Variation in joint mode of the tropical Indian-Pacific Ocean thermodynamic anomaly 被引量:1

Previous research has defined the index of the Indian-Pacific thermodynamic anomaly joint mode (IPTAJM) and suggested that the winter IPTAJM has an important impact on summer rainfall over China. However, the possible causes for the interannual and decadal variability of the IPTAJM are still unclear. Therefore, this work investigates zonal displacements of both the western Pacific warm pool (WPWP) and the eastern Indian Ocean warm pool (EIOWP). The relationships between the WPWP and the EIOWP and the IPTAJM are each examined, and then the impacts of the zonal wind anomalies over the equatorial Pacific and Indian Oceans on the IPTAJM are studied. The WPWP eastern edge anomaly displays significant interannual and decadal variability and experienced a regime shift in about 1976 and 1998, whereas the EIOWP western edge exhibits only distinct interannual variability. The decadal variability of the IPTAJM may be mainly caused by both the zonal migration of the WPWP and the 850 hPa zonal wind anomaly over the central equatorial Pacific. On the other hand, the zonal migrations of both the WPWP and the EIOWP and the zonal wind anomalies over the central equatorial Pacific and the eastern equatorial Indian Ocean may be all responsible for the interannual variability of the IPTAJM. 展开更多

The high cycle fatigue(HCF) tests of modified 9 Cr-1 Mo dissimilarly welded joint were carried out at different elevated temperatures and the fracture mechanism was systematically revealed. The fatigue strength at 108 cycles based on S-N curve can be estimated as a half of weld joint's yield strength for all conducted temperatures, which can be a reliable criterion in predicting the fatigue life. The results show that the inter-critical heat affected zones(IC-HAZs) of both sides are the weak zones due to their low hardness and inferior fatigue resistance property. HAZ of COST-FB2(BM2) is the weakest zone at room temperature due to the existence of numerously distributed defects and the initiation of cracks, either in the surface or interior zone, impacting a crucial effect on the fatigue life of the joint. While at elevated temperatures, fatigue life was controlled mostly by the intrusion-extrusion mechanism at the specimen surface under high stress level and subsurface non-defect fatigue crack origin(SNDFCO) from the interior material under low stress amplitude. With increasing temperature, more and more fatigue failures began to occur at the HAZ of COST-E(BM1) due to its higher susceptibility of temperature. Besides, it is found that the-ferrite in the BM1 has no harm to the HCF behavior of the joint at the conducted temperatures. 展开更多

Clearances in joints of a mechanical multibody system can induce impulsive forces, leading to vibrations that compromise the system’s reliability, stability, and lifespan. Through dynamic analysis, designers can investigate the effects of the clearances on the dynamics of the multibody system. A revolute joint with clearance exhibits three motions which are;free-flight, impact and continuous contact motion modes. Therefore, a multibody system with n-number of revolute clearance joints will exhibit 3n motion modes which are a combination of the three motions in each joint. This study investigates experimentally the nine motion modes in a mechanical system with two revolute clearance joints. A slider crank mechanism has been used as the demonstrative example. We observed that the experimental curve exhibits a greater impact compared to the simulation curve. In conclusion, this experimental investigation offers valuable insights into the dynamics of planar mechanical systems with multiple clearance revolute joints. Utilizing a slider-crank mechanism for data acquisition, the study successfully confirmed seven out of nine motion modes previously identified in numerical research. The missing modes are attributed to inherent complexities in real-world systems, such as journal-bearing misalignment. 展开更多

This paper is dealing with the problem of tracking control for uncertain flexible joint manipulator robots driven by brushless direct current motor(BDCM). Flexibility of joint in the manipulator constitutes one of the most important sources of uncertainties. In order to achieve high performance, all parts of the manipulator including actuator have been modeled. To cancel the tracking error, a hysteresis current controller and speed controllers have been developed. To evaluate the effectiveness of speed controllers, a comparative study between proportional integral(PI) and sliding mode controllers has been performed. Finally, simulation results carried out in the Matlab simulink environment demonstrate the high precision of sliding mode controller compared with PI controller in the presence of uncertainties of joint flexibility. 展开更多

为研究藏式梁柱节点的承压性能,选取布达拉宫中的典型节点作为原型,制作足尺的节点模型并设置修复节点工况,依次进行均布和集中荷载作用下的竖向静力加载试验,分析节点承压的破坏模式、各组件受力状态、传力机理和荷载-位移曲线特征,确... 为研究藏式梁柱节点的承压性能,选取布达拉宫中的典型节点作为原型,制作足尺的节点模型并设置修复节点工况,依次进行均布和集中荷载作用下的竖向静力加载试验,分析节点承压的破坏模式、各组件受力状态、传力机理和荷载-位移曲线特征,确定节点的承压刚度、屈服荷载和极限荷载,并探究更换垫木对节点承压性能的修复效果,最后提出节点各力学性能指标的理论计算公式。结果表明:在竖向荷载作用下,梁和弓木顺纹受弯,弓木和垫木横纹受压,柱子顺纹受压,各组件利用接触面的挤压和摩擦及暗销的压缩和剪切协同工作;节点在均布荷载和集中荷载作用下的有效承压区不同,导致其承压刚度发生变化;垫木是节点承压的最薄弱部件,破坏形式为底部被局部嵌压而顶部发生横纹受压屈服;更换垫木的修复措施可恢复损坏节点在均布荷载下的承压刚度和80%以上的承压能力;利用试验结果验证了所提出的节点承压刚度、屈服荷载和极限荷载的理论计算公式,可为不同尺寸的藏式梁柱节点的承压性能评估提供参考和依据。 展开更多

CBL教学模式在关节外科临床见习教学中的应用

目的探究关节外科临床见习教学中采取案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的教学效果。方法选取100名山东第二医科大学附属医院2021年1月—2022年12月的关节外科见习生,2021年1—12月行传统教学模式为对照组,2022年1—12月行CBL模式为... 目的探究关节外科临床见习教学中采取案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的教学效果。方法选取100名山东第二医科大学附属医院2021年1月—2022年12月的关节外科见习生,2021年1—12月行传统教学模式为对照组,2022年1—12月行CBL模式为观察组,每组50名。对比两组的考试成绩、评判性思维能力以及教学满意度。结果观察组的理论考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩为(87.25±6.21)分、(86.77±5.97)分,均高于对照组的(80.36±6.54)分、(79.33±6.54)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.520,4.971;P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,评判性思维能力、教学满意度观察组均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在关节外科临床见习教学中,CBL教学模式具有一定应用优势,能从根本上提高教学效果,并培养其评判性思维,提高教学满意度。 展开更多

随着新能源装机容量不断提升,对电网的净负荷预测显得尤为重要,在此背景下,提出了一种基于MIV-DBO-DeepAR的净负荷预测方法,并构建了多模式净负荷预测策略。首先基于改进的平均影响值算法对影响净负荷的因素进行相关性分析和数据降维;... 随着新能源装机容量不断提升,对电网的净负荷预测显得尤为重要,在此背景下,提出了一种基于MIV-DBO-DeepAR的净负荷预测方法,并构建了多模式净负荷预测策略。首先基于改进的平均影响值算法对影响净负荷的因素进行相关性分析和数据降维;其次构建基于长短期记忆网络的DeepAR净负荷预测模型,并采用蜣螂优化算法优化DeepAR模型超参数,以提升模型预测精度;最后,综合考虑净负荷的确定性预测与不确定性预测,提出了一种多模式预测策略,采用Q-Q图法验证光伏与负荷分别多次预测所得预测值的概率分布特性,并基于二元高斯分布函数求解其联合概率分布,最终得到净负荷的预测区间。通过实例仿真分析,结果表明所提预测模型在点预测与区间预测中均具有较高的预测精度以及跟踪净负荷波动的能力。 展开更多

双轮腿机器人的子空间辨识及非线性积分滑模控制

双轮腿机器人通过足式和轮式两种模态之间切换以适应不同的地形和环境,频繁的运动方式切换使得关节摩擦力对系统产生不可避免的非线性和不确定性影响。为了解决建模过程中忽略或简化关节摩擦力所产生模型误差的问题,提出一种基于子空间... 双轮腿机器人通过足式和轮式两种模态之间切换以适应不同的地形和环境,频繁的运动方式切换使得关节摩擦力对系统产生不可避免的非线性和不确定性影响。为了解决建模过程中忽略或简化关节摩擦力所产生模型误差的问题,提出一种基于子空间辨识的双轮腿机器人非线性积分滑模控制策略。根据库伦-黏性摩擦理论分析关节摩擦力对机器人运动性能的影响;基于子空间辨识算法建立考虑关节摩擦力的双轮腿机器人状态空间模型,并针对关节摩擦力产生有色噪声的干扰问题,采用稀疏投影方法消除噪声项对子空间辨识算法的有偏性;设计改进积分滑模控制律实现双轮腿机器人的姿态控制,并采用Lyapunov理论证明控制系统的稳定性。仿真实验结果表明,与忽略关节摩擦力的控制系统相比,考虑关节摩擦的积分滑模控制器在俯仰角和偏航角控制上表现出更高的精度和更小的稳态误差,模型误差分别降低28.94%、41.97%、35.43%、40.61%;俯仰角和偏航角的超调量分别减少24.26%和21.1%,系统具有良好的稳定性、抗扰性和鲁棒性。 展开更多

采用试验和数值分析方法,对圆钢管桁架空间KK'X型间隙节点的性能开展了研究。首先,对2个不同几何参数的KK'X节点进行了破坏试验,研究了节点变形特征、破坏模式、荷载—变形曲线、极限承载力和应变强度分布等性能。其次,建立了KK... 采用试验和数值分析方法,对圆钢管桁架空间KK'X型间隙节点的性能开展了研究。首先,对2个不同几何参数的KK'X节点进行了破坏试验,研究了节点变形特征、破坏模式、荷载—变形曲线、极限承载力和应变强度分布等性能。其次,建立了KK'X型节点的有限元模型,其可靠性通过试验得到验证。应用该模型进一步分析了节点塑性区域及其发展过程。研究表明:节点的破坏模式均为主管塑性破坏,受压K支管处主管管壁向内凹进变形最为显著;支管直径增大能显著提高节点的极限承载力;节点相贯线附近应力分布较为复杂,最大的应变强度发生在受压K支管处的主管鞍点,率先进入屈服,之后塑性区域逐渐向外扩展,最终节点域大部分区域进入塑性。 展开更多

The parameters of principal and directional extrema in a marine environment are important in marine engineering design, especially for appropriate construction of oceanic platforms and other structures. When designing wave walls and break water structures, the orientation of the breakwater or seawall depends mainly on the direction of the strongest waves. However, the strength of the breakwater and the elevation of the seawall depend on the magnitude of the biggest wave height of the strongest waves. Thus, identification of directional extrema plays an important role in the design of wave factors. When calculating the directional extremum, different materials may require different specific computational methods, yet few theoretical studies have been conducted in this field of research. Based on multivariate extremnm statistical theory, this paper utilizes a discrete random variable to build a joint probability model compounded by a discrete random variable and a multivariate continuous random variable. Furthermore, this paper provides the first investigation on the theories and methodologies to deduce wave directional extrema. The results provide tools for both creating the calculation method of the directional extremum value and providing the rational directional extremum parameters for marine engineering design. 展开更多

Joints are necessary components in large space deployable truss structures which have significant effects on dynamic behavior of these joint dominated structures.Previous researches usually analyzed effects of one or fewer joint characters on dynamics of jointed structures.Effects of joint stiffness,damping,location,number,clearance and contact stiffness on dynamics of jointed structures are systematically analyzed.Cantilever beam model containing linear joints is developed based on finite element method,influence of joint on natural frequencies and mode shapes of the jointed system are analyzed.Analytical results show that frequencies of jointed system decrease dramatically when peak mode shapes occur at joint locations,and there are cusp shapes present in mode shapes.System frequencies increase with joint damping increasing,there are different joint damping to achieve maximum system damping for different joint stiffness.Joint nonlinear force-displacement is described by describing function method,one-DOF model containing nonlinear joints is established to analyze joints freeplay and hysteresis nonlinearities.Analysis results show that nonlinear effects of freeplay and hysteresis make dynamic responses switch from one resonance frequency to another frequency when amplitude exceed demarcation values.Joint contact stiffness determine degree of system nonlinearity,while exciting force level,clearance and slipping force affect amplitude of dynamic response.Dynamic responses of joint dominated deployable truss structure under different sinusoidal exciting force levels are tested.The test results show obvious nonlinear behaviors contributed by joints,dynamic response shifts to lower frequency and higher amplitude as exciting force increasing.The test results are further compared with analytical results,and joint nonlinearity tested is coincident with hysteresis nonlinearity.Analysis method of joint effects on dynamic characteristics of jointed system is proposed,which can be used in optimal design of joint parameters to achieve optimum dynamic performance of jointed system. 展开更多

Composite-metal joints with a metal insert are one kind of connecting structure.In this paper,tensile experimental tests were carried out to investigate tensile properties of a compositemetal joint with a novel metal insert design.Finite element models of the joint were established,and strain distribution and tensile strength were analyzed.The numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental results.Results show that the joint failure is dominated by shear properties of the resin layer.Increasing the resin layer thickness in a certain range will improve the tensile strength of the joint,while increasing the radius of the fillet on the ending side of the metal insert will decrease the joint strength.Increasing the resin layer plasticity will improve the joint strength.The effect of the embedded depth of the metal insert can be ignored. 展开更多

重度混合动力汽车分层多模式联合制动协同控制方法

针对车辆处于紧急制动状态时,电机和液压制动之间难以实现平稳过渡的问题,提出重度混合动力汽车分层多模式联合制动协同控制方法;对重度混合动力汽车车速、轮速以及加速度数据的多传感器数据进行融合处理,利用融合后数据搭建重度混合动... 针对车辆处于紧急制动状态时,电机和液压制动之间难以实现平稳过渡的问题,提出重度混合动力汽车分层多模式联合制动协同控制方法;对重度混合动力汽车车速、轮速以及加速度数据的多传感器数据进行融合处理,利用融合后数据搭建重度混合动力汽车的纵向动力学方程,利用车轮滑移率与纵向动力学方程计算获得重度混合动力汽车行驶中的路面附着系数;设计不同工况下的重度混合动力汽车联合制动协同控制方法,引入分层控制模式实现制动系统的平稳过渡和协调控制,减少制动力波动问题的发生频率;在ABS触发后减小电机制动力矩至稳态范围的工况下,根据路面附着系数判断ABS激活后电机与液压制动力的分配策略,实现复合制动的协调控制;在ABS触发前退出电机制动力的工况下,根据ABS抱死趋势预测结果动态调整电机制动力与液压制动力分配,确保平稳过渡至合适的制动模式;测试结果表明,设计方法均能保持较低的制动距离,最高不超过133 m,电池SOC回收率均较高,最高达到65%,电机力矩变化均较为平稳,未出现短时较大频繁波动。 展开更多

为了破解我国公共卫生硕士(master of public health,MPH)培养中理论与实践脱节、人才培养与行业需求错位的难题,杭州医学院与浙江省疾病预防控制中心开展联合办学实践,探索实战型MPH培养模式的发展路径。通过创新“双主体、双导师”协... 为了破解我国公共卫生硕士(master of public health,MPH)培养中理论与实践脱节、人才培养与行业需求错位的难题,杭州医学院与浙江省疾病预防控制中心开展联合办学实践,探索实战型MPH培养模式的发展路径。通过创新“双主体、双导师”协同育人机制,确立需求导向的培养目标,构建应用导向的课程体系,打造“1+11”疾控实践平台,建立“能力本位”多元评价与“四证合一”认证体系,形成了“理论-实践-认证”一体化培养模式。本研究结果表明,参与一体化培养模式实践探索的MPH研究生核心实战能力显著提升,硕士学位论文源于疾控实际工作比例超过50%,高校与疾控机构实现了资源互补与双赢发展。同时,本研究还提出了完善联合培养机制、优化实践导师激励、推进实践基地同质化建设等建议,以持续深化MPH培养模式改革。MPH培养模式实践探索为我国公共卫生专业学位教育改革提供了可资借鉴的实施路径。 展开更多

An adaptive sliding mode control (ASMC) law is proposed in decentralized scheme for trajectory tracking control of a new concept space robot. Each joint of the system is a free ball joint capable of rotating with three degrees of freedom (DOF). A cluster of control moment gyroscopes (CMGs) is mounted on each link and the base to actuate the system. The modified Rodrigues parameters (MRPs) are employed to describe the angular displacements, and the equations of motion are derived using Kane's equations. The controller for each link or the base is designed sep- arately in decentralized scheme. The unknown disturbances, inertia parameter uncertainties and nonlinear uncertainties are classified as a "lumped" matched uncertainty with unknown upper bound, and a continuous sliding mode control (SMC) law is proposed, in which the control gain is tuned by the improved adaptation laws for the upper bound on norm of the uncertainty. A gen- eral amplification function is designed and incorporated in the adaptation laws to reduce the control error without conspicuously increasing the magnitude of the control input. Uniformly ultimate boundedness of the closed loop system is proved by Lyapunov's method. Simulation results based on a three-link system verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller. 展开更多

为了提升钢-铝自冲铆接头的力学性能,采用了多接头的增强方案,系统研究了铆钉数量和分布模式对钢-铝自冲铆接头的力学性能和失效模式的影响。首先,设计了6种接头,通过剪切拉伸试验表征了接头在不同接头配置下的力学性能和失效模式。然后... 为了提升钢-铝自冲铆接头的力学性能,采用了多接头的增强方案,系统研究了铆钉数量和分布模式对钢-铝自冲铆接头的力学性能和失效模式的影响。首先,设计了6种接头,通过剪切拉伸试验表征了接头在不同接头配置下的力学性能和失效模式。然后,建立了自冲铆接过程和剪切拉伸试验的仿真模型,分析了铆接过程和拉伸过程中的应力分布。结果表明:多接头方案可以获得更高的峰值力和能量吸收,但峰值力存在部分衰减。采用在剪切方向布置一个铆钉抑制钢板弯曲的双接头J2-1和三接头J3-2的效果最优。铆钉数量和分布模式改变了接头的失效模式,存在互锁失效、钉头脱出和铆钉断裂3种失效模式。多接头方案可以降低铆钉上分布的应力,但会增加上层钢板上的应力。 展开更多

In contrast with the previously proposed schemes, the present scheme is ascendant, since the fidelity is 1.0 and the joint measurement isn't needed. A discrete element method (DEM) called particle flow code (PFC2D) was used to construct a model for Brazilian disc splitting test in the present study. Based on the experimental results of intact Brazilian disc of rock-like material, a set of micro-parameters in PFC2D that reflected the macro-mechanical behavior of rock-like materials were obtained. And then PFC2D was used to simulate Brazilian splitting test for jointed rock mass specimens and specimen containing a central straight notch. The effect of joint angle and notch angle on the tensile strength and failure mode of jointed rock specimens was detailed analyzed. In order to reveal the meso-mechanical mechanism of crack coalescence, displacement trend lines were applied to analyze the displacement evolution during the crack initiation and propagation. The investigated conclusions can be described as follows. (1) The tensile strength of jointed rock mass disc specimen is dependent to the joint angle. As the joint angle increases, the tensile strength of jointed rock specimen takes on a nonlinear variance. (2) The tensile strength of jointed rock mass disc specimen containing a central straight notch distributes as a function of both joint angle and notch angle. (3) Three major failure modes, i.e., pure tensile failure, shear failure and mixed tension and shear failure mode are observed in jointed rock mass disc specimens under Brazilian test. (4) The notch angle roles on crack initiation and and joint angle play important propagation characteristics of jointed rock mass disc specimen containing a central straight notch under Brazilian test. 展开更多
