Nowadays low-carbon development has become a hot issue of the whole world.This article first introduces the background of low-carbon economy,and then explains the importance of retailing companies in social economy an...Nowadays low-carbon development has become a hot issue of the whole world.This article first introduces the background of low-carbon economy,and then explains the importance of retailing companies in social economy and the reasons why they should operate in low-carbon mode.More specifically,low-carbon operation can not only improve the competitiveness of a retailing company by reducing operation cost and formatting good corporate image,but also benefit the whole society by reducing environment pollution and promoting low-carbon consumption and production.Only by adopting low-carbon operation pattern can retailing companies confront the fierce international competition.To illustrate the above point of view,several cases of famous western retailing companies will be analyzed in this essay.Tesco,Wal-Mart and Carrefour are all typical examples in low-carbon operation because they all have great green and sustainability initiatives.Based on the advanced experiences of the above-mentioned companies,this essay discusses the low-carbon operation ways,putting forward some valuable suggestions on this problem.From a technical perspective,retailing companies should adopt advanced technologies relating to low-carbon operation.On the other hand,management level of retailing companies should be enhanced to ensure the application effect of low-carbon technologies.Retailing companies should improve the ability of internal management to excavate the internal potential and build green supply chain to corporate with strategic partners.Finally,this article gives the conclusion of the whole analysis.展开更多
Using multi-source reanalysis data,this study examines the relationship between the tropical Pacific-Atlantic SST Dipole Mode(TPA-DM)and summer precipitation in North China(NCSP)on the interannual timescale during the...Using multi-source reanalysis data,this study examines the relationship between the tropical Pacific-Atlantic SST Dipole Mode(TPA-DM)and summer precipitation in North China(NCSP)on the interannual timescale during the period of 1979-2022.The results show that the TPA-DM,the dominant pattern of interannual variability in the tropical Pacific and Atlantic regions,exhibits a significant negative correlation with NCSP.The positive phase of TPA-DM induces subsidence over the Maritime Continent through a zonal circulation pattern,which initiates a Pacific-Japan-like wave train along the East Asian coast.The circulation anomalies lead to moisture deficits and convergence subsidence over North China,leading to below-normal rainfall.Further analysis reveals that cooler SST in the Southern Tropical Atlantic facilitates the persistence of the TPA-DM by stimulating the anomalous Walker circulation associated with wind-evaporation-SST-convection feedback.展开更多
Climate models are essential for understanding past,present,and future changes in atmospheric circulation,with circulation modes providing key sources of seasonal predictability and prediction uncertainties for both g...Climate models are essential for understanding past,present,and future changes in atmospheric circulation,with circulation modes providing key sources of seasonal predictability and prediction uncertainties for both global and regional climates.This study assesses the performance of models participating in phase 6 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project in simulating interannual variability modes of Northern Hemisphere 500-hPa geopotential height during winter and summer,distinguishing predictable(potentially predictable on seasonal or longer timescales)and unpredictable(intraseasonal and essentially unpredictable at long range)components,using reanalysis data and a variance decomposition method.Although most models effectively capture unpredictable modes in reanalysis,their ability to reproduce dominant predictable modes-specifically the Pacific-North American pattern,Arctic Oscillation,and Western Pacific Oscillation in winter,and the East Atlantic and North Atlantic Oscillations in summer-varies notably.An optimal ensemble is identified to distinguish(a)predictable-external modes,dominated by external forcing,and(b)predictable-internal modes,associated with slow internal variability,during the historical period(1950-2014)and the SSP5-8.5 scenario(2036-2100).Under increased radiative forcing,the leading winter/summer predictable-external mode exhibits a more uniform spatial distribution,remarkably larger trend and annual variance,and enhanced height-sea surface temperature(SST)covariance under SSP5-8.5 compared to historical conditions.The dominant winter/summer predictable-internal modes also exhibit increased variance and height-SST covariance under SSP5-8.5,along with localized changes in spatial configuration.Minimal changes are observed in spatial distribution or variance for dominant winter/summer unpredictable modes under SSP5-8.5.This study,from a predictive perspective,deepens our understanding of model uncertainties and projected changes in circulations.展开更多

[Result] Low-carbon agriculture is the environment- friendly agriculture which achieves low emissions, low pollution, high efficiency and high-yield through efficient recycling of energy and resources and continuous im- provements on ecological environment. With a variety of development models, the specific development model for practical use should be determined according to the local conditions, and supported by corresponding supporting measures, to achieve the rapid development of low-carbon agriculture. Background:As environmental issues become increasingly prominent,the implementation of the low-carbon mode has become the trend of future economic development.The implementation of a low-carbon mode in the tourism ind...Background:As environmental issues become increasingly prominent,the implementation of the low-carbon mode has become the trend of future economic development.The implementation of a low-carbon mode in the tourism industry is conducive to the sustainable development of the industry,but at present the low-carbon development of China’s tourism industry still faces many problems,especially in ethnic areas where tourism is more developed.Results:Taking Guizhou ethnic areas as an example,this study estimated the carbon emissions of the Guizhou tourism industry from 2011 to 2015.It was found from the calculation of tourism consumption stripping coefficient that the total carbon emissions in 2011–2015 were 21.37,25.43,27.93,29.51,and 30.03 million tons,showing a rapid growth trend,in which the tourism accommodation catering industry accounted for a high proportion.Conclusions:Guizhou’s carbon emissions are increasing year by year,and there are still many problems in realizing lowcarbon tourism.The low-carbon tourism mode needs to be established from aspects of government,tourism enterprises,and tourists.The rich tourism resources in minority areas should be fully utilized to realize the sustainable development of the tourism industry.展开更多

Low carbon development of blast furnaces is one of the key technological directions in the current development of ironmaking.Owing to the differences in the physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and carbon,hydr...Low carbon development of blast furnaces is one of the key technological directions in the current development of ironmaking.Owing to the differences in the physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and carbon,hydrogen-rich media entering a blast furnace will change the heat distribution,thus affecting the stability of production.Accordingly,a heat distribution model was proposed to study the temperature distribution in a blast furnace,simultaneously considering gas-solid heat exchange,slag and iron melting,and chemical reactions.The model was used to analyze the temperature distribution of a 2300 m^(3) blast furnace and was verified via comparison with actual production data.Subsequently,the effects of the injection rate of hydrogen-rich media,H2 concentration,and oxygen enrichment rate of the blast on the temperature distribution were investigated.Results indicated that the increase in the injection rate of the hydrogen-rich media decreased the amount of direct reduction and led to an increase in the furnace temperature.Furthermore,an increase in the oxygen enrichment rate led to a decrease in the furnace temperature,but could reduce the solid fuel ratio,while the change in H2 concentration had less effect on the temperature distribution.The combination of hydrogen-rich media injection and the increase in the oxygen enrichment rate would help to adjust the temperature distribution to the same level as the conventional blast furnace conditions.展开更多

It considers various characteristics of China's oil and gas e...This paper establishes a model that would allow China's oil and gas enterprises to scientifically evaluate and measure their low-carbon level and status. It considers various characteristics of China's oil and gas enterprises and the implications of low-carbon development, and is based on an overall analysis of factors that influence the reduction of carbon emissions. In view of low-carbon economic theories and the general principles of an evaluation index system, a comprehensive system for measuring the low-carbon status of China's oil and gas enterprises has been developed. This measurement system is comprised of four main criteria (energy structure, energy utilization, carbon emissions and utilization, and low carbon management) as well as thirty indexes. By the Delphi method and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), the weight of the rules hierarchy and indexes hierarchy were determined. The standardized indexes were then integrated using a linear weighted sum formula, and a comprehensive formula for index measurement was established. Taking into account the status of low- carbon development in the petroleum and petrochemical industry at home and abroad, an evaluation criterion is proposed comprising four levels: ideal low-carbon, economical low-carbon, medium-carbon and high-carbon, whose values were organized within the settings of [0, 1].展开更多

We find evidence of existence of Environmental Kuznets Curve. Results also show that economic scale, industrial structure, and urbanization rate are crucial factors to promote CO_2emissions. However, technological progress, especially the domestic independent research and development, plays a key role in C0_2 emissions abatement. Next, we further analyze the correlation between each subregion and various factors according to Grey Relation Analysis. Thereby,our findings provide important implications for policymakers in air pollution control and C0_2 emissions reduction for this region.展开更多

The dominated contradiction in optimizing the performance of magnesium-air battery anode lies in the difficulty of achieving a good balance between activation and passivation during discharge process.To further reconci...The dominated contradiction in optimizing the performance of magnesium-air battery anode lies in the difficulty of achieving a good balance between activation and passivation during discharge process.To further reconcile this contradiction,two Mg-0.1Sc-0.1Y-0.1Ag anodes with different residual strain distribution through extrusion with/without annealing are fabricated.The results indicate that annealing can significantly lessen the“pseudo-anode”regions,thereby changing the dissolution mode of the matrix and achieving an effective dissolution during discharge.Additionally,p-type semiconductor characteristic of discharge productfilm could suppress the self-corrosion reaction without reducing the polarization of anode.The magnesium-air battery utilizing annealed Mg-0.1Sc-0.1Y-0.1Ag as anode achieves a synergistic improvement in specific capacity(1388.89 mA h g^(-1))and energy density(1960.42 mW h g^(-1)).This anode modification method accelerates the advancement of high efficiency and long lifespan magnesium-air batteries,offering renewable and cost-effective energy solutions for electronics and emergency equipment.展开更多
A custom micro-arc oxidation(MAO)apparatus is employed to produce coatings under optimized constant voltage–current two-step power supply mode.Various analytical techniques,including scanning electron microscopy,conf...A custom micro-arc oxidation(MAO)apparatus is employed to produce coatings under optimized constant voltage–current two-step power supply mode.Various analytical techniques,including scanning electron microscopy,confocal laser microscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and electrochemical analysis,are employed to characterize MAO coatings at different stages of preparation.MAO has MgO,hydroxyapatite,Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2),and Mg2SiO4 phases.Its microstructure of the coating is characterized by"multiple breakdowns,pores within pores",and"repaired blind pores".The porosity and the uniformity of MAO coating first declines in the constant voltage mode,then augments while the discharge phenomenon takes place,and finally decreases in the repair stage.These analyses reveal a four-stage growth pattern for MAO coatings:anodic oxidation stage,micro-arc oxidation stage,breakdown stage,and repairing stage.During anodic oxidation and MAO stages,inward growth prevails,while the breakdown stage sees outward and accelerated growth.Simultaneous inward and outward growth in the repair stage results in a denser,more uniform coating with increased thickness and improved corrosion resistance.展开更多
In 316L austenitic stainless steel,the presence of ferrite phase severely affects the non-magnetic properties.316L austenitic stainless steel with low-alloy type(L-316L)and high-alloy type(H-316L)has been studied.The ...In 316L austenitic stainless steel,the presence of ferrite phase severely affects the non-magnetic properties.316L austenitic stainless steel with low-alloy type(L-316L)and high-alloy type(H-316L)has been studied.The microstructure and solidification kinetics of the two as-cast grades were in situ observed by high temperature confocal laser scanning microscopy(HT-CLSM).There are significant differences in the as-cast microstructures of the two 316L stainless steel compositions.In L-316L steel,ferrite morphology appears as the short rods with a ferrite content of 6.98%,forming a dual-phase microstructure consisting of austenite and ferrite.Conversely,in H-316L steel,the ferrite appears as discontinuous network structures with a content of 4.41%,forming a microstructure composed of austenite and sigma(σ)phase.The alloying elements in H-316L steel exhibit a complex distribution,with Ni and Mo enriching at the austenite grain boundaries.HT-CLSM experiments provide the real-time observation of the solidification processes of both 316L specimens and reveal distinct solidification modes:L-316L steel solidifies in an FA mode,whereas H-316L steel solidifies in an AF mode.These differences result in ferrite and austenite predominantly serving as the nucleation and growth phases,respectively.The solidification mode observed by experiments is similar to the thermodynamic calculation results.The L-316L steel solidified in the FA mode and showed minimal element segregation,which lead to a direct transformation of ferrite to austenite phase(δ→γ)during phase transformation after solidification.Besides,the H-316L steel solidified in the AF mode and showed severe element segregation,which lead to Mo enrichment at grain boundaries and transformation of ferrite into sigma and austenite phases through the eutectoid reaction(δ→σ+γ).展开更多

This paper presents the design of an asymmetrically variable wingtip anhedral angles morphing aircraft,inspired by biomimetic mechanisms,to enhance lateral maneuver capability.Firstly,we establish a lateral dynamic mo...This paper presents the design of an asymmetrically variable wingtip anhedral angles morphing aircraft,inspired by biomimetic mechanisms,to enhance lateral maneuver capability.Firstly,we establish a lateral dynamic model considering additional forces and moments resulting during the morphing process,and convert it into a Multiple Input Multiple Output(MIMO)virtual control system by importing virtual inputs.Secondly,a classical dynamics inversion controller is designed for the outer-loop system.A new Global Fast Terminal Incremental Sliding Mode Controller(NDO-GFTISMC)is proposed for the inner-loop system,in which an adaptive law is implemented to weaken control surface chattering,and a Nonlinear Disturbance Observer(NDO)is integrated to compensate for unknown disturbances.The whole control system is proven semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded based on the multi-Lyapunov function method.Furthermore,we consider tracking errors and self-characteristics of actuators,a quadratic programmingbased dynamic control allocation law is designed,which allocates virtual control inputs to the asymmetrically deformed wingtip and rudder.Actuator dynamic models are incorporated to ensure physical realizability of designed allocation law.Finally,comparative experimental results validate the effectiveness of the designed control system and control allocation law.The NDO-GFTISMC features faster convergence,stronger robustness,and 81.25%and 75.0%reduction in maximum state tracking error under uncertainty compared to the Incremental Nonlinear Dynamic Inversion Controller based on NDO(NDO-INDI)and Incremental Sliding Mode Controller based on NDO(NDO-ISMC),respectively.The design of the morphing aircraft significantly enhances lateral maneuver capability,maintaining a substantial control margin during lateral maneuvering,reducing the burden of the rudder surface,and effectively solving the actuator saturation problem of traditional aircraft during lateral maneuvering.展开更多

文摘Climate models are essential for understanding past,present,and future changes in atmospheric circulation,with circulation modes providing key sources of seasonal predictability and prediction uncertainties for both global and regional climates.This study assesses the performance of models participating in phase 6 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project in simulating interannual variability modes of Northern Hemisphere 500-hPa geopotential height during winter and summer,distinguishing predictable(potentially predictable on seasonal or longer timescales)and unpredictable(intraseasonal and essentially unpredictable at long range)components,using reanalysis data and a variance decomposition method.Although most models effectively capture unpredictable modes in reanalysis,their ability to reproduce dominant predictable modes-specifically the Pacific-North American pattern,Arctic Oscillation,and Western Pacific Oscillation in winter,and the East Atlantic and North Atlantic Oscillations in summer-varies notably.An optimal ensemble is identified to distinguish(a)predictable-external modes,dominated by external forcing,and(b)predictable-internal modes,associated with slow internal variability,during the historical period(1950-2014)and the SSP5-8.5 scenario(2036-2100).Under increased radiative forcing,the leading winter/summer predictable-external mode exhibits a more uniform spatial distribution,remarkably larger trend and annual variance,and enhanced height-sea surface temperature(SST)covariance under SSP5-8.5 compared to historical conditions.The dominant winter/summer predictable-internal modes also exhibit increased variance and height-SST covariance under SSP5-8.5,along with localized changes in spatial configuration.Minimal changes are observed in spatial distribution or variance for dominant winter/summer unpredictable modes under SSP5-8.5.This study,from a predictive perspective,deepens our understanding of model uncertainties and projected changes in circulations.

文摘[Objective] To investigate the appropriate low-carbon agriculture model in Southern Jiangsu Province. [Method] Through the analysis of regional features in Southern Jiangsu and several matured low-carbon agriculture development models at present, the low-carbon agriculture development modes suitable for Southern Jiangsu were investigated, and corresponding supporting measures for the development of the models were put forward. [Result] Low-carbon agriculture is the environment- friendly agriculture which achieves low emissions, low pollution, high efficiency and high-yield through efficient recycling of energy and resources and continuous im- provements on ecological environment. With a variety of development models, the specific development model for practical use should be determined according to the local conditions, and supported by corresponding supporting measures, to achieve the rapid development of low-carbon agriculture. [Conclusion] This study laid the foundation for the development of low-carbon agriculture model in Southern Jiangsu.
文摘Background:As environmental issues become increasingly prominent,the implementation of the low-carbon mode has become the trend of future economic development.The implementation of a low-carbon mode in the tourism industry is conducive to the sustainable development of the industry,but at present the low-carbon development of China’s tourism industry still faces many problems,especially in ethnic areas where tourism is more developed.Results:Taking Guizhou ethnic areas as an example,this study estimated the carbon emissions of the Guizhou tourism industry from 2011 to 2015.It was found from the calculation of tourism consumption stripping coefficient that the total carbon emissions in 2011–2015 were 21.37,25.43,27.93,29.51,and 30.03 million tons,showing a rapid growth trend,in which the tourism accommodation catering industry accounted for a high proportion.Conclusions:Guizhou’s carbon emissions are increasing year by year,and there are still many problems in realizing lowcarbon tourism.The low-carbon tourism mode needs to be established from aspects of government,tourism enterprises,and tourists.The rich tourism resources in minority areas should be fully utilized to realize the sustainable development of the tourism industry.

文摘Introducing carbon trading into electricity market can convert carbon dioxide into schedulable resources with economic value.However,the randomness of wind power generation puts forward higher requirements for electricity market transactions.Therefore,the carbon trading market is introduced into the wind power market,and a new form of low-carbon economic dispatch model is developed.First,the economic dispatch goal of wind power is be considered.It is projected to save money and reduce the cost of power generation for the system.The model includes risk operating costs to account for the impact of wind power output variability on the system,as well as wind farm negative efficiency operating costs to account for the loss caused by wind abandonment.The model also employs carbon trading market metrics to achieve the goal of lowering system carbon emissions,and analyze the impact of different carbon trading prices on the system.A low-carbon economic dispatch model for the wind power market is implemented based on the following two goals.Finally,the solution is optimised using the Ant-lion optimisation method,which combines Levi's flight mechanism and golden sine.The proposed model and algorithm's rationality is proven through the use of cases.

文摘Multi-mode power internet of things(PIoT)combines various communication media to provide spatio-temporal coverage for low-carbon operation in smart park.Edge-end collaboration is feasible to achieve the full utilization of heterogeneous resources and anti-eavesdropping.However,edge-end collaboration-based multi-mode PIoT faces challenges of mutual contradiction in communication and security quality of service(QoS)guarantee,inadaptability of resource management,and multi-mode access conflict.We propose an Adaptive learning based delAysensitive and seCure Edge-End Collaboration algorithm(ACE_(2))to optimize multi-mode channel selection and split device power into artificial noise(AN)transmission and data transmission for secure data delivery.ACE_(2) can achieve multi-attribute QoS guarantee,adaptive resource management and security enhancement,and access conflict elimination with the combined power of deep actor-critic(DAC),“win or learn fast(WoLF)”mechanism,and edge-end collaboration.Simulations demonstrate its superior performance in queuing delay,energy consumption,secrecy capacity,and adaptability to differentiated low-carbon services.

文摘Low carbon development of blast furnaces is one of the key technological directions in the current development of ironmaking.Owing to the differences in the physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and carbon,hydrogen-rich media entering a blast furnace will change the heat distribution,thus affecting the stability of production.Accordingly,a heat distribution model was proposed to study the temperature distribution in a blast furnace,simultaneously considering gas-solid heat exchange,slag and iron melting,and chemical reactions.The model was used to analyze the temperature distribution of a 2300 m^(3) blast furnace and was verified via comparison with actual production data.Subsequently,the effects of the injection rate of hydrogen-rich media,H2 concentration,and oxygen enrichment rate of the blast on the temperature distribution were investigated.Results indicated that the increase in the injection rate of the hydrogen-rich media decreased the amount of direct reduction and led to an increase in the furnace temperature.Furthermore,an increase in the oxygen enrichment rate led to a decrease in the furnace temperature,but could reduce the solid fuel ratio,while the change in H2 concentration had less effect on the temperature distribution.The combination of hydrogen-rich media injection and the increase in the oxygen enrichment rate would help to adjust the temperature distribution to the same level as the conventional blast furnace conditions.

文摘This paper establishes a model that would allow China's oil and gas enterprises to scientifically evaluate and measure their low-carbon level and status. It considers various characteristics of China's oil and gas enterprises and the implications of low-carbon development, and is based on an overall analysis of factors that influence the reduction of carbon emissions. In view of low-carbon economic theories and the general principles of an evaluation index system, a comprehensive system for measuring the low-carbon status of China's oil and gas enterprises has been developed. This measurement system is comprised of four main criteria (energy structure, energy utilization, carbon emissions and utilization, and low carbon management) as well as thirty indexes. By the Delphi method and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), the weight of the rules hierarchy and indexes hierarchy were determined. The standardized indexes were then integrated using a linear weighted sum formula, and a comprehensive formula for index measurement was established. Taking into account the status of low- carbon development in the petroleum and petrochemical industry at home and abroad, an evaluation criterion is proposed comprising four levels: ideal low-carbon, economical low-carbon, medium-carbon and high-carbon, whose values were organized within the settings of [0, 1].

文摘On account of the background of China's "new normal" characterized by slower economic growth, this paper analyses the low-carbon economy status quo in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and empirically investigates the relationship between carbon dioxide(CO_2) emissions and its various factors for China's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region using panel data econometric technique. We find evidence of existence of Environmental Kuznets Curve. Results also show that economic scale, industrial structure, and urbanization rate are crucial factors to promote CO_2emissions. However, technological progress, especially the domestic independent research and development, plays a key role in C0_2 emissions abatement. Next, we further analyze the correlation between each subregion and various factors according to Grey Relation Analysis. Thereby,our findings provide important implications for policymakers in air pollution control and C0_2 emissions reduction for this region.

文摘The purpose of this paper is to clarify the questions concerning stimulation of the innovation and the diffusion of energy saving or low-carbon.To do so,this paper explains using two cases of Japan-energy saving innovation after the Oil Shock and the eco points system.For the case after the oil shock,we explain the energy saving trend after the Oil Shock and the factors statistically.Then we put forward the business model for the low-carbon economy.Furthermore,we analyze the case of the eco points system from 2009-2011 in Japan and explain the significance of the business model for diffusion of the low-carbon products.

The hotels in scenic areas naturally become an important part of tourists in travel and play a crucial role in the development of low-carbon tourism. Therefore, a deep analysis on the present hotel management mode is necessary, promoting hotels to conform to the requirements of low-carbon tourism. In this paper, hotel management is discussed from the perspective of low-carbon tourism, so as to provide ideas of practical significance and guiding role and a basis for the future low-carbon tourism and hotel management.

文摘From a multi-dimensional perspective of economic development,carbon dioxide and industrial pollutant emission and resource consumption in the case study of Shenyang,this paper analyzes the resource consumption and environmental impact in the process of urban economic development and low-carbon transition and evaluates the emission reduction potential and scenario of various technologies. The results show that city plays a key role in global low-carbon economic construction,and it is pointed out that emission reduction technology in urban scale can reduce total amount of carbon emission to substantial extent. From the aspect of future development,the input of technology and economic growth pattern should be strengthened so as to realize economic development as well as the total amount reduction of pollutant emission.

文摘The dominated contradiction in optimizing the performance of magnesium-air battery anode lies in the difficulty of achieving a good balance between activation and passivation during discharge process.To further reconcile this contradiction,two Mg-0.1Sc-0.1Y-0.1Ag anodes with different residual strain distribution through extrusion with/without annealing are fabricated.The results indicate that annealing can significantly lessen the“pseudo-anode”regions,thereby changing the dissolution mode of the matrix and achieving an effective dissolution during discharge.Additionally,p-type semiconductor characteristic of discharge productfilm could suppress the self-corrosion reaction without reducing the polarization of anode.The magnesium-air battery utilizing annealed Mg-0.1Sc-0.1Y-0.1Ag as anode achieves a synergistic improvement in specific capacity(1388.89 mA h g^(-1))and energy density(1960.42 mW h g^(-1)).This anode modification method accelerates the advancement of high efficiency and long lifespan magnesium-air batteries,offering renewable and cost-effective energy solutions for electronics and emergency equipment.
文摘A custom micro-arc oxidation(MAO)apparatus is employed to produce coatings under optimized constant voltage–current two-step power supply mode.Various analytical techniques,including scanning electron microscopy,confocal laser microscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and electrochemical analysis,are employed to characterize MAO coatings at different stages of preparation.MAO has MgO,hydroxyapatite,Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2),and Mg2SiO4 phases.Its microstructure of the coating is characterized by"multiple breakdowns,pores within pores",and"repaired blind pores".The porosity and the uniformity of MAO coating first declines in the constant voltage mode,then augments while the discharge phenomenon takes place,and finally decreases in the repair stage.These analyses reveal a four-stage growth pattern for MAO coatings:anodic oxidation stage,micro-arc oxidation stage,breakdown stage,and repairing stage.During anodic oxidation and MAO stages,inward growth prevails,while the breakdown stage sees outward and accelerated growth.Simultaneous inward and outward growth in the repair stage results in a denser,more uniform coating with increased thickness and improved corrosion resistance.

文摘In 316L austenitic stainless steel,the presence of ferrite phase severely affects the non-magnetic properties.316L austenitic stainless steel with low-alloy type(L-316L)and high-alloy type(H-316L)has been studied.The microstructure and solidification kinetics of the two as-cast grades were in situ observed by high temperature confocal laser scanning microscopy(HT-CLSM).There are significant differences in the as-cast microstructures of the two 316L stainless steel compositions.In L-316L steel,ferrite morphology appears as the short rods with a ferrite content of 6.98%,forming a dual-phase microstructure consisting of austenite and ferrite.Conversely,in H-316L steel,the ferrite appears as discontinuous network structures with a content of 4.41%,forming a microstructure composed of austenite and sigma(σ)phase.The alloying elements in H-316L steel exhibit a complex distribution,with Ni and Mo enriching at the austenite grain boundaries.HT-CLSM experiments provide the real-time observation of the solidification processes of both 316L specimens and reveal distinct solidification modes:L-316L steel solidifies in an FA mode,whereas H-316L steel solidifies in an AF mode.These differences result in ferrite and austenite predominantly serving as the nucleation and growth phases,respectively.The solidification mode observed by experiments is similar to the thermodynamic calculation results.The L-316L steel solidified in the FA mode and showed minimal element segregation,which lead to a direct transformation of ferrite to austenite phase(δ→γ)during phase transformation after solidification.Besides,the H-316L steel solidified in the AF mode and showed severe element segregation,which lead to Mo enrichment at grain boundaries and transformation of ferrite into sigma and austenite phases through the eutectoid reaction(δ→σ+γ).

文摘Due to scale effects,micromechanical resonators offer an excellent platform for investigating the intrinsic mechanisms of nonlinear dynamical phenomena and their potential applications.This review focuses on mode-coupled micromechanical resonators,highlighting the latest advancements in four key areas:internal resonance,synchronization,frequency combs,and mode localization.The origin,development,and potential applications of each of these dynamic phenomena within mode-coupled micromechanical systems are investigated,with the goal of inspiring new ideas and directions for researchers in this field.

文摘This paper presents the design of an asymmetrically variable wingtip anhedral angles morphing aircraft,inspired by biomimetic mechanisms,to enhance lateral maneuver capability.Firstly,we establish a lateral dynamic model considering additional forces and moments resulting during the morphing process,and convert it into a Multiple Input Multiple Output(MIMO)virtual control system by importing virtual inputs.Secondly,a classical dynamics inversion controller is designed for the outer-loop system.A new Global Fast Terminal Incremental Sliding Mode Controller(NDO-GFTISMC)is proposed for the inner-loop system,in which an adaptive law is implemented to weaken control surface chattering,and a Nonlinear Disturbance Observer(NDO)is integrated to compensate for unknown disturbances.The whole control system is proven semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded based on the multi-Lyapunov function method.Furthermore,we consider tracking errors and self-characteristics of actuators,a quadratic programmingbased dynamic control allocation law is designed,which allocates virtual control inputs to the asymmetrically deformed wingtip and rudder.Actuator dynamic models are incorporated to ensure physical realizability of designed allocation law.Finally,comparative experimental results validate the effectiveness of the designed control system and control allocation law.The NDO-GFTISMC features faster convergence,stronger robustness,and 81.25%and 75.0%reduction in maximum state tracking error under uncertainty compared to the Incremental Nonlinear Dynamic Inversion Controller based on NDO(NDO-INDI)and Incremental Sliding Mode Controller based on NDO(NDO-ISMC),respectively.The design of the morphing aircraft significantly enhances lateral maneuver capability,maintaining a substantial control margin during lateral maneuvering,reducing the burden of the rudder surface,and effectively solving the actuator saturation problem of traditional aircraft during lateral maneuvering.
