This paper presents an analysis to forecast the loads of an isolated area where the history of load is not available or the history may not represent the realistic demand of electricity. The analysis is done through linear regression and based on the identification of factors on which electrical load growth depends. To determine the identification factors, areas are selected whose histories of load growth rate known and the load growth deciding factors are similar to those of the isolated area. The proposed analysis is applied to an isolated area of Bangladesh, called Swandip where a past history of electrical load demand is not available and also there is no possibility of connecting the area with the main land grid system. 展开更多

By taking into account stochastic disturbances induced by the integration of renewable energies,a new sliding surface function is constructed to guarantee the fast response and robust performance, then the sliding mode control law is designed to guarantee the reach ability of the sliding surface in a finite-time interval. The sufficient robust frequency stabilization result for multi-area power system with time delay is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). Finally,a two-area power system is provided to illustrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the obtained results. 展开更多

The paper proposes a novel H∞ load frequency control(LFC) design method for multi-area power systems based on an integral-based non-fragile distributed fixed-order dynamic output feedback(DOF) tracking-regulator control scheme. To this end, we consider a nonlinear interconnected model for multiarea power systems which also include uncertainties and timevarying communication delays. The design procedure is formulated using semi-definite programming and linear matrix inequality(LMI) method. The solution of the proposed LMIs returns necessary parameters for the tracking controllers such that the impact of model uncertainty and load disturbances are minimized. The proposed controllers are capable of receiving all or part of subsystems information, whereas the outputs of each controller are local. These controllers are designed such that the resilient stability of the overall closed-loop system is guaranteed. Simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. Simulation results quantify that the distributed(and decentralized) controlled system behaves well in presence of large parameter perturbations and random disturbances on the power system. 展开更多

An experimental study of the dynamic features of shadow areas of caustics in response to loading/unloading fracture

Using a plexiglass sample and by means of real-time holographic interferometry and shadow optical method of caustics, the different features of dynamic variation in stress (strain) field, plastic area and nucleation zone (shadow area) when the sample fractures during loading (loading-fracture) and unloading (unloading-fracture) are studied visually. The results show that the strain nuclei (zones with dense fringes) appear first at the tips of prefabricated cracks at low stress, and then the shadow areas of caustics form with the increase of load. These nuclei and shadow areas can become larger, or smaller, when the process of loading, or unloading, goes on. When the stress is kept within a certain range, the shadow areas of caustics can become larger and smaller alternatively with repeated loading and unloading (cyclic loading). However, when loading and unloading at high stress, in particular when the macrofracture is about to appear, the variations of the shadow areas of caustics are irreversible and quite different. The shadow areas of caustics expand rapidly at an increasing speed when loading-fracture appears. In contrast, the shadow areas of caustics expand at a lower speed when unloading-fracture appears; besides, there is a circular shadow in front of the sharp-angle shaped area. 展开更多

高速铁路采空区地基“活化”及临界荷载研究

目的为了合理预计高速铁路列车动荷载是否会引起下方采空区“活化”的阈值,开展高速铁路采空区地基“活化”及临界荷载研究。方法采用理论分析计算和数值模拟相结合的方法,系统分析高速铁路采空区地基“活化”判定、采空区高速铁路列车... 目的为了合理预计高速铁路列车动荷载是否会引起下方采空区“活化”的阈值,开展高速铁路采空区地基“活化”及临界荷载研究。方法采用理论分析计算和数值模拟相结合的方法,系统分析高速铁路采空区地基“活化”判定、采空区高速铁路列车动荷载及对应的列车速度与轴重的计算。基于高速铁路采空区地基“活化”判定与高速铁路列车动荷载计算,建立采空区高速铁路临界荷载计算方法,应用于工程实践并得到临界荷载,对应得到高速铁路列车临界静轴重与临界速度;通过MIDAS软件进行数值模拟计算,求取导水裂隙带高度和临界荷载范围,验证采空区高速铁路临界荷载计算方法及理论分析计算结果的可行性和正确性。结果结果表明:在高速铁路列车通过采空区地表时,临界荷载为26.60 t。以设计静轴重17 t通过采空区地表时,临界车速为188.24 km/h,以设计速度250 km/h通过采空区地表时,临界静轴重为15.20 t。高速铁路列车以不超过计算的临界荷载26.60 t运行时,采空区地基不易“活化”;若同时以设计速度250 km/h和设计静轴重17 t通过采空区地表时,高速铁路列车荷载29.75 t已超过计算的临界荷载,为保证高速铁路和列车安全,应进行采空区处理。结论研究结果对高速铁路在采空区地表的建设和治理方案选择具有一定的指导价值。 展开更多

The ALO algorithm mimics the search mechanism of antlions in nature. A time domain based objective function is established to tune the parameters of the PI controller based LFC, which is solved by the proposed ALO algorithm to reach the most convenient solutions. A three-area interconnected power system is investigated as a test system under various loading conditions to confirm the effectiveness of the suggested algorithm. Simulation results are given to show the enhanced performance of the developed ALO algorithm based controllers in comparison with Genetic Algorithm (GA), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Bat Algorithm (BAT) and conventional PI controller. These results represent that the proposed BAT algorithm tuned PI controller offers better performance over other soft computing algorithms in conditions of settling times and several performance indices. 展开更多

【目的】制备一种毫米级的多级孔道二氧化硅颗粒,研究其载香性能。【方法】本研究以棒状介孔二氧化硅微米颗粒和树枝状介孔二氧化硅纳米颗粒为骨架,通过造粒法制备了一种毫米级的多级孔道二氧化硅颗粒,采用TEM、BET、粒径粒形分析等手... 【目的】制备一种毫米级的多级孔道二氧化硅颗粒,研究其载香性能。【方法】本研究以棒状介孔二氧化硅微米颗粒和树枝状介孔二氧化硅纳米颗粒为骨架,通过造粒法制备了一种毫米级的多级孔道二氧化硅颗粒,采用TEM、BET、粒径粒形分析等手段对颗粒的结构和形貌进行表征。通过后负载法在多级孔道二氧化硅颗粒上负载乙基香兰素和复合香精,采用热重分析对颗粒的载香量和持香能力进行研究。【结果】制备得到粒径约为1.39 mm的多级孔道二氧化硅颗粒,比表面积为140 m^(2)/g。该颗粒对乙基香兰素的负载量约为44%,对复合香精的负载量约为40%。在长时间存放下(18 d),乙基香兰素负载量保持在约42%,复合香精负载量保持在约30%。【结论】本研究成功制备了一种毫米级的多级孔道二氧化硅颗粒,该颗粒具备高载香量和强持香能力。 展开更多

受到农村电力需求急剧增长,但电网运行效率低下的影响,在设计农村配置变压器配置方法时,通常会出现因电网负荷区域划分不准确的问题,导致优化性能差。对此,提出基于负荷预测的K均值聚类的农村配电网变压器位置优化方法。根据采集的农村... 受到农村电力需求急剧增长,但电网运行效率低下的影响,在设计农村配置变压器配置方法时,通常会出现因电网负荷区域划分不准确的问题,导致优化性能差。对此,提出基于负荷预测的K均值聚类的农村配电网变压器位置优化方法。根据采集的农村配电网运行数据,计算自回归系数,构建配电网节点的负荷预测模型。利用K均值聚类算法,结合计算的节点负荷预测值。先计算数据点到初始聚类中心的距离,再对初始聚类中心进行更新,由此划分配电网的负荷区域。以变压器位置优化最小成本和线路最小损耗为目标,设定多目标函数和相应的约束条件。构建变压器位置优化模型,在整数规划的作用下建立求解函数。通过多次迭代,对优化模型进行求解。实验结果表明,该方法在实际应用配变利用率高达86.42%,优化性能较好。 展开更多

When generation is insufficient, it can cause frequency decline in a power system operation. Implementing under frequency load shedding (UFLS) is one of the common methods to overcome this problem. This paper proposes a novel approach for adaptive load shedding. The concept is an extension of shared and targeted load shedding using reserve margin. The optimal system configuration is then selected from those candidates to fulfill operational objectives. Operational constraints related to system parameters, threshold frequency, total of load shed and control area including line capacity are considered. An example using four sub-areas connected to an external system shows that the proposed regional coordination as an adaptive UFLS is feasible. 展开更多

In order to occupy less or no farmland, many mining areas are constructing or intend to erect new buildings (structures) on the ground sites above the worked-out areas. The long-term safety of the new buildings is of great importance. This matter should be, therefore, handled with great care. Following an analysis of the different conditions of the worked-out areas, and the characteristics of the failure of different types of worked-out areas and their overlying strata, the cause for the occurrence of residual deformation of the surface above the worked-out area was explained. The techniques for (evaluating) the stability of ground site for erecting new buildings above worked-out area, and the technical measures for protecting such buildings were proposed. A Tabu Search Algorithm for Fast Restoration of Large Area Breakdown in Distribution Systems

The set of tripped switches is used as candidate solution. Some virtual tripped nodes are defined at the ends of the terminal nodes and by the source nodes. The neighborhood searching is committed by moving a tripped switch to the adjacent node of its upper stream and down stream, respectively. A Tabu list is formed for the tripped switches. The index is to energize as much as possible loads with as less as possible operated times. The electrical limitations and the voltage criterions are used as constrictions. The global aspiration criterion is adopted. An example is given, which shows that the proposed approach is feasible and can deal with complicated indexes. 展开更多

In the framework of liberalized deregulated electricity market, dynamic competitive environment exists between wholesale and retail dealers for energy supplying and management. Smart Grids topology in form of energy management has forced power supplying agencies to become globally competitive. Demand Response (DR) Programs in context with smart energy network have influenced prosumers and consumers towards it. In this paper Fair Emergency Demand Response Program (FEDRP) is integrated for managing the loads intelligently by using the platform of Smart Grids for Residential Setup. The paper also provides detailed modelling and analysis of respective demands of residential consumers in relation with economic load model for FEDRP. Due to increased customer’s partaking in this program the load on the utility is reduced and managed intelligently during emergency hours by providing fair and attractive incentives to residential clients, thus shifting peak load to off peak hours. 为保证内河框架直立式码头长期运营安全,开展针对该结构服役性能的监测检测工作尤为重要。传感器的布设位置及方案将会直接影响码头监测结果的精度与可靠性,故应考虑将监测传感器布设在结构的受荷敏感区域内。然而,由于内河框架直立式... 为保证内河框架直立式码头长期运营安全,开展针对该结构服役性能的监测检测工作尤为重要。传感器的布设位置及方案将会直接影响码头监测结果的精度与可靠性,故应考虑将监测传感器布设在结构的受荷敏感区域内。然而,由于内河框架直立式码头结构形式复杂、荷载工况组合数量庞大,在最不利荷载组合下码头结构受荷敏感区的位置及分布目前尚不清楚。依托某内河大型枢纽港,建立框架直立式码头结构段三维数值仿真模型,通过编译码头结构重要构件最不利荷载工况组合算法,获得各构件的最不利荷载组合情况。在此基础上,结合有限元数值仿真计算方法,探明最不利荷载组合下码头各构件的受荷响应点分布规律与敏感区范围。结果表明,复杂组合荷载作用下,框架直立式码头钢构件的受荷敏感性较混凝土构件更大;钢构件受荷敏感区主要分布在前排钢靠船构件高、低水位的衔接处与悬臂端。研究成果在一定程度上解决了框架直立式码头结构监测测点冗杂、无效等问题,为内河枢纽港码头结构的监测传感器布设提供了理论依据。 展开更多

为了提高柴油机气缸盖水压试验的缺陷检测精度,引入声发射技术并进行声发射特性仿真。首先,应用ANSYS有限元软件对气缸盖火力面进行水压试验应力仿真,以确定声发射特性仿真中声源函数的幅值;其次,在COMSOL软件中建立声发射仿真模型,通... 为了提高柴油机气缸盖水压试验的缺陷检测精度,引入声发射技术并进行声发射特性仿真。首先,应用ANSYS有限元软件对气缸盖火力面进行水压试验应力仿真,以确定声发射特性仿真中声源函数的幅值;其次,在COMSOL软件中建立声发射仿真模型,通过设定声源函数、网格尺寸和仿真时步等条件,对气缸盖火力面进行声发射特性仿真,不仅揭示了弹性波的传播规律,还通过检测点的位移-时间曲线计算出弹性波的传播速度,侧面验证了COMSOL模拟声发射弹性波传播的可行性;最后,对测量点的位移信号进行短时傅里叶变换,结合灰铸铁板的频散曲线,确定弹性波传播过程中的主要频率及模态,从而为缺陷类型识别及尺寸评估提供理论依据。 展开更多

用电模式的复杂程度随着电力市场和电网技术的发展逐渐增加,在此背景下提高了对电力系统短期负荷预测稳定性和精度的要求。提出GANO算法下广域电力系统短期负荷预测方法,建立自编码器,将电力系统的历史负荷数据输入自编码器中,通过数据... 用电模式的复杂程度随着电力市场和电网技术的发展逐渐增加,在此背景下提高了对电力系统短期负荷预测稳定性和精度的要求。提出GANO算法下广域电力系统短期负荷预测方法,建立自编码器,将电力系统的历史负荷数据输入自编码器中,通过数据重构实现电力负荷数据的去噪处理;分别建立了用于广域电力系统短期负荷预测的GM(1,1)模型和神经网络模型,为了提高负荷预测精度,结合GM(1,1)模型和神经网络模型的预测结果,建立灰色神经网络预测组合预测模型(GANO),实现电力系统短期负荷预测。仿真结果表明,在预测精度和预测效率方面,所提方法表现出良好的性能。 展开更多
