In view of the complexity of existing linear frequency modulation(LFM)signal parameter estimation methods and the poor antinoise performance and estimation accuracy under a low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),a parameter estimation method for LFM signals with a Duffing oscillator based on frequency periodicity is proposed in this paper.This method utilizes the characteristic that the output signal of the Duffing oscillator excited by the LFM signal changes periodically with frequency,and the modulation period of the LFM signal is estimated by autocorrelation processing of the output signal of the Duffing oscillator.On this basis,the corresponding relationship between the reference frequency of the frequencyaligned Duffing oscillator and the frequency range of the LFM signal is analyzed by the periodic power spectrum method,and the frequency information of the LFM signal is determined.Simulation results show that this method can achieve high-accuracy parameter estimation for LFM signals at an SNR of-25 dB. 展开更多

A technique for measuring the linearity of a linearly frequency-modulated continuous wave (LFM-CW) signal is presented. It uses a delay-line and a mixer to sense the slope of the output of a sweep oscillator, so that the original form of frequency function deviated from idealized linear slope is retrieved by means of spectrum analysis. Consequently,the linearity of the LFM signal is determined. The formulation is performed based on the principle that an angle-modulated signal can be approximated by an amplitude-modulated signal if the modulation coefficient is sufficiently small. To examine the validity of the procedure and to study the effect of each parameter on the accuracy of measurement, a number of computer simulations has been made. The results of simulation show that the error of the measurement is less than 2%. 展开更多

The beat frequency signal is obtained by self-heterodyne detection. The frequency changes are converted to the envelope of beat frequency signal after amplitude-frequency response. The active frequency sweep linearization is realized by feeding envelope deviations back to the drive currents of the lasers by a feedback loop. A simulation model is built to verify this scheme by Simulink. This scheme does not need high-performance, expensive lasers, complex linearization or tedious post-processing processes, which are of great significance for related applications. </div> 展开更多

Increasing penetration of power electronic(PE)grid-tied devices has caused more and more dynamic problems with unknown mechanisms.Since grid operation asks for a certain voltage amplitude and frequency level when there is a power imbalance,roles of the PE grid-tied devices during dynamics must be characterized as internal voltage response under power excitation,in which the voltage vector evolves through its timevarying amplitude and frequency.Existing modeling works,unfortunately,fail to recognize amplitude and frequency modulation essence of grid voltage during dynamics,so corresponding linear models are inapplicable to small-perturbation grid dynamic analysis.Thus,taking current control timescale of grid-tied voltage source converter(VSC)for example,this paper establishes a model with active and reactive current excitation and internal voltage amplitude and frequency response.Especially,the role of the terminal voltage detection-based phase-locked loop(PLL)in the excitation-response relationship is revealed.Linearization is conducted by clarifying amplitude and frequency operating points and corresponding increments of AC signals.This model intuitively reflects the evolution of internal voltage amplitude and frequency excited by active and reactive currents,which represents characteristics of the device during dynamics.Then,simulations for verification of the linear model and time-varying nature of amplitude and frequency are presented.Features of the characteristics of VSC are preliminarily discussed. 展开更多

The quadrature modulator is a crucial block in transmitters that upconverts baseband signals to theRadio Frequency(RF)band of interest using local oscillator frequencies.In this paper,non-ideal factors thatinfluence the performance of the quadrature modulator are considered,and solutions are accordingly taken inthe quadrature modulator design.A high-linear RF quadrature modulator with improved sideband suppressionand carrier leakage performance is presented in this work.The quadrature modulator implemented in the0.18-μm SiGe process uses the current bleeding technique to improve the general performance of the doublebalanced active Gilbert mixers.An on-chip prescaler followed by two cascaded limiting amplifiers is designed toprovide accurate quadrature local oscillator signals.Predrivers at quadrature baseband signal input ports areproposed to eliminate DC offsets.The measured sideband suppression achieves a performance of better than−43 dBc and carrier leakage is less than−38 dBm over the output RF frequency range of 30 MHz to 2.15 GHz.The output 1 dB compression point equals 11.4 dBm at 800 MHz. 展开更多

随着对水下通信需求的不断增加,水下可见光通信(UVLC)系统备受关注。通信感知一体化的概念在UVLC系统中的实现成为了一个新的研究热点。正交时频空(OTFS)技术以其在高多普勒和高时延信道中的卓越性能受到学术界广泛关注,为系统提供了强... 随着对水下通信需求的不断增加,水下可见光通信(UVLC)系统备受关注。通信感知一体化的概念在UVLC系统中的实现成为了一个新的研究热点。正交时频空(OTFS)技术以其在高多普勒和高时延信道中的卓越性能受到学术界广泛关注,为系统提供了强大的通信支持。与此同时,线性调频(LFM)技术由于其对多普勒频移的低敏感性而在无线通信领域广泛应用。将OTFS技术与LFM技术相融合,设计了一种UVLC感知一体化系统。通过实验仿真对比发现,系统在误码率(BER)、模糊函数及目标速度和距离信息获取方面表现出色。融合OTFS技术和LFM技术的系统在复杂水下环境中展现出卓越的适应性,为水下通信领域带来新的可能性。同时,考虑3种常见的调制方式,进一步分析不同调制对系统性能的可能影响,为系统优化提供有益的参考。 展开更多

面对典型的非高斯噪声脉冲噪声,现有线性调频(LFM)信号的参数估计方法大多存在着精度下降甚至是失效的问题,提出一种α-稳定非高斯噪声下基于arctan-CFRFT的LFM信号参数估计方法。首先,构造了一种多参数arctan非线性变换函数,证明该非... 面对典型的非高斯噪声脉冲噪声,现有线性调频(LFM)信号的参数估计方法大多存在着精度下降甚至是失效的问题,提出一种α-稳定非高斯噪声下基于arctan-CFRFT的LFM信号参数估计方法。首先,构造了一种多参数arctan非线性变换函数,证明该非线性变换能有效抑制大幅值的脉冲噪声,且基本不改变信号的时域特征;其次,利用CFRFT建立了信号的分数谱,基于分数谱特征构建LFM信号参数估计的数学模型,并结合浣熊优化算法搜索峰值点;最后,结合噪声修正算法来修正非标准α稳定分布噪声,分析实测脉冲噪声下的参数估计性能。仿真实验表明,该方法能够有效抑制脉冲噪声,能够在脉冲噪声下建立准确的LFM信号分数谱。与现有的基于非线性变换的方法相比,该方法在低GSNR下仍然具有较高的估计精度,实现实测脉冲噪声环境下的LFM信号参数估计。 展开更多

为解决现有超声波风速计在高风速环境中噪声抑制能力和测量精度不足的问题,设计了一种基于线性调频(linear frequency-modulated,LFM)信号的超声波风速计。系统对驱动信号进行线性频率调制,利用LFM信号的脉冲压缩特性提高系统的抗噪能... 为解决现有超声波风速计在高风速环境中噪声抑制能力和测量精度不足的问题,设计了一种基于线性调频(linear frequency-modulated,LFM)信号的超声波风速计。系统对驱动信号进行线性频率调制,利用LFM信号的脉冲压缩特性提高系统的抗噪能力和测量精度。系统基于反射式结构,设计了适用于高风速环境的收发电路,并给出一种广义二次互相关(generalized second-order cross-correlation,GSCC)算法,结合相位变换加权(phase transform,PHAT)进一步发挥LFM信号在时延估计上的带宽优势。最后,通过仿真实验验证了所提方案的可行性,并在此基础之上设计开发了一款基于线性调频信号的超声波风速计。该风速计的测试结果表明:在风速为1.3~14.3 m/s时,风速均方根误差(root mean square error,RMSE)小于0.16 m/s,风向均方根误差小于2.3°;在风速为40.9~61.4 m/s时,风速均方根误差小于1.4 m/s,风向均方根误差小于0.5°。该设计具有成本低、性能稳定、便于集成等特点,可满足绝大多数行业应用对风速风向精准测量的需求。 展开更多

This paper presents an improved non-data-aided algo- rithm for carrier frequency estimation for burst M-ary PSK signals when modulation order M and training symbols are unknown. Unlike data-aided estimation, a phase clustering algorithm is used first to estimate M and modulated information is removed by a vari- able interval linear phase unwrapping. Then, a high-order correlation algorithm with proper correction is present, which reduces the probability of phase ambiguity and promotes anti-noise capability of the estimation. Simulations are given to analyze the unbiased esti- mation range, and the asymptotic performance and symbol number are needed to compare with the former algorithms. The new algo- rithm has a large estimation range close to the theoretical maximum value for non-data-aided estimation and has a better performance than earlier non-data-aided techniques for large frequency offset, low signal-to-noise ratio, and limited symbol numbers. 展开更多

Its ambiguity function is derived and analyzed in detail and its feasibility is validated in theory. The scheme of the proposed signal processing is also presented. The results of theoretic analysis and simulation show that, by using the proposed signal and increasing the bandwidth of the total stepped frequency, the ambiguity sidelobe is well suppressed and the range-velocity coupling in the stepped frequency radar is also greatly weakened. 展开更多

声波测井技术被广泛应用在油田的勘探开发中,然而对于传统的阵列声波测井仪器,发射换能器往往使用单脉冲信号激励,这种激励信号能量持续时间较短、占空比低,使得换能器辐射的能量有限,接收信号容易受到井中噪声影响.本文采用有限差分数... 声波测井技术被广泛应用在油田的勘探开发中,然而对于传统的阵列声波测井仪器,发射换能器往往使用单脉冲信号激励,这种激励信号能量持续时间较短、占空比低,使得换能器辐射的能量有限,接收信号容易受到井中噪声影响.本文采用有限差分数值模拟方法,对比了分别采用Ricker信号和线性调频信号作为声波测井的单极子声源信号时,充液裸眼井中的声场响应特征,探讨了脉冲压缩技术在提高声波测井的模式波分辨率和信噪比等方面的可行性.数值模拟结果表明,对于线性调频声源信号,接收到的阵列接收信号经过脉冲压缩处理后的波形与采用脉冲声源时的阵列接收信号的波形形态几乎一致,但模式波分辨率得到明显提升,传统的用于脉冲声源的声波测井信号处理的方法同样适用于经过脉冲压缩后的线性调频阵列接收信号.相较于传统的频域滤波技术,使用脉冲压缩技术能够更加有效地提高接收波形以及模式波频散曲线的信噪比,但线性调频接收波形所需的记录时间更长,产生的数据量更大,这给井下数据处理和数据高速传输带来了新的挑战. 展开更多

针对全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)信号易受射频干扰影响的问题,提出一种线性调频(linear frequency modulation,LFM)干扰抑制方法。首先,提出一种四阶时域自相关方法估计LFM信号参数。其次,设计应用于单... 针对全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)信号易受射频干扰影响的问题,提出一种线性调频(linear frequency modulation,LFM)干扰抑制方法。首先,提出一种四阶时域自相关方法估计LFM信号参数。其次,设计应用于单天线GNSS接收机的LFM干扰抑制模块,利用LFM信号的参数估计结果将干扰信号的能量在频域上聚集,采用可配置二阶陷波器滤除干扰信号。最后,通过仿真实验验证LFM信号的参数估计效果和干扰抑制结果。实验结果表明,在干信比达到80 dB时,干扰抑制后的卫星信号跟踪载噪比损失值为3.5 dB·Hz。所提方法可以有效抑制LFM干扰,保障GNSS接收机应对强LFM干扰条件下的干扰抑制性能。 展开更多

针对线性调频引信受扫频式干扰后易出现的“早炸”和“瞎火”问题,提出了一种恒虚警率(CFAR)检测与Burg外推法结合的干扰剔除与信号重构方法。该方法根据线性调频引信目标回波差频信号同干扰差频信号在时频域平面的分布差异,利用CFAR检... 针对线性调频引信受扫频式干扰后易出现的“早炸”和“瞎火”问题,提出了一种恒虚警率(CFAR)检测与Burg外推法结合的干扰剔除与信号重构方法。该方法根据线性调频引信目标回波差频信号同干扰差频信号在时频域平面的分布差异,利用CFAR检测干扰差频信号的时频分布,并将干扰所在位置能量置零,从而剔除干扰对引信的影响;针对干扰置零法引起的目标回波信号部分片段丢失、信噪比下降等问题,提出了基于Burg外推法的信号重构方法,重构置零区间内的目标回波差频信号。通过仿真和实测验证了所提方法的性能,结果表明:所提方法可有效抑制线性调频引信差频信号中的干扰成分。 展开更多
