第十三届中国空间轨道设计竞赛首次开设了本科生赛道,并创造性地引入了基于软件解题的竞赛新模式。赛题以快速响应空间任务为背景,要求各参赛队巧妙设计星座构型与轨道机动方案,以最优化应急对地观测任务的指标。本次竞赛面向所有参赛... 第十三届中国空间轨道设计竞赛首次开设了本科生赛道,并创造性地引入了基于软件解题的竞赛新模式。赛题以快速响应空间任务为背景,要求各参赛队巧妙设计星座构型与轨道机动方案,以最优化应急对地观测任务的指标。本次竞赛面向所有参赛者提供了航天任务工具箱软件ATK(Aerospace Tool Kit),参赛者可利用ATK内置工具辅助解题并随时进行结果验证,解题效率得到了显著提高。共有来自全国19所高校的79支队伍报名参赛,报名参赛和提交结果队伍数量均创历史新高。经过7天的激烈角逐,清华大学二年级本科生团队最终获得了冠军。本文总结本次竞赛的举办情况,重点介绍赛题、创新点、结果排名以及赛后问卷情况。基于本次竞赛的探索经验,计划在2025年第十五届全国周培源大学生力学竞赛中增设“空间轨道设计”团体赛赛道。 展开更多

目的探讨散在表达CD117、DOG1的消化道平滑肌瘤(gastrointestinal leiomyoma,GL)的临床特征,评估GL生物学行为及与胃肠间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)在鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法收集17例GL的临床资料,采用免疫组化EnVi... 目的探讨散在表达CD117、DOG1的消化道平滑肌瘤(gastrointestinal leiomyoma,GL)的临床特征,评估GL生物学行为及与胃肠间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)在鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法收集17例GL的临床资料,采用免疫组化EnVision法检测SMA、desmin、h-caldesmon、DOG1、CD117和CD34的表达;运用一代测序检测KIT基因9~20号外显子和PDGFRA基因12、18号外显子。结果肿瘤发生于胃部8例,食管部9例,临床表现分别为上腹部隐痛及进食哽噎胸痛、高热。随访时间为58~88个月,均未复发且预后良好。镜下见肿瘤细胞呈长梭形,束状或编织状排列,卡哈尔间质细胞呈纺锤形或星形,边界不清,染色质分散。免疫表型:肿瘤细胞SMA、desmin、h-caldesmon均呈弥漫阳性,阳性率为100%,卡哈尔间质细胞CD117、DOG1均局灶阳性,整体阳性率均为9%。一代测序法均未检出KIT基因和PDGFRA基因的致病性变异。结论部分GL卡哈尔间质细胞虽然CD117和DOG1呈局灶区域阳性,但经一代测序检测及长期随访证实其与GIST的生物学行为不同,无恶性潜能,治疗以手术切除为主,患者预后良好。 展开更多

目的:探讨CT多期增强特征模型对KIT第11号外显子突变型胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的预测效能。方法:回顾性收集86例GIST患者的CT多期增强扫描资料,并依据基因检测结果将患者分为KIT第11号外显子突变型GIST 71例(突变型组)和非突变型GIST 15例(... 目的:探讨CT多期增强特征模型对KIT第11号外显子突变型胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的预测效能。方法:回顾性收集86例GIST患者的CT多期增强扫描资料,并依据基因检测结果将患者分为KIT第11号外显子突变型GIST 71例(突变型组)和非突变型GIST 15例(非突变型组)。采用独立样本t检验或χ^(2)检验比较2组CT特征的差异。采用单因素分析筛选突变型GIST的危险因素并构建预测模型。采用ROC曲线分析模型对突变型GIST的预测效能。结果:突变型GIST静脉期多呈中度强化,非突变型GIST静脉期多呈较明显强化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。突变型GIST静脉期CT值、强化程度和强化率均低于非突变型GIST,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。单因素分析表明,静脉期强化程度分类、CT值、强化程度和强化率是突变型GIST的危险因素(均P<0.05)。基于四者构建的联合模型预测突变型GIST的AUC为0.761。结论:静脉期强化程度分类、CT值、强化程度和强化率是KIT第11号外显子突变型GIST的危险因素,基于上述特征构建的联合模型可较好地识别KIT第11号外显子突变型GIST。 展开更多

骨髓增生异常综合征(myelodysplastic syndrome,MDS)是一组起源于造血干细胞的异质性髓系克隆性疾病,其特点是髓系细胞发育异常,表现为无效造血和难治性血细胞减少,向急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)转化风险较高[1]。一般... 骨髓增生异常综合征(myelodysplastic syndrome,MDS)是一组起源于造血干细胞的异质性髓系克隆性疾病,其特点是髓系细胞发育异常,表现为无效造血和难治性血细胞减少,向急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)转化风险较高[1]。一般来说,典型的肥大细胞白血病(mast cell leukemia,MCL)患者肥大细胞占循环血中有核细胞比例≥10%,少数患者的肥大细胞比例<10%,是肥大细胞在人体内恶性增殖的晚期表现,可累及骨髓、肝脏、皮肤、呼吸系统、消化系统等[2]。虽然MDS和MCL均与髓系起源相关,但MDS合并MCL是一种罕见的血液系统肿瘤。本文报道广元市中心医院1例MDS合并MCL患者的临床特征,以及实验室诊断和治疗经过,并进行相关文献复习,以提高检验工作者对该病的认识。 展开更多

An SAC-AMBER Algorithm for Flexible Job Shop Scheduling with Material Kit

It is well known that the kit completeness of parts processed in the previous stage is crucial for the subsequent manufacturing stage.This paper studies the flexible job shop scheduling problem(FJSP)with the objective of material kitting,where a material kit is a collection of components that ensures that a batch of components can be ready at the same time during the product assembly process.In this study,we consider completion time variance and maximumcompletion time as scheduling objectives,continue the weighted summation process formultiple objectives,and design adaptive weighted summation parameters to optimize productivity and reduce the difference in completion time between components in the same kit.The Soft Actor Critic(SAC)algorithm is designed to be combined with the Adaptive Multi-Buffer Experience Replay(AMBER)mechanism to propose the SAC-AMBER algorithm.The AMBER mechanism optimizes the experience sampling and policy updating process and enhances learning efficiency by categorically storing the experience into the standard buffer,the high equipment utilization buffer,and the high productivity buffer.Experimental results show that the SAC-AMBER algorithm can effectively reduce the maximum completion time on multiple datasets,reduce the difference in component completion time in the same kit,and thus optimize the readiness of the part kits,demonstrating relatively good stability and convergence.Compared with traditional heuristics,meta-heuristics,and other deep reinforcement learning methods,the SAC-AMBER algorithm performs better in terms of solution quality and computational efficiency,and through extensive testing on multiple datasets,the algorithm has been confirmed to have good generalization ability,providing an effective solution to the FJSP problem. 展开更多

The objective of this stud... The study was carried out in the Tahoua region at the market gardening sites of the Taddis 1 and 2 valley. Small-scale pumping irrigation is one of the most interesting uses of solar energy. The objective of this study is to carry out a comparative analysis of two dewatering pumping systems (Solar Kit and GMP) for water mobilization on a certain number of criteria such as sustainable use, economic aspect and performance. To achieve this, the adapted methodology consisted first of all in the development of a data collection tool in the field. Then flow measurements, estimation of fuel consumption, pressure height, etc., were carried out. Thus, the data collection involved a sample of 120 irrigators who had to use the two (2) types of pumping systems. The collected data were analyzed and processed with appropriate software. The results of the study show that the two pumping systems studied have strengths and constraints. Thus, the solar pumping system has a significant investment cost, very low maintenance and a low operating cost. On the other hand, the system with a generator has a relatively low investment cost (25 to 30 times less than solar), but a relatively high operating, upkeep and maintenance cost. He adds that these assets and constraints must be taken into consideration when an investment is made. This study shows that 74% of producers use GMP compared to 26% who use the Solar Kit. But in practice, the Solar Kit is more reliable for producers from the point of view of planted area, environmental management and investment costs, supply of fuel and lubricant. These results indicate better performance of the solar pumping system compared to GMP at the study sites. 展开更多

End-host address mutation is one of the key network moving target defense mechanisms to defend against reconnaissance.However,frequently changing host addresses increases the transmission de-lay of active sessions,which may cause serious ram-ifications.In this paper,by leveraging the advanced DPDK technology,we proposed a high-performance MTD gateway framework,called HPMG,which can not only prevent adversaries from reconnaissance ef-fectively,but also retain high-speed data packet pro-cessing capabilities.Firstly,every moving target host is assigned three different IP addresses,called real IP,virtual IP,and external IP,to realize multi-level net-work address architecture.To delay the scanning tech-niques of adversaries,HPMG mutates virtual IP and virtual MAC addresses,and replies with fake host re-sponses.Besides,to be transparent to the end-hosts,HPMG keeps real IP and real MAC unchanged.Fi-nally,we optimized the forwarding and processing performance of the HPMG based on the fast path framework of DPDK.Our theoretical analysis,imple-mentation,and evaluation show that HPMG can effec-tively defend against reconnaissance attacks and de-crease the processing delay caused by address muta-tion. 展开更多

Objective:To develop a rapid diagnostic kit for identifying snake venom types,aimed at providing a basis for clinical diagnosis and laying a foundation for early treatment through quick blood testing of injured patients.Methods:Anti-snake venom immunoglobulin(IgG)was prepared,biotinylated specific IgG was screened,detection enzyme-labeled strips were produced,and rapid identification of snakebites was performed.Pre-experimental verification was conducted to establish standard curves and confirm specificity.The kit was tested on clinical samples and the results were analyzed.Repeatability and stability were evaluated through multiple repeated tests and experiments under different storage conditions.Finally,sensitivity and specificity were calculated,receiver operating characteristic curves(ROC curves)were drawn,and statistical analysis software was used for data analysis to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the kit.Results:The test showed high sensitivity and specificity.Conclusion:The rapid diagnostic kit for identifying snake venom types in blood tests demonstrates high reliability and effectiveness in clinical diagnosis. 展开更多

Taste buds relay taste sensory information to the primary taste neurons but depend on those same neurons for essential components to maintain function.While denervation-induced taste bud degeneration and subsequent regeneration were discovered decades ago,the mechanisms underlying these phenomena(e.g.,heterogenous cellular responses to nerve injury and the signaling pathways involved)remain poorly understood.Here,using mouse genetics,nerve injury models,pharmacologic manipulation,and taste bud organoid models,we identify a specific subpopulation of taste cells,predominantly c-Kit-expressing sweet cells,that exhibit superior resistance to nerve injury.We found the c-Kit inhibitor imatinib selectively reduced the number of residual c-Kit-expressing sweet cells at post-operation week 2,subsequently attenuating the re-emergence of other type II cells by post-operation week 4.In taste bud organoids,c-Kit-expressing cells were resistant to R-spondin withdrawal but susceptible to imatinib,while other taste cell types showed the opposite behavior.We also observed a distinct population of residual taste cells that acquired stem-like properties,generating clonal descendent cells among suprabasal keratinocytes independent of c-Kit signaling.Together,our findings reveal that c-Kit signaling confers resilience on c-Kit-expressing sweet cells and supports the broader reconstruction of taste buds during the later regenerative stage following nerve injury. 展开更多

In the modern era of 5th generation(5G)networks,the data generated by User Equipments(UE)has increased significantly,with data file sizes varying from modest sensor logs to enormous multimedia files.In modern telecommunications networks,the need for high-end security and efficient management of these large data files is a great challenge for network designers.The proposed model provides the efficient real-time virtual data storage of UE data files(light and heavy)using an object storage system MinIO having inbuilt Software Development Kits(SDKs)that are compatible with Amazon(S3)Application Program Interface(API)making operations like file uploading,and data retrieval extremely efficient as compared to legacy virtual storage system requiring low-level HTTP requests for data management.To provide integrity,authenticity,and confidentiality(integrity checking via an authentication tag)to the data files of UE,the encrypted algorithm 256-bit oriented-Advanced Encryption Standard(256-AES)in Galois/Counter Mode(GCM)is utilized in combination with MinIO.The AES-based MinIO signifies in more secure and faster approach than older models like Cipher Block Chaining(CBC).The performance of the proposed model is analyzed using the Iperf utility to perform the Teletraffic parametric(bandwidth,throughput,latency,and transmission delay)analysis for three different cases namely:(a)light UE traffic(uploading and retrieval)(b)heavy UE traffic(uploading and retrieval)and(c)comparison of Teletraffic parameters namely:bandwidth(Bava),throughput(Tput),data transfer(D_(Trans)),latency(L_(ms)),and transmission delay(TDelay)obtained from proposed method with legacy virtual storage methods.The results show that the suggested MinIO-based system outperforms conventional systems in terms of latency,encryption efficiency,and performance under varying data load conditions. 展开更多

This editorial discusses Wang et al's article on familial gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs).We read with great interest this article concerning the diagnosis,treatment,and post-treatment management of patients with familial GISTs.The actual incidence of GISTs may be underestimated due to diagnostic limitations and the long-term low-risk behavior of some GISTs.The molecular landscape of GISTs is primarily driven by mutations in the KIT and platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha(PDGFRA)genes.A subset of GISTs without these mutations known as wild-type GISTs,may harbor other rare mutations,impacting their response to targeted therapies.Clinically,patients with GISTs present with nonspecific symptoms,often leading to delayed diagnosis.Genetic predispositions in familial GISTs provide insights into the genetic architecture and extragastrointestinal manifestations of GISTs.Management has evolved from surgical interventions to molecular-based therapies using tyrosine kinase inhibitors.The management of GISTs,especially in familial cases,requires a multidisciplinary approach.Cases of different gene mutations were reported in the same family,suggesting that incorporating genetic testing into routine clinical practice is crucial for the early identification of high-risk individuals and the implementation of tailored surveillance programs. 展开更多
