Metho...Objective: to analyze the specific effect of strengthening disinfection and isolation measures in the operating room to reduce the rate of nosocomial infection in patients undergoing otorhinolaryngology surgery. Methods: a total of 60 surgical patients in the department of otolaryngology of our hospital in 2020 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into reference group and study group, with 30 cases in each group. The reference group received routine disinfection control measures, and the study group received intensive disinfection and isolation measures in the operating room. The specific incidence and location of nosocomial infection in the two groups were observed. Results: compared with the two groups of patients, the experimental results were statistically significant. The incidence of surgical infection in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and the surgical site infection in the study group was statistically significant. The difference effect is obvious. There was no significant difference in the infection site of urinary tract, with no statistically significant. Conclusion: most of the nosocomial infection sites are surgical site infection. Strengthening the disinfection and isolation of the operating room plays a very important role in otolaryngology and has a very good effect. It can reduce the infection rate of patients and significantly reduce the infection rate of surgical site.展开更多
