The SMLNDE allows rigorous requirements definition and permits the exhaustive consideration of the large number of factors influencing local network design engineering. The complete and clear design documentations and an optimal design can also be provided by the methodology. The SMLNDE has been implemented using the structured analysis and design technique. The study shows that the SMLNDE is an effective design methodology for the large and complex local networks. 展开更多

It could enhance the network throughput and save the energy consumption, and is mainly based on the single transmission rate. However, with the development of wireless network and equipment, wireless local network MAC protocols have already supported the multi-rate transmission. This paper investigates the optimal relay selection problem based on network coding. Firstly, the problem is formulated as an optimization problem. Moreover, a relay algorithm based on network coding is proposed and the transmission time gain of our algorithm over the traditional relay algorithm is analyzed. Lastly, we compare total transmission time and the energy consumption of our proposed algorithm, Network Coding with Relay Assistance (NCRA), Transmission Request (TR), and the Direct Transmission (DT) without relay algorithm by adopting IEEE 802.11b. The simulation results demonstrate that our algorithm that improves the coding opportunity by the cooperation of the relay nodes leads to the transmission time decrease of up to 17% over the traditional relay algorithms. 展开更多

Spectrum-based fault localization (SBFL) generates a ranked list of suspicious elements by using the program execution spectrum, but the excessive number of elements ranked in parallel results in low localization accuracy. Most researchers consider intra-class dependencies to improve localization accuracy. However, some studies show that inter-class method call type faults account for more than 20%, which means such methods still have certain limitations. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a two-phase software fault localization based on relational graph convolutional neural networks (Two-RGCNFL). Firstly, in Phase 1, the method call dependence graph (MCDG) of the program is constructed, the intra-class and inter-class dependencies in MCDG are extracted by using the relational graph convolutional neural network, and the classifier is used to identify the faulty methods. Then, the GraphSMOTE algorithm is improved to alleviate the impact of class imbalance on classification accuracy. Aiming at the problem of parallel ranking of element suspicious values in traditional SBFL technology, in Phase 2, Doc2Vec is used to learn static features, while spectrum information serves as dynamic features. A RankNet model based on siamese multi-layer perceptron is constructed to score and rank statements in the faulty method. This work conducts experiments on 5 real projects of Defects4J benchmark. Experimental results show that, compared with the traditional SBFL technique and two baseline methods, our approach improves the Top-1 accuracy by 262.86%, 29.59% and 53.01%, respectively, which verifies the effectiveness of Two-RGCNFL. Furthermore, this work verifies the importance of inter-class dependencies through ablation experiments. 展开更多

Indoor localization is a fundamental requirement for future 6G Intelligent Sensing and Communication(ISAC)systems,enabling precise navigation in environments where Global Positioning System(GPS)signals are unavailable.Existing methods,such as map-based navigation or site-specific fingerprinting,often require intensive data collection and lack generalization capability across different buildings,thereby limiting scalability.This study proposes a cross-site,map-free indoor localization framework that uses low-frequency sub-1 GHz radio signals and a Transformer-based neural network for robust positioning without prior environmental knowledge.The Transformer’s self-attention mechanisms allow it to capture spatial correlations among anchor nodes,facilitating accurate localization in unseen environments.Evaluation across two validation sites demonstrates the framework’s effectiveness.In crosssite testing(Site-A),the Transformer achieved a mean localization error of 9.44 m,outperforming the Deep Neural Network(DNN)(10.76 m)and Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)(12.02 m)baselines.In a real-time deployment(Site-B)spanning three floors,the Transformer maintained an overall mean error of 9.81 m,compared with 13.45 m for DNN,12.88 m for CNN,and 53.08 m for conventional trilateration.For vertical positioning,the Transformer delivered a mean error of 4.52 m,exceeding the performance of DNN(4.59 m),CNN(4.87 m),and trilateration(>45 m).The results confirm that the Transformer-based framework generalizes across heterogeneous indoor environments without requiring site-specific calibration,providing stable,sub-12 m horizontal accuracy and reliable vertical estimation.This capability makes the framework suitable for real-time applications in smart buildings,emergency response,and autonomous systems.By utilizing multipath reflections as an informative structure rather than treating them as noise,this work advances artificial intelligence(AI)-native indoor localization as a scalable and efficient component of future 6G ISAC networks. 展开更多

Gait recognition,a promising biometric technology,relies on analyzing individuals' walking patterns and offers a non-intrusive and convenient approach to identity verification.However,gait recognition accuracy is often compromised by external factors such as changes in viewpoint and attire,which present substantial challenges in practical applications.To enhance gait recognition performance under diverse viewpoints and complex conditions,a global-local part-shift network is proposed in this paper.This framework integrates two novel modules:the part-shift feature extractor and the dynamic feature aggregator.The part-shift feature extractor strategically shifts body parts to capture the intrinsic relationships between non-adjacent regions,enriching the recognition process with both global and local spatial features.The dynamic feature aggregator addresses long-range dependency issues by incorporating multi-range temporal modeling,effectively aggregating information across parts and time steps to achieve a more robust recognition outcome.Comprehensive experiments on the CASIA-B dataset demonstrate that the proposed global-local part-shift network delivers superior performance compared with state-of-the-art methods,highlighting its potential for practical deployment. 展开更多

Electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)produces valuable chemicals by consuming gaseous CO_(2)as well as protons from the electrolyte.Protons,produced by water dissociation in alkaline electrolyte,are critical for the reaction kinetics which involves multiple proton coupled electron transfer steps.Herein,we demonstrate that the two key steps(CO_(2)-^(*)COOH and^(*)CO-^(*)COH)efficiency can be precisely tuned by introducing proper amount of water dissociation center,i.e.,Fe single atoms,locally surrounding the Cu catalysts.In alkaline electrolyte,the Faradaic efficiency(FE)of multi-carbon(C^(2+))products exhibited a volcano type plot depending on the density of water dissociation center.A maximum FE for C^(2+)products of 73.2%could be reached on Cu nanoparticles supported on N-doped Carbon nanofibers with moderate Fe single atom sites,at a current density of 300 mA cm^(–2).Experimental and theoretical calculation results reveal that the Fe sites facilitate water dissociation kinetics,and the locally generated protons contribute significantly to the CO_(2)activation and^(*)CO protonation process.On the one hand,in-situ attenuated total reflection surface-enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy(in-situ ATR-SEIRAS)clearly shows that the^(*)COOH intermediate can be observed at a lower potential.This phenomenon fully demonstrates that the optimized local water dissociation kinetics has a unique advantage in guiding the hydrogenation reaction pathway of CO₂molecules and can effectively reduce the reaction energy barrier.On the other hand,abundant^(*)CO and^(*)COH intermediates create favorable conditions for the asymmetric^(*)CO-^(*)COH coupling,significantly increasing the selectivity of the reaction for C^(2+)products and providing strong support for the efficient conversion of related reactions to the target products.This work provides a promising strategy for the design of a dual sites catalyst to achieve high FE of C^(2+)products through the optimized local water dissociation kinetics. 展开更多

The electron localization is considered as a promising approach to optimize electromagnetic waves(EMW)dissipation.However,it is still difficult to realize well-controlled electron localization and elucidate the related EMW loss mechanisms for current researches.In this study,a novel two-dimensional MXene(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))nanosheet decorated with Ni nanoclusters(Ni-NC)system to construct an effective electron localization model based on electronic orbital structure is explored.Theoretical simulations and experimental results reveal that the metal-support interaction between Ni-NC and MXene disrupts symmetric electronic environments,leading to enhanced electron localization and dipole polarization.Additionally,Ni-NC generate a strong interfacial electric field,strengthening heterointerface interactions and promoting interfacial polarization.As a result,the optimized material achieves an exceptional reflection loss(RLmin)of-54 dB and a broad effective absorption bandwidth of 6.8 GHz.This study offers critical insights into the in-depth relationship between electron localization and EMW dissipation,providing a pathway for electron localization engineering in functional materials such as semiconductors,spintronics,and catalysis. 展开更多

Reconfigurable intelligent surfaces(RISs)not only assist communication but also help the localization of user equipment(UE).This study focuses on indoor localization of UE with a single access point(AP)and multiple RISs.First,we propose a two-stage channel estimation scheme where RIS phase shifts are tuned to obtain multiple channel soundings.In the first stage,the newtonized orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm extracts the parameters of multiple paths from the received signals.Then,the LOS path and RISreflected paths are identified.In the second stage,the estimated path gains of RIS-reflected paths with different phase shifts are utilized to determine the angle of arrival(AOA)at the RIS by obtaining the angular pseudo spectrum.Consequently,by taking the AP and RISs as reference points,the linear least squares estimator can locate UE with the estimated AOAs.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can realize centimeter-level localization accuracy in the discussed scenarios.Moreover,the higher accuracy of pseudo spectrum,a larger number of channel soundings,and a larger number of reference points can realize higher localization accuracy of UE. 展开更多

This study proposes a multi-scale finite element simulation method to investigate the vehicle-induced local vibration effects of orthotropic steel decks(OSDs)by considering tire-road contact conditions.It also focuses on the differences between the dynamic amplification factors(DAFs)of local deflection and strain compared to those corresponding overall response,as well as the influence of road roughness and driving speed on localized DAFs.The results show that vehicle-induced local vibration is distinct near vehicle wheels,especially within 0.5 m from the wheel centerline in the transverse direction and 0.3 m in the longitudinal direction.The localized strain DAFs may potentially exceed 1.4.Generally,the dynamic deflection of a bridge deck is mainly determined by the first system stiffness of OSDs,i.e.,sectional stiffness of the bridge girder.However,the dynamic strain of OSDs arises from the combination of overall bridge modes and local bridge deck panel modes,leading to a higher localized strain DAFs of approximately 16%compared to the overall bridge.Longitudinal and vertical strain DAFs typically occur on U-ribs,while the transverse strain DAFs often arise at stiffness discontinuities of OSD.The recurrent structural variations of OSDs in the transverse and vertical directions result in the maximum vertical strain DAF. 展开更多

青花椒枝条“下桩”是通过剪下带鲜果的枝条并保留一定长度短桩的采摘收获方法。为实现青花椒采摘机器人精准识别枝条并确定最佳剪切点以达到高效“下桩”作业,该研究提出了一种基于U-Net深度学习网络和RGB-D相机相结合的青花椒主枝“... 青花椒枝条“下桩”是通过剪下带鲜果的枝条并保留一定长度短桩的采摘收获方法。为实现青花椒采摘机器人精准识别枝条并确定最佳剪切点以达到高效“下桩”作业,该研究提出了一种基于U-Net深度学习网络和RGB-D相机相结合的青花椒主枝“下桩”剪切点定位方法。首先,通过改进传统U-Net模型,将其主干网络替换为嵌入CA注意力机制的ResNet50网络,同时在U-Net模型的特征拼接阶段中增加SE注意力机制,从而构建针对青花椒主枝和树干的分割模型。然后,将分割后的图像利用二值化与骨架线提取方法得到主枝中心线,结合RGB-D相机的深度信息与OpenCV图像处理算法,完成世界坐标系与像素坐标系间长度的映射。随后,将短桩预设的40 mm长度从世界坐标系映射至RGB图像中的像素长度,最终确定每根主枝的“下桩”剪切点位置。试验结果表明,改进后的U-Net模型在分割性能上优于DeeplabV3+和PSPNet,平均交并比(MIoU)、平均像素准确率(mPA)和召回率(recall)分别达到87.58%、93.76%和96.24%。在晴天顺光、逆光及阴天条件下,“下桩”剪切点识别定位的成功率分别达到90.81%、84.88%、80.52%。采摘点定位试验中,定位成功率为90%,单根花椒枝平均识别过程耗时1.93 s。该研究结果可为青花椒采摘机器人“下桩”采收提供技术支撑。 展开更多

[Method] Genetic diversity of 10 aromatic rice and 45 non-aromatic rice were analyzed by 64 SSR primers covered on 12 rice chromosomes. [ Result] Per locus 5.44 and 7.98 alleles in average were detected, ranging from 2 to 12 and from 2 to 17 in aromatic and non-aromatic rice, respectively. Average genetic multiplicity index(Hs) was 0.46 and 0.67 respectively. The average polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.43 and 0.58 in aromatic and non-aromatic rice respectively. [ Conclusion] The results indicated that genetic diversity was higher in non-aromatic rice than in aromatic rice. 展开更多

In this study, to obtain... Subcellular location is one of the key biological characteristics of proteins. Position-specific profiles (PSP) have been introduced as important characteristics of proteins in this article. In this study, to obtain position-specific profiles, the Position Specific lterative-Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (PSI-BLAST) has been used to search for protein sequences in a database. Position-specific scoring matrices are extracted from the profiles as one class of characteristics. Four-part amino acid compositions and lst-7th order dipeptide compositions have also been calculated as the other two classes of characteristics. Therefore, twelve characteristic vectors are extracted from each of the protein sequences. Next, the characteristic vectors are weighed by a simple weighing function and inputted into a BP neural network predictor named PSP-Weighted Neural Network (PSP-WNN). The Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is employed to adjust the weight matrices and thresholds during the network training instead of the error back propagation algorithm. With a jackknife test on the RH2427 dataset, PSP-WNN has achieved a higher overall prediction accuracy of 88.4% rather than the prediction results by the general BP neural network, Markov model, and fuzzy k-nearest neighbors algorithm on this dataset. In addition, the prediction performance of PSP-WNN has been evaluated with a five-fold cross validation test on the PK7579 dataset and the prediction results have been consistently better than those of the previous method on the basis of several support vector machines, using compositions of both amino acids and amino acid pairs. These results indicate that PSP-WNN is a powerful tool for subcellular localization prediction. At the end of the article, influences on prediction accuracy using different weighting proportions among three characteristic vector categories have been discussed. An appropriate proportion is considered by increasing the prediction accuracy. 展开更多

[Method] From 27 pairs of porcine microsatellite primers recommended by Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and international Society for Animal Genetics (ISAG), six pairs (S0155, SW240, IGF1, SW951, SW857, SW24) were selected for microsatellite DNA detection of three Guizhou local pig breeds, including Nuogu Pig, Kele Pig and Guanling Pig. Subsequently, their genetic diversities were analyzed. [ Result] The three pig breeds were high polymorphic at the six microsatellite loci (PIC 〉0.5). The Nei's standard genetic distance of them was 0.206 3 -0.481 5. The genetic distance between Nuogu Pig and Kele Pig Was the closest, and that between Nuogu Pig and Guanling Pig was the furthest. [ Conclusion] The three Guizhou local pig breeds are in high genetic diversities. Nuogu Pig is a special type of Kele Pig, an excellent Chinese local pig breed. 展开更多

Generation of scale-free knowledge network with local world mechanism

In order to simulate the real growing process, a new type of knowledge network growth mechanism based on local world connectivity is constructed. By the mean-field method, theoretical prediction of the degree distribution of the knowledge network is given, which is verified by Matlab simulations. When the new added node's local world size is very small, the degree distribution of the knowledge network approximately has the property of scale-free. When the new added node's local world size is not very small, the degree distribution transforms from pure power-law to the power-law with an exponential tailing. And the scale-free index increases as the number of new added edges decreases and the tunable parameters increase. Finally, comparisons of some knowledge indices in knowledge networks generated by the local world mechanism and the global mechanism are given. In the long run, compared with the global mechanism, the local world mechanism leads the average knowledge levels to slower growth and brings homogenous phenomena. 展开更多
