With the development of cities and the advancement of urbanization in China, the underground pipeline system in cities is becoming more and more complicated. Functional defects and structural defects caused by disrepair and geological uneven settlement of urban water supply facilities are increasingly prominent. The contradiction between the population growth brought by the rapid development of the city and the high-quality and high-value development requirements for the environment has gradually increased, making it more difficult to excavate and repair. Compared with excavation repair, trenchless repair has the characteristics of no impact on traffic, no damage to the environment, short construction period, good construction safety and significant social benefits. Through the summary of flexible lining technology, reference and technical support are provided for the implementation of subsequent similar projects. The trenchless repair and renovation engineering technology of municipal underground pipelines has been recognized by people due to its small interference to the ground, high construction speed, low comprehensive cost, good safety, low carbon emissions and other reasons, and has been gradually introduced and popularized in the field of municipal pipe network construction, renovation and repair. 展开更多

Differential Expression of Genes in HepG2 Cells Caused by UC001kfo RNAi as Shown by RNA-seq 被引量:1

The expression of UC001 kfo m RNA in t... The differential expression of genes in HepG2 cells caused by UC001 kfo RNAi was investigated using RNA-seq. HepG2 cells were infected by Lenti-sh UC001 kfo lentivirus particles. The expression of UC001 kfo m RNA in the HepG2-sh UC001 kfo cell line was detected by real-time PCR. RNA-seq technology was used to identify the difference in the expression of genes regulated by lnc RNA UC001 kfo in the HepG2 cell line. Gene ontology and signaling pathway analysis were performed to reveal the biological functions of the genes encoding of significantly different m RNAs. The results showed that m RNAs were differentially expressed between the HepG2-sh UC001 kfo cell line and the HepG2 cell line. The UC001 kfo m RNA was significantly down-regulated in the stable cell line HepG2-sh UC001kfo(P〈0.001). Additionally, we found 19 signaling pathways or functional classifications encompassing 30 genes that played a role in cancer characteristics, cell adhesion, invasion and migration. The results also showed that the expression of many genes associated with cancer cell invasion and metastasis was decreased with the down-regulation of the lnc RNA UC001 kfo. Lnc RNA UC001 kfo may play a role in regulating cancer cell invasion and metastasis. It was suggested that m RNAs were differentially expressed in the HepG2 cell line after the down-regulation of lnc RNA-UC001 kfo. Some took part in the extracellular matrix, cell adhesion, motility, growth, and localization. The genes encoding of differentially expressed m RNAs may participate in cell invasion and metastasis. 展开更多

The spatial matrix filter was designed and used for solving the problem to detect a weak target who was influenced by the strong nearby platform noise interference of the towed line array sonar. The MFP technology and the DOA estimation technology were combined together by using the sound propagation characteristics of both target and interference. The spatial matrix filter with platform noise zero response constraint was designed by the near-field platform noise normal modes copy vectors and the far-field plane wave bearing vectors together. The optimal solution of the optimization problem for designing the spatial matrix filter was deduced directly, and it was simplified by the generalized singular value decomposition. The total response error to the plane wave bearing vectors and the total response to the platform noise copy vectors were given. The phenomena that strong interferences existed in the bearing course and blind areas existed after filtering were analyzed by the correlation between the plat- form noise copy vectors and the plane wave bearing vectors. It could be found from simulations that it has less blind area and higher detection ability by using the spatial matrix filtering technology. 展开更多
