We analyze in detail the...In this paper, we theoretically discuss the soliton properties of light pulse transportation on the surface of an ionic crystal having strong nonlinear interactions between ions of unit cells. We analyze in detail the dark solitons when the nonlinear coefficient g is positive and negative, respectively. It is found that whether the nonlinear coefficient g is positive or negative, the dark solitons can be formed over the whole dispersion relation area of surface polaritons considering nonlinear effects. Attention should be paid to the fact that around , the light pulse can form advanced dark solitons, and there is a switching area from advanced dark soliton to retarded dark soliton near . We also discuss the effects of higher nonlinear dispersion on the solitons.展开更多

Under electromagnetically induced transparency, a single signal pulse is stored in the spin coherence of the crystal. By simultaneously switching on two control fields to recall the stored information, the spin coherence is converted into two slow light pulses with distinct frequencies. Furthermore, the storage and controlled retrieval of double slow light pulses are obtained by manipulating the control fields. As structured optical fields with spatially inhomogeneous polarization distributions,vector beams have attracted widespread attention for their great applications across multiple fields.The coupling between spatial mo...As structured optical fields with spatially inhomogeneous polarization distributions,vector beams have attracted widespread attention for their great applications across multiple fields.The coupling between spatial modes and polarization states in vector beams results in nonseparability analogous to quantum entangled states,referred to as classical entanglement.This concept has garnered considerable scholarly interest,due to its capacity to facilitate quantum-inspired approaches for the characterization of vector optical fields,leading to noteworthy applications such as metrological sensing,communication encryption,and quantum computing.However,most investigations concerning classical entanglement have focused on vector optical fields within the spatial domain,while the classical entanglement characteristics of ultrafast vector beam pulses in the temporal domain remain to be revealed.Here,we investigate the classical local entanglement of ultrafast vector beam pulses in the temporal domain.Through theoretical interpretation and experimental verification,time-varying nonseparability has been demonstrated throughout the pulse duration.The dynamic evolution of spatially vectorial polarization states on femtosecond timescales was measured.The temporal evolution of the classical entanglement and the associated density matrix were analyzed using quantum state tomography.This research provides,to our knowledge,novel perspectives for investigating quantum-classical optical analogies in the temporal domain,advancing deeper fundamental understanding of entanglement.展开更多

The memory time of 15 min and the maximum soliton output power of 5.94 dBm are noted, respectively. Attosecond light pulses have revolutionized the study of electron dynamics in materials by enabling the observation of ultrafast processes with unprecedented attosecond temporal resolution.They are primarily generated...Attosecond light pulses have revolutionized the study of electron dynamics in materials by enabling the observation of ultrafast processes with unprecedented attosecond temporal resolution.They are primarily generated through the process of high-order harmonic generation.This paper presents a comprehensive setup for attosecond pulse generation and measurement.Using a 900 nm,7 mJ,and 7 fs femtosecond laser with stabilized carrier-envelope phase,we employ polarization gating to generate a near single-cycle,linearly polarized pulse that interacts with neon gas to produce a broadband extreme-ultraviolet continuum with a cutoff photon energy of∼120 eV.The temporal and spectral characteristics of the generated single attosecond pulses are measured using an attosecond streak camera,and the pulse duration is determined to be 59 as through the frequency-resolved optical gating for complete reconstruction of attosecond bursts retrieval algorithm.As part of the Synergetic Extreme Condition User Facility,this setup will facilitate ultrafast research in transient absorption and photoelectron spectroscopy,providing global users with a powerful tool for studying electron dynamics in various materials.展开更多
The aim of this study was to evaluate the factors influencing the inactivation effect of intense pulsed light(IPL)on Aeromonas salmonicida grown on chicken meat and skin,and to further develop prediction models of ina...The aim of this study was to evaluate the factors influencing the inactivation effect of intense pulsed light(IPL)on Aeromonas salmonicida grown on chicken meat and skin,and to further develop prediction models of inactivation.In this work,chicken meat and skin inoculated with meat-borne A.salmonicida isolates were subjected to IPL treatments under different conditions.The results showed that IPL had obvious bactericidal effect in the chicken skin and thickness groups when the treatment voltage and time were 7 V combined with 5 s.In addition,the lethality curves of A.salmonicida were fitted under IPL conditions of 3.5-7.5 V.The comparison of statistical parameters revealed that the Weibull model could best fit the mortality curves and could accurately predict the mortality dynamic of A.salmonicida grown on chicken skin.And further a secondary model between the scale factor b and the treatment voltage in Weibull model was established using linear equations,which determined that the secondary model could accurately predict the inactivation of A.salmonicida.This study provides a theoretical basis for future prediction models of Aeromonas,and also provides new ideas for sterilization approaches of meat-borne Aeromonas.展开更多
Objective To evaluate the effect of intense pulsed light(IPL)in the treatment of chronic hordeolum.Methods Patients with chronic hordeolum who underwent IPL treatment were enrolled in this study.According to the sever...Objective To evaluate the effect of intense pulsed light(IPL)in the treatment of chronic hordeolum.Methods Patients with chronic hordeolum who underwent IPL treatment were enrolled in this study.According to the severity of hordeolum,the patients were treated with IPL 3 to 5 times.Patients’satisfaction and visual analog scale scores for ocular discomfort symptoms before and after treatment were collected.The number,congestion,long diameter,short diameter and area of nodules were also recorded and measured.Finally,eyelid margin signs,meibum quality,meibomian gland expressibility,meibomian gland dropout,tear meniscus height,and corneal fluorescein staining were scored.Results 20 patients were enrolled in this study.The eyelid margins were congestive and swollen,with blunt rounding or irregularity.The meibum was cloudy or toothpaste-like.The meibomian gland expressibility,meibomian gland dropout and tear meniscus height were reduced.The cornea showed scattered fluorescein staining.After treatment,score of visual analog scale,congestion and size of nodules were significantly reduced.Eyelid margin signs,meibum quality,meibomian gland expressibility,tear meniscus height and corneal fluorescein staining scores were improved.Meibomian gland dropout had no significant change.No side effects occurred during treatment.Conclusions IPL is beneficial for the treatment of chronic hordeolum.展开更多

Results: The total effective rate was 89.1% and 98.0% in the control group and treatment group respectively, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: For chloasma, the effect of treatment with acupuncture plus intensive pulse light irradiation is superior to that with simple acupuncture.展开更多

Although perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have achieved a high power conversion efficiency(PCE)within a short period of development,the high-temperature sintering of the constituent electron-selective layers(ESLs)impedes t...Although perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have achieved a high power conversion efficiency(PCE)within a short period of development,the high-temperature sintering of the constituent electron-selective layers(ESLs)impedes the commercialization.In this report,we demonstrate the effectiveness of an intensepulsed-light(IPL)treatment for the rapid and damage-free sintering of amorphous-SnO_(2)ESLs for use in PSCs.The IPL treatment of amorphous-SnO_(2)substantially reduced the amount of surface hydroxyl groups,modified the surface energy,and enabled the growth of a low-stress perovskite layer with large grain sizes,all of which enhanced the photovoltaic properties and led to the proper alignment of band structures for efficient PSCs.Through comprehensive optimization of the IPL conditions,a PCE of 17.68%was achieved from the MAPb I3 planar PSC based on an amorphous-SnO_(2)IPL treated for a few tens of seconds,which was significantly increased compared with a PCE(7.06%)of nontreated SnO_(2)based counterpart.In addition,the PCE of the IPL-treated SnO_(2)based PSC is comparable to the best PCE(18.16%)of PSCs fabricated with SnO_(2)ESL annealed for three hours at 185℃.Because of its ultrafast sintering time and tendency to not damage SnO_(2)ESLs,the new IPL process is expected to open new opportunities for the commercialization of PSCs.展开更多
AIM:To investigate the efficacy and mechanisms of indirect intense pulsed light(IPL)irradiation on meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).METHODS:A total of 60 MGD patients was included in this prospective randomized contro...AIM:To investigate the efficacy and mechanisms of indirect intense pulsed light(IPL)irradiation on meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).METHODS:A total of 60 MGD patients was included in this prospective randomized controlled trial.Patients were randomly assigned 1:1 into two groups(3-mm group and 10-mm group)in which IPL was applied at distances from the lower eyelid margin of 3 and 10 mm,respectively.Both groups received three times treatment with 3-week interval.Meibomian gland yield secretion score(MGYSS),standard patient evaluation of eye dryness(SPEED)questionnaire,tear break-up time(TBUT),corneal fluorescein staining(CFS),and in vivo confocal microscopy were performed at baseline and after every treatment.RESULTS:After three IPL treatments,both groups had significant improvement in MGYSS(both P<0.05).The noninferiority test showed that improvement in 10-mm group was not inferior to that in 3-mm group(P<0.001).In both groups,temporal regions of both upper and lower eyelids showed significant improvement in MGYSS.Scores of SPEED questionnaire in both groups declined significantly(both P<0.001)and changes of SPEED had no difference between two groups(P=0.57).Density of central corneal subepithelial nerves and TBUTs showed no statistically significant changes.The 3-mm group had improvement on corneal fluorescein staining(P=0.048)and meibomian gland morphology(acini wall thickness P=0.003,hyperreflective points P=0.024)while the 10-mm group had not.CONCLUSION:The efficacy of IPL indirect irradiation in improving meibomian gland secretion and alleviating dry eye symptoms remains unchanged with increase in treatment distance.IPL may primarily act on the functional improvement of the meibomian glands and corneal nerves.展开更多

Methods: a prospective study was conducted to collect 15 patients with Demodex blepharitis diagnosed...Objective: to observe the efficacy of intense pulsed light (IPL) in the treatment of refractory Demodex blepharitis. Methods: a prospective study was conducted to collect 15 patients with Demodex blepharitis diagnosed in Zigong first people's Hospital from September 2020 to may 2021 and ineffective after treatment with tea tree essential oil for 3 months. They were treated with IPL for 4 times (the first 3 times, with an interval of 2 weeks, and the last time with an interval of 4 weeks). The symptoms and symptoms of patients before and after treatment (2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks) were observed changes in the total amount of Demodex and the number of Demodex in different stages. Results: during the 3-month follow-up period, the symptom score and the number of Demodex decreased significantly. Before treatment, at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, the symptom scores were 9.69 ± 2.06, 9.08 ± 2.02, 7.85 ± 2.34, 3.69 ± 2.84 and 3.23 ± 3.19 respectively. The symptoms improved from the 8th week, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05);The total amount of Demodex was 17 (11.5, 26.25), 13.5 (11, 18.75), 11.5 (8.5, 16.75), 7 (5.25, 11.25) and 6 (1.75, 7.75) respectively. From the 8th week, the total amount of Demodex was lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05). The number of Demodex decreased mainly in adults (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the number of eggs and larvae (P ≥ 0.05). Conclusion: IPL is an effective method for the treatment of refractory Demodex blepharitis.展开更多

To verify the hypothesis of the invariance of light speed, a new method must be found to take accurate measurement of the infinitesimal change in the travelling time of light. The thesis suggests the adoption of high frequency laser pulse technology to carry out the measurement. On the basis of this idea a new discriminating experiment is proposed to test the hypothesis of the invariance of light speed. The thesis also makes some forecast of the future prospects of this experiment and of the future development of the theory of special relativity.展开更多

Hawthorn fruit is prone to nutrient loss and oxidative deterioration during storage,which significantly reduces its commercial value.This study evaluated the impact of pulsed light(PL)treatment on the storage quality ...Hawthorn fruit is prone to nutrient loss and oxidative deterioration during storage,which significantly reduces its commercial value.This study evaluated the impact of pulsed light(PL)treatment on the storage quality of hawthorn fruit.The results showed that a PL treatment dose of 600-700 J enhanced the content of total phenols,total flavonoids,and Vitamin C,while reducing PPO activity,increasing CAT activity,and facilitating the removal of H_(2)O_(2)and MDA.By integrating metabolomics and transcriptomics analyses,it was found that PL treatment upregulated the expression of key genes such as ODC,ALDH,and GAD,thereby activating the arginineputrescine-γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)and glutamate-GABA metabolic pathways,and improving the antioxidant activity and maintaining postharvest quality of hawthorn.These findings provide a reference for clarifying the molecular mechanism by which PL treatment maintains the postharvest quality of fruit and vegetables.展开更多
Physical fields are increasingly proposed in the production of germinated grain foods,thus shorting the prepa-ration cycle of high value-added sprouted grain foods.Here,pulsed light treatment(PLT)with 300 times at a s...Physical fields are increasingly proposed in the production of germinated grain foods,thus shorting the prepa-ration cycle of high value-added sprouted grain foods.Here,pulsed light treatment(PLT)with 300 times at a single energy of 400 J was found to significantly promote the shoot length and gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)content in 8 varieties of germinated brown rice(GBR).Functional annotation analysis showed that the brown rice germination was promoted by the biosynthesis of phenylalanine,carbohydrate metabolism,and energy metabolism pathway.Moreover,PLT influenced the genes and metabolites involved in the GABA shunt and the polyamine degradation pathway,promoting the accumulation of GABA.Transcription factor OsbZIP56 was closely related to the transcript level of regulatory gene for germination and GABA enrichment.Further-more,overexpression of OsbZIP56 in rice significantly promoted germination and GABA accumulation.These findings would be significant for improving the germination efficiency of edible seeds,promoting accumulation of active ingredients,and exploring gene functions in food materials.展开更多

文摘Using a measurement system based on fluorescence induced by variable pulse light, photosynthesis parameters of chlorella pyrenoidosa are obtained, employing single-turnover and multiple-turnover protocols under darkadapted and light-adapted conditions. Under the light-adapted condition,σ’PSII is larger, and F’v/F’m(ST) and F’v/F’m(MT) are smaller than those of the dark-adapted condition, but the corresponding parameters possess good linear correlations.Fm(MT), F’m(MT), Fv/Fm(MT) and F’v/F’m(MT) which are measured using the multipleturnover protocol, are larger than those of the single-turnover protocol. The linear correlation coefficient between Fm(ST) and Fm(MT) is 0.984,and Fv/Fm(MT) = 1.18 Fv/Fm(ST) The linear correlation coefficient between F’m(ST) and F’m(MT) is 0.995, and F’v/F’m(MT) = 1.36 F’v/F’m/(ST).

文摘Attosecond light pulses have revolutionized the study of electron dynamics in materials by enabling the observation of ultrafast processes with unprecedented attosecond temporal resolution.They are primarily generated through the process of high-order harmonic generation.This paper presents a comprehensive setup for attosecond pulse generation and measurement.Using a 900 nm,7 mJ,and 7 fs femtosecond laser with stabilized carrier-envelope phase,we employ polarization gating to generate a near single-cycle,linearly polarized pulse that interacts with neon gas to produce a broadband extreme-ultraviolet continuum with a cutoff photon energy of∼120 eV.The temporal and spectral characteristics of the generated single attosecond pulses are measured using an attosecond streak camera,and the pulse duration is determined to be 59 as through the frequency-resolved optical gating for complete reconstruction of attosecond bursts retrieval algorithm.As part of the Synergetic Extreme Condition User Facility,this setup will facilitate ultrafast research in transient absorption and photoelectron spectroscopy,providing global users with a powerful tool for studying electron dynamics in various materials.

文摘The aim of this study was to evaluate the factors influencing the inactivation effect of intense pulsed light(IPL)on Aeromonas salmonicida grown on chicken meat and skin,and to further develop prediction models of inactivation.In this work,chicken meat and skin inoculated with meat-borne A.salmonicida isolates were subjected to IPL treatments under different conditions.The results showed that IPL had obvious bactericidal effect in the chicken skin and thickness groups when the treatment voltage and time were 7 V combined with 5 s.In addition,the lethality curves of A.salmonicida were fitted under IPL conditions of 3.5-7.5 V.The comparison of statistical parameters revealed that the Weibull model could best fit the mortality curves and could accurately predict the mortality dynamic of A.salmonicida grown on chicken skin.And further a secondary model between the scale factor b and the treatment voltage in Weibull model was established using linear equations,which determined that the secondary model could accurately predict the inactivation of A.salmonicida.This study provides a theoretical basis for future prediction models of Aeromonas,and also provides new ideas for sterilization approaches of meat-borne Aeromonas.
文摘Objective To evaluate the effect of intense pulsed light(IPL)in the treatment of chronic hordeolum.Methods Patients with chronic hordeolum who underwent IPL treatment were enrolled in this study.According to the severity of hordeolum,the patients were treated with IPL 3 to 5 times.Patients’satisfaction and visual analog scale scores for ocular discomfort symptoms before and after treatment were collected.The number,congestion,long diameter,short diameter and area of nodules were also recorded and measured.Finally,eyelid margin signs,meibum quality,meibomian gland expressibility,meibomian gland dropout,tear meniscus height,and corneal fluorescein staining were scored.Results 20 patients were enrolled in this study.The eyelid margins were congestive and swollen,with blunt rounding or irregularity.The meibum was cloudy or toothpaste-like.The meibomian gland expressibility,meibomian gland dropout and tear meniscus height were reduced.The cornea showed scattered fluorescein staining.After treatment,score of visual analog scale,congestion and size of nodules were significantly reduced.Eyelid margin signs,meibum quality,meibomian gland expressibility,tear meniscus height and corneal fluorescein staining scores were improved.Meibomian gland dropout had no significant change.No side effects occurred during treatment.Conclusions IPL is beneficial for the treatment of chronic hordeolum.
文摘Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus intensive pulse light irradiation on chloasma. Methods: Ninety-six cases of chloasma were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 46 cases treated by simple acupuncture and the treatment group of 50 cases treated by acupuncture and intensive pulse light irradiation. Results: The total effective rate was 89.1% and 98.0% in the control group and treatment group respectively, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: For chloasma, the effect of treatment with acupuncture plus intensive pulse light irradiation is superior to that with simple acupuncture.

文摘Rosacea presents as transient or persistent erythema,papules,pustules,fAushing,and telangi-ectasia on the middle of the face,which has some clinical similarity with act inic keratosis(AK).These two conditions can coexist in the same patient.Dermoscopy and reflect ance confocal microscopy(RCM)could be useful methods for diagnosis and monitoring treatment efficacy.Novel intense pulsed light-photodynamic therapy(IPL-PDT)may have better tolerance and curative effect than traditional red-light 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT).Herein,we present a case of facial AKs concomitant with rosacea where combination therapy of novel IPL-PDT and oral minocycline was effective in that AK lesions were eliminated and the patient's facial erythema and telangiectasia were significantly improved.

文摘Although perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have achieved a high power conversion efficiency(PCE)within a short period of development,the high-temperature sintering of the constituent electron-selective layers(ESLs)impedes the commercialization.In this report,we demonstrate the effectiveness of an intensepulsed-light(IPL)treatment for the rapid and damage-free sintering of amorphous-SnO_(2)ESLs for use in PSCs.The IPL treatment of amorphous-SnO_(2)substantially reduced the amount of surface hydroxyl groups,modified the surface energy,and enabled the growth of a low-stress perovskite layer with large grain sizes,all of which enhanced the photovoltaic properties and led to the proper alignment of band structures for efficient PSCs.Through comprehensive optimization of the IPL conditions,a PCE of 17.68%was achieved from the MAPb I3 planar PSC based on an amorphous-SnO_(2)IPL treated for a few tens of seconds,which was significantly increased compared with a PCE(7.06%)of nontreated SnO_(2)based counterpart.In addition,the PCE of the IPL-treated SnO_(2)based PSC is comparable to the best PCE(18.16%)of PSCs fabricated with SnO_(2)ESL annealed for three hours at 185℃.Because of its ultrafast sintering time and tendency to not damage SnO_(2)ESLs,the new IPL process is expected to open new opportunities for the commercialization of PSCs.

文摘AIM:To investigate the efficacy and mechanisms of indirect intense pulsed light(IPL)irradiation on meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).METHODS:A total of 60 MGD patients was included in this prospective randomized controlled trial.Patients were randomly assigned 1:1 into two groups(3-mm group and 10-mm group)in which IPL was applied at distances from the lower eyelid margin of 3 and 10 mm,respectively.Both groups received three times treatment with 3-week interval.Meibomian gland yield secretion score(MGYSS),standard patient evaluation of eye dryness(SPEED)questionnaire,tear break-up time(TBUT),corneal fluorescein staining(CFS),and in vivo confocal microscopy were performed at baseline and after every treatment.RESULTS:After three IPL treatments,both groups had significant improvement in MGYSS(both P<0.05).The noninferiority test showed that improvement in 10-mm group was not inferior to that in 3-mm group(P<0.001).In both groups,temporal regions of both upper and lower eyelids showed significant improvement in MGYSS.Scores of SPEED questionnaire in both groups declined significantly(both P<0.001)and changes of SPEED had no difference between two groups(P=0.57).Density of central corneal subepithelial nerves and TBUTs showed no statistically significant changes.The 3-mm group had improvement on corneal fluorescein staining(P=0.048)and meibomian gland morphology(acini wall thickness P=0.003,hyperreflective points P=0.024)while the 10-mm group had not.CONCLUSION:The efficacy of IPL indirect irradiation in improving meibomian gland secretion and alleviating dry eye symptoms remains unchanged with increase in treatment distance.IPL may primarily act on the functional improvement of the meibomian glands and corneal nerves.
文摘Objective: to observe the efficacy of intense pulsed light (IPL) in the treatment of refractory Demodex blepharitis. Methods: a prospective study was conducted to collect 15 patients with Demodex blepharitis diagnosed in Zigong first people's Hospital from September 2020 to may 2021 and ineffective after treatment with tea tree essential oil for 3 months. They were treated with IPL for 4 times (the first 3 times, with an interval of 2 weeks, and the last time with an interval of 4 weeks). The symptoms and symptoms of patients before and after treatment (2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks) were observed changes in the total amount of Demodex and the number of Demodex in different stages. Results: during the 3-month follow-up period, the symptom score and the number of Demodex decreased significantly. Before treatment, at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, the symptom scores were 9.69 ± 2.06, 9.08 ± 2.02, 7.85 ± 2.34, 3.69 ± 2.84 and 3.23 ± 3.19 respectively. The symptoms improved from the 8th week, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05);The total amount of Demodex was 17 (11.5, 26.25), 13.5 (11, 18.75), 11.5 (8.5, 16.75), 7 (5.25, 11.25) and 6 (1.75, 7.75) respectively. From the 8th week, the total amount of Demodex was lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05). The number of Demodex decreased mainly in adults (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the number of eggs and larvae (P ≥ 0.05). Conclusion: IPL is an effective method for the treatment of refractory Demodex blepharitis.
文摘This thesis puts forward a conjecture that, owing to some unknown special character of light, it is impossible to determine whether the speed of light is variable by the interference method. To verify the hypothesis of the invariance of light speed, a new method must be found to take accurate measurement of the infinitesimal change in the travelling time of light. The thesis suggests the adoption of high frequency laser pulse technology to carry out the measurement. On the basis of this idea a new discriminating experiment is proposed to test the hypothesis of the invariance of light speed. The thesis also makes some forecast of the future prospects of this experiment and of the future development of the theory of special relativity.

文摘We present a novel mechanism,which is formed by periodically changing the radii of dielectric rods in the middle row of a photonic crystal, to control and stop light. Using the Bloch theory and coupled-mode theoryl the dispersion characteristic of such a photonic crystal coupled cavity optical waveguide is obtained. We also theoretically demonstrate that the group velocity of a light pulse in this system can be modulated by dynamically changing the refractive index or radii of the selected dielectric rods, and the light stopping can be achieved.

文摘Hawthorn fruit is prone to nutrient loss and oxidative deterioration during storage,which significantly reduces its commercial value.This study evaluated the impact of pulsed light(PL)treatment on the storage quality of hawthorn fruit.The results showed that a PL treatment dose of 600-700 J enhanced the content of total phenols,total flavonoids,and Vitamin C,while reducing PPO activity,increasing CAT activity,and facilitating the removal of H_(2)O_(2)and MDA.By integrating metabolomics and transcriptomics analyses,it was found that PL treatment upregulated the expression of key genes such as ODC,ALDH,and GAD,thereby activating the arginineputrescine-γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)and glutamate-GABA metabolic pathways,and improving the antioxidant activity and maintaining postharvest quality of hawthorn.These findings provide a reference for clarifying the molecular mechanism by which PL treatment maintains the postharvest quality of fruit and vegetables.

文摘Physical fields are increasingly proposed in the production of germinated grain foods,thus shorting the prepa-ration cycle of high value-added sprouted grain foods.Here,pulsed light treatment(PLT)with 300 times at a single energy of 400 J was found to significantly promote the shoot length and gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)content in 8 varieties of germinated brown rice(GBR).Functional annotation analysis showed that the brown rice germination was promoted by the biosynthesis of phenylalanine,carbohydrate metabolism,and energy metabolism pathway.Moreover,PLT influenced the genes and metabolites involved in the GABA shunt and the polyamine degradation pathway,promoting the accumulation of GABA.Transcription factor OsbZIP56 was closely related to the transcript level of regulatory gene for germination and GABA enrichment.Further-more,overexpression of OsbZIP56 in rice significantly promoted germination and GABA accumulation.These findings would be significant for improving the germination efficiency of edible seeds,promoting accumulation of active ingredients,and exploring gene functions in food materials.
