The numerical analysis is based on the iterative solution of rate equations for population density of the Er/Yb ions. The behaviors of co-pump and counter-pump methods are contrasted. Dependence of output power on input pump power, output reflectivity, operating wavelength and active fiber length is simulated, respectively. We present a stable linear-cavity single longitudinal mode (SLM) erbium-doped silica fiber laser. It consists of four fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) directly written in a section of photosensitive erbium-doped fiber (EDF) to form an asymmetric three-cavity structure. The stable SLM operation at a wavelength of 1545.112 nm with a 3-dB bandwidth of 0.012 nm and an optical signal-to-noise ratio (OSNR) of about 60 dB is verified experimentally. Under laboratory conditions, the performance of a power fluctuation of less than 0.05 dB observed from the power meter for 6 h and a wavelength variation of less than 0.01 nm obtained from the optical spectrum analyzer (OSA) for about 1.5 h are demonstrated. The gain fiber length is no longer limited to only several centimeters for SLM operation because of the excellent mode-selecting ability of the asymmetric three-cavity structure. The proposed scheme provides a simple and cost-effective approach to realizing a stable SLM fiber laser. 展开更多

This paper proposes a novel method of multi-beam laser heterodyne measurement for metal linear expansion coefficient. Based on the Doppler effect and heterodyne technology, the information is loaded of length variation to the frequency difference of the multi-beam laser heterodyne signal by the frequency modulation of the oscillating mirror, this method can obtain many values of length variation caused by temperature variation after the multi-beam laser heterodyne signal demodulation simultaneously. Processing these values by weighted-average, it can obtain length variation accurately, and eventually obtain the value of linear expansion coefficient of metal by the calculation. This novel method is used to simulate measurement for linear expansion coefficient of metal rod under different temperatures by MATLAB, the obtained result shows that the relative measurement error of this method is just 0.4%. 展开更多

Linear polarization output performance of Nd:YAG laser at 946 nm considering the energy-transfer upconversion

A theoretical model of quasi-three-level laser system is developed, in which both the thermally induced depolarization loss and the effect of energy-transfer upconversion are taken into account. Based on the theoretical investigation of the influences of output transmission and incident pump power on thermally induced depolarization loss, the output performance of 946 nm linearly polarized Nd:YAG laser is experimentally studied. By optimizing the transmission of output coupler, a 946 nm linearly polarized continuous-wave single-transverse-mode laser with an output power of 4.2 W and an optical-optical conversion efficiency of 16.8% is obtained, and the measured beam quality factors are M2 = 1.13 and My2 = 1.21. The theoretical prediction is in good agreement with the experimental result. 展开更多

The beat frequency signal is obtained by self-heterodyne detection. The frequency changes are converted to the envelope of beat frequency signal after amplitude-frequency response. The active frequency sweep linearization is realized by feeding envelope deviations back to the drive currents of the lasers by a feedback loop. A simulation model is built to verify this scheme by Simulink. 直线摆动对钢/铝激光搭接焊接头组织性能的影响

基于直线摆动模式开展钢/铝激光搭接焊试验,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子万能试验机研究了不同摆动频率下焊缝表面形貌、熔池微观组织、接头力学性能及断口形貌的变化规律,结合高速摄像、理论计算及数值模拟探究了直线摆动对接头组... 基于直线摆动模式开展钢/铝激光搭接焊试验,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子万能试验机研究了不同摆动频率下焊缝表面形貌、熔池微观组织、接头力学性能及断口形貌的变化规律,结合高速摄像、理论计算及数值模拟探究了直线摆动对接头组织性能的影响机制。结果表明,在直线摆动模式下,通过改变激光的能量密度分布增加了熔宽的同时降低了熔深,熔深方向热量的减少有效抑制了Fe、Al之间的冶金反应,极大的降低了界面金属间化合物的层厚度;利用光束搅拌作用形成的稳定涡流不仅显著改善了熔池稳定性和焊缝成型性,还明显细化了晶粒,而高频摆动时的层状偏析则归因于顺时针涡流导致的Al元素聚集;界面IMCs的层厚度是影响接头性能的主要因素,相同热输入下接头的最大剪切力提高了17.6%,韧性也得到了显著增强;接头的断裂模式也由脆性断裂转变为混合断裂。 展开更多

In order to implement 3D scanning of those complicated parts such as blades in the aviation field,a non-contact optical measuring system is established in the paper,which integrates a laser displacement sensor,a probe head,the frame of a coordinate measuring machine(CMM),etc.As the output of the laser sensor directly obtained possesses the 1D length of the laser beam,it needs to determine the unit direction vector of the laser beam denoted as(l,m,n)by calibration so as to convert the 1D values into 3D coordinates of target points.Therefore,an extrinsic calibration method based on a standard sphere is proposed to accomplish this task in the paper.During the calibration procedure,the laser sensor moves along with the motion of the CMM and gathers the required data on the spherical surface.Then,both the output of the laser sensor and the grating readings of the CMM are substituted into the constraint equation of the spherical surface,in which an over-determined nonlinear equation group containing unknown parameters is established.For the purpose of solving the equation group,a method based on non-linear least squares optimization is put forward.Finally,the system after calibration is utilized to measure the diameter of a metallic sphere 10 times from different orientations to verify the calibration accuracy.In the experiment,the errors between the measured results and the true values are all smaller than 0.03 mm,which manifests the validity and practicality of the extrinsic calibration method presented in the paper. 展开更多

Aiming at the defects of routine settlement measurement methods, such as complicated procedures, time-consuming and labor-intensive, high cost and low measurement accuracy, based on the analysis of existing engineering measurement technical requirements and specifications, a multi-point high precision and high efficiency based on laser reference is proposed. The automatic building settlement real-time monitoring system program gives the principle and system model of single-point settlement observation. The model of multi-point scanning settlement monitoring system and the model of multi-point network settlement monitoring system are designed, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. We focus on the networked multi-point settlement monitoring system for network cumulative error analysis, and propose related evaluation and correction methods. The hardware schematic and software block diagram of the laser reference measurement and measurement system of the single point settlement acquisition system are given. Finally, the risk of subsidence state is quantitatively evaluated based on multi-point settlement monitoring data. The measurement error of this method is less than 300 μm, which can realize the monitoring and evaluation of the overall settlement. 展开更多

目的:分析脉冲染料激光(PDL)联合非剥脱性点阵激光(NAFL)治疗儿童面部线状瘢痕的效果及安全性。方法:将江西省儿童医院小儿整形外科2021年5月—2022年5月80例面部线状瘢痕患儿作为本次研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,... 目的:分析脉冲染料激光(PDL)联合非剥脱性点阵激光(NAFL)治疗儿童面部线状瘢痕的效果及安全性。方法:将江西省儿童医院小儿整形外科2021年5月—2022年5月80例面部线状瘢痕患儿作为本次研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,各40例,试验组予以PDL联合NAFL治疗,对照组仅用PDL治疗。采用温哥华瘢痕评分量表(VSS)、瘢痕美容评估与评级量表(SCAR)对患儿瘢痕状况进行评估,并比较两组瘢痕宽度、不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗前VSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、3、6个月试验组VSS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1年试验组SCAR评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、2个月试验组瘢痕宽度均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为5.00%、10.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:儿童面部线状瘢痕采用PDL联合NAFL治疗效果显著,能够有效加快损伤修复,防止瘢痕过度增宽。 展开更多

Due to the zero dispersion point at 1.3μm in optical fibres, 1.3-μm InGaAsP/InP laser diodes have become main light sources in fibre communication systems recently. Influences of quantum noises on direct-modulated properties of single-mode 1.3-μm InGaAsP/InP laser diodes are investigated in this article. Considering the carrier and photon noises and the cross-correlation between the two noises, the power spectrum of the photon density and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the direct-modulated single-mode laser system are calculated using the linear approximation method. We find that the stochastic resonance (SR) always appears in the dependence of the SNR on the bias current density, and is strongly affected by the cross-correlation coefficient between the carrier and photon noises, the frequency of modulation signal, and the photon lifetime in the laser cavity. Hence, it is promising to use the SR mechanism to enhance the SNR of direct-modulated InGaAsP/InP laser diodes and improve the quality of optical fibre communication systems. 展开更多

To solve the problem of identification and measurement of two projectiles hitting the target at the same time,this paper proposes a projectile coordinate test method combining three photoelectric encoder detection screens,and establishes a coordinate calculation model for two projectiles to reach the same detection screen at the same time.The design method of three photoelectric encoder detection screens and the position coordinate recognition algorithm of the blocked array photoelectric detector when projectile passing through the photoelectric encoder detection screen are studied.Using the screen projection method,the intersected linear equation of the projectile and the line laser with the main detection screen as the core coordinate plane is established,and the projectile coordinate data set formed by any two photoelectric encoder detection screens is constructed.The principle of minimum error of coordinate data set is used to determine the coordinates of two projectiles hitting the target at the same time.The rationality and feasibility of the proposed test method are verified by experiments and comparative tests. 展开更多

短曝光式激光功率计具有测量效率高和成本低等优点,在高功率激光测量方面拥有广阔的应用前景。设计了一款短曝光式激光功率计,对探测器在不同功率激光、不同激光照射时间下的温度响应特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,出光结束10 s时... 短曝光式激光功率计具有测量效率高和成本低等优点,在高功率激光测量方面拥有广阔的应用前景。设计了一款短曝光式激光功率计,对探测器在不同功率激光、不同激光照射时间下的温度响应特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,出光结束10 s时的温升数据能更好地表征激光功率;出光时长会影响探测器响应的线性度,出光时间不超过1 s时,探测器响应非线性偏差小于3%,出光时间不超过2 s时,探测器响应非线性偏差不超过5.5%。建立了探测器的三维有限元模型,分别对有散热和无散热的情况进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,散热对探测器响应非线性的影响较小,短时间内响应非线性主要由传热过程造成,长时间时影响探测器响应线性度的主要因素为测量信噪比。 展开更多

现有乙炔饱和吸收稳频激光系统的稳定度和准确度明显超过波长计校准的需求。为适用于通讯波段波长计的校准,研制了一套集成化乙炔线性吸收稳频激光系统。该系统采用一次谐波线性吸收稳频的方法,使窄线宽单频激光器(DFB)输出的激光频率... 现有乙炔饱和吸收稳频激光系统的稳定度和准确度明显超过波长计校准的需求。为适用于通讯波段波长计的校准,研制了一套集成化乙炔线性吸收稳频激光系统。该系统采用一次谐波线性吸收稳频的方法,使窄线宽单频激光器(DFB)输出的激光频率锁定在^(13)C_(2)H_(2)的194.3695 THz(1542.38 nm)吸收谱线上。通过采用光纤输出搭配5.5 cm乙炔气室的光学系统来探测乙炔吸收信号,提高了光学系统的稳定性;同时将光学系统和电学系统集成在一个紧凑的213.2 mm×128.7 mm×300 mm的机箱中,通过该集成化的光电结合系统实现乙炔稳频系统的自动锁定功能。研制的这套紧凑、低成本、稳定的乙炔稳频激光器系统,其1 s频率稳定度可以达到2.3×10^(-9),经光学频率梳测量得到该系统的绝对频率值为194369563.8(4)MHz。 展开更多

结构光三维轮廓测量方法目前是三维形状测量的热点,而其中的线结构光技术因其成本低、效率高、精度高成为复杂物体三维轮廓测量方法的典型代表。然而,现有的线结构光法在应用中存在着标定困难、标定精度低等问题,对此,结合双目视觉系统... 结构光三维轮廓测量方法目前是三维形状测量的热点,而其中的线结构光技术因其成本低、效率高、精度高成为复杂物体三维轮廓测量方法的典型代表。然而,现有的线结构光法在应用中存在着标定困难、标定精度低等问题,对此,结合双目视觉系统与具有固定特征点的靶标,建立了一种高效、可靠的激光平面方程标定方法。该方法仅需要一个平面靶标和一个额外的相机,只记录两处位置的标定图像便可完成测量系统标定工作。工作时,首先结合左、右标定图像提取的光刀中心和角点获得特征点的像素坐标;然后,通过匹配左、右图像上对应的特征点,确定相机坐标系下特征点的三维坐标;进而,基于多组不同位置的三维特征点坐标,利用最小二乘法拟合激光平面,获得激光平面方程的参数。以标准块为样品的长度测量实验表明,该方法灵活实用、靶标设计简单、具有特征点丰富的优点,相比于典型标定方法,其可高精度地完成系统标定工作,量块宽度测量实验的结果更接近于参考值。另外,对比商用线激光传感器的测量结果,文中方法的测量精度提高了约10μm。 展开更多

在飞秒激光成丝过程中,线性聚焦和非线性聚焦共同决定了光丝的动态演化特性。本文通过采用分步傅里叶算法数值求解了飞秒激光光场演化及其与介质相互作用过程中产生的等离子体密度演化的偏微分方程,研究了飞秒激光在一标准大气压纯氮气... 在飞秒激光成丝过程中,线性聚焦和非线性聚焦共同决定了光丝的动态演化特性。本文通过采用分步傅里叶算法数值求解了飞秒激光光场演化及其与介质相互作用过程中产生的等离子体密度演化的偏微分方程,研究了飞秒激光在一标准大气压纯氮气介质中的传输演化过程,证实了成丝条件下线性聚焦与非线性聚焦的竞争特性。研究结果表明在紧聚焦条件下,线性聚焦占主导地位,光丝形成主要来源于线性聚焦和等离子体散焦效应的动态平衡过程;随着透镜焦距的增加,非线性聚焦效应逐渐增强;当外部聚焦条件消失时,光丝形成的物理机制最终演化成为非线性聚焦和等离子体散焦效应的动态平衡过程。 展开更多

随着“多测合一”改革的深入推进,传统线性工程测绘模式在效率与精度上面临挑战。本文以轨道交通工程为研究对象,提出了基于移动三维激光扫描系统的“多测合一”技术方案。通过集成高精度惯性导航、激光扫描与多源数据融合技术,构建动... 随着“多测合一”改革的深入推进,传统线性工程测绘模式在效率与精度上面临挑战。本文以轨道交通工程为研究对象,提出了基于移动三维激光扫描系统的“多测合一”技术方案。通过集成高精度惯性导航、激光扫描与多源数据融合技术,构建动态三维空间数据采集与处理框架,解决了地下隧道隐蔽工程数据更新滞后、多部门协同验收难等问题。以上海某轨道交通线盾构段为实例,验证了该系统的可行性:经CPⅢ控制点校验,平面与高程残差中误差分别为0.50、0.35 cm,满足规范要求;特征点平面与高程中误差分别为2.97、2.34 cm,显著提升了数据采集效率与成果标准化水平。研究表明,该系统通过“一测多用”机制实现了多专业要素的自动化提取与空间关联,为城市地下空间数字孪生建设提供了可靠的技术支撑。 展开更多

远距离条件下激光雷达系统可以通过引入滤波器来提高快速反射镜(fast steering mirror,FSM,简称快反镜)的精度,但带来的延时问题会影响快反镜的控制性能。为了保持快反镜的响应速度并提高跟踪精度,提出了一种延时补偿线性二次型最优控... 远距离条件下激光雷达系统可以通过引入滤波器来提高快速反射镜(fast steering mirror,FSM,简称快反镜)的精度,但带来的延时问题会影响快反镜的控制性能。为了保持快反镜的响应速度并提高跟踪精度,提出了一种延时补偿线性二次型最优控制方法。该方法基于快反镜的动力学和电学模型构建了离散状态空间模型,通过引入近似一阶惯性环节的预估补偿器,结合状态反馈器和二次型性能指标进行最优控制。实验结果显示,与比例-积分-微分(proportion integr-ationdifferentiation,PID)控制相比,延时补偿线性二次型最优控制方法的阶跃时间提高了61.83%,X轴方向的跟踪精度提高了50.92%,Y轴方向的跟踪精度提高了29.98%,可以使扫描成像系统得到更加准确、可靠的观测数据。 展开更多
