Objective:To investigate the effects of infrared lamp irradiation therapy on the risk of arteriovenous fistula thrombosis in patients undergoing heparin-free dialysis and those receiving appropriate reductions in hepa...Objective:To investigate the effects of infrared lamp irradiation therapy on the risk of arteriovenous fistula thrombosis in patients undergoing heparin-free dialysis and those receiving appropriate reductions in heparin anticoagulation dosage during dialysis.Methods:This study was conducted from January 1,2021,to December 31,2021,involving 19 patients who regularly underwent heparin-free dialysis for more than three months at our hospital,totaling 70 patient encounters.Each patient underwent heparin-free dialysis for more than two cycles during the experimental period.The study employed a self-control design.Prior to the experiment,an experienced medical team established an emergency management group and formulated relevant emergency measures,ensuring the long-term stability of patients’vital signs before enrollment.Patients requiring heparin-free dialysis as per medical advice underwent the procedure according to the treatment manual without additional interventions.During the second heparin-free dialysis session within the experimental period,patients received 40 minutes of infrared lamp irradiation as an adjunctive therapy during the dialysis process.The study observed coagulation in the dialyzer,blood biochemical indicators,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction during treatment.Results:The use of heparin-free dialysis combined with infrared irradiation therapy resulted in better coagulation outcomes compared to heparin-free dialysis alone(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood biochemical indicators between patients receiving heparin-free dialysis combined with infrared irradiation therapy and those receiving heparin-free dialysis alone(p>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of patients experiencing adverse clinical symptoms such as angina,dizziness,and lower limb cramps,leading to treatment interruption,between those receiving heparin-free dialysis combined with infrared therapy and those receiving heparin-free dialysis alone(p>0.05).Patient satisfaction was higher among those receiving heparin-free dialysis combined with infrared therapy compared to those receiving heparin-free dialysis alone(p<0.05).Conclusion:The use of infrared lamp irradiation therapy as an adjunct to heparin-free dialysis can reduce the risk of coagulation to a certain extent without affecting the stability of core blood biochemical indicators in patients.It also reduces the incidence of clinical adverse reactions caused by coagulation,demonstrating good safety and improving patient satisfaction.展开更多

A novel type of ballast for HID is proposed without an acoustic resonance. The system consists of high frequency DC/DC converter,DC/AC inverter(SLA2403M), high voltage igniter and a microcontroller unit(MCU). The proposed ballast controls the complex start-up process and constant power process by programming on the rnicrocontroller. It is verified that experimental results agree well with the calculated ones. The ballast features such functions as failure protection, line under-voltage, line over-voltage, output short circuit and disconnection protections.展开更多

The optical prope...In order to meet the requirements of indoor illumination, a LED daylight lamp model was designed, it can replace traditional fluorescent lamp without insteading additional power supply establishment. The optical properties of the model were simulated using optical analysis software. Its luminous efficiency is about 30.4 lm/W, and the illuminance is about 38 lux when the distance is 1.5 m between the center of the model and measured spot. With the theoretically-optimized design of LED model, experiments based on the results of the optimal simulation in the laboratory were conducted to verify the performance of the proposed LED model, it reaches a power factor of about 0.8 at 6 W. The simulation results are very similar with the measured values. It is testified that simulative method is one of the effective tools for LED lighting optical design.展开更多

Formic and acetic acids are the most abundant gaseous organic acids and play the key role in the atmospheric chemistry.In iodine-adduct chemical ionizationmass spectrometry(CIMS),the low utilization efficiency of meth...Formic and acetic acids are the most abundant gaseous organic acids and play the key role in the atmospheric chemistry.In iodine-adduct chemical ionizationmass spectrometry(CIMS),the low utilization efficiency of methyl iodide and humidity interference are two major issues of the vacuum ultraviolet(VUV)lamp initiated CIMS for on-line gaseous formic and acetic acids analysis.In this work,we present a new CIMS based on VUV lamp,and the ion-molecular reactor is separated into photoionization and chemical ionization zones by a reducer electrode.Acetone was added to the photoionization zone,and the VUV photoionization acetone provided low-energy electrons for methyl iodide to generate I−,and the addition of acetone reduced the amount of methyl iodide by 2/3.In the chemical ionization zone,a headspace vial containing ultrapure water was added for humidity calibration,and the vial changes the sensitivity as a function of humidity from ambiguity to well linear correlation(R2>0.95).With humidity calibration,the CIMS can quantitatively measure formic and acetic acids in the humidity range of 0%-88%RH.In this mode,limits of detection of 10 and 50 pptv are obtained for formic and acetic acids,respectively.And the relative standard deviation(RSD)of quantitation stability for 6 days were less than 10.5%.This CIMS was successfully used to determine the formic and acetic acids in the underground parking and ambient environment of the Shandong University campus(Qingdao,China).In addition,we developed a simple model based formic acid concentration to assess vehicular emissions.展开更多
The solar insecticidal lamp(SIL)is an innovative green control device.Nevertheless,a major challenge is often encountered when carrying out insecticidal work is low energy utilization efficiency.The substantial energy...The solar insecticidal lamp(SIL)is an innovative green control device.Nevertheless,a major challenge is often encountered when carrying out insecticidal work is low energy utilization efficiency.The substantial energy consumption required to turn on the SIL,coupled with the extension of insecticidal working time during the low pest activity periods,can result in low energy efficiency.Especially when the energy storage level is below 50%,the inefficient use of energy significantly reduces the effectiveness of pest control.Consequently,an ineffective on/off scheme for these lamps may lead to suboptimal energy utilization.In this paper,we present the solar insecticidal lamp intelligent energy management scheme(SIL-IEMS)to address the challenge of inefficient energy utilization in the solar insecticidal lamp internet of things(SIL-IoT).SIL-IEMS primarily utilizes genetic algorithm(GA)and greedy algorithms to optimize insecticidal working time by considering constraints such as residual energy and the number of trap pests.Comparing SIL-IEMS to the traditional remote switching method(TRSM)and the solar insecticidal lamp genetic algorithm(SILGA),our simulation results showcase its superior energy efficiency and pest control effectiveness.Particularly noteworthy is the SILIEMS's 17.6%increase in insecticidal efficiency compared to TRSM and 6%improvement over SILGA when the SIL begins with a remaining energy level of 15%.展开更多
