The repairing of damaged composite materials becomes a hot research subject in the late 1990s.In this paper a new technology of repairing composite materials is given on the basis of our previous research.The light wave of 675nm transmitted by optical fiber is used as repairing light source,special repairable adhesive which can be stimulated by the light is adopted.By comparing the stiffness of the composite material before and after being damaged,it can be concluded that the mechanical property will not be changed with the feasible repairing technology. 展开更多

It is shown that spectral shifts and spectral switches are affected both by the polarization of the incident light wave and by the characters of the scat-tering medium. Moreover, numerical results show that the direction at which the spectral switch occurs is governed by the characters of the scattering medium, whereas the magnitude of the spectral switch is affected by the polarization of the incident light wave. 展开更多

Some authors have developed a few methods of measuring wave slopes based on light refraction, including the measurement method via the distribution of light intensity or color under water. A new method based on light refraction is specified for the measurement of wave surface elevation in wave flume via imaging technology. A plane painted with black and white stripes is put on the flume floor as an indication plane, which can be arranged easily and cheaply. Compared with the previous methods, the present method is less sensitive to the noise and nonlinear effects of optical process, which can be taken as a digital method. The CCD camera is fixed above the flume with its optical axis arranged vertically to grab the images of stripes modulated by the wave surface. The modulated value can be calculated from the Hilbert transform, and then the wave surface elevation can be obtained. The algorithm and experimental procedure are specified in detail, and some experimental results are provided to show the validity of the present method. 展开更多

In this work, we report on an off-resonant four-wave mixing experiment via a ladder-type configuration in a hot rubidium atomic vapour. We find for the first time, to the best of our knowledge, that the generated light is delayed compared with the reference. At the same time, the seeded signal beam is also delayed, though the delay time is not as so large as the one that the generated light has. Both delayed times can be adjusted experimentally by controlling the two-photon detuning. The experimental results are in good agreement with our theoretical predictions. Our results may be important for storing telecom-band photons. 展开更多

The localized range is related to the wave number and the amplitude. The dependence of the half maximum localized angle on the wave number and amplitude is analytically derived. Meanwhile, the analytic angular distribution of the diffraction light in the localized range is obtained. Experiments are carried out to achieve diffraction patterns to confirm the localized effect and to measure the angular distribution of the diffraction light intensity as well as to determine the localized range scales corresponding to different wave amplitudes. Theoretical curves of the light intensity angular distribution and localized interval widths related to surface acoustic wave amplitudes are compared with the experimental data. The experimental results agree well with the theoretical prediction. 展开更多

Angle Compensation and Asymmetry Effect of Light Diffracted by Millimeter Liquid Surface Slosh Wave

The angle compensation method is adopted to detect sloshing waves by laser diffraction, in the case that the wavelength of the sloshing waves is much greater than that of the incident light. The clear diffraction pattern is observed to be of asymmetry, involving orders, position and interval of the diffraction spots that are discovered during the light grazing incidence. It is found that the larger the angle of incidence is, the more obvious the asymmetry is. The higher the negative diffraction orders are, the smaller the intervals between spots are. On the contrary~ in the positive region, the higher the diffraction orders are, the larger the spot intervals are. The positive interval is larger than that of the same negative diffraction order. If the incident angle reaches 1.558 rad in the experiment, all positive diffraction orders completely vanish. Based on the mechanism of phase modulation and with the Fourier transform method, the relations between the incident angle and position, interval spaces, and orders of diffraction spots are derived theoretically. The theoretical calculations are compared with the experimental data, and the comparison shows that the theoretical calculations are in good agreement with the experimental measurement. 展开更多

The mechanism applied in this study is electrostriction mechanism. This study considers crystal parts of superfluid helium with a zero absorption coefficient applying electrostriction mechanism. Affecting Gaussian laser light on these crystal parts, a spectrum of cylindrical first and second sound waves and cylindrical slow and rapid waves is obtained. 高空强X射线辐射在空间目标表面会产生热击波,具有载荷脉宽窄、峰值高,且在辐照范围内同步性高等特点,可能对结构造成严重损伤。蜂窝结构具有密度低、高吸能等优点,被广泛用于冲击防护。文章基于光敏炸药加载试验技术,设计了蜂窝结构对... 高空强X射线辐射在空间目标表面会产生热击波,具有载荷脉宽窄、峰值高,且在辐照范围内同步性高等特点,可能对结构造成严重损伤。蜂窝结构具有密度低、高吸能等优点,被广泛用于冲击防护。文章基于光敏炸药加载试验技术,设计了蜂窝结构对热击波防护效果的考核试验方法,将光敏炸药均匀地喷涂在1 mm厚薄铝板上作为加载源,光敏炸药的面密度为40 mg/cm^(2),成功实现了加载载荷峰值约为189 MPa、脉宽小于5μs、加载面积为16 cm×16 cm、载荷同步性优于3μs的极窄脉宽载荷模拟。开展试验研究了不同厚度蜂窝板对极窄脉宽载荷的防护效果,测量发现经过不同厚度蜂窝结构缓冲后,冲击波首峰峰值降低幅值均超过80%,且随着蜂窝厚度增加,降低幅值增大。试验结果表明设计的考核方法可行,蜂窝结构在空间目标防护方面具备较好的应用前景。 展开更多

针对现有吸波剂组分、结构与性能单一以及吸波体系在强紫外环境下易失效等问题,以纳米四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))为内核,锐钛矿型二氧化钛(TiO_(2))和聚苯胺(PANI)为外壳,采用溶剂热法和原位聚合法成功制备了具有核壳结构的Fe_(3)O_(4)@Ti... 针对现有吸波剂组分、结构与性能单一以及吸波体系在强紫外环境下易失效等问题,以纳米四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))为内核,锐钛矿型二氧化钛(TiO_(2))和聚苯胺(PANI)为外壳,采用溶剂热法和原位聚合法成功制备了具有核壳结构的Fe_(3)O_(4)@TiO_(2)@PANI吸波剂,并对其微观结构、磁性能、紫外吸收性能和吸波性能等进行系统研究。结果表明:TiO_(2)提供紫外光吸收能力;PANI虽降低饱和磁化强度,但赋予磁/介电双损耗及良好阻抗匹配特性;核壳结构构建界面极化和多重反射与散射效应。Fe_(3)O_(4)@TiO_(2)@PANI吸波剂对紫外光吸收效率高、范围广,在全紫外光波段,光吸收率均超90%,400 nm处吸光率最高达92.3%,紫外防护性能优异;Fe_(3)O_(4)@TiO_(2)@PANI吸波剂同时具备宽频高效的吸波特性:在厚度为4.01 mm时,最小反射损耗值可达-59.24 dB(7.90 GHz);在厚度为2.34 mm时,最大有效吸波频宽可达5.70 GHz(12.20~17.90 GHz)。研究结果可为极端复杂环境下新型高性能吸波剂的设计提供思路。 展开更多

基于有序电磁谐振单元的可见光透明吸波电磁功能超材料吸波体

目的设计并制备一种在可见光波段具有高透过率、同时在微波频段具备强吸收性能的电磁功能超材料吸波体,以实现“透光-吸波”一体化功能,为新一代多功能电磁兼容材料的发展提供技术路径。方法采用“结构设计-参数优化-制备验证”的系统... 目的设计并制备一种在可见光波段具有高透过率、同时在微波频段具备强吸收性能的电磁功能超材料吸波体,以实现“透光-吸波”一体化功能,为新一代多功能电磁兼容材料的发展提供技术路径。方法采用“结构设计-参数优化-制备验证”的系统研究方法,基于有序电磁谐振单元构型,设计了以PC为基体层、PVC为中间介质层、ITO电阻膜为功能层的多层超材料结构。采用遗传算法对PC基体层厚度、超材料单元结构的关键几何参数以及ITO电阻膜的方阻值进行多目标协同优化,在保证可见光透过率高于80%的前提下,寻求最优的吸波性能。运用超快激光微纳制造技术,实现方环型超材料结构单元微纳米级的精准成型。结果本研究制备的优选超材料样件在7.24~17.65 GHz的宽频带范围内,实现了反射率低于-10 dB的有效电磁波吸收,吸收带宽达到10.41 GHz。通过超材料电磁场分析发现,方环结构单元在谐振频点处引发了显著的电场聚集效应,其局部电场密度显著提升并导致了功率损耗密度集中,证实了电磁能量被高效地转化为热能而耗散。结论基于有序方环型ITO谐振单元的超材料结构,能够通过激发结构谐振来有效调控与耗散入射电磁波能量。遗传算法的优化设计是实现宽频带吸波与高可见光透过的关键。透明超材料吸波体在保持高光学透明度的同时,具备优异的宽频微波吸收性能,为解决特定场景下的电磁兼容与光学透视矛盾问题提供了一种有效的技术方案。本研究进一步证明了基于遗传算法结合超快激光微纳制造的技术路径,在开发更复杂多功能电磁材料方面具有巨大的潜力和应用价值。 展开更多

This paper proposes a scheme of axial triple-well optical dipole trap by employing a simple optical system composed of a circular cosine grating and a lens. Three optical wells separated averagely by -37 μm were created when illuminating by a YAG laser with power 1 mW. These wells with average trapping depth -0.5 μK and volume -74 μm^3 are suitable to trap and manipulate an atomic Bose-Einstein condensation (BEC). Due to a controllable grating implemented by a spatial light modulator, an evolution between a triple-well trap and a single-well one is achievable by adjusting the height of potential barrier between adjacent wells. Based on this novel triple-well potentials, the loading and splitting of BEC, as well as the interference between three freely expanding BECs, are also numerically stimulated within the framework of mean-field treatment. By fitting three cosine functions with three Gaussian envelopes to interference fringe, the information of relative phases among three condensates is extracted. 展开更多

The time-dependent wave packet method is used to investigate the influence of laser-fields on the vibrational population of molecules. For a two-state system in laser fields, the populations on different vibrational levels of the upper and lower electronic states are given by wavefunctions obtained by solving the Schrbdinger equation with the split- operator method. The calculation shows that the field parameters, such as intensity, wavelength, duration, and delay time etc. can have different influences on the vibrational population. By varying the laser parameters appropriately one can control the evolution of wave packet and so the vibrational population in each state, which will benefit the light manipulation of atomic and molecular processes. 展开更多

First, and starting from the concept of the speed of light being an average over multi-fractals, we use Magueijo-Smolin’s ingenious revision of Einstein’s special relativity famous formula E = mc2 to a doubly special formula which includes the Planck energy as invariant to derive the ordinary energy density E(O) = mc2/22 and the dark energy density E(D) = mc2(21/22) wheremis the mass andcis the speed of light. The propagation of narrow packets of electromagnetic waves(EMWs) in frequency dispersive medium with the consideration of the complex refractive index is studied. It is shown that counting in the dispersion of the complex refractive index within the context of the conventional expression of the group velocity of narrow wave packets of EMWs propagating in a dispersive medium results in the appearance of additional constraints on the group velocity, which dictates that the physically acceptable group velocity can only be realized in the case of a negligible imaginary part of the group index. In this paper, the conditions that allow one to realize the physically acceptable group velocity are formulated and analyzed numerically for the relevant model of the refractive index of a system of two-level atoms in the optical frequency range. It is shown that in the frequency band where superluminal light propagation is expected, there is a strong dispersion of the refractive index that is accompanied with strong absorption, resulting in a strongly attenuated superluminal light. 展开更多

In this work, we experimentally demonstrate an image information transfer between two channels by using slow light based on electromagnetically induced transparency(EIT) in a solid. The probe optical image is slowed due to steep dispersion induced by EIT. By applying an additional control field to an EIT-driven medium, the slowed image is transferred into two information channels. Image intensities between two information channels can be controlled by adjusting the intensities of the control fields. The similarity of output images is further analyzed. This image information transfer allows for manipulating images in a controlled fashion, and will be important in further information processing. 展开更多

为了提高血压的检测精度,本研究基于光电容积脉搏波(photoplethysmography,PPG)波形,提取该波形的时域特征参数15个,并在此基础上,加入前一时刻的血压值作为特征,通过LightGBM(light gradient boosting machine,LightGBM)模型进行10折... 为了提高血压的检测精度,本研究基于光电容积脉搏波(photoplethysmography,PPG)波形,提取该波形的时域特征参数15个,并在此基础上,加入前一时刻的血压值作为特征,通过LightGBM(light gradient boosting machine,LightGBM)模型进行10折交叉验证。结果表明,舒张压和收缩压的平均绝对误差均小于5 mmHg,均方根误差均小于8 mmHg,满足了AAMI国际电子血压计标准。本研究所用的检测方法简单高效、易于实现,有助于个性化血压检测的应用以及临床应用。 展开更多
