Background:Compared with the fixed-price mechanism,the bookbuilding mechanism has not changed the Chinese IPO high underpricing.How to develop scientific and reasonable IPO pricing,and reduce the high IPO underpricing has become a major challenge for China's securities market.Methods:In this paper,using behavioral finance theory and game theory,we build the Initial public offering(IPO)pricing and underpricing models with investors’heterogeneity based on different issuing mechanisms and provide a comparative analysis.Results:Firstly,our models show that IPO underpricing will not be eliminated by using either fixed-price or bookbuilding mechanisms,but when the investors’heterogeneity expectation is the same,lower IPO underpricing can be obtained by the issuing of bookbuilding compared with that of fixed price.Secondly,the IPO underpricing may be larger than that under fixed price if the heterogeneity of investors under bookbuilding is larger than that under fixed price.Thirdly,the numerical analysis results provide strong support for our model.Conclusions:These findings further explains the cause of the high IPO underpricing long-standing in China. 展开更多

In ACM'CCS 2009,Camenisch,et al.proposed the Oblivious Transfer with Access Control(AC-OT) in which each item is associated with an attribute set and can only be available,on request,to the users who have all the attributes in the associated set.Namely,AC-OT achieves access control policy for conjunction of attributes.Essentially,the functionality of AC-OT is equivalent to the sim-plified version that we call AC-OT-SV:for each item,one attribute is associated with it,and it is requested that only the users who possess the associated attribute can obtain the item by queries.On one hand,AC-OT-SV is a special case of AC-OT when there is just one associated attribute with each item.On the other hand,any AC-OT can be realized by an AC-OT-SV.In this paper,we first present a concrete AC-OT-SV protocol which is proved to be secure in the model defined by Camenisch,et al..Then from the protocol,interestingly,a concrete Identity-Based Encryption(IBE) with Anonymous Key Issuing(AKI) is given which is just a direct application to AC-OT-SV.By comparison,we show that the AKI protocol we present is more efficient in communications than that proposed by Chow. 展开更多

The Quantity Theory of Money and the Theory of Credit Creation have been the major streams in the study of the quantity of money.Nowadays,monetary theory is dominated by the Quantity Theory of Money because the Monetarist School and the Rational Expectation School are both the advocates of the Quantity Theory of Money,which has resulted in a sharp decrease of scholars studying the Theory of Credit Creation.Nevertheless,the two theories will ultimately converge.Given that reason,we propose a new theory-Dynamic Quantity Theory of Money in this paper,by which the unification of the Quantity Theory of Money and the Theory of Credit Creation can be achieved.Based on the Dynamic Quantity Theory of Money,we further put forward the Theory of Money Operation Cycle,the Theory of Monetary Compensation and Theory of Investment Compensation targeting economic crises,expound why Quantitative Easing monetary policy fails and why Quantitative Easing does not cause inflation in the short term under the premise of these theories,and demonstrate the necessity of fiscal investment for rescuing economic crisis from the perspective of theories of money. 展开更多

Single-atom nanozymes(SAzymes)exhibit exceptional catalytic efficiency due to their maximized atom utilization and precisely modulated metalcarrier interactions,which have attracted significant attention in the biomedical field.However,stability issues may impede the clinical translation of SAzymes.This review provides a comprehensive overview of the applications of SAzymes in various biomedical fields,including disease diagnosis(e.g.,biosensors and diagnostic imaging),antitumor therapy(e.g.,photothermal therapy,photodynamic therapy,sonodynamic therapy,and immunotherapy),antimicrobial therapy,and anti-oxidative stress therapy.More importantly,the existing challenges of SAzymes are discussed,such as metal atom clustering and active site loss,ligand bond breakage at high temperature,insufficient environment tolerance,biosecurity risks,and limited catalytic long-term stability.Finally,several innovative strategies to address these stability concerns are proposed—synthesis process optimization(space-limited strategy,coordination site design,bimetallic synergistic strategy,defect engineering strategy,atom stripping-capture),surface modification,and dynamic responsive design—that collectively pave the way for robust,clinically viable SAzymes. 展开更多

Does the adoption of direct-seeded rice affect pesticide use?Evidence from China

In China,farmers have increasingly adopted direct-seeded rice(DSR).While various impacts of DSR have been studied,limited evidence exists regarding the effect of DSR adoption on pesticide use.This study examines the impact of DSR adoption on pesticide use utilizing data from a 2018 survey of 982 rice farmers in China's Yangtze River Basin.The endogenous treatment-regression and switching regression models are employed to address self-selection bias.The results indicate that,after accounting for self-selection,DSR adopters spend 401.72 CNY ha^(-1) more on pesticides compared to non-adopters.Although DSR adoption significantly increases the use of insecticides,fungicides and herbicides,its impact is most pronounced for insecticide expenditure and least pronounced for herbicide expenditure.The findings remain robust when altering the dependent variable,truncating the research sample,and modifying the estimation method.Heterogeneous analysis reveals that DSR adoption has a stronger positive impact on pesticide expenditure among farmers below 60 years of age,with at least 6 years of education,and managing rice sown areas less than 2 ha.Based on these findings,this study recommends enhancing complementary techniques for DSR,improving the dissemination of DSR cultivation technologies,and strengthening socialized services.This research provides a comprehensive assessment of DSR's advantages and disadvantages,particularly regarding pesticide use,offering important policy implications for pesticide reduction. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal endoscopy technology has significantly improved the diagnostic accuracy and the successful treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.However,a series of ethical issues have emerged,such as expanding treatment indications,which affect the fair distribution of medical resources.There is limited research on ethical issues in the field of digestive endoscopy.AIM To investigate the level of ethical awareness among gastrointestinal endoscopy practitioners and analyze the ethical issues involved in gastrointestinal endoscopy technology.METHODS A questionnaire survey was performed to collect relevant data(gender,age,degree of education,professional title,personnel category,the level of understanding medical ethical principles,ethics training and its learning pathways)from gastrointestinal endoscopy practitioners at the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University and Dalian Friendship Hospital,including licensed physicians and nurses(including trainees and graduate students).RESULTS The majority of gastrointestinal endoscopy practitioners have received training on ethics,but there is still considerable room for improvement in their ethical awareness.Different learning pathways may affect the mastery of ethical principles, and understanding of ethical principles is more easily achieved through hospital ethics institutions.CONCLUSIONTo address the ethical issues in gastrointestinal endoscopy technology, it is necessary to enhance the humanisticeducation of gastrointestinal endoscopy practitioners, incorporate ethical standards into the technology assessmentprocess, and establish a patient-centered diagnostic and treatment model to improve the ethical awareness of practitionersand achieve a balance between technology and ethics. 展开更多

Centering on the critical bottlenecks in the development of shale oil in the Jiyang Depression of Shengli Oilfield,key scientific and engineering issues are proposed in aspects such as the storage space and occurrence state of shale oil,the formation mechanisms of multi-scale flow spaces,the mobilization mechanisms of crude oil in pores and fractures,and the enhanced oil recovery(EOR)mechanisms during the late stage of elastic development.The research progress and mechanistic insights in recent years are reviewed with respect to experimental techniques,characteristics of pore-fracture structure and fluid occurrence,fracture evolution mechanisms,shale oil flow mechanisms and EOR techniques.Through improving the experimental methods,optimizing the testing conditions,and developing new technologies,we deeply understand the occurrence state,storage space and flow pattern of shale oil,and reveal the distribution pattern of“oil-bearing in all pore sizes and oil-rich in large pores”and the differences in fluid phase states under the confinement effect of nano-scale pores in the shales of the Jiyang Depression;depict the characteristics of“restricted vertical expansion and complex fracture networks”of induced fractures and the dynamic evolution of fracture networks during the fracturing-soaking-production process;establish a“easy flow-slow flow-stagnant flow”three-zone model and the elastic drive+imbibition drive synergistic energy replenishment mechanism;and carry out high-pressure injection to further enhance the mass transfer and diffusion capacity of CO_(2)within the shale pore-fracture system,and compete for the desorption of alkanes to improve the mobilization degree of shale oil.The research achievements provide crucial support for the formation of the theory of continental shale oil development and the construction of the technical system.The future research efforts will focus on mine-scale multi-field coupling physical simulation equipment,microscopic to macroscopic multi-scale experimental methods,pore/fracture fine characterization and post-fracturing core fracture description technologies,multi-media fluid-structure coupling numerical simulation algorithms,and low-cost EOR and low-quality shale oil in-situ upgrading technologies,in order to promote the large-scale and profitable development of shale oil in the Jiyang Depression. 展开更多

随着编程命名规范的普及和自描述代码的深入实践,传统与代码字面相似的摘要性代码注释逐渐失去开发者的青睐.开发者更关注在理解和维护代码过程中能够提供额外信息的补充性代码注释.但是,补充性代码注释的生成往往需要代码之外的额外信... 随着编程命名规范的普及和自描述代码的深入实践,传统与代码字面相似的摘要性代码注释逐渐失去开发者的青睐.开发者更关注在理解和维护代码过程中能够提供额外信息的补充性代码注释.但是,补充性代码注释的生成往往需要代码之外的额外信息源,且注释中呈现的补充内容复杂多样,给现有工作带来很大的挑战.将软件开发中开发者之间的Issue交流记录作为额外信息源,提出一种基于Issue检索增强大语言模型的补充性代码注释生成方法.该方法首先将Issue中的代码补充信息整理分类为5种类型,再利用大语言模型从代码提交时所关联的Issue中检索出包含潜在类型补充信息的语句,随后根据相应语句进行注释生成.进一步,该方法通过分析生成注释的代码相关性和Issue可验证性,能较好地过滤生成注释中潜在的幻觉.在两个主流大语言模型Chat GPT和GPT-4o上进行了实验.实验结果表明,所提方法能够将ChatGPT生成注释对于人工补充性注释的覆盖率从33.6%提升至72.2%,将GPT-4o生成注释对于人工补充性注释的覆盖率从35.8%提升至88.4%,显著地提升了补充性代码注释的生成效果.同时,所提方法所生成的注释相比现有方法能够明显提供更多对开发者有帮助的额外信息,从而对开发者在理解一些复杂代码时具有十分重要的价值. 展开更多

在开源软件和开源平台中,开发人员可以通过提交issue来记录所发现的软件错误或提出新功能需求.由于缺乏经验、专业水平有限等原因,用户可能无法对issue内容进行准确有效地总结,导致issue标题质量较低,进而降低issue的解决效率.此外,现有... 在开源软件和开源平台中,开发人员可以通过提交issue来记录所发现的软件错误或提出新功能需求.由于缺乏经验、专业水平有限等原因,用户可能无法对issue内容进行准确有效地总结,导致issue标题质量较低,进而降低issue的解决效率.此外,现有的issue标题自动生成方法主要面向GitHub等英文开源平台,当应用在Gitee等国产开源平台时表现不佳.同时,现有方法主要使用issue主体描述作为输入,忽略了issue中的代码片段等重要信息.为此,本文提出一种面向Gitee平台的issue标题自动生成方法GITG(Gitee Issue Title Generation),针对包含中文和英文文本的issue,使用构建的Gitee issue数据集对支持中文的预训练模型Chinese BART(Bidirectional and Auto-Regressive Transformers)进行微调,利用issue主体描述和代码片段的双模态信息来自动生成issue标题.为验证GITG的有效性,构建了包含18242个Gitee issue样本的数据集.实验结果表明,GITG在ROUGE-1、ROUGE-2和ROUGE-L指标上相较于iTAPE和iTiger分别至少提升了13.09%、10.18%和12.84%,在BLEU和METEOR指标上同样取得了性能提升.人工评价结果表明,GITG生成标题的平均得分在整体分数、流畅性、信息性和简洁性4个评价指标上相较iTAPE和iTiger分别至少提升了26.7%、20.8%、24.2%和20.0%. 展开更多
