Pollutant loads could also be calcu...Rainfall is an important factor in estimating the event mean concentration (EMC) which is used to quantify the washed-off pollutant concentrations from non-point sources (NPSs). Pollutant loads could also be calculated using rainfall, catchment area and runoff coefficient. In this study, runoff quantity and quality data gathered from a 28-month monitoring conducted on the road and parking lot sites in Korea were evaluated using multiple linear regression (MLR) to develop equations for estimating pollutant loads and EMCs as a function of rainfall variables. The results revealed that total event rainfall and average rainfall intensity are possible predictors of pollutant loads. Overall, the models are indicators of the high uncertainties of NPSs; perhaps estimation of EMCs and loads could be accurately obtained by means of water quality sampling or a long term monitoring is needed to gather more data that can be used for the development of estimation models.展开更多
居民电动自行车入户充电火灾隐患大、监管成本高,亟需一种兼顾实时性与准确性的电动自行车入户充电在线检测技术辅助城市社区治理。文章提出了一种基于递归最小二乘(recursive least square,RLS)滤波器和减法聚类(subtractive clusterin...居民电动自行车入户充电火灾隐患大、监管成本高,亟需一种兼顾实时性与准确性的电动自行车入户充电在线检测技术辅助城市社区治理。文章提出了一种基于递归最小二乘(recursive least square,RLS)滤波器和减法聚类(subtractive clustering,SC)的电动自行车在线识别方法。首先,针对电动自行车开启阶段功率较小易与其他电器混淆的特点,提出双窗事件检测模型,实现复杂混叠波形下的类电动自行车开启事件快速提取;其次,为解决电动自行车恒压充电阶段时间长易与其他电器设备叠加的问题,构建了基于RLS滤波器的电动自行车恒压充电阶段结束事件检测模型;随后,基于双阶段事件特征构建用户电动自行车数据样本更新机制并生成用户特有分类器模型,实现用户电动自行车在线精准检测;最后,以南京市鼓楼区2个典型老旧小区为例进行对比分析,实验结果表明,该方法检出率超过92%且准确率可达96%,具有实际推广应用价值。展开更多
