The growing prevalence of exercise-induced tibial stress fractures demands wearable sensors capable of monitoring dynamic musculoskeletal loads with medical-grade precision.While flexible pressure-sensing insoles show clinical potential,their development has been hindered by the intrinsic trade-off between high sensitivity and full-range linearity(R^(2)>0.99 up to 1 MPa)in conventional designs.Inspired by the tactile sensing mechanism of human skin,where dermal stratification enables wide-range pressure adaptation and ion-channelregulated signaling maintains linear electrical responses,we developed a dual-mechanism flexible iontronic pressure sensor(FIPS).This innovative design synergistically combines two bioinspired components:interdigitated fabric microstructures enabling pressure-proportional contact area expansion(αP1/3)and iontronic film facilitating self-adaptive ion concentration modulation(αP^(2/3)),which together generate a linear capacitance-pressure response(CαP).The FIPS achieves breakthrough performance:242 kPa^(-1)sensitivity with 0.997linearity across 0-1 MPa,yielding a record linear sensing factor(LSF=242,000).The design is validated across various substrates and ionic materials,demonstrating its versatility.Finally,the FIPS-driven design enables a smart insole demonstrating 1.8%error in tibial load assessment during gait analysis,outperforming nonlinear counterparts(6.5%error)in early fracture-risk prediction.The biomimetic design framework establishes a universal approach for developing high-performance linear sensors,establishing generalized principles for medical-grade wearable devices. 展开更多

The equivalent linearization method (ELM) is modified to investigate the nonlinear flut- ter system of an airfoil with a cubic damping. After obtaining the linearization quantity of the cubic nonlinearity by the ELM, an equivalent system can be deduced and then investigated by linear flut- ter analysis methods. Different from the routine procedures of the ELM, the frequency rather than the amplitude of limit cycle oscillation (LCO) is chosen as an active increment to produce bifurca- tion charts. Numerical examples show that this modification makes the ELM much more efficient. Meanwhile, the LCOs obtained by the ELM are in good agreement with numerical solutions. The nonlinear damping can delay the occurrence of secondary bifurcation. On the other hand, it has marginal influence on bifurcation characteristics or LCOs. 展开更多

This paper investigates the magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) boundary layer flow of an incompressible upper-convected Maxwell (UCM) fluid over a porous stretching surface. Similarity transformations are used to reduce the governing partial differential equations into a kind of nonlinear ordinary differential equations. The nonlinear prob- lem is solved by using the successive Taylor series linearization method (STSLM). The computations for velocity components are carried out for the emerging parameters. The numerical values of the skin friction coefficient are presented and analyzed for various parameters of interest in the problem. 展开更多

骨折联盟服务(FLS)对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者功能预后及生存率的影响

为了观察骨折联盟服务(fracture liaison service,FLS)模式对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后活动能力及两年内死亡率的影响,回顾性分析2018年1月—2020年1月在邯郸市中心医院骨五科行手术治疗的大于60岁老年股骨粗隆间骨折的患者数据,比较... 为了观察骨折联盟服务(fracture liaison service,FLS)模式对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后活动能力及两年内死亡率的影响,回顾性分析2018年1月—2020年1月在邯郸市中心医院骨五科行手术治疗的大于60岁老年股骨粗隆间骨折的患者数据,比较未实施FLS组和实施FLS组术后的抗骨质疏松药物处方率、服药依从性、二次骨折发生率、功能性步行分级评定(functional ambulation classification,FAC)、Barthel指数、死亡率的差异。共122名患者纳入此研究:FLS实施前(A组)60名、FLS实施后(B组)62名。研究发现,抗骨质疏松药物处方率:B组(60,96.8%)高于A组(7,11.7%),P<0.001;术后12个月时服药依从性:B组(7.29)高于A组(6.55),P<0.001;术后两年发生二次骨折人数:B组2(3.2%)名患者和A组4(6.7%)名患者,P=0.646;术后两年死亡率B组11名患者(18.3%)较A组低6名患者(9.7%),P=0.217,差异均有统计学意义。术前两组Barthel指数评分差异无统计学意义;两组Barthel指数The评分12个月>6个月>1个月>术前,且组内两两比较差异有统计学意义。术前两组FAC评分差异无统计学意义;两组FAC评分12个月>6个月>1个月>术前,差异有统计学意义,且两两比较差异有统计学意义。综上,研究认为在FLS模式下给予老年股骨粗隆间骨折抗骨质疏松治疗,可以提高抗骨质疏松药物处方率、提高患者治疗依从性、降低二次脆性骨折的发生风险、提高术后活动能力、降低患者死亡率。 展开更多

基于FL优化联合学习的WSN隐私数据入侵节点时空图异常检测方法

跨WSN子网的时空数据呈现强非独立同分布特性,且子网间容易遭受针对性攻击,如标签翻转攻击、后门攻击,降低WSN的安全性;为了解决这些问题,提出了基于FL优化联合学习的异常检测方法;各WSN子网基于本地数据生成隐私化时空图训练集,并采用F... 跨WSN子网的时空数据呈现强非独立同分布特性,且子网间容易遭受针对性攻击,如标签翻转攻击、后门攻击,降低WSN的安全性;为了解决这些问题,提出了基于FL优化联合学习的异常检测方法;各WSN子网基于本地数据生成隐私化时空图训练集,并采用FL优化联合时空滑动平均法对数据进行平滑处理,以消除传感器噪声干扰,抑制数据突变与异常抖动;对滑动时空窗口内的数据进行最大最小值归一化处理,确保数据分布均匀性,从而提升后续异常检测的准确性;构建基于FL优化联合学习的异常检测框架,聚合WSN中边缘节点的联邦平均参数,建立异常检测FL优化联合学习目标,通过联邦子域微调机制和加密参数共享,结合差分隐私与动态权重聚合,在适配非独立同分布时空数据的同时抑制针对性攻击,实现安全精准的跨域异常检测;实验结果表明,该方法在标签翻转攻击、后门攻击模式下节点空间分布熵最大值分别为0.8和0.6,射频信号标识模拟误差分别为0.7、0.3,与实验指标一致,说明使用该方法检测结果精准,能够有效保障WSN隐私数据的传输与存储。 展开更多

目的 探讨骨折联络服务(Fracture Liaison Service,FLS)康复模式对老年髋关节置换术(Hip Arthroplasty,HA)后患者疼痛控制、功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年6月至2024年6月在淮滨县人民医院接受初次HA的老年患者68例,随机分... 目的 探讨骨折联络服务(Fracture Liaison Service,FLS)康复模式对老年髋关节置换术(Hip Arthroplasty,HA)后患者疼痛控制、功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年6月至2024年6月在淮滨县人民医院接受初次HA的老年患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组(各34例)。对照组给予常规髋关节置换术后康复护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上应用FLS康复模式进行综合管理,包括多学科协作团队构建、术前强化教育与评估、术后早期优化康复、营养与并发症管理、出院前准备与出院后管理。通过视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评估疼痛程度,记录镇痛药物使用情况,采用Harris髋关节评分量表(Harris Hip Score,HHS)和简易身体活动表现量表(Short Physical Performance Battery,SPPB)评估髋关节与下肢功能,比较两组功能恢复时间。结果 在术后72小时、1周、2周及4周,观察组VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组镇痛泵使用时间短于对照组,额外镇痛药使用次数少于对照组(均P<0.001),镇痛满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。在术后1周、2周、4周和12周,观察组的Harris髋关节功能评分均高于对照组(均P<0.001)。术后4周SPPB评分显示,观察组的平衡测试、4米步行测试、5次起坐测试及总分均优于对照组(均P<0.001)。观察组的下床活动时间、独立行走时间、上下楼梯时间及生活自理时间等功能恢复指标均优于对照组(均P<0.001)。结论 FLS康复模式对髋关节置换术后老年患者康复具有积极作用,能够有效减轻术后疼痛,提高镇痛满意度,促进髋关节功能与下肢功能恢复,缩短功能恢复时间。 展开更多

针对具有强非线性、复杂性的化工过程软测量建模问题,在区间二型TSK模糊系统(IT2 TSK FLS)的基础上,结合改进灰狼优化(IGWO)算法策略,提出IGWO-IT2 TSK FLS方法。与一型TSK模糊逻辑系统方法相比,IT2 TSK FLS方法可以同时建模个体内不确... 针对具有强非线性、复杂性的化工过程软测量建模问题,在区间二型TSK模糊系统(IT2 TSK FLS)的基础上,结合改进灰狼优化(IGWO)算法策略,提出IGWO-IT2 TSK FLS方法。与一型TSK模糊逻辑系统方法相比,IT2 TSK FLS方法可以同时建模个体内不确定性和个体间的不确定性,在现有误差反向传播(BP)算法训练的基础上,将IGWO算法用于模型前件参数和后件参数的设计,以进一步提高模型的预测性能。通过对灰狼优化算法进行改进,引入早熟收敛判断机制、非线性余弦调整策略、Levy飞行策略,提高算法的收敛速度并避免陷入局部最优。将IGWO-IT2 TSK FLS方法应用于脱丁烷塔的软测量实例建模中,在同等条件下,对一型TSK FLS方法以及BP算法、遗传算法(GA)、差分进化(DE)、粒子群优化(PSO)、生物地理学优化(BBO)、灰狼优化算法(GWO)等优化的IT2 TSK FLS方法进行比较,实验结果表明:IGWO-IT2 TSK FLS方法在性能上优于对比方法,证实了方法的有效性和应用潜力。 展开更多

红柳提取物中2种黄酮类成分含量测定及抗RA-FLS活性初探

本文建立了一种同时测定红柳中槲皮素和异鼠李素含量的高效液相色谱分析方法,并初步探索了将红柳提取物对RA-FLS增殖和迁移方面的活性。采用Wondasil Cis Herb column(250×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸二氢钾溶液(梯度洗脱... 本文建立了一种同时测定红柳中槲皮素和异鼠李素含量的高效液相色谱分析方法,并初步探索了将红柳提取物对RA-FLS增殖和迁移方面的活性。采用Wondasil Cis Herb column(250×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸二氢钾溶液(梯度洗脱)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为;360 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL测定红柳中槲皮素和异鼠李素含量。通过CCK-8、流式细胞术、细胞划痕实验研究红柳提取物对RA-FLS增殖和迁移方面的作用。槲皮素、异鼠李素在0.003125~0.2000 mg·mL^(-1)(R^(2)分别为0.9995、0.9993)范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系;其精密度的RSD值均小于1.4%;重复性RSD值不超过2%;槲皮素与异鼠李素稳定性的RSD值均小于5%;槲皮素的加样回收率分别为101.4%、103.1%、99.4%,异鼠李素的加样回收率分别为98.9%、102.7%、96.3%。CCK-8结果显示,红柳提取物浓度在80μg·mL^(-1)时,对RA-FLS的抑制率为78.22%。流式结果表明,红柳提取物干预后,G0G1期的比例从33.85%升高至63.40%。划痕实验得知随着红柳提取物浓度增加,RA-FLS迁移能力逐渐降低。 展开更多

目的分析脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者术后采用骨折联络服务(fracture liaison services,FLS)模式指导下的康复护理对于预防深静脉血栓的临床价值。方法选择我院收治的脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者90例,根据双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。... 目的分析脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者术后采用骨折联络服务(fracture liaison services,FLS)模式指导下的康复护理对于预防深静脉血栓的临床价值。方法选择我院收治的脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者90例,根据双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行FLS模式指导下的康复护理,对比两组术后深静脉血栓发生情况、分级情况、依从性评分、围术期指标(术后3周下肢疼痛程度、下肢肿胀程度、住院时间)、凝血指标(D-二聚体、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间及纤维蛋白原)。结果与对照组比较,观察组的深静脉血栓和并发症发生率均较低(P<0.05);观察组的依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3周下肢肿胀程度、疼痛程度均较低,且住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组D-二聚体、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间及纤维蛋白原水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者通过应用FLS模式指导下的康复护理,可以改善凝血指标,有效预防深静脉血栓,缩短住院时间,从而改善患者预后。 展开更多

The exact feedback linearization method implies an accurate knowledge of the model and its parameters.This assumption is an inherent limitation of the method,suffering from robustness issues.In general,the model structure is only partially known and its parameters present uncertainties.The current paper extends the classical exact feedback linearization to the robust feedback linearization by adding an appropriatelydesigned robust control layer.This is then able to ensure robust stability and robust performance for the given uncertain system in a desired region of attraction.We consider the case of full relative degree input-affine nonlinear systems,which are of great practical importance in the literature.The inner loop contains the feedback linearization input for the nominal system and the resulting residual nonlinearities can always be characterized as inverse additive uncertainties.The constructive proofs provide exact representations of the uncertainty models in three considered scenarios:unmatched,fully-matched,and partially-matched uncertainties.The uncertainty model will be a descriptor system,which also represents one of the novelties of the paper.Our approach leads to a simplified control structure and a less conservative coverage of the uncertainty set compared to current alternatives.The end-to-end procedure is emphasized on an illustrative example,in two different hypotheses. 展开更多

Re-evaluation of an operating hazardous landfill site considering the conflict with neighboring inhabitants by multi-criteria decision

Judicious selection of landfill allocation is crucial since inappropriate dumping of wastes can negatively impact human health and degrade the ecosystem.Therefore,this survey presents an integration multi-criteria decision approach with the geographic information system for re-evaluating the pending hazardous landfill in Jradou,Tunisia,considering the conflict with neighboring inhabitants.The study involved twelve constraints and eight factors relevant to environmental and socio-economic challenges based on international works,guidelines of the country’s legislation,and an assessment questionnaire on the landfill suitability map.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)apportioned weights to criteria,and a Weighted Linear Combination(WLC)approach generated landfill suitability maps(LSM).Afterward,the produced LSM revealed that 2%(8.46km²)of the land was classified as very high,followed by 48%(203.04km²)as high,25%(105.75km²)as moderate,10%(42.3km²)as low,and the remaining 15%(63.45km²)as very low suitable.Furthermore,the operating hazardous waste landfill of Jradou falls within unsuitable areas,inflicting severe harm on the neighboring.The pending hazardous landfill of Jradou should be closed,and a new site must be identified.Conversely,the highly suitable classes are further identified in(1)the Eastern part of the study area,near Ouled ben Amara,and(2)the Northern part of Zaghouan,at 2 km north of Smenja,for potential future hazardous waste landfills.Consequently,governments and relevant stakeholders should investigate these zones to locate new landfills. 展开更多

The long-term Mittag-Leffler stability of solutions to multi-term timefractional diffusion equations with constant coefficients was rigorously established,which demonstrated that the algebraic decay rate of the solution,characterized by||u_(n)||L^(2)(Ω)=O(t^(−αs)) as t→∞,is determined by the minimum order α_(s) of the time-fractional derivatives.Building on this foundational result,this article pursues two primary objectives.First,we introduce a strongly A-stable fractional linear multistep method and derive the numerical stability region for the governing equation.Second,we rigorously prove the long-term decay rate of the numerical solution through a detailed singularity analysis of its generating function.Notably,the numerical decay rate||u_(n)||L^(2)(Ω)=O(t_(n)^(−α_(s)) as t_(n)→∞aligns precisely with the continuous case.Theoretical findings are further validated through comprehensive numerical simulations,underscoring the robustness of our proposed method. 展开更多

Ammonium level in body fluids serves as one of the critical biomarkers for healthcare,especially those relative to liver diseases.The continuous and real-time monitoring in both invasive and noninvasive manners is highly desired,while the ammonium concentrations vary largely in different body fluids.Besides,the sensing reliability based on ion-selective biosensors can be significantly interfered by potassium ions.To tackle these challenges,a flexible and biocompatible sensing patch for wireless ammonium level sensing was reported with an ultrawide linear range for universal body fluids including blood,tears,saliva,sweat and urine.The as-prepared biocompatible sensors deliver a reliable sensitivity of 58.7 mV decade-1 in the range of 1-100 mM and a desirable selectivity coefficient of 0.11 in the interference of potassium ions,attributed to the cross-calibration within the sensors array.The sensor’s biocompatibility was validated by the cell growth on the sensor surface(>80%),hemolysis rates(<5%),negligible cellular inflammatory responses and weight changes of the mice with implanted sensors.Such biocompatible sensors with ultrawide linear range and desirable selectivity open up new possibility of highly compatible biomarker analysis via different body fluids in versatile approaches. 展开更多
