And they are realized these integration innovation in the logistics system, financial system, Chinese business culture system, production manufacturing system, and customer service system. These suggestions are provided for the development of Chinese business culture in supply chain theory. 为更好地提升食品企业综合效率,降低企业成本,针对考虑多工厂多客户场景下的生产配送集成调度问题(integrated production and distribution schedule,IPDS),建立最小化makespan和总成本为优化目标的多agent仿真模型,并提出一种改进的NS...为更好地提升食品企业综合效率,降低企业成本,针对考虑多工厂多客户场景下的生产配送集成调度问题(integrated production and distribution schedule,IPDS),建立最小化makespan和总成本为优化目标的多agent仿真模型,并提出一种改进的NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行求解。针对问题的两阶段集成特性,基于订单分配和加工顺序设计一种二维编码结构,采用仿真模型作为解码器解析各agent行为。在改进NGSA-Ⅱ算法中,采用随机和启发式规则结合的方式产生初始种群,根据问题特性引入4种交叉、变异算子,增强基因多样性以扩大算法搜索范围;同时设计一种基于关键工厂的邻域搜索算子提升算法的局部搜索能力。最后,以某食品企业实际案例生成测试算例进行仿真实验,实验结果表明与现有多目标优化算法相比,改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法具有优越性,且仿真模型与算法协同具备优化目标多样性的能力,在生产配送集成调度中具有广阔应用前景。展开更多
以往车间布局和调度优化都是各自分开进行的,单独车间布局优化时一般假设待加工工件各工序的加工设备已经确定;而单独调度优化则在车间布局确定后进行的,这种分开优化的方式忽略了不同布局对工序加工设备间距离的影响,由此影响工序间的...以往车间布局和调度优化都是各自分开进行的,单独车间布局优化时一般假设待加工工件各工序的加工设备已经确定;而单独调度优化则在车间布局确定后进行的,这种分开优化的方式忽略了不同布局对工序加工设备间距离的影响,由此影响工序间的搬运时间,从而影响调度结果。为此,提出以车间制造过程总碳排放和总完工时间最小为优化目标的车间布局和调度集成优化模型。为了求解该模型,设计多目标果蝇优化算法(Multi-objective fruit fly optimization algorithm,MFOA)。为了增强MFOA全局搜索能力和维持算法的稳定性,设计一种基于混合步长的嗅觉搜索;为了增大果蝇种群的协作,避免陷入局部最优引入了全局协作机制。将非支配等级排序方法引入MFOA处理多目标问题,并用算例验证了多目标果蝇优化算法的有效性。将集成优化结果与车间机群式布局下的调度优化结果和将车间布局、调度分开优化的结果分别进行对比,说明提出的集成优化模型可以得到更低的碳排放,验证了模型的有效性。展开更多
