscle are complicated processes involving genes responsible for proper muscle morphology,contractility,cell proliferation,differentiation,interactions,migration,and death.The three-dimensi...The development of skeletal muscle are complicated processes involving genes responsible for proper muscle morphology,contractility,cell proliferation,differentiation,interactions,migration,and death.The three-dimensional chromatin architecture of skeletal muscle development has not been studied intensively although dynamic transcriptional regulation during differentiation of muscle cells is one of the most deeply studied processes.The RNA-seq was used to analyze the transcriptome pattern during chicken muscle development across 12 stages.Hi-C was used to build chromatin architectures during four representative stages.Ch IP-seq was conducted to identify enhancers and promoters in these four stages,which are occupied by histone H3K27ac and H3K4me3 peaks.Results show that large-scale genome architecture changes are mostly unidirectional,and coupled by complex on/off dynamic patterns of gene expression.Specifically,we observed 258.30 Mb of the genome undergoing A/B compartment switching.Notable alterations(316.57 Mb)of interaction frequencies within TADs were observed.Substantial aging-associated genes exhibited ascending connectivity with the compartment transition from repressive to active status during muscle development.Some muscle-related gene promoters that interacted with active enhancers during development,and some myopathy/aging-associated genes that were activated in aging muscle were founded.These results provide key insights into skeletal muscle development in vivo,and offer a valuable resource that allows in-depth functional characterization of candidate genes.展开更多

文摘With the advent of the big data era,modern statistics has enjoyed unprecedented development opportunities and also faced numerous new challenges.Traditional statistical computing methods are often limited by issues such as computer memory capacity and distributed storage of data across different locations,and are unable to directly apply to large-scale data sets.Therefore,in the context of big data,designing efficient and theoretically guaranteed statistical learning and inference algorithms has become a key issue that the current field of statistics urgently needs to address.In this paper,the application status of statistical analysis methods in the big data environment was systematically reviewed,and its future development directions were analyzed to provide reference and support for the further development of theory and methods of the statistical analysis of big data.
