The proposed hybrid optimization algorithm integrates particle swarm optimizatio(PSO)with Ant Colony Optimization(ACO)to improve a number of pitfalls within PSO methods traditionally considered and/or applied to industrial robots.Particle Swarm Optimization may frequently suffer from local optima and inaccuracies in identifying the geometric parameters,which are necessary for applications requiring high-accuracy performances.The proposed approach integrates pheromone-based learning of ACO with the D-H method of developing an error model;hence,the global search effectiveness together with the convergence accuracy is further improved.Comparison studies of the hybrid PSO-ACO algorithm show higher precision and effectiveness in the optimization of geometric error parameters compared to the traditional methods.This is a remarkable reduction of localization errors,thus yielding accuracy and reliability in industrial robotic systems,as the results show.This approach improves performance in those applications that demand high geometric calibration by reducing the geometric error.The paper provides an overview of input for developing robotics and automation,giving importance to precision in industrial engineering.The proposed hybrid methodology is a good way to enhance the working accuracy and effectiveness of industrial robots and shall enable their wide application to complex tasks that require a high degree of accuracy. 展开更多

To perform an accurate fire-and-forget attack of seeker-less missile with the consideration of the localization error, a new cooperative guidance strategy of multi-missiles is proposed in this work. Firstly, an estimated position of the seeker-less missile is carefully selected, based on which the slant angle of the line between the estimated and real positions of the seeker-less missile is approximately derived inspired by the localization theory of GPS(Global Position System).Then, respectively based on the guidance law considering the impact angle and time constraints, the consensus theory and the finite-time convergence approach, three cooperative guidance laws employing the previously obtained slant angle are derived for intensive attack to address either a stationary or maneuvering target. Simulation results well demonstrate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed cooperative guidance strategy. 展开更多

This pa-per proposes a method of using self-location for calibrating the positions of observer stations in source localization to reduce the errors of the observer positions and improve the accuracy of the source localization. The relative distance measurements of the two coordinative observers are used for the linear minimum mean square error (LMMSE) estimator. The results of computer si-mulations prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. With the general estimation errors of observers' positions, the MSE of the source localization with self-location calibration, which is significantly lower than that without self-location calibra-tion, is approximating to the Cramer-Rao lower bound (CRLB). 展开更多

声音遥感技术可以极大地提高人们对动物的监测、研究和保护能力。本研究设计了一套廉价的陆生动物声音定位系统。该系统集成了市场上现成的录音笔和无线控制设备,价格明显低于许多动物定位系统。使用自主研发的声音定位软件,在X、Y方向... 声音遥感技术可以极大地提高人们对动物的监测、研究和保护能力。本研究设计了一套廉价的陆生动物声音定位系统。该系统集成了市场上现成的录音笔和无线控制设备,价格明显低于许多动物定位系统。使用自主研发的声音定位软件,在X、Y方向上的绝对定位误差最大为1.69m,可满足大部分动物定位需求;Z方向的定位误差偏大,结果尚不理想。为了揭示影响声音定位系统精度的各种因素及其影响,采用蒙特卡罗方法进行分析,发现录音站点的位置测量误差、到达时间差的估计误差和声速的估计误差均会影响最终的声音定位精度。此外,该方法还可用于在声音定位系统布设阶段确定系统参数的合理数值,包括录音节点总个数和空间尺度。 展开更多

The contact finite element method was used to obtain local deformation of mating surfaces, which was superposed onto form errors to obtain real mating surface data of assemblies. Then mating variation was obtained by establishing vir- tual contact planes. Finally, an experiment of the assembly of two cylindrical components was car- ried out to verify the validity of the proposed method. By comparing the calculation accuracies of 3D assembly with and without taking into account local deformation, the results showed that the effects of local deformation of mating surfaces on calculation accuracy of mating variation was not neglect- able compared with form errors. 展开更多

The theoretical lower bounds on mean squared channel estimation errors for typical fading channels are presented by the infinite-length and non-causal Wiener filter and the exact closed-form expressions of the lower bounds for different channel Doppler spectra are derived. Based on the obtained lower bounds on mean squared channel estimation errors, the limits on bit error rate (BER) for maximal ratio combining (MRC) with Gaussian distributed weighting errors on independent and identically distributed (i. i. d) fading channels are presented. Numerical results show that the BER performances of ideal MRC are the lower bounds on the BER performances of non-ideal MRC and deteriorate as the maximum Doppler frequency increases or the SNR of channel estimate decreases. 展开更多

在大规模无线传感器网络(WSN)定位问题中,针对传统最大似然估计器(MLE)目标函数的高度非凸性及其优化过程中易陷入局部最优解、进而降低定位精度的问题,本文中提出了一种结合残差与最小二乘相对误差准则的RLSRE-SDP定位算法,该算法目标... 在大规模无线传感器网络(WSN)定位问题中,针对传统最大似然估计器(MLE)目标函数的高度非凸性及其优化过程中易陷入局部最优解、进而降低定位精度的问题,本文中提出了一种结合残差与最小二乘相对误差准则的RLSRE-SDP定位算法,该算法目标函数中不包含对数项,避免了传统ML估计器在计算中易陷入局部最优解的情况,提高了定位精度。首先通过指数变换,将接收信号强度(RSS)的对数正态阴影模型转换为乘法模型。然后利用该模型构造出残差与最小二乘相对误差准则相结合的非凸估计器。最后利用半定松弛(SDR)技术将约束优化问题转化为半定规划(SDP)问题进行求解。仿真结果表明,提出的RLSRE-SDP算法相较于ML-SDP算法精度平均提高了8.4%,相较于加权最小二乘半定规划(WLS-SDP)算法定位精度平均提高20.7%,相较于非线性最小二乘半定规划(NLS-SDP)算法定位精度平均提高32.8%。RLSRE-SDP算法在不同噪声水平下均能保持较高的定位精度和稳定性,整体性能优于现有算法。 展开更多

暂态稳定性判别(transient stability discrimination,TSD)是故障后电力系统状态恢复与安全稳定运行的基础。现有研究中的机理性判据通常存在适用性与时效性问题,而人工智能主导的判别缺乏可解释性以及实时可靠性的有效评估。对此,该文... 暂态稳定性判别(transient stability discrimination,TSD)是故障后电力系统状态恢复与安全稳定运行的基础。现有研究中的机理性判据通常存在适用性与时效性问题,而人工智能主导的判别缺乏可解释性以及实时可靠性的有效评估。对此,该文提出一种基于机理判据智能增强的电力系统暂态功角稳定性判别方法。首先,针对简化暂态输电能力指数(simplified branch transient transmission capacity,sBTTC)的最低值预测,提出基于改进邻域泛化误差估计(improved localized generalization error estimation,ILGEE)的偏差方差上界估计方法,实时衡量人工智能模型预测结果的期望偏差分布情况;然后,结合sBTTC最低值概率分布函数与暂态稳定概率,提出兼顾时效性与准确性的判别风险惩罚函数并证明其极值条件;最后,通过牛顿法求解最优临界判别阈值,与故障后系统支路sBTTC的实时量测计算值比对即可判别系统稳定性。CSEE-RAS与实际大规模系统算例验证了智能增强后机理判据的时效性、可解释性与判别精度。 展开更多

The traditional locating method with single array has low precision of distance estimation, but comparatively high precision of angle estimation. According to the characteristic, the algorithm for acoustic passive localization based on the azimuth angle and geometry position of the two arrays is derived to estimate the target distance, and the simulation for the factors that affect the localization precision also proceeds. The result of the simulation shows the precision of localization estimation with dual arrays is superior to that of single array, and the passive localization algorithm based on dual array can meet the practical demands. 展开更多

The error estimation is based on local fit technology, usually confined to Voronoi Cells. The error is achieved by comparison of the computational results with smoothed ones, which are projected with Taylor series. Voronoi Cells are introduced not only for integration of potential energy but also for guidance of refinement. New nodes are placed within those cells with high estimated error. At the end of the paper, two numerical examples with severe stress gradient are analyzed. Through adaptive analysis accurate results are obtained at critical subdomains, which validates the efficiency of the method. 展开更多
